claw machine that i actually won!!! it was completely empty when i went (~3pm on a tuesday) so it wasn't too loud or cramped like other claw machines spots. i won at the machine pictured! staff was also really nice and even offered to move plushies in the claw machines if they were too hard to get :) the anime shop section was well organized and had some cute stuff i hadn't seen at other anime shops like the pokemon house pictured.

Best claw machine spot in nyc! Plushies are fresh from Japan. Authentic (no fake imitation brands here) the employees are always helpful and supportive. I have won a couch full of plushies and I can't stop myself. Help!

This place is awesome! All of the plushies are great quality and the claw machines are very fair. The people that work here are amazing - so kind and so helpful. Christine made the experience extremely fun and exciting! Thank you so much I will be back!

My favorite claw arcade ever!! I come here all the time and I love the staff and the plushies. Everything is authentic which is super rare for claw arcades in the US! Plus whenever you want to trade in a plush for a different one in the machine the staff is always willing to help. 10/10

Definitely love the ambiance, and the workers are very welcoming, helpful, work hard to keep things neat and are overall kind, so this is definitely not to come after them!! But the prices for, not even just the claw machines, but the trade in prizes as well are overpriced. Granted, you're getting authentic merch from Japan, but even then, $20 just to play the machines that practically don't drop anything makes it difficult to want to recommend this place. Even moreso when the claw machine prizes only coun

An awesome gacha experience! While not cheap, the prices felt appropriate for the authenticity and quality of items/games. I wouldn't consider myself good at claw games, but I won a couple times! We also really enjoyed their macarons made into the shapes of pokemon with real fruit filling. If you don't like the prize you win, it can be easily exchanged for something of equal value which took a lot of the stress out of playing the games. Additionally, they have a shop below the main area where you can trade

THE BEST AND UNFORGETTABLE BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THIS PLACE. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Every time I come, they have different varieties of plushies and toys that caught my attention. I highly recommend you all to come here especially they're open til 2 AM. It's so worth it and the vibe/atmosphere made me wanna spend the night. I felt relaxed and it's so therapeutic. The diffuser is the first thing that caught my attention and it's so refreshing. This place is also clean and spotless. Th

So many cute plushies. Spent $30 and got 3 plushies. Love that we were able to win some and the employees are super nice too. They were happy when we were excited about winning ?? Sorry that I took only Sanrio plushie pics but that is my favorite. They also had Pokemon, Rilakkuma bear and anime figures inside the claw machines.

This place is super cool! The interior is very aesthetically pleasing, and the selection of merch they have is very wide! There's many cute and fun items and the arcade is also quite large. The tea servings they have are giant and are also super tasty. Love this place!

We've visited Project KE twice, once over a year ago and had a great experience, and again this past weekend. Unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing. We purchased $100 in credits, and despite four of us playing, we only won a single small prize. We understand these games involve some skill and luck, but compared to other local crane game spots, the return on our experience here felt underwhelming. Additionally, while the trade-in selection is impressive, we received conflicting information from

Must come! I come so often the staff recognize me :3 The staff are always kind and attentive. Every time I visit, there are always goodies that leave with me. The atmosphere and decor of Project KE is just ??. So many choices of crane games, countless amounts of blind boxes, variety of kuji ichiban, and tons of different anime figures. Go, go, ? ^^'

Wow, a new claw machine store in Flashing. It's little more expensive than the other 3 places in the area, but the quality of plushies are also better than the other 3. We got 7 (one for friend), both kids and adults were happy about the results.

The claws literally didn't even close around the prize. Absolutely rigged. Don't waste your money here. The only things fairly priced are the prize figures downstairs. Will not be wasting my money on the crane games anymore.

Stopped by the other day on a whim, this place is so nice! Figures for sale in the downstairs with great prices and huge selection, and crane games on the first floor. The entire place is highly detailed and has a great theme going on. Definitely give them a visit~

This a really nice claw machine place! Huge selection of Pok?mon and Sanrio plushies amongst others. It's nice and clean. You can win plushies and trade them in for points for other figures that you may rather have. Downstairs is a store where you can buy instead of play. The staff here is also really nice and helpful! They help you win! They will help you move the plush around to your liking to make it easier and sometimes they will even use their own coins! They really want to help you have a good time he

All real plushies! And they're winable with some skill and luck. I love playing here, and I have switched to the app- I think it gives me more self control. Project Ke also decorates for the occasion and have events- their social media regularly posts.

They have no signs to tell you that coins bought can't be exchanged back or bought with anything else, it's about 4 coins which are $1 per coin each per play and the claw machines are mostly too weak to even hold onto any stuffed toys. Over priced with almost nothing to entertain.

One of the best arcades in flushing! The staff are very friendly and helpful to help you win a plushie. The atmosphere is cool with all the different lighting and designs of the posters. The pricing is better than most arcades and they have high quality cute toys! The best part is the trade in system they have to win even bigger toys! Definitely check this place out if you love anime, pokemon and Sanrio!

This place is great. Super aesthetic and their boba teas are tasty as well. Large variety of claw machines and figurines. The employees are welcoming as well :))

This is the only clawcade in nyc with authentic Sanrio plushies! It was so fun! The store is so beautiful and aesthetic and my friend and I had so much fun. We were able to win two authentic Sanrio stuffed animals. This is also a great place to take photos. They even have a cute wall with aesthetic seating. Definitely recommend checking them out and hope to collab again!

What's there not to like? I love flushing, and I love this shop very much. Now, I havent tried their teas or any drinks, I'd been coming before they started the "k-tea" thing but everytime I come to new york (I live in pa) I go here. I only spend $20. I get a pompompurin everytime. I guess what separates this place from the dozen other claw machine arcades is this: the plushies are not knockoffs. They are branded and genuine. If I go to an arcade and spend tons to win toys, I don't want them to be like $1 a

I visited the arcade today and the staff was so friendly and helpful when I needed to reposition the plushy. Some say it is overpriced because $4 for a try is very expensive but the plushy are very good quality and licensed. I usually get the plushy under the retail price so you have a very good chance of winning. The blind boxes in the back are $1 per try which is very worth. Thank you staff again for being so helpful today! Today I also found out downloading their app can also get you more freebie coins,

Really cute store with lots of plushies and collectables. The claw machines are super cute!!

We had a really fun visit to Project Ke and the staff was so friendly and helpful! They had so many machines with really great options and the space was clean and spacious. The staff was so nice to our toddler and we ultimately were able to win an adorable plush thanks to the staff who helped us along. Will be back again!

Came here for the first time ever and it did not disappoint. The items look genuine and dont have that weird US manufacturing coloring where the plushie colors are super saturated. The cashiers are very kind and accommodating and made my experience way more enjoyable than i expected ??????. I recommend this spot for all your anime/sanrio goods in NYC. This place is now one of my new favorite spots in nyc!!

FULL DISCLAIMER: I'm writing this b/c I was told that I have to write a review if I want to claim my my raffle tickets' prizes. However, mine will be a ?thesis.? TL;DR jump to "RECOMMENDATION to CUSTOMERS" ~MAIN ATTRACTION - Claw/Crane Machines~ I've been there enough times to witness others winning. The loud cheers & screams of victory is evident. You need to be patient to play one machine at a time. Also, during your turn, if the prizes end up being all over the place, ask for a ?reset? or assistance fr

This place is great! I've come here for their free token events and actually won something with just the free tokens. They also have an anime shop downstairs!

Have been going to Project KE on and off for the past year and am always pleasantly surprised by the breath of fresh air with their outlook on quality. Each time they hear about something going wrong or if someone has a problem, they're quick to implement something new to make sure it doesn't happen again. I found myself collecting plushies and figures again after telling myself to stop, due to it not being as cool when I was younger. Not only that, I've seen so many different kinds of anime figures and ch

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE!!! 1. I almost won a plush just as when it was hanging on the guard and a worker said that doesn't count! Next few days, 2 womans happened to have the same situation as I did and the same worker accepted their win!!! I've also witnessed one person spending $350 on tokens and won nothing, not even those workers didn't gave him a free plush apology!!!! If your ever on your own. HIT. RECORD. AT. THE. MACHINE. Claw machines will have a rare chance to behave thus not winning the priz

Super cute selection of plushies and really helpful staff! Seems like they're opening up the basement in the future for figures soon. Definitely recommend as a fun place to hang out with friends ???? P.S. they're legit plushies from japan and they also have Pok?mon plushies

Dope claw machine arcade with great official products and now has a bubble tea menu! You can come win prizes and have a nice drink! Has a large selection of blind boxes and a large anime store in the basement. Great spot to bring a date and win them something cute.

The cranes are a scam, There is no grip and no payout for the machines. I spent $20 in coins and I am about above average for skill, I won nothing. Crane games are about luck yes, But There is fairness in the machines and payout system. Very rigged and I feel so sad.

This place is so nice! Figures for sale in the downstairs with great prices and huge selection, and crane games on the first floor. The entire place is highly detailed and has a great theme going on.

I've been here since the start and it's a really great place for anime fans. Their claw games are very fair and their products are high quality. There's always something new with this place and it never feels old to come here again and again. Originally they never had a basement and a boba shop but now they do. From collaborations to holiday events, they really know how to keep their customers happy. Much love and success to the small number of workers who keep this shop running.

Do not go here. I have been to most claw machine arcades in NYC and this one is the worst one I've been to. You have to download their app in order to get deals on tokens which is weird and even then the deals aren't that great. I have gone to claw machine places before and not won anything but that's usually because my grabs are off and that's just part of the game. At this place it was different and my grabs were all good but the claw was way too loose to actually win anything. Even a great grab barely ev

Well, we didn't stay long there but we enjoyed directly buying the merchandise we like. Find the stairs and go down a level, you will see a good selection of anime stuffs.

I've been coming to Project KE for the past two months, and it's quickly become one of my favorite places. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the plushies is truly unmatched?nothing else compares. This is the only store that genuinely makes me excited to spend my money. The staff feels like a family; they're incredibly kind, patient, and have helped me reset multiple times without hesitation. Highly recommend for any anime fan looking for premium merch and a welcoming community.

I loved this place. Had licensed products and actually won a couple of items from here . They've got Pok?mon and Kirby plushes. The coins are $1 for one. Each play us 2-4 coins to try. With a little bit of skill, we were able to win some plushies in 2-3 tries.

Very cute place to visit; came all the way from MD and it didn't disappoint!

this place is alright. they have authentic plushies from japan but the claws are set by grip strength and tightens the more you play. overall not work your time or money.

Loved this place so much! Great customer service and the plushies are so cute! Spent a little too much, but my inner child is happy. Plus soft bubble tea opening was delicious

My friends and I flew from out of state (some even from another country!) to explore NYC. We love arcades/claw machines so that's how we found out about Project Ke. Some of our friends were taking a long while trying to get an Emilia plush from one of the machines, having to ask staff multiple times to reset it. She was super nice, even kept the window open to reset the plush and even tried to get it. She called up another member (a guy in uniform) to come help. He showed us how to look up the points system

Friendly staff and very beautiful and bright claw machines with absolutely adorable prizes. Very fun experience for children and adults. You can exchange your prizes for points and upgrade. There is also a huge collectibles shop downstairs. In terms of cost, it is $1 per token and each machine averages 4 tokens per play.

Very cute store, full of claw machines. All the staff here are really nice and helpful!

I come here every time I'm in Flushing and they change their prize selections on a pretty regular basis. Their claw machines are pretty fair, and they have a lotto and a whole bunch of anime merch downstairs. Their claw machine prizes are legit and are mostly sanrio, Pokemon, and sumikki gurashi. Highly recommend

Great experience. Very friendly and generous staff. Authentic Sanrio plushies makes it worth the cost per play.

Place is quite marvelous and cool. The claw machines are not impossible, but it is not that simple either. You can win prizes, but you definitely need the skills (and luck) for it. Unlike other places, this one focus mainly on anime plush. Specifically, Pok?mon. Roughly half of the machines are Pok?mon, as you can see in my photos.

Absolutely delighted with the adorable plushies and exceptional customer service, this authentic plushie store is a must-visit for any collector or enthusiast!

The claw machines have a good selection of prizes, and I do like the point system where you trade in a plush to get higher tier prizes. They have a decent collection of Gunpla, and even have a cool Gunpla display of their own. The boba here was lackluster and bland, but I got it for free for buying enough Gunpla, so I guess that's fine.

Highly recommended for friends and couple! All super cute. Place you don't want to miss in flushing!! Red is the nicest staff I've ever met. Rate 200 out of 100!! Come.

Love it here!! It's so comfy and fresh to play their claw games! They also have a tasty selection of tea <3

Project KE has a lot to offer for anime fans. If you aren't interested in claw machines (which this place has many choices of), they also have a store below for anime merchandise. They offer figurines, pins, blind boxes, etc as well as many opportunities to win even if you aren't great at claw machines. I ordered the yogurt lemonade which is super refreshing and not excessively sweet at 100% sugar. I'll probably come again the next time I'm in Queens.

They got a lot of pok?mon merchandise I do like the fact they have empty tins there if u want totake but only if it's 1-2

Definitely a dope spot if you're looking for cool collectibles! Don't expect to find mangas but be prepared to get some tasty bubble tea lol

I wish there was more options for the things inside the claw machines as it was mostly Sanrio/Pokemon, but the place is very big and has fair prices for everhthing! Great deals on figures and super well kept.

We took our 7 year old to Project Ke today and it was a WONDERFUL first time experience for all of us! It starts with the amazing staff led by Phoebe and Yang who could not have been more supportive or encouraging as we played. They genuinely rooted for us to win! ?? The machines are all super clean and the stuffies are incredible in size and quality! We've been to quite a few claw machine places in Flushing and Manhattan and Project Ke blows them all out of the water. They're also opening a tea shop in th

OMG, Slush + Plush makes every thing stylish? Love this place Already! (by the way, oreo slush is really good)??

I love the ambiance in the store. There are so many options for claw machines in the store and the staff are so friendly. There is also food in the store in the front and you can play while drinking on boba!

First and last time going. Nice looking place with lots of claw machines with cute plushies on the first floor and anime figures for sale in the basement. A dollar a token. There were 6 of us trying multiple times with zero wins. After picking something up, the claw start shaking causing the plushie to fall before getting to the drop area. Not worth it.

Project KE is the best!! All the claw machines are fair and filled with real licensed plushes. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful too!

My first time at this place and I originally went to look at all the merch and figurines they had, but then looked at the selection in the claw machines and saw a skip frog sensei plush from san-x that was too cute to pass up! I got it on my first try and Christine, the employee working at this time, was saying it was such good luck for my first try and was so nice! She helped explain the token and app system to me since I told her that I was new to this claw machine system these days and also helped me res

This place is so cute but for the price and the amount of items you win it's definitely not worth it. Especially with other claw machine places in the area you are better off somewhere else.

Love going here!! Had a stressful week and it definitely made me feel better coming to Project Ke!?? Love the staff as well!???? The drinks here are so good!??

Cool place with bubble tea and a variety of claw games and figurines to choose from! Great place!

Loved everything about this place - super helpful and friendly staff, legit claw machines with cute plushie options, very clean bathroom too. Came with a bunch of friends and everyone left with something. Photo: my friend @thycups

THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING! We spent $60 and got 3 plushes from the pokemon claw machines, and they were ADORABLE! This was definitely worth the value, the staff were incredibly kind, and we had plenty of fun. We will visit again at our next chance!

Hello internet! I found Project KE through an Instagram ad about their recent graduation sale. I just gradated college so I figured I'd take a look through their store and maybe get a grad gift for myself. I was so excited when I found they had the Pokepeace house room series. When ordering the product I used a credit card that usually gives me problems shopping online, and of course it did. When verifying the payment method the website accidently charged me twice. I sent a message out to customer suppo

My favorite place to go in Flushing. I have been a frequent customer in this place. All the workers and owners are very friendly and helpful. They can take my money, I have no regret =)

I love this place! My sister, husband and I went during their soft open in Flushing NY and this place is SO FUN! The prizes are so cute and their pineapple slush is delicious! They have some good deals going on- including spending 60 and getting a free drink! I think this place is worth playing at. Definitely coming back soon ??

Out on vacation to NYC, and randomly saw this plane on Google maps. Project KE is a weeb heaven! So many figurines from so many animes! And their boba teas are top notch! Thanks to Christine for helping us out when we were here.

This is such a cute place with pretty fair claw machines! I love the the types of plushies and figures they provide as well from Sanrio, Pok?mon, Rilakkuma, One piece, Snoopy, Miffy, and more. The staff is really helpful and nice, they kindly helped me reset the machines when it was in a hard position to get. I've been there 3 times. On my first time there I won a cinnamaroll plushie with the claw machine where you pick up a ball to exchange for a plushie. On my second time there I blew $40 on those ball cl

This place is the best!! The staff are so nice and the quality of plushies are great too! They are official products straight from Japan!!! If you guys love plushies and enjoy the the thrill of getting something from a claw machine, you should really stop by. The place also have a section for anime and figurine lovers if you are into that more~ You can follow their Instagram for updates on new things coming in as well.

Very cute! Lots of fun games and a wide menu of milk and fruit teas, slushes, coffees and ALL of the toppings.

The place is cool, the workers are nice. The figures are soooooo good and even if you get some figures that you don't really want, you can exchange it through points to get the one that you want. I got a lots today!!!! It's a nice place!!!! I will be back!!!!

FUN NEW PLACE ON ROOSEVELT!!! Place looks sick and they have tons of cute dolls (lots of pokemon, sanrio, anime). Staff are super friendly and nice! They have lots of promotions that give you free coins so it was a super enjoyable experience. COME!!!

Fun place for any size of groups, especially you live in two dimensions ACG world, you can find lots of figures as well as yichibang. Don't hesitate to pay a visit!

This is my favorite claw machine place! They import all of their plushies from Japan and the prizes are all high quality.

Fun place if you like this sort of stuff. Don't expect to stay long though. Great place to pop in for some fun.

This place is so much fun! Spacious floor, kind staff, and great prizes and promotions! And for someone who isn't great at claw machines, I still managed to win the prize I wanted! Love it here! :D

One of my favorite crane game places!!! ???? the staff are all so friendly and helpful, I love coming here every time I'm in Flushing ??

This store is amazing for figure collectors. They have amazing deals on figures in the basement of the store and it's only $15 for most of them. Their figures are about 25% less than the usual price which is far better than most other places I've seen. The figures are amazing quality and as someone who's bought multiple from them, I'd definitely say it's worth it. Honestly the claw machines on the main level of the store are a bit overpriced but I've never tried playing them so I can't speak for the quality

So many plushie options! I really like the selection.

Place is excellent!. So many pokemon plushies also def coming back

This amusement center offers a wide variety of authentic plushies, anime figures, blind boxes, the fair claw machines and friendly staff. enjoying the bubble tea!

This place is super nice and the vibes are very chill and comfy. The claw machines offer so many cute items and the drinks are tasty as well. It is also very spacious and would be fun to bring your friends!

I love project KE, I went with my family of 10 and we had so much fun on the claw machines I spent my life savings and won BIG! I had so much fun

the plushes here r super cute and the food selection is diverse and enticing!! i really like the vibes of the place too the claw machines r super nice

They have the best dolls and plush in the claw machine all over rnew york cuz they are all authentic unlike some of the other ones they put cheap dolls in the machine. The price is well worth it if you're looking for a good quality sanrio doll.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
