We spent 4 hours here and could?ve spent longer if we didn't have somewhere else to be!! The mini golf was super fun and having access to all of the different games was awesome. We played on the Wii the whole time and it was such a nice throwback. The workers were incredibly kind. I was nervous that they'd be intimidating bc I honestly don't know much about videos games but they were super sweet. It's $20 to get in on the weekend but SO worth it. They sells bottled & canned drinks as well as pop tarts a
Didn't realize this was a library? (Please read all). I'll admit that upon review it says literally EVERYWHERE that the rules must be followed. However we didn't realize they were so strictly enforced, my friends and I are not pro mini golfers and expected this to be a family friendly fun place, there is a bar and all sorts of games and disco lighting. Despite this fun atmosphere you are not supposed to have fun, a serious demeanor is required at all times as well as a level of decorum. Which is ridiculousl
One of the coolest spots you'll find in East Hampton. With one side of Prodigy having a huge library of board games, arcade games, retro games, and a wonderful indoor mini golf course. And on the other side they've got an amazing esports tournament area with high end gaming PCs running new and old fighting games. (Psst: Show up on Sunday at 5 for guilty gear strive!) Great space, great peeps, fun time
This place is sweet. Good vibes, good people, and good minigolf and games! Best suited for 2-4 for groups as most games and the minigolf cap out at 4 people. Definitely my favorite place to be
Went for the first time and had a lot of fun! Loved that there was a wide variety of things to do. The mini golf was my personal favorite but I also enjoyed the skeeball, the ring swing game and others. I definitely look forward to coming back.
This place has been a refuge full of community, fun, and challenges. I have a blast every time I come here. We always do a round of mini golf and then do the wall challenge followed up by a video game or boardgame if we've still got time. We don't go out for entertainment much but when we do it is Prodigy about 80% of the time. Thanks to Jeff and his wonderful staff! You've made a treasure here for the community and we appreciate it.
The owner was cheerful and amazing! The space is unique and super cool! The mini golf was one of the funnest I've ever done! There was snacks/beverages of all sorts for purchase. It was my first ever time and I got the ball all the way through hole 15 on my first try, and got all the rings/balls hooked and joined the Prodigy Ring & Hook Club. This is a perfect adult chill spot and also great atmosphere for all ages. Can't wait to return and play more games!
Staff was really friendly and helpful, and had a wide selection of games to choose from. But with an obscene amount of rules posted all over the place made it feel a little unwelcoming and hard to navigate. The price is also very steep at 20 dollars per person, maybe add a more cost effective option for people that don't want to spend 4-5 hours in order to feel like they got their moneys worth. May want to check out other arcades in the area.
We had an AWESOME time here. Mini golf was fun and challenging, with lots of cool holes. They have tons of games, physical and video games, and the staff was very friendly. Could spend hours here! Great price for everything included. Would definitely go again!
I have had a really great time whenever I choose to go to Prodigy. It's a great space with lots of options for a night out, but it's also a great place for organizing communities around gaming in all its forms. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and the location is centrally located in easthampton with easy access to the rail trail. It's a pretty unique spot and well worth a visit.
I got in trouble for laughing with my friends. The owner came up to us and got mad because we weren't taking it seriously, even though this place is registered as 13-16 age range, teens are obviously going to have fun and laugh.. We got yelled at for having fun, don't come here. Not to mention Theres also people saying in their own reviews that they themselves as teenagers were being targeted, also parents finding that their own kids were being targeted. No one In the establishment complained about us. Wi
Good fun indoor mini golf and more can stay for hours for only 20 dollars per person
If you dig vintage video games, love a good game of air hockey, skee ball or mini-golf, you can't beat this place. You get all this and more for a mere $12 entry fee. Stay as long as you want, play all the games. If you like these games, this place is heaven.
Prodigy was actually how I played some games that I have followed since my childhood for the very first time, such as Punch Out for the Wii, and Kirby?s air ride. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are super awesome, and the amount of things you can do for the low price of $15 is astounding. Check this place out!
What a unique spot! We went to Prodigy to play mini golf, but it is so much more! They offer a variety of spaces for gaming, interesting displays of new and vintage games, as well as an assortment of table games. The vibe was on point, and the mini golf was unique and interesting! I loved the time here, and would definitely come back. 10/10!
Draconian policies around minors. Employees were quite rude even though the teens were well behaved and quiet. Not worth going to if anyone in your party is under 18.
We had a great time unlocking our inner kids with the amazing selection of games. The Staff is awesome, extremely passionate.
Best place to chill and game in western mass! Been coming here since 2019. Retro gaming, mini golf, board games, tournaments... This place has it all!
The thinking man?s indoor mini golf experience.
Prodigy is putterly amazing! The mini golf is great for both casual playthroughs and repeated attempts to master all the different obstacles and challenges. Not to worry if you find yourself trounced by the course, just go and console yourself with almost any video game you?can think of.
Came here for a subtle birthday hangout with my friends! What a cool spot In an abandoned building. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Really helped us relax and enjoy our time! Mini Golf was very fun there are so many holes, about 18 Id say? Played some classic titles I could never get my hands on, or got around to. They possibly have every system and every game ya might remember. Playing Megaman 64 was awesome! There's also pool, board games, tabletop games and cool novelty books I took a look at. Su
It's expensive if you are just going for mini golf. But if you are going to utilize the other games on site it's worth the money. Mini golf is very challenging gotta think outside the box on some holes to lower scores.
This is one of my favorite places to be. I go almost every Friday. $20 admission to play all night (some special occasions will cost less, and gift passes are available ). Drinks and snacks are available, although outside food can't come in. This place has a ton of different consoles to play video games on! Over 1000 games (board and video!) total AND a huge indoor mini golf course. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to hang out on a Friday or Saturday.
Really friendly staff, great non-alcoholic drink selection and so many cool retro games (they even have a bunch of D&D books! Even the retro ones!)
Super awesome place!! Super cheap admission, the mini golf was fun, and they literally have every video game you can imagine, and you can come and leave as much as you want! The surrounding area is a little sus but the inside is great.
Best game hangout place by far! So many fun options. Definitely worth a visit if you are a big fan of games. We love the hook and ring challenge.
First of all The owner has gotta be the coolest guy I've ever met. Just so funny and chill. The room is amazing and the course is super sick. The video game collection is awesome. Definitely a super fun time I'd recommend checking it out !
The owner is ridiculous, this place is unfriendly to teens. Please do not bring your group here it will not be a rewarding experience, perhaps a change of management should be in order
Amazing place, awesome staff, creative and innovative. Fun for a family or for adults. I highly recommend
I have been to this place a few times with friends and loved it. I decided my 13 and 14 year old daughters may like it. I asked them and they were all for it so brought them. The employee legit followed us around to make sure we stayed together ( yes we did stay together) at one point went to skeeball and realized we forgot the balls my daughter said she would go grab them. The second she got 5 feet away the guy was yelling for the umpteenth time they had to stay with me at all times. I informed him she was
Very fun and a Great place to go with friends or family! The amount of things you have access to creates a very fun experience and it's hard not to have a good time. For any video game console collectors. Like myself. It's very cool to go and try out games that I may want to get! The atmosphere is also amazing!
We went with a group of teens and adults and it was a great time for everyone. Highly recommend!
Excellent mini-golf, relaxing and fun! Consoles are loads of fun as well- game selection is pretty extensive. Great staff.
They offer multiple games for a cheap admission fee, it was a fun visit!! I'd go again!
Just discovered this place today. One word. INCREDIBLE! they have so many activities and games both board and video. The whole atmosphere was great and the guy at the counter was super friendly. Mini golf was awesome and I can say we definitely will be back!
Awesome place. Very fun and an awesome idea for a business. Great place for a date night. Mini golf course is better than most and also it offers unlimited games like pool, table hockey, table shuffleboard and many more for free after paying for admission. Also unlimited access to almost every gaming console you can think of. Definitely recommend.
Cool place with lots of board games, video games, table games and a lot more to do, mini golf is fun and challenging they have so many board games to choose from and a big list of video games, the decor is very nice and the people that work there are nice and very helpful. For a set price you will have hours of fun and nostalgia. Something I liked was that every game had a sign with the rules of the game. We spent 3 hours there and there was still so much to do that we will definitely be visiting again.
Fantastic place to play!!! For young adults, and older adults! Soooooo many things to do, we HAVE to come back ......
Great spot. Fantastic collection of retro games and the consoles to play them. The mini-golf is fun and not overly challenging. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. A true gem of pioneer valley! I will be back soon!
Great, friendly, helpful staff. So thrilled that somebody has cared for these consoles (as old as 50!) and lets the public play on them. Worth coming just to witness the giant board of handheld consoles. Better than any museum that has such things. A major asset to Easthampton, Massachusetts?if not the east coast as well!
I am so glad we found this place!!! The owner is so great. He helps you with everything in the place and gave a great recommendation for food too. There are way too many games to list but it is a gamers paradise. There is a pool table, dart board, skeeball and much more. A huge 18 hole mini golf course. It's very challenging.
Great place to hangout! Many games and systems. Indoor mini golf was fun. If you like board games, they have a great selection of those as well! And for only $12 for the day! Drinks also available, I dont remember if they served snacks. Tricky to find though. Need better signs outside to guide people.
This place was very fun! Many different games from all time frames. They are REALLY strict about their rules, which I under stand about younger reckless children. One of my friends had an infant(under 1 year old) in a front chest carrier, sleeping when we arrvied. They almost didnt let us in but told us if the baby cried once- we all need to leave. Like I said cool place but very strict about the no child policy. Luckily she never cried!
Bar none, one of the safest, cleanest and most inclusive gaming spaces I've been to. Host to an incredible collection of retro games and a spectacular course. Everyone is super friendly and it's a great spot to try old school games ~
Wonderful place! Full of nostalgic charm! Reasonably priced! You can play the indoor mini golf course, shoot pool, play some foosball, break out a board game, or plug into a game console. You're never bored.
This place is very cool! It has hours of entertainment! There are a large array of game consoles and games, like original Xbox, Gamecube, Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, etc. (basically you think of it and they have it). There's a bunch of board games and little arcade games. They even have a ski ball machine and that alone is worth the entry cost. They do have mini golf and the course is well thought out. Entry cost is less than a movie ticket ($10/$12 depending on the night) and it's definitely more fun than a m
No alcohol and nobody under 13 and 16 and under only with a participating parent. Eat before you go, but they have a great range of sodas. Chill atmosphere. No strobe lights, games are fantastic, volume where you can have a conversation, good lights over the games tables. If nerding out over the board game version of Resident Evil 2 or original-controllers Yoshi is your thing, this is your place.
Very fun experience. The mini-golf course was very nice and there were so many consoles and table games. I also enjoyed the lighting of the area with the disco ball and black lights. The building this place is in is a little sketchy in my personal opinion but once you enter prodigy it's a very different experience. The stamps washed off easy but they were happy to redo them. The owner was working so meeting him was nice and he seemed very proud of the place and seemed to enjoy his job and did it with a smil
Really cool place and a good value -- we went mid day and paid the 15$ for the day pass and stayed till closing at midnight They have an absolutely huuuuge selection of game consoles and games to play- tons of board games, pool, darts, air hockey, and a mini golf course and the staff were super nice. It does get a little hot but that's understandable with a lot of electronics and bodies in there. They do have drinks there though including bottles of water for 1$
Great place. Tons to do. Throwback video games, board games, bubble hockey, skeeball, minigolf. Can't wait to go back with the kids!
Great family environment. Very friendly owner. Inventive mini golf. We will return! The picture is actually a mini golf obstacle.
This place is so fun! We took our 13 year old and some buddies here today. But I'm not sure who had more fun- the teens or my husband and I! My husband played some Mario and Tony Hawk video games. He said it reminded him of his childhood. I loved the pool table, and the bop-it, and the mini basketball hoop. The teens loved playing mini golf. Overall, a wonderful experience for all!
Has every game imaginable! So much fun I could spend hours upon hours here. Some completely retro games Dig Dug to relatively new games like Cup Head or Smash! There's other games too like pool and mini golf. Really relaxed place with super cool staff.
Fun and nostalgic place for a date night, and a great location. My husband and I recently came here and loved their mini golf and game tables. We can't wait to go back with more time to play some of our favorite childhood video games.
Highly highly recommend!! They have absolutely every game you could ever think of. Video games, board games, mini golf, table games, and some more creative games too. The owner is amazing and super helpful.
Plan to spend hours in there! Really fun place to play some minigolf and they have old school consoles! Will be back soon!
I visited for the first time last night. The mini golf course was fun and creative and their selection of older retro game consoles/games was VERY impressive. Just looking through their binder of titles was nostalgic and brought me right back to my early childhood. The counter worker was polite and helpful with getting us set up with anything we needed. This place is really something special and i?m looking forward to going back.
Great atmosphere and music. Super value for families with teens or just a group of adults. We had a lot of fun.
If you haven't been here yet, you gotta go! Prodigy is one of my favorite places in the area. It's great for my teenage son and his friends to play all the retro video games. It's great for my wife and I to play mini golf and pool. It's a fantastic place! Also upstairs from Prodigy is Riff's restaurant that has sooner of the best food. You can get admission into Prodigy, play to your hungry, go eat at Riff's, and then you're admitted back into Prodigy for the entire day. (That's what we do every time!)
This place is beyond amazing! So much to do and not nearly enough time to appreciate everything. Everything is so well kept and meticulous and disinfecting between every game is going above and beyond. If you enjoy table top games, video games old and new, mini golf, etc, you must visit ASAP.
Amazing mini golf place!! You can play other board games as well.
I went with a few friends to play our new table-top RPG game, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The mini golf was fun, and they have an amazing selection of video game consoles and games to play. My friends and and I were very impressed, and we will absolutely be going back. Thank you for everything!
I had a wonderful time with my family. It was a birthday. The manager gave us a table to set up for our cake. That was really appreciated. The golf course was a blast! But, the air hockey and pool were my favorite!! I haven't played pool in years and I can't wait to go back and play again. Not into the gaming on the screens, but then at 72, still pretty cool to say I went there and had fun, want to go back again and there is surely something there for everyone, no matter what your age. Good job, P
I loved the intricate design and unique holes of this mini golf course. I wouldn't entirely call this glow in the dark, it is more like a game room with the lights out and different colored lights shining on the course as opposed to an empty room with a glowing mini golf course in it. I think it makes it unique in its own right though. But I will say, the difficulty of this course is insane. This is easily the hardest mini golf course I have played. It was so tough on some holes that a 5 was a good score on
Tons of fun. The mini golf course is very challenging and the all you can play aspect to it is great. Skee ball, bumper pool, pop a shot basketball, a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, all the board games and like a billion console video games to play. Easily worth the admission and time flies with all the fun stuff to play here.
My family was in the building doing an escape room at Puzzled. After seeing a sign that caught out interest, we dicided to take a peak and give it a shot. The mini golf was very unique and well thought out. I greatly enjoyed the different games ranging from common to uncommon board games and video games/consoles allowing you to never get bored here. A great place to go on a rainy day!!!
Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet, there's nothing quite like this place. The minigolf course is a real challenge and quite creative, the boardgame selection is great, and they've got one of the best videogame selections out there. It's absolutely incredible some of the things that they've found for their lineup. 100% worth the very reasonable price of admission. The staff is awesome too. They're always adding things too so there's usually something new each time you go back.
This place is a true diamond in the rough! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all the games and activities the place has to offer. Their board game and video game collection is vast and for anyone of any age to come and enjoy. The "Kaizo" mini-golf is challenging but a blast with all the differing and unique holes. They bring back the nostalgia with classic CRT monitors for the older console style games and nicer flat screens for the newer generation systems. All for a very reasonable rate
This is such a uniquely awesome location. Flat rate for all you can play once you're in there. We had a blast playing very tricky minigolf. We also played airhockey and table hockey with the mini figurines and we just scratched the surface of what they have. Also, they have a nice mix of non-alcoholic drinks for a few bucks more.
Stupidly good value lots of fun games and mini golf is awesome.
Fun underground-themed place that I absolutely adore; went here with friends and made some good memories with mini golf and a wide selection of games.
This homemade hole in the wall is amazing, retro games off all kinds at your request to play. Mini golf if pretty cool but setup here is aspiring. Weekly smash bros tournaments. You will enjoy it here
This spot is really well considered and is a ton of fun. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great to hang out with friends in the evening or go by quick for some mini golf in the day. Lots of good food around it too. Certainly worth trying and definitely hits on everything it's intended to be.
Very cool spot, mini golf was challenging, lots of alternative fun games if you had to wait for your turn on a particular system. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Will be returning for sure.
Great place to go with friends. The mini golf is really good for the small space available and they have a plethora of games to play. Everything was in good condition as well and could tell the owner cares about the place.
This place is honestly the most incredible place for just hanging out and letting loose. You can tell it was put together with such love and attention to detail. And the staff are wonderful! They are so fun, smart, and hospitable. They care deeply about giving people what they came for. The golf course is always getting changed up with a fun little twist each time I go, and there are so many games from the old Atari, to SNES, and even more recent consoles like Xbox and Wii. The amount of board games, arcade
This place is amazing!! I went for the first time yesterday and had so much fun. The mini golf is really challenging and unique, and there are SO MANY games. Also the price is unbeatable!
One of the most fun spots I've ever been in. The retro game consoles and the totally unique mini golf was great. Definitely coming back again. Me and my son had a fantastic time.
This place is a blast. Pay for a stamp on the hand and you can come and go all day. Mini-golf course is well done for an indoor place, and they update it frequently. One could easily spend all day here.
Great spot. Every video game system and game you can think of (old to new), epic mini golf, pool, air hockey, midway games, more and more. This can't be beat for the price. The staff is friendly, helpful and humble in helping novice to expert players. Grab your crew and check this spot.
Bar none one of the coolest places in the pioneer valley. Great pricing. If you can think of a video game they probably have it. Staff was amazing and gave me free pop tarts for my birthday!!
What a strange concept. For about $13 you go in to a minigolf course that has wild and weird set ups (watch out for flying golf balls, they go right out of the courses) and on the other side of the room is a bunch of game consoles and televisions. You get a game from the counter and bring it to the TV with that console, then play all you want. Open until midnight, they also have board games, D&D nights (free entry for DM's $5 for players) and and arcade machines like ski-ball and air hockey. The only compl
I went here for the first time not knowing what to expect. It's the perfect activity for a cool or rain day. Mini golf was so fun, a bunch of other games to do as well. It also wasn't packed with people. Will definitely be back!
Never expected Prodigy to be as fun as it was! A ridiculous amount of video games that kept my 13 and 15 yr old entertained and many that took me down memory lane! Mini golf was great! Oh and can't forget air hockey!! The variety of games was perfect. We will be back many more times.
A great fun mini golf and arcade. Actually, it's not your typical arcade with pinballs and racing motorcycles. Prodigy has taken the arcade model to a new level by adding vintage home video consoles with a variety of games, a wide assortment of board games, and an amazing mini golf course. Normally, I'd be frustrated by this complex, creative, near-impossible set of holes, but somehow my competitive spirit melted away and I just had fun, all 5 of us loved it. This is a must-see course, kudos to the creator.
Great place, great atmosphere. We loved that it wasn't overcrowded on a Saturday night!
Wow, Can't wait to come back here with my friends or even my nephew! Fun for all ages and so much to do!
I have gone here twice so far. The staff is friendly and nice. Love how they have retro game systems and a variety of board games and pub games to play if you get tired of playing minigolf. They also stamp your hand so you can come and go as you please.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
