This place is great! The employees are so nice and helpful. It was my first time going to this type of store and it was reasonably priced and they help you if you are struggling! Such a fun time. Saiah helped me so much definitely stop in and say hi!

I've been here a few times but I went today with my 23 month old and fianc?e. I have to say the new manager is a super awesome dude. Really nice to my little one and even helped her win one of the games. Awesome job finding this dude.

I'm going to get a tad emotional with this review more so when I never leave reviews. So I've been in the store a few times and its always clean and bright. Tons of options. My husband and I just stopped by, and I was genuinely surprised to find prizes I actually wanted in the claw machines?something I haven't experienced at other places! Even though we're just visiting, I hope both locals and fellow visitors check out this claw machine arcade and make the most of their time here. The experience was made even better by the phenomenal staff, friendly manager, and passionate owner?everyone was incredibly welcoming and clearly takes pride in creating a fun, memorable environment.
Hey this place is great. Very clean and well lit. Intriguing and fair. Hey every kid gets a trophy now days! Lmao. They have a trade up program. Don't come here if you plan on winning ANYTHING! I tried this place 3 times, $20 two times and $50 the one and got nothing because the pay outs are horrible! Stay away and just travel to a round one, way better!!
this was my first time here & my partner & i decided to stop here for a date, the two women at the front desk are SUPER nice and helpful, and they provide a comforting space in the area. would definitely recommend coming here for a date idea or just in general!!!

Me and my girlfriend are CHRONICALLY ADDICTED to this place. Came here February 10th with my friends who haven't been here before and they had a blast!! Would recommend this place to any couple that loves gambling their life savings away on cute things! (In all seriousness, staff is so friendly and the place is always so friendly!!)

this place is totally a scam spend 40$ to win nothing the claw machine is willing open and making the toy fall back to the grow it not even picking it any far this place is terrible i don't recommend you going and waste ur money there i?m a pro in playing i play other place n win all the time this place machine losing off the toy jus it touch it. if you want to waste ur money then u can go i will never return to that store ever !!! 0 start

As others have mentioned, you spent $20 and didn't get anything? The claw machines don't even try to grab the prizes. Teso X is far superior. Don't waste your money.
Spent $20 and walked out with nothing. The machines didn't even attempt to pick up after putting over $10 in one machine for a small plush. Would not recommend this clawcade.

I had a blast playing the claw machine! It kind of reminded me of a casino coin pusher, where the thrill is in the chase rather than the certainty of winning. While the odds weren't in my favor, I was lucky enough to walk away with a cute plush at the end, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a fun little game with a nice surprise reward!

I was told that its a Japanese arcade, which explains why it looks so different to everything in the area. ??

we caught a plush in every machine and the claw loosened to drop it once it hit the top, felt like a total scam and wish i just bought myself a plush instead. would not recommend especially if you plan to bring kids- i feel like i just flushed money down the toilet.
