Had an amazing time celebrating my child's birthday at Pince arcades! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the games were fun for both kids and adults, and the party room was clean and well-organized. Everyone had a blast and didn't want to leave! Highly recommend for a stress-free and exciting birthday experience.

Prince Arcades is my new go-to late night hangout spot for my family and friends. I've already made the trip twice from the city and each trip has been well worth it. There are so many arcade cabinets here that I never thought I'd see in-person, and the pinball selection is expansive! Skee-ball is another one of my favorites that is available for play. Reasonably priced admission and owner Jeremy is a super cool guy, someone you definitely want to meet when you're here! Will be back again very soon??

One of the best arcades in the Chicago suburbs, hands-down. While the galloping ghost arcade may be bigger, Prince arcade?s intimate feel puts it in the top as well. The owner had everything set up for us and only our group was allowed in the arcade for our private party. Everyone had a blast. Completely worth it. ??. You can also bring your own food. My son has been asking me for a video game truck birthday party but I really wanted to find something different. We found Prince Arcades and booked a party honestly without having been to the location prior. I could not have been more happy. Jeremy was so great to work with. The place is so amazingly cool. What a great experience. The games on the floor are from old school to new school. Skee ball and multiple pinball machines are also available. I was able to relieve some childhood memories and create new ones. The game assortment has something for everyone. We drove 5 hours one way to come here, and it was worth every minute.

We had kids birthday party here and it was great venue for it. There's plenty of games to choose from and always a good variety open. With being admission based it's nice to be able to try as many different games as you want and maybe find something you wouldn't have otherwise picked. Prince Arcades is a great place to experience and to play old school arcade games; as well as the most current games. I brought my teenage daughter and she loved it! We hosted our sons 7th bday here today and it did not disappoint. These kids were so stoked they could play as many games as they wanted. Usually you have to pay per game. It's unlimited gaming!!!! The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Party room is fun and easily fits 15 kids and a few adults. Will absolutely go back.... at my husband's request. Great place to go! $20?s for the entire day to play unlimited, and you can leave and come back throughout the time they're open?! What a steal! They have such a huge variety of games and even one imported game from Japan! You can even get your fortune read from Zoltan from the movie BIG for $1! A great arcade with a wide variety of games to play. Games and fun for all ages. Machines are in great shape and work like they were brand new. The staff is awesome. They just expand expanded with more room and more games. It may seem small when you first walk in. But looks are deceiving. You can get lost checking out every game you walk by. For older gamers who grew up in the arcades this place is a walk down memory lane. Check this place out if you like arcades.

Jeremy was punctual, super responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond by guiding me on how to refurbish the Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet and even connected me with others who can help me convert it into a Mortal Kombat 3 cabinet. Jeremy was extremely generous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his support. Buy and work with him - 100%!!!

The owner is a stand up guy and very accommodating. Great place for a party or just a day to game out! Old skool and newer arcade games , all ages. I had my 8 year olds birthday party here and it was fantastic. the owner was such a breeze to work with, great communication easy going, Party was 3 hours long which was perfect for our group, kids and adults including grandparents played the whole time. we were able to bring in our own food and drinks(there is a catering option but because our party was a Sunday there was a minimum order so we opted to bring our own food). Purchased a pinball playfield through FB Marketplace. Communications was great and Jeremy took care of shipping the playfield to me since I could not do local pick up. Awesome experience doing business with Prince Arcades!

I went here for the first time for a Sonya blade meet and greet. It was 20.00 admission for unlimited free play. I was genuinely shocked, that's a great business model, and on the plus side 3 original mortal kombat arcades. So I got to have a little fun after the signing. The place has great decor and a nice selection of games including skeeball. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to meet the owner bc I inquired about a custom banner he had. I would def come back here again.

Hosted our holiday party here and it was amazing! Jeremy was awesome the whole time in communicating prior to, day of support as more folks than we expected showed up and he was setting up extra tables, plus an extremely fair value for the private party. We went for my husband's birthday. Friendly employees, very clean and such a great selection of games you'll never get bored. It was exciting to bring our daughter back in time to experience our childhood. And to my surprise they now have skeeball machines! Unlimited skeeball!!!!! My friend and I went for the meet & greet event at Prince Arcades. The whole day was fantastic!! There many games including some we have never seen like the desert tank game and the commercial airline flight simulator!! If you are at the Promenade mall in Bolingbrook, IL, Prince Arcades is a must see place!!

This arcade in the Promenade is a hidden gem! You pay one price and get in & out privileges for the rest of the day. They've got 10 pinball tables and lots of standup cabinet games ranging from old school (Frogger, Ms Pac Man) to newer stuff (guitar hero, jursssic park). Definitely a great way to kill a few hours!

We just recently were able to experience this amazing arcade. My son is a Make-A-Wish kid and he granted him an hour of playing on our pre-Make-A-Wish kind of stay throughout the town of Bolingbrook. We had a blast playing here for Father's Day. My husband asked about his favorite game - Robotron. The owner said he has just pulled it from the floor. It was in the back and he turned it on for my husband. I think they have a nice pinball selection. Good mix of classic/old and new games. But my personal favorite was this game. I love Crystal Castles and this gem had it. We might try to find it for the house! We were only going to play an hour or so and were there 2.5 hours. Will definitely be back!

Took my toddler (he is 3) out for dinner and he wanted to play a shooting game like the one they have at enchanted castle. I remembered this place opened up so figured I would check it out. I arrived around 8:30. A gentleman came to the door and I asked how much it was, he said $15. I specifically asked is my son too young to play, he said no. Honestly that price isnt bad considering you can play all games as much as you want. We were in and out within 15 minutes!! HOWEVER my issue was being charged $30

You want to have some nostalgia. This place takes me back. You pay at the door, and it's all you can play. They even have restrooms. You can be there and try to beat the arcade game. Had my son's 11th birthday party here! Great price and the boys had a ton of fun. The party room is pretty tint but it was perfect for 12 kids who were just sitting to eat real quick. They spent the whole time busy with the games. Only a few adults stayed and they had a great time as well!

One evening at the arcade, I was a guest because of my involvement with Dragon?s Lair (1983) and was impressed with how the venue was a safe and creative way to spend an evening of fun! The arcade is loaded with just about every game you can remember, and it was wonderful to be able to talk with the fans and get their impressions while they were there for some game play. I've been a fan since early 2021, and still visit on Fridays and sometimes on Saturdays. They have variety of nostalgic arcade and pinball titles from the 80?s, 90?s and 00?s. I'm very pleased when it comes to certain events on a Saturday like meet and greet with the cast of the first three Mortal Kombat titles! Great staff members and regulars at Prince Arcades, worth the visit!

I love this place. Its really fun and it's worth the money to play from open to close. You can leave and go eat or walk around the promenade then come back as long as you have the receipt. They offer soda, water, and coffee with paid admission. My kids visited for summer vacation and we have come here more than 4 times and they love it. I cant say enough good things about this place. Always clean and the machines are well taken care of. Great hidden gem in the promenade. Tons of old school games with a few newer ones thrown in. Great for teens. Air is cool and crisp, definitely not stale. Workers are friendly and know their games. For the price and the location we will definitely come back! I really like that you can come and go as you please as long as you have your receipt. We played for over an hour. Went and ate dinner.
