Came from out of town with friends. Purchased the wrong thing at the front desk (wanted arcade but got some hour pass) and got less points on our cards when he realized his mistake. The prices of the arcade machines are horribly high. You can go through thousands of points on your card in minutes. Some go higher than 50 per tap which is criminal. To make it worse some of the machines are clearly rigged and/or broken. The manager came by and said it was a "skill issue" and I didn't care to argue it. The p

My son and his friends had fun with the Nerf Gun Wars, video games, virtual reality, basketball and so much more. Somebody the kids enjoyed relaxing in the pod playing video games on the XBox console. A nice place for children and adults to have fun. Nice place. Best part is the VR and nerf gun maze. Though both a bit small. I wish they had better prices for the pass. You wait a long time for the games so an hour burns fast.

This place has everything a gamer could want. Everything from casual gaming at the bar to online gaming in private gaming lounges. The bar has a ton of 1 up arcades right at the bar so you can get a beer and enjoy a game with a friend.

The VR games are awesome! The XBox in the Pods are awesome! The pretzel was the best ever! Highly recommended.

Overpriced, crap food. Just a waste of space. If you want to waste your money for your kid to play 2 15 minute sessions of VR games for 40 bucks here fine. Don't expect to be able to do anything else. Do yourself a favor, go to Alleys/pinheads for the game room there, bowling and decent food.

I had my son's 10th birthday party at Press Play a couple weeks ago. Up until the party, we have never been there, so I relied heavily on reviews to make my decision. This place is GREAT! Lots to do for the kids and it's super clean. Friendly and helpful staff and there is a nice place inside to get a cold beer. Will definitely be back again.

This place was awesome ! We brought our youth group from church here and the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made sure everybody had a good time. Can't say enough about how well they took care of us. Looking forward to next time we can come again !!

Our family of 3 went here today for the first time, and it was not the experience we had hoped for. We were in the area and decided to stop by & check out the VR options. We've played one other VR game at a different business and had a fun time. The place is great for kids and adults. My kid loved it. I'm giving them four stars because nobody helped me with the party; I needed to serve pizza and drinks for the kids. Also, nobody helped with the cake. Other places assign a person to help parents with these details. It's solid. They should set up one universal pay system for the games. Some take tokens others take quarters and some come with the access pass. The food was pretty good and not to expensive for the venue same for the drinks. The nerf war was pretty fun but if you get a bad gun just ask for a swap off the rip so it can be pulled out of rotation. The Omni Room was down but they sold us tickets but the customer service for the mistake was impressive. Shout out to Dante keep us post on the status of the arena.

Very clean. However, we didn't get our food with birthday party package until 10 minutes before our party was over. We also paid an additional $40 for Omni VR. The staff told my son there was a waiting list and would come and get him and they never did .... it's a hard pill to swallow to give them $440.00 and not get everything you paid for. I'm not sure we'd book another party here for that amount of money.

We took 7 of our grandkids over the weekend. It was the first time for 5 of them and they loved it. The choices of attractions was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. It was worth every penny. The adults had just as much fun as the kids. This will be our go to spot whether there's kids with us or not.

I've been here 2 or 3 times, and I must say, I love the atmosphere. The kids enjoy it and they have a little something for everyone. The bar they have is a nice touch, the drinks were reasonably priced and made well, it's also tucked away nicely so there's no worry about the kids going into the area. Press Play is amazing!!! I get to relax and get a massage in the massage chair. My husband can watch the sports games on the big flat screen TV. My children love to get the all day pass to have fun in the gaming areas they love!!! My teenager loves to put up basketball shots on the court after he has played in the nurf gun area with his friends.The food and drinks are great! It's a must in our family to spend time together at Press Play!!!

We recently went to Press Play for my daughter?s 8th birthday and had an amazing time. She and 20 of her friends were able to play games and enjoy each other with limited parent interaction. This was because there was so much to do to capture their attention. The VR and the Nerf Wars were highly rated and everything was organized and smooth for us in terms of the birthday set up. Even her cousins who are 15 enjoyed themselves as they played Xbox. The only issues and I find it a small one was not every game

Our family had a wonderful time last night! Highly recommend doing a group rate/party! We had 15 people and everyone could do all the activities without limit. The place is beautiful and super clean. Staff is very positive, kind and helpful. Such a great concept with all the games plus the pods for the couch/big screen. We were looking for some place different to host our sons 6th birthday party. Press Play was the PERFECT spot. A absolute gem in Brownsburg. A perfect combination of adult and kid fun. This place is a absolute rip-off!!! 60 bucks at the door for 1 hour for 2 kids then you need to buy tokens for games that are old and need repair!! VR had so many games to choose from but the first 3 my kids chose didn't work. This place needs to hand out refunds on a hourly basis. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if I had time I'd stand outside and let my word of mouth destroy that place...

We had our team basketball party here and it was absolutely perfect! All of the boys had so much fun in the bball & Nerf area. They loved getting to play video games and getting the 360 video/picture. The concession stand had good food for the boys, as well. It's the PERFECT place for a party!

Was great in the nerf area, I personally don't think the rest of it it's worth it, the three point challenge is cool but they should let the kids all shoot together that would be fun for them. Mixing spot of culture as well, which I didn't remember from brownsburg 5 years ago.

I had my son?s 15th birthday celebration at the gaming lounge and it was amazing. The staff was so courteous and helpful with fulfilling all of the party goers requests. The food was fresh and delicious while also being a great price. We can't wait to return!!

We had a birthday party for my 17 year old nephew and had people off all ages. We all had an amazing time! Fun place with great pizza, and very clean! Mark, Jennifer and the rest of the team gave us a fantastic experience. We look forward to coming back again!

I want to share our honest experience hosting a birthday party here. I'll start with the good - the place was clean and the music was good. The manager (or perhaps owner, I'm not certain) was friendly, made the birthday boy feel special, and was clearly working really hard to serve guests and keep things moving along. The man never stopped moving, running across the large facility to check in party guests, help in the concessions area, and take care of guests not associated with our party. The kids general

Really nice place. They had about 8 virtual reality Stations but one was down, they had a lot of fun games for them. It was pretty clean in the bathrooms and they were spacious. They had a few arcade games and wasn't pricey. Also a nice lil bar area with a few board games, pool tables and pinball machine. The food was really good and fairly cheap I was really surprised. They also had pod areas where you can chill on the couch and watch TV while the kids play or play video games oh and laser tag.

Second time taking my 9 yr old son. Also took my 3 year old this time. 9 yr old had a blast as always, and even stuff to do for the little guy. If you live anywhere in the area there is no better place to keep kids happy, and good food and drinks for adults. Definitely recommend this place!

This place in INCREDIBLY AWESOME! I scheduled a party on a Monday for the following Sunday. The staff explained my options and assisted me with what would be great for party. Plans fell through and I needed the party to be on Saturday. Reached out and spoke with the owner Ray on Thursday to explain the change. He was very understanding. I originally scheduled the party for 10-12 kids and with the change it went to 18-20. I was prepared to hear that they could not accommodate the request at such short notice

Refund policy is not disclosed by representative booking party & owner ( Misty) said it is a training issue. I attempted to cancel 2 days after booking & was advised I would be called back. After waiting & no call back I called & told there is no refund. Do not book because unlike other venues that disclose the cancelation policy this operation does not.

Had a great first visit. This place is very new and clean. It was Friday night, but not crowded so that was a plus. We were greeted and treated very well by the staff. Tried VR for the first time tonight, very cool. We will definitely be back as it could be for a date night, group outing, family time or for parties.

This place was DOPE!!! There's a chance to shoot around, shoot at people (with some unique Nerf guns ), and the VR was super cool!
