Seems really outdated. Many games are unavailable. Staff don't seem happy. My kids like to play there. But I'd rather go to a gorilla petting zoo.

Took the kiddos to PowerPlay and while they had a good time with what little was working, it was honestly pretty disappointing. The majority of the machines were broken or out of order, and the few that were working were often being hogged by people just sitting there, not even playing?just blocking others from using them. It was sad to see such a fun concept go to waste due to poor maintenance and lack of supervision. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Feeling a little run down compared to Main Event but there was a guy in there who was amazing to watch on the Dance Dance Revolution type game. I will try to include a video.

I recently visited Powerplay with my toddler, looking for a fun day of games and attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit underwhelming. First off, we were disappointed to find that two of the attractions we were most excited about, the kid train and the Ferris wheel, were out of service. Hopefully this review will save someone the time and money since the front desk does not inform you after your non refundable payment. 80% of the arcade games do not work and the ones that do are half broken or missing the things you need to play. All the fun indoor activities are also down. The place smells bad of urine and the restrooms were so bad I couldn't even handle being in there for 30 seconds. No soap at the sinks as well. Very short staffed, 50% of the games are broken. I brought my 4 children and spent about $150 on games that they could not play. Replayed games that were operating. There speed way go carts are fun but they take very long to board due to short staff. I then requested for refund after the wait became too long.

0 stars if I could. Over 50% of the games are down, basketball and skee ball has all the balls in only a couple games, games accept your credits but don't work. Spent a hundred bucks and the kids up front happily accepted it but didn't say anything about all the broken games. No refunds but none of our stuff works, what a scam this place is.

Most of the arcade games are out of service and don't even have signs on them indicating that .. so it will eat up all your points and still not work. The place in general looks very dirty. We came here for a birthday party so it didn't cost us anything, but we will not pay out of pocket to ever come back again.

If you see this place, keep on driving! Took my family here for some fun during the cold winter months. Building had no heat. Also about 40 percent of the rides and games were out of order or not working. Aging facility with ran down equipment. No soap in restrooms. Dirty establishment. I think there are better experiences across town than powerplay.

Not what we expected or hoped for. Felt like a casino for children-very expensive and mediocre rides. The staff was very nice but mostly teenagers. Some had a bit too much attitude while most, especially the girl at the front, was very courteous and professional. I did not see any other adult workers which was also a bit concerning. We didn't stay long but tried the bumper cars which didn't have steering wheels, nor your typical bumper car from a state or county Fair.

This place is so much fun! They offered a great promotional price, and my little one loved it! The staff was so friendly. My husband did the go carts. It was cold. They have so many great arcade games and rides! I couldn't believe how many rides they had inside.

It's pretty good. Bunch of kids working there, they are doing a pretty good job. It wasn't terribly expensive. Basically I do $20 a kid and it's a good hour - hour and a half of fun. The bathroom was clean. It's pretty dark in the game area so no telling if that's clean or not. No dead bodies anyway. It felt safe and my kids are young. They have a bouncy house area set aside for the really young kids and I thought that was pretty cool.

Do not waste your money going here! Brought our boys here on a Saturday evening thinking it would be fun, but was incredibly disappointed. Half of the arcade games did not work and if they did, stole your points. Most of the activities did not work. Smelled like farts in the facility and bathroom was disgusting. Great place for our large family of all ages & genders to hang out & play games together - especially if the weather isn't keen to hanging out together outdoors. I'm happy they're incorporating specials, as it can be a little pricey for a larger family to go hang out on an average day. This place used to be fun? now it's nasty, dangerous, and boring. Tons of games were not working, every surface is nasty, (as seen in pictures) the bathroom smells AWFUL like sewers, most of the toilets were clogged, and the soap dispenser and lots of other things were busted apart in the bathroom. While the games the Go Cards the roller coaster ride were very enjoyable. However, the bathrooms were gross to gross to allow the public and their children to use.

Had fun, there was wayyy more than I expected. Played guitar hero for the first time ever, that was fun. The buffet food was really good. I loved bowling and the tilt-a-wirl was crazy lol. The 15 dollar all game pass is amazing. Will come again.

Took my grandson there to play games and rides. I would say that at least 30% of the games were broken or out of order. Tried the bowling and could not even get game to score the game.Pins would not reset properly. The place needs to be maintained.

We used to come here often, but it has really gone downhill. It is dark, dirty and many of the games were out of service or would not be listed out of service and still not work. The air hockey table we used had such weak air in spots the puck would get stuck. It was very disappointing and I think in the future will go elsewhere for fun with the kids.

Many games took your card but didn't work and was broken. Half my children's card went to games that didn't work correctly. However the rides and laser tag was great. The staff was very helpful and well trained.

I'll start by saying at least the place was clean and staff was friendly. That's the only reason they even get a star. There were over 29 machines that were out of service and not running. Great place to take my grandkids; ages 8, 5, 4. Spent about $80. The kids said they had fun!

Ripped off on at least half the swipes and many of the games were just not functioning at all. No food to be seen no people or staff at rides and no instructions. Expect to stop and go to the front to ask for service multiple times. Staff who we did make contact with were not very friendly nor care to be bothered. Not at all as advertised online drove an hour to bring a child on their birthday and we will never go back. Do not recommend.

A lot of games are broken/ not in service. Some rides not running. Saturday night and the snack bar in the middle was shut down? Left with $ on our cards. Its a shame because this place was great pre covid but since then has gone downhill significantly. Sad!

They currently have a deal where kids get to play the games unlimited during a weekday for $15. (Feb. 2024) Little kids love it. Especially the noisy roller coaster. Unsafe little kids bounce house with 12 to 18 inch holes big enough to LOSE small or skinny children in; IN the TODDLER area. If your litigious the bounce house may be the place for you!

This is a great family fun place to go to! We try to come here every 2-3 weeks! I have to get a funnel cake everytime! But the buffet is not really that good everytime we go the food is not really hot like its been sitting out for a long time and it's not kept clean in that area but my husband loves the chocolate chip cookies so that's about all we eat from there. But a good fun place to go!

Kids had an amazing time. I recommend going with at least $100. they also have a buffet which is super cool. they serve pizza and pasta and other nice stuff. the race track was closed when i went. The bathrooms were not maintained. Half of the toilets wouldn't flush and NO SOAP! Honestly should have left when i saw this but thought we'd give it a chance. Most of the games were out of order or if they weren't the displays and/or sound didn't work. Ultimately a waste of time and money. I went with Power Play for my kiddos 11th birthday. We had just moved to the metro and I wasn't sure if I could put together the party I'd like to in the timeframe I had. Great place to bring kids. Even have adult drinks. I would bring my kids there again due to all the activities. Although, they let my 13 year old nephew sign a wavier for several kids ages 9-13. Did not appreciate that at all! If something were to happen on go carts, and the adult did not sign the waiver, let let a minor do it, they would be paying for the medical bills.

We came up on a Sunday afternoon and none of the bowling games worked, the Jurassic park game was disabled, the shooting games were disabled. The balls didn't drop in the one game, the attendants at the snack stations were on their phones and vaping under the counter. And the place is just dirty. We love power play but this was our worst experience.

Power play is usually a good time. It depends on when you go, as sometimes it can be a little crowded, and I have found that their machines are sometimes down, which can be a disappointment. The staff are generally helpful though and have never had a problem with refunding points to my card when a game doesn't work for any reason. The prizes are typical for an arcade type of place. This place is very fun! I didn't really see any broken games. Staff was always nice and friendly. Game area was clean. Buffet as not that great, they ran out of food and had to quickly make more. But i didn't really see that as a big issue as i wasn't there to eat. My son loved the bowling game!

How do you have french fries that all don't come out evenly cooked, some not done some done, and knowingly have stale nacho chips but continue to sell them. Not bad, the attendants were all great, it was very clean, the buffet wasn't great... but it wasn't terrible and it was clean, and i wasn't grossed out... plus it was extremely cheap with the 25$ deal we got. Had fun wasting an evening.

This place is so much fun. My kids went in and I didn't see them until it closed. It's kind of expensive but no more than Main Event or any other place like it. My kids are teenager and preteen, and they had a blast. The only minus I could think of is that the concession stand doesn't take cash and doesn't stay open until the place closes. They close earlier.

The food is not great in fact it was cold so we asked them to make fresh Pizza that was warm, however there are a lot of fun games and rides for small kids. You pay for cards that you swipe to play the games and the negative about this is that in order to get multiple cards you lose out on getting deals for how much you can load on to individual cards. It would be better if you can get multiple cards and still get good deals.

Manager spent way too much time with young girl employees. Everyone is always on their phones instead of trying to clean up. I saw a guy sitting on the counter where food was prepaired. Nasty place to take your kids. Workers spend more time talking to each other than making sure people are on rides correctly and all safety belts are on.

We love power play! The girls always have so much fun here. However, it does get expensive. Overall this is a good place to bring kiddos or just come yourself and enjoy it!

DON?T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The games will take your money and not let you play. Food places aren't open, only a vending machine. Many games not even powered on. They have it written in sharpie ?no refunds? so don't bother asking for a remedy when you feel like you should have more points added to the card for the games that were taking points and not letting you play. Spent $150. It's $0.25 per point and games range between 2.5-65 points.

While the kids enjoyed what they have to offer at PowerPlay, as parents we were super disappointed with the ticket return. My 4 and 6 year old couldn't get but 10-20 tickets per game they played, even with us helping them. Always loved this place, but it's falling seriously out of date. Everything is hit or miss if it works, Dirty beyond belief. They closed 15 before they actually close, turned off all machines at once, wouldn't break bills to use in the bending machine, etc. Bad management for sure. Games need updates and cleaned more importantly. Several games I tried to play button were so sticky they didn't work and had to stop playing. All you can eat buffet was pretty good. Main complaints are the sanitation/cleanliness of games so you can play they accurately, and change the ?game play credits? system. Went there today for something to do as it was my son's bday and we are not from here. It was super dirty and half the games didn't work. The kids were hungry we got the buffet and I knew I should have turned and walked out when the first 2 plates were dirty and the high chair I had to clean with my own wet wipes. But we toughed it out and ate anyway. Well right now we are all sick in the hotel! My son threw up everywhere and we are taking turns running to the bathroom! The poor hotel staff has had to help

Large place with lots to do for smaller kids. I would say the maximum age for kids her would be 12. There are a few things like the gokarts and axe throwing that maybe older kids could do, but that would be it.
