So much fun. I went for Father?s Day and took my teenage son who even admitted he enjoyed it. About 40-50 machines, pay for time that's it, so easy. The owner is a great person. I will be back as much as I possibly can!!!

Had so much fun here ! We got a 2 hr pass and I feel like it was the perfect amount of time to play as much as we wanted while enjoying some yummy beer. It was a little busy because of a tournament they had running, but not at all too crowded or uncomfortable. Had a great time ??

Clean place, very reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere. You play by the hour, not quarters, Anyway, it is a nice place to spend some time and relax . If you're in pinball machines , this is the place. Very good variety from different years.

Wow this place is amazing the atmosphere is pretty adult themed for all the ones who were born in the 80s like myself. You can bring your kids here and have a good time. I spoke with Jeff he was very friendly and informative and this place allows you to play all you want for just $10 an hour!

I can't say enough good things about this place! 1.) Lots of games! I played for an hour. I thought that would be enough. I should have paid for two hours. 2.) The gentleman that poured my beer was top notch. Made sure I got a FULL POUR, sprayed the foam off the outside of the glass, then dried it off! 3.) Beer selection was great. 4.) For an hour I felt like a kid again?(only with beer)!

The Black Hole pinball game is unique: there's a secondary game underneath the main game where you have to play in reverse. Very fun and challenging. Many of the other games are newer, flashy, streamlined. They have a good system of buying time, and offering fresh mead.

Excellent pinball bar! Great craft beer options available to enjoy with your gaming experience. They had tons of pinball machines and arcades. Apparently more than any other place I could find in metro Atlanta. The machines were in good shape and we really enjoyed ourselves. They operate on a freeplay model and you just pay by the hour which was great. Made it much easier and it felt like you definitely got your money's worth. It is an awesome place they have all of my favorite old school arcade games and pinball, and I would so recommend it to anyone . The price to play is very reasonable, plus once you pay one time, the games are all on free play so you can play one game forever or play them all and the snacks and cokes are priced good to so your not having to break the bank. Also, they have beer, so yeah, great place for kids and adult kids, lol

Really cool place with a very good diversity of pinball and arcade games ringing from old to new. You pay by the hour so you can try any machine and have a good time. I really enjoyed this place!!

They have a huge selection of pinball machines and a bunch of arcade machines. They host a variety of pinball tournaments. Had a blast. They have 15 beers on tap at this new location. $1 sodas and waters. It's always a fun time. - They got in a couple skeeball leagues recently and are possibly looking to start a skeeball league (yes it's a thing, with nationals), in addition to their pinball leagues and tournaments.

My family and I really enjoy Portal Pinball. The prices are reasonable, good selection of beer, staff are friendly, and almost every game was in good order during our visit. The new location is larger which makes it easier to get around other people. We will definitely return.

Updated as of 1/17/24 They relocated from Kennesaw to Accepting for a larger location. You can buy 1hr, 2hr, or all day passes. They now have beer on tap. The have some arcade machines and lots of pinball.

My new home away from home. Fantastic staff and games that offer freeplay at $10 for one hour, $18 for two hours, and all day for $25. Many vintage and new arcade and pinball machines. They also have a bar with a selection of local and out of state brews. So glad there's now an arcade like this so close by to me in Acworth.

Super fun place, major upgrade from last location! Lots of games to play and bar has a great selection. Update: still fun but like 10+ games were out of order. They definitely need to find a good person to come out and fix the machines.

All you can game for $10/hour. It's almost a museum just as much as an arcade. Lots of cool old machines in here, all very well maintained. A few newish ones too. The bar has a great selection of beer on tap, including their own brew- the Portal Pilsner. I think they had some specialty cocktails too. They also have soda and various candies. The bartender was quick and helpful when there was a problem with a machine.

Had a great time at this place with my daughter. Haven't played much pinball in years since they aren't around much anymore. They had several machines I was familiar with :Black Knight and Black Hole. I remember Black Knight being much batter than it was. It's been a while since I visited Portal. I played in a Friday night pinball tournament on November 15, 2024. I was delighted to find a wide variety of games and the vast majority of them played perfectly. They were clean, balanced, and well adjusted. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was super fun. Great place to blow off steam or waste a few fun hours! Choose the length of time you'd like to play and pay per hour at the counte. All games are free once you've gotten your timed name tag. The time just flew by!

Such a fun place! $8/hour or $15/all day to play as much pinball as you want! They have rows of pinball machines and some vintage arcade games as well. They sell bottled water and soda. The facility is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and cant wait to go back!

We had a great time. We paid 8$ for an hour of play and it flew by. A mix of old and new pinball and other games. There are drinks and snacks available to buy. Will definitely bring friends here again.

Nice arcade with a fantastic lineup of pinball machines. They have good drafts on tap and friendly staff.

The new location is awesome (next to old Best Buy). It feels like there is more space and games, but there's definitely a bar now. Prices seem like the same as the old location but it could be a part of a much bigger evening in the area now. If this is what their bar top looks like, imagine how fun the rest is.

Finally, a good old fashioned arcade!... I stumbled upon this place and thought I would try it out with my younger daughter. It was definitely worth it and then some! There are most classic and newer pinball games but they also have many hit arcade games as well. If your are a connoisseur of Ms. Pac-Man, you know it is not the real game unless it had the speedup hack... And this one does! There is no way you can play all the games in one hour, so I suggest buying a pass for at least two or more hours.

Came here for the first time. I love the way you pay once and then it's free play on the games. Laid-back atmosphere where it feels like everyone is welcome. The pinball machines and arcade games were all in good shape. Spent two hours there, stayed busy, and time flew by.

My wife and I went on a date to Portal Pinball after finding it through a quick Google search. For a flat fee, you get to play all their games for as long as you want. It's clean (even the bathroom!) and has a fun, friendly environment. The gentlemen working that night was not the I-wish-I-wasn't-here arcade part-timers I remember from my youth. He was glad to be there and fun to talk to. Highly recommended.

My wife and i went here on a date night and only planned to stay an hour. We stayed for two. Great throwback joint we had a blast the time went by real quick. Attendee/server was awesome, polite and professional. We will be back for sure.

This is a great little gem hidden in a smaller strip mall. Over 20 pinball machines ranging from the 1950s - today + some iconic arcade games. Groupon was offering a 2 person - 1 hour free play for $11 and was definitely worth it. Great experience for kids and parents alike.

Oh man came here on my 40th for some old school pinball and arcade cabinet and it was like stepping through a wormhole to the classics I grew up with . All the machines worked great and the staff was super nice and created a welcoming atmosphere. 12/10 def worth the trip out we will be back to wag and bark some more while we play on some pinball and classic arcade games including street fighter mortal Kombat the ninja turtles and more

Loved it here. I grew up when arcades were the place to be in the 80s, and my father managed an Aladdin's Castle for many years. Clean machines in good working order, lots of unique gems. Pricing is also affordable.

Wow is this place awesome! I drove an hour to this location from Blue Ridge for an all day pass (well worth it!) and was very impressed with the pinball selection. Brand new tables, 80-90?s tables and a whole WALL of solid state pinball machines. Went on a Monday night out of pure curiosity. Had no idea this place was here! It was such a fun time! We were the only 2 people there and had free reign of all the machines and old games. Highly recommend this place for a night out with friends or a date night! We didn't order anything from their amply stocked bar but will definitely do so next time!

We LOVE this place! A group of seven of us went to celebrate my husband?s birthday. So much fun! My god, this place is awesome. No matter how good of a gaming setup you have at home, it still can't take away from the the wonder of playing a vintage, mechanical pinball machine. I've never seen so many in one place. You pay to play by the hour, and then all the games are on free play, so there's no fumbling for dumb little coins and cards, which feels a lot more freeing than you might think. The machines are all fitted with drink holders, so you order a draft beer and make your way around.

This place is super fun! First time coming in and the staff was extremely helpful. The games are in great condition and I had so much fun! Especially the old arcade games, loved being able to continue with free play instead of dying, loved it! Can't wait to come back!

Portal pinball was my favorite getaway at their old location. They kept me sane through my final years in college. The new location is even better with a great rotation of brews! I love being able to enjoy a good drink and play some amazing games. The staff and owners are super nice and helpful. They also take great care of their machines. This place is great! They have a great selection of Pinball machines (around 20 total) and game cabinets. The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable about both the strategy and history of the games. I particularly like how all the games are set for 'free play' and you just pay by the hour. The prices are very reasonable. Plus they keep the games and the rest of the place clean. No sticky floors and smudged glass like the arcades I grew up with!

I was highly excited to see the new location since you moved out to Acworth from your previous location in Kennesaw. Only to be let down you were closed for a private party on a Saturday, it's not an easy drive all the way out there, to turn around and leave back to Woodstock. *(People are not always going to check your website and social media when coming) I got a peak inside, looks nice thanks maybe I'll come again.

Fantastic pinball themed arcade with a nice beer bar that has a fun selection of beer, cider, and mead. Every pinball machine we played was very well maintained both mechanically and artistically. In addition, we spoke with the owner who was personable while being passionate about his love for pinball and craft beverages. This is shown very clearly as soon as you walk in the door.

GREAT PLACE FOR PINBALL AND ARCADE GAMES! Super selection of classic and modern pinball games as well as old school video games. Family friendly and also very flexible for groups. We have a ladies pinball league that meets there once a week. We bring in food and they accommodate us with space and helpful tips if we want them. We had our end-of-year softball team party here and had a wonderful time. I didn't know what to expect when first walking in the door, but quickly discovered that this place is a true call-back to the glory days of the video game arcade of the 80's and 90's. All machines were in excellent working order. They even offer classic Coke in traditional glass bottles for purchase. My son has told me he wants his next birthday party here. Can't wait to take them back again!

This joint is fantastic. My husband and I just went for the first time and it's epic. I love the mix of old and new pinball machines and the retro arcade games. We bought a groupon for our visit but even without a groupon it's worth the price of admission. We will def go back soon. The crowd is early 20's and up, only 1 or 2 kids with their parents, so I liked that, especially since it was date night and a rare evening without our kiddo. Super fun.
