O.m.g. this place is the coolest place for retro games!!! We loved it so much, we went back the next day!!! They've got several dance games, n64 console, wii, nostalgic faves like Mortal kombat, street fighter, The Simpsons, pinball machines, etc. So, so much more!! Plus, it's free play for an all-day wrist pass!!! A must for arcade lovers!!!

Much fun, I had. Hmm. Visited the Point Break Arcade, I did?where the dark side of boredom stood no chance. For merely $15 credits, the gates to a galaxy of unlimited arcade and pinball opened wide. No quarters, no tokens?only pure gameplay. A value most wise. To the leaderboards I ascended, yes. Spider-Man, Iron Maiden, and Ghostbusters pinball?victories etched in digital stone. The machines, many. The lights, dazzling. The challenge, worthy of a true Jedi. Hours passed like seconds as I dueled with fli

Went here on a Sunday when they opened. Had a great time seeing all of the types of games and playing the games as well! The vibe was cool, workers were all nice and making sure we were helped if needed. Cool to have the option of older gaming devices in addition to arcade games. Love the one price for the day to play. Great gem and will be back :)

Really fun place. It's a great bargain at $15 for the whole day. Lots of different options between pinball and arcade games. I did have a ln issue with a couple games not working 100% but most worked great. Great selection of pinball machines if you're into pinball specifically. The beverages were a bit on the pricey side at $4 for a bottle of pop. It can be a little loud which makes it hard to hear some of the pinball audio. Overall a great experience.

No matter your age, Point Break Arcade has a game for you. There is something special playing Mario Bros on an actual NES connected to a CRT TV. My kids made their rounds through the various driving and shooting games. I also managed to get them to try DDR. I gave so many quarters to DDR back in the early millennium, so I really appreciated the no quarters or tokens to try my dance game again. There were so many games, even at the busiest, there was always a vacant game ready to be played. The kids grabbed

Lee is an amazing bartender here. The whole environment is amazing!!!!! My 4 year old loves it, my husband and I LOVE it, it's great for the whole family. Had the pleasure to meet the owner, Nick & he also was nothing short of kind, informative & laid back! Can't wait to go back.

What a sweet little spot! you pay a set price and can play all the video games your heart could ever desire. The selection of canned and bottled beers is impressive, and the staff knows the info about every one of them which was impressive! 10/10 a great little date spot for sure!

If you grew up in the 90s and 2000s, you'll love this place. It's cheap, fun, clean, and nostalgic. There are tons of varieties of games and beers. Fun for all ages and great fun on weekends or weekdays. Worth the drive over from pcb every time. It's become a monthly and sometimes weekly activity for us!

This place is so fun!! Great atmosphere and a ton of different games to choose from. The alcohol selection is slightly limited however the one they do have are quite decent and do the job and are only about 5$. Great date night idea.

Enjoy myself everytime I enter this establishment. Love the fact I can come and go as much as I need to and get right back to playing. The pinball selection is great and my favorite part. But many games for the young and old.

This place is AWESOME! We needed a sun break and this place did not disappoint!

This should really be a lower rating but I think you could do some very simple things to vastly improve your arcade. This place has a ton of potential but is neglected in key areas. 1. Adjust the audio on your jukebox so when customers play music it is at least as loud as the crappy house music it's programmed to play. Also maybe mix up the pre-programmed music so it's not all crappy house music. 2. Fix your toilet seats so they will stay open for men. I'm sure the women would appreciate this $15 fix. 3. T

Point Break Arcade is amazing! All the games are fun, you can get drinks if thirsty, and more! My friend's parents own this and it is so fun! I love it. 5/5. If you want more detail on what this place is, Point Break Arcade is an arcade full of fun games, drinks, and amazing challenges. Multiple floors for the best gaming experience! Again, 5/5.

This place is so much fun! We were having a blast and then we discovered there is a second level. Great beer selection. I wish they had food, but you can come and go and there is plenty of food nearby.

Great selection of new and classic machines.. Equally great beer list. Good for old and young alike. Extremely impressive spot to burn off some time!

Great location for modern pinball and arcade games. $15 entry, with all machines set to free play! Location does have a bar with canned beers and sodas for a reasonable price. I highly recommend checking this arcade out!

Don't drain your bank account at Dave &busters. Come to this awesome arcade! This place has a great atmosphere. It's cheap and it's fun $15 day pass. Also this is a great meet up spot. Come here today.

We love this place! My 10 year old son always enjoys time spent here. Really friendly staff, large selection of games, and you can play as long as you want. They even have a really decent selection of alcohol beverages. It's in a great location and there are lots of food options and places for a scenic walk really close to enjoy and then come back if you are there earlier in the day.

Well everyone yesterday afternoon me and my friend Dominic went to this place for the first time ever, which this was his 2nd time this place is like a Dave and Busters but even cooler and it's like Funland in PCB but also more unique as well, definitely will be back again soon! ??

Amazing arcade. Definitely the best one in Florida - beats a good few in Jax and Orlando. Games are very well distributed throughout the place with a variety of pinball, rhythm games, and retro consoles. Can't comment on the drinks yet. For an entry price of $15, you're getting a bargain. Also the only place for hundreds of miles that has a Dancerush Stardom cab :)

Excellent arcade, good variety of games and a number of classics. $15 free play is a great deal. Totally want to go again, my little one loved it.

Pretty solid place. Relax with the Littles and let them play same games we did as kids. Staff was chill and the people were as well. It's a good vibe frfr

The new Point Break Arcade downtown is like a visual history lesson into the progress of technology in our generation AND a great spot just to hang out. From pin ball machines to guitar hero, nintendo to WII, foosball to dance party, this two story location is packed with the games of every generation! Very friendly staff - $15 - all you can play. So cool to have this!

Great selection of games and pinball. An awesome atmosphere, and there were some cool niche rhythm games that I enjoyed quite a bit as well. All for $15!

Love this place. Much more fun than Dave and Buster?s. More playing and less noise. Classic games!! $15 and play all day

This place is awesome! Made the mistake of coming in two hours before closing, next time I need to give myself at least 3+

Tons of games. Friendly staff. They stock a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including Athletic Brewing Co. Sanitizer and drink holders are everywhere for convenience.

I gave it five stars, even though I didn't eat anything. That soda was $4 though, a bit pricey, but the price for all-day play was totally fair, plus you get all-day access! I get why the drinks cost more; gotta make money somehow. I'm totally going back.

Excellent selection of games, especially if you are a fan of rhythm games! All of the games were very well kept and for $15, it's an absolute steal.

This place is so fun and affordable. At 15 dollars per person you can't beat it. The only negative review I saw was a woman that got butt hurt because her kids couldn't eat in there but it's an all day pass. I couldn't imagine how sticky and nasty it would be if that wasn't the case. She also made it seem like they had just a free for all public bathroom. They're private and just says I don't care what you are just wash your hands. The building is 2 stories and had more games than any arcade I've been to. I

They have a great variety of games and the retro stuff is always a family favorite!

Fun, Japanese retro games / pinball / beer (fun for kids too) $15 for a day pass is well worth the price :)

Had a birthday party here. Price was good. Kids and adults had a blast and would recommend

Very cool! Seeing all those old games brought back memories and it's a very chill spot to relax and hang out. A nice addition to down town.

This is such a cool place. Very friendly staff as well. Pricing is very reasonable.

Just some good old fashion fun. Play and have fun, slip out to get something to eat and come right back to the action.

OMG! If you are a gamer this is heaven. Period.

Super fun! It's far closer and a far greater deal than Dave & Busters. $15 and you can play all day. $15 won't last you an hour at Dave & Busters. The price and the location are more than enough to bring me back again and again.

I went with my girlfriend and had so much fun

Never again. I was actually looking forward to this place as it targeted older kids and looked like a fun hang out. We will never return. It's a place where adults go who think they are kids. For all the wrong reasons. We were there in June: yikes. Not a nice place for kids of any age. The woke nonsense on the bathrooms also told me everything I needed to know about the owners. ?? The kids didn't know which bathroom was safe; it's not a comfortable place to be. There will be Formal complaints for this.

Me and my daughter tried the arcade for the first time last night. We had a blast! Before we knew it, it was 10 o'clock. There were lots of games to choose from and a really fun atmosphere. I love that it's pay one price and play all you want. And even though it was busy, you didn't feel cramped. We will definitely be back!

Pay a flat fee , get armband and play all day!!

Awesome place absolutely loved it. My daughter had a blast.

Went here with a couple of friends recently, and love it!! Definitely a cool place, and the staff are very nice.

Loved this place when I attended for a friend's birthday. All the arcade machines are fun to play.

Two thumbs up from me. This was the highlight of my business trip to Panama City! I visited on a Thursday, got free parking on the same block, and walked right in. Front-desk-girl and bartender-dude I suspect are partners/co-owners--they were both very friendly and knowledgeable about my questions. Dude was also knowledgeable about the beers he was selling and the idiosyncrasies of the pinball machines (which were my only reason for going). I will definitely visit again my next trip to PC!

Great place to hang out with friends. The inclusion of a Project Diva arcade cabinet is the cherry on top!

We frequent this place often with our teenager, we enjoy adult beverages while our teen games! It's a great spot to hang out and the beer selection is extensive! The non alcoholic options are great as well!

Great place!!! Clean, well maintained, fairly priced (mom of 4), fun, spacious, cute inside. Definitely exceeded expectations. Suggestion: add english instructions to games that are solely in Chinese (such as round table by the staircase). It looks cute but no idea how to play.

This place is so much fun. It's $15 for all-day play and you can leave and come back. They give you a wristband. They have so many different games that you can play. They have consoles, arcade cabinets, rhythm games, and pinball. They also have a bar and clean bathrooms. I definitely recommend coming here if you want something to do.

Nice little place. All of the games take you back in time and I am so happy the younger generation get to experience them like I did. Great location and great price to get in. Games are all included with unlimited play once you get your wrist band.

Yes yes and yes. This is the greatest thing to happen to downtown. This is a nostalgia sandwich on steroids. Multiple stories and all the pinball....free play...to much to mention. Just mad someone else did it first.

This place is wonderful and they keep adding new games! I was EXSTATIC to see DDR was finally added! I bought the month pass so I can play DDR again at my hearts content. For the owner, if you could get your hands on House of the dead or Time crisis that would be amazing. Staff has always been excellent and have great knowledge of what is available as far as alcohol goes and help with drinks that match your tastes. EDIT: I remember HOTD 3 the most. That and 2 are my favorites that I recall. Thanks for be

Awesome place! Clearly curated by people who enjoy the games themselves, and it has touches of personality everywhere! ??

What a fun place! I became a teenager again! Lots of fun games. It was a fun way for our family to spend the day downtown. $15 a day and you get a wristband. We left, went to lunch, and came back. Great addition to the PC vibe! Would be cool to add a Donkey King console and another DDR, but Iron Maiden and Foo Fighter pinball rocks! :)

Incredible atmosphere and value! This place is amazing! Grandkids and grandparents are all in full agreement

Game all day for 15$ and you can leave, eat and re-enter bc of your wristband

Had a blast! So much fun and such a diverse assortment of games. Fun for all . Well done. Thank you for bringing this to Panama City.

What an incredible experience. I visited November 2023 and stayed for hours playing arcade games. What really struck me was the variety of games: Classics, Beat-em-ups, Racers, Rhythm, Fighters, Pinball, even some of the more wacky Japan-only releases can be found there. The location is also amazing. Basically smack dab in the middle of downtown Panama City, you're right next to all of the other things to do. And because you can pay once and play all day you can leave to eat or do something else and come ba

Fantastic new location that Panama City needed. If you love games ( pinball is my thing) , come check out this absolute gem!

My whole family loves this place. It's a good price to pay for open to close fun. Soooo many different games to choose from and so many consoles to bring back that childhood nostalgia

This was a great place!! Felt like a kid again!

A blast from the past, a true arcade! No tickets, no nonsense, doesn't cost $100 to play for 2 hours. $15 dollar entry, loads of classic games, pinball, consoles, drinks and more! The 2 story building itself was gorgeous and gigantic with a great atmosphere. I was highly impressed and look forward to how they'll fill the rest of the space over time. Again, a real arcade that makes you want to ditch adulting and go hard on some Pac-man; or some Japanese music game you can't read, can't understand but also c

Best arcade I've been to in a very long time! Great selection of classic and new games, excellent pinball lineup, good beer selection, clean, Fun!!!

Visited for the first time today and it was so awesome. The atmosphere was great. There's such a variety of games. I love how many rhythm games you guys have! I noticed you guys have a lot of Konami games and it would be so cool if y?all added dance rush stardom which is also another Konami game. Also you guys have DDR, what about adding pump it up? Pump it up Phoenix or pump it up xx would make a great addition to the arcade. I love dance games and I can't wait to see how much the arcade will grow!

This was a fun little spot to hang out. Lots of old retro games and gaming systems. Brought back old memories playing Mario Kart on the old Nintendo 64! There's a lot of pinball machines, and the best part if you can play over and over without adding tokens/quarters or anything bc they have an armband system, which was pretty cool. They also have a lil bar in there that has a pretty nice selection of beers. We went for an hour or so, then left and walked to eat dinner nearby, then came back afterward to pla

Maybe the most fun I've ever had in the area. Everything about Point Break is delightful. They have a bunch of Japanese rhythm games I didn't think I'd get a chance to play short of going to Japan (Chunithm, Jubeat, Maimai, Taiko no Tatsujin, Groovecoaster), a ton of pinball (the Iron Maiden one is a lot of fun), most of the classic cabinets you'd want to see, fighting games (not a fighting game guy but they have a Soulcalibur III cabinet, love that), some InitialD games, stations set up with retro consoles

Arcade was great, good atmosphere...great experience; brought my son. He enjoyed the games. I didn't enjoy how employee (LEE) handled a non wristband situation...very rude. Needs training in etiquette and how to appropriately access next time. Made it very uncomfortable the remainder of the visit. Maybe put up a sign that says you're not allowed to show your kids how to play games. I would've completely purchased another wristband had I known you cannot touch them at all withought jeez....He is six....js st

OMG! This was seriously the best date night idea we've had. We loved playing all the old school games and laughed so much at our attempts to play these games we used to HIGH SCORE on. This is exactly what our area needed. It's clean and packed full of fun. Saw lots of parents trying to teach their kids how to play the games of their childhood. Well Done Point Break Arcade!!

This place is just what this city was missing! a place with classic games that you can play unlimited hours as you want! I can't stop playing guitar hero and dance dande revolution, the classics of the year 2000! Thank you for bringing this arcade concept to this small town.

Love this place! Absolutely a gem. Love the unlimited play have been here 3 times in the past month! Will be back again

My husband and I checked this place out tonight as we have been highly anticipating the opening day. Panama City has needed a cool, fun arcade for a long time. Before you say we already have one... Dave & Busters is always swamped with tourists and the game selection is mainly geared towards children. The mall used to have an arcade but slowly began replacing its traditional arcade machines with newer, mobile game-based ones that lacked charm. Point Break has a variety of games to play, from classic 80's ca

A nice day activity in town for the family. $15 per person for all day fun. Nice to stop and go get lunch and come back for more fun!

One of the best reasons to visit the PCB area. Clean setup, great variety of classic games all in excellent shape. Biggest pinball collection in one location I've seen since Oingo Boingo had a hit song. Friendly staff. 2 floors of activities.

Had a blast, each visit! Games are maintained very well. Only suggestion is getting some late 90s, early 2000s games... Silent Scope! But lots of rare stuff here anyways.

This has to be the best Arcade I've ever been to. Pinball fan? They have like 30 unique machines. Fighting games, racing, simulation, rhythm, retro, Japanese imports, consoles they have it all.

I love this place! Great way to spend the day. The have drinks and almost all machines have holders for them. You can request games to add to the place.

A fun and real arcade. It isn't filled with ticket games. It has alot of the classics. Looks like they got tons of room to expand too . Hopefully more games will be added over time. Would be cool to see more classics like Mappy .

Great way to spend $15, we definitely needed something like this in town. Great games and hours of fun! I look forward to many trips down with friends and family!

Took my son here today for the first time. $15 for all day play and there's a huge variety of games!! We will definitely be back!

Huge assortment of games , it's only $15 for all day play, and they seem to be adding more , well worth the money, if your considering going do! You won't regret it

OMG!!! Point Break took me back to my youth with all the retro arcade games!!! Pay one price and play all day, no need to buy any cards and load them up. They have soda and beer available for purchase.

Great atmosphere!! We have so much fun!! Plenty of options at the bar!! Kayla at the front was very nice and welcoming!! Everyone is respectful!!

Had a great time friendly staff and tons of games to play. I will be coming back for sure.

Lots of fun. Reasonably priced.

Always enjoy going here with my wife as she loves the retro pinball machines, and I always find random games to play.

Discover a fantastic atmosphere and plenty of awesome retro games for a casual gaming experience! Don't miss out?check it out now!

Great arcade with many games and games I've never even heard of.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.

Are rhythm games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
