Plaza Lanes

All jokes aside, I been coming here since I was a little. I grew up in Crawfordsville, and Plaza Lanes was about all there was to do then. Cville has grown since then, and now I get to take my daughter to the same place. Two stars for nostalgia, one for growth. They'd get more if half the arcade wasn't broken.

Great staff and excellent customer service. The alley was really clean and the staff was very attentive. Our group had a great time and appreciated the friendliness and patience of the staff from the front desk to concessions to the arcade to the lane attendants.

Website doesn't tell you that you need a reservation league night not reflected on website. If you don't have Facebook you may waste a trip here. Staff not friendly!

Can't answer the phone to save their life and you can barely get ahold of them when you're in person also

We took our great grandsons to play Lazer tag and they loved it. The only thing that was a problem is that they started getting so busy and didn't have enough help.

Always love visiting Plaza Lanes. The facility is always clean, including the restrooms, the employees are really friendly and helpful, and there's more than Bowling! Something for everyone: Bowling, Lazer Tag, Arcade, Snack Bar, also has a Bar attached (but it's separated by doors and windows so kids can't/won't go in it. The bowling alley ball returner wasn't working on our lane, so they moved us to a new lane. The same issue occurred on the new lane. We asked for our money back because we hadn't even made it through one game and the lady at the counter said she could give us a rain check. I asked if the ball returner was actually going to work the next time we showed up and she said "well I don't know." I said I'd rather just get my money back. They seemed annoyed to have a customer at the counter though. We went to the front desk and the young lady working took a phone call in the middle of talking to me. Cosmic bowling is a great deal for a night out. Always top notch sevice from the staff. In addition to bowling they have laser tag and an arcade. Additionally, they have the best fries in town!

Saturday nights 9 to 12 are our favorite here 13$ a pc for 3 hrs of bowling and as many games as you can get in. They do have a place to buy pizza and drinks and the normal cheese sticks nachos and cheese. They do serve alcohol.

A nice friendly atmosphere and nice staff with great food. Kidsbowlfree.com and Plaza lanes help give kids free games during the summer. A good place for teenage community and family fun.

My family and I have been in Crawfordsville visiting and have been bowling here a total of 4 times this week. Super friendly staff awesome snacks. Very reasonable prices. Cosmic bowling was awesome kids loved it. Highly recommend. Awesome town.

Good for bowling, laser tag, mid arcade. I really wouldn't suggest eating their food. My fiance still has pictures saved from the kitchen area...just don't eat the food here.. It's not worth it.

Great foods and more games.

We had my sons birthday party at Plaza Lanes. They got tokens for the arcade, a game of lazer tag, and a game of bowling. It came with pizza and drinks, and we even had to get one more pitcher of soda, and it was only $2. Very clean and reasonably priced. Perfect for anyone wanting to have a birthday party and stay local. They were a little understaffed, but the staff they had did a great job.

Went here with 6 other family members to enjoy a night of bowling, nice place but the staff are rude. We payed for 2 games for everyone and with two frames left our lane said we were out of time. Went to wait in line to ask why and purchase more games bc we were having a really good time and had to wait in line for 20 mins. It was a Saturday night they were busy so I get it no big deal. We started bowling several months ago and really enjoyed coming to this bowling alley, until our last 2 encounters. Now, we will never come back. About 2 weeks ago, we were the only ones standing at the counter. We stood there for over 5 minutes while at least 3 different employees walked by us without acknowledging us. No one said ?We will be right with you?, nothing! So we left. We were hoping that was a one time isolated incident and tried to give it a try again last night since it's the discounted night

It's such a pleasant place to be! Love gathering with my Son n family watching them bowl. As far as the service, your bartender is such a delightful personality and wow, she sure no's her drinks! The woman at the counter were we pay for games rent shoes, well she is equally delightful with all her customers! TY Cville!

It's a good place for bowling and arcade games for kids. I was really happy with the lazer tag facility as well. The downside is that they can be understaffed between the kitchen and bar although the food is pretty good and the drink selection is decent. On the whole, I'd recommend it.

Bowled a couple games with coworkers for a great team building experience. Lanes were well maintained, food was decent, had a bar with a good selection of beer. Overall great atmosphere, clean and staff was helpful.

The non smoking facility, with its electronic scoring devices...oh, so up to date and classy. Love that backdrop.

Nice place, friendly staff. Kids had fun. Beginning to see why bowling alleys are closing their doors all over the country. They can't survive as family fun centers competing against all the other options a family has. Bowling alleys survived by operating as quasi taverns. Once they banned smoking, whether you agree or disagree with that decision, the end result was predictable.

I always enjoy come here for my bowling games. They have good lanes. The food is amazing. The staff is so nice. The have several things in the bowling alley like laser tag and and whole bunch of games. I would recommend 10/10

One of the female staff, was quite rude to me and my buddies, it may have just been a long day but it's your job to make the establishment looks good. I don't believe she is someone you want representing the establishment.

I loved it me and my friend we're pleased. The Lazer tag room is nice and the employees were funny and nice. The arcade was loud but clean.

Very fun went there 3 nights in a row. Very friendly people. Cool arcade. And they have a laser tag room. If you haven't been there you should check it out next time you're near crawfordsvillle.

The staff is super friendly. We had a blast playing a pair of games. The bar is top notch. And we even squeezed in some pool. We will definitely be back for more. Thanks guys!

One of the female employees refused to give us new vest for laser tag. She was extremely rude when we asked nicely so with that we wasn't able to have fun with the guns not working.

So it started off fun until the screen froze. We went to tell the lady at the counter and she didn't seem very happy. She fixed it and went off. Then the screen went pink and it froze again. We told the lady and she moved us to a different lane and we bowled until it froze again. Overall the experience was money and time wasting. We were on lane 9 and 8 and were not coming back.

We did the ultimate package laser tag birthday party and it was a blast everyone had so much fun (even the adults)and the staff was Friendly

It was really clean and everything it's just that the jukebox would not give credits to my friends that I share the info with so that's why they got four stars instead of five

Just started this year on a league. Young at heart. Having a great time meeting new people and learning to bowl better.

Really fun although the people did not seem very nice nor help with questions about special promotions or know about them . There was not a good selection of balls either, other than that we made it work had a lot fun .

We appreciated the hospitality from the nice lady behind the counter. She was helpful and accommodating and our 2 yr old grandbaby was happy he got to bowl.

I loved the food, margarita I had was awesome and pretty big for it's buck. The food was perfect and alot for the price we paid. All in all very satisfied and a happy place and I will def be back

This ally has a clean environment most often. Plaza Lanes has digital scoring, concession food, laser tag, and an arcade. I do not have much experience with their food, but their chicken strips are not that recommendable. If your in the area it is one of the few indoor activities Crawfordsville has to offer.

It's nice that Crawfordsville has a bowling alley. This one hasn't had many updates since it was built in the '90s, so it's really starting to show somewhere. However, the service was friendly and the price is reasonable.

Normally i enjoy going here, but today i went to go bowling and it was closed off till 5, so i waited an hour and a half to come back to a changed sign to 6:30, if youre going to change your times, put it online or on your website!!

Nice arcade , new pay system . Unfortunately no more tickets or tokens . About 10-15 games . 3 were broken but overall fun

Paid 40 dollars, and couldn't even get 1 game of bowling in. Complete rip off. Employees couldn't care less. Don't waste your money.

It's nice to go relax in the bar and not have a bunch of loonies being rude and loud! The staff was courteous and friendly!

A lot of fun we only had 5 people, too many more people would of been too crowded but it was tons of fun, everyone was nice and helpful.

Have tons of fun, the reason for the four stars is because usually the bars fountains taste weird.

Called the night before and they said they would be open 7/3 from 1 to 20. Drove 45 miles to get there at 6 and they said they were closing early. I was not happy because we had called the night before.

Was there for a blind doubles game and we had fun. The people running the place and the association did a real good job.

Don't you dare go when there is no open bowling and laser tag is booked. Because then the mean woman behind the counter will yell at you for even inquiring about the possibility of bowling and/or playing laser tag at a bowling and laser tag place.

Be sure to reserve your lane(s) before hand or you might have to wait for a while. They do have an arcade and a bar that passes the time.

I really enjoyed bowling a couple rounds with the family here. Foods great too! A bit overpriced, but it's worth it!

Had scheduled a lane, it was given to someone else and we couldn't bowl but we played laser tag and that made the night a little better.
