This place was super disappointing. There are no employees, so you can't even talk to someone if you have an issue. The games took my money, but a lot of them didn't work. The air hocky table had no puck. The "play till you win" claw machine was broken. The claw wouldn't descend, but it would take your money. The claw machine you can earn tickets from would pick up the tickets, but never actually added them to your card balance. The only games that seemed to work okay were the games that didn't give ticket
The first game my granddaughter played took her credits and did not allow her to play the game. The next game was broken, it didn't have a knob to use to play the game. This is not the first time we've been here when the games do not give you proper credit. It would be very helpful if the company owner would post their name and Customer Service phone number inside the business. Not very impressed with this place, not going to bring the grandkids here again.
We put cash in the ticket/ card machine and it completely stole our money. Nothing happened. This place is a scam.
This place is horrible. I paid 20 dollars for tokens and it wasn't even put on my card but it absolutely took my money. My son got his tokens but it wasn't loading tickets onto his card and half the games didn't even work. There's no one to call or talk to. This place is just a thief for your money. Beware
Spent 20 points ($5) and literally only 1 out of the 4 games worked. The bowling game (both sides) didn't drop a ball and the air hockey table in the front didn't drop a puck. Worse than wasting money, my kid was incredibly sad that he didn't get to play anything after making a careful decision to spend his chore money. And of course, it's not staffed, so no one to complain to or to make it right.
The best arcade game here was the car racing one. The kids weren't interested in any of the other games. There weren't too many people here considering it's right next to Seaquest.
Small arcade with a few of the essentials. My 5 year old had a lot of fun but I don't know how long it would keep anyone older entertained. Everything was working except the prize machine which resulted in some tears.??
went there and none of the games paid out tickets. The machine stopped accepted dollars. There is no way to contact anybody
A handful of the games were broken but
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
