They literally gave me a smashed burger! I've had a better burger at am/pm! Plain smashed with jalape?os inside. Not to mention the handful of fries on the side. Best part was their Blue moon on tap. Wouldn't recommend eating here

Our server was great, especially for us having a big group. I ordered a clam chowder and the flavor wasn't the best. It was more on the watery side and lacked flavor. Someone at my table and ordered a burger and it was very oily. I do love how there is a good amount of seating, both inside and out with outdoor heaters. I was a bit bummed that their changing table in the women?s bathroom is stuck & you aren't able to pull down. Overall, I wouldn't come here if you are looking for a good quality tasting meal

Came here with my husband after our trip to Alcatraz. We had a good time and the food was really good. The staff there were really nice.

I was at Fisherman's Wharf and wanted something simple and hearty before I left. This place hit the spot. Quick and easy. We had a Player's Burger and a Pulled Pork Sandwich both w/ Fries. The only problem we had was the constant chill from the breeze blasting through the doorway! Other than that, it was perfect! Definitely recommended if you want something simple.

Purchased 2 takeaway coffee from this establishment and I have never been so insulted by a staff member in any place i have ever visited. The young blonde lady who served us was fantastic as for the other young lady who served us the coffee I won't repeat the words that came.out of her mouth. She should not be serving customers. The takeaway coffee we were served was around 2 mouth fulls in a huge takeaway cup. Uterly disgusted as we payed $14us for 2 mouth fulls of coffee.

I came in with my family last night 2/27 and was highly disappointed. My drink came out wrong and when I told the bartender he was extremely argumentative and said well that's how it was rang up. I asked could I get a side of tajin and I would just wipe the sugar off the rim instead of asking for a remake. The dude almost threw the cup across the table with so much attitude. After that it took almost 30/45 minutes just for our food order to even be taken. I ordered a medium steak and it came almost burnt. W

Average sports bar and grill, just on the boardwalk pier. Good place to watch sports and get some food if you are in the area.

I just missed our original bartender by a few seconds, the new bartender tried helping us just now, I had to ask him to clean the bar, he wiped it down, left hella food on the bar still, we decided to leave. This place really doesn't get the customer service part. O-Riley, get it together bud.

The food is just fine, feels like a touristy place. The service is quick but not everything in the menu was available, most of the craft/special beers are not available The Philly cheese steak sandwich had minimal amount cheese though wagyu burger was better than expected

Great place if you are into games. Loved the tiki bar in there. Food was good. Cant complain for being in a such busy location. Burger and fries were amazing. Service was faster than we expected. Definitely would recommend this place if you are in this area.

The service was very disappointing, staff were hard to find and we had to ask for straws twice and one of our drinks was forgotten. The food was okay but the burger was overcooked and the flatbread was very dry. Coffee was very expensive.

The view and service is great here! The food is just ok and same with the beer but we enjoyed ourselves and would go back just for the amazing view and good service.

Only came for the arcades which were extremely expensive. Definitely a run down version of Dave and Busters from a game perspective. Servers when we entered were friendly.

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, however their service is below average. Our waiter just didn't have good social skills and struggled with time management when it came to taking our order and taking our payment. Expect to spend at least 90 minutes there around dinner time with a party of four. That's just ordering one round of drinks and dinner. We ended up going somewhere else with better service for drinks afterwards.

would not recommend you go here. Bowling alley broke down repeatedly and we had to wait for them to fix it and it would sometimes reset the score which was very annoying. The balls were filthy and some had the finger holes broken for the love of Greg The bathroom had no running water nor toilet paper. Had lunch here, crab sandwich w/ garlic fries were really good. Salad had some spicy sauce that I didn't really know before ordering. The mango slices were really hard. The clam chowder was good, not the best on the Pier but good.

Perfect place to come by and watch a sporting event. There are TV's everywhere! Literally! They also have a little spot with arcade games you can play with! It's a nice little walk down Pier 39, almost all the way to the end. Food was okay, I had a New York steak and it honestly wasn't all that :( (this is why I am not giving it five stars). Good food and huge screens showing games. Only open at 11:00 on Saturday I was told so not a great option to watch the early football games. The kids playing arcade were loud. Great if you have kids, not so much if you don't. It was a bit chilly with the doors being constantly open. I have had better sour dough bread though.

What an amazing place to find?! Went there yesterday for drink and football and had the blessing of meeting Sienna and, then, Owen. Sienna quickly, efficiently and very kindly took care of us. It's so hard to leave this review but the drinks made by Roberto were delicious, I am having a Pina colada and it is 10/10. The food however was terrible. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken (chicken was an extra charge) and received dry inedible chicken and undercooked pasta. My boyfriend had the fish tacos with his pico de Gallo on the side, and received dry fish and barely any cabbage. It was overly drenched in sauce too, almost as if to hide the bad quality food. We had a wonderful time at Player?s Sports Grill & Arcade during our stay in San Francisco A month and a half ago. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding service from Sebasti?n. He was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made our dinner even more memorable with his thoughtful gestures. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a pleasant atmosphere, and a big thank you to Sebasti?n for making our evening

Great location on pier 39 this bar has an interesting mix of live sports on the 100+ TVs in the bar section along side a full arcade section of the venue. We ordered nachos, wings and a few local beer varieties and found all to be quite delightful. The prices were quite affordable and the service was quite good so overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I stayed in the wharf for 7 days as a tourist from Canada. I familiarized myself with my favourite spots to eat/drink and players was one of the ones I liked due to the street show behind and the end of the pier so less crowded as well as public washroom nearby. Good alternative to the very busy restaurants in the pier 39. The sandwiches are pretty good and the entry is tiny but with good taste. There is an arcade too, if you like to play you can find a very good amount of old and new machines.

Food is OK here. Service could be improve. Felt like it's not very welcoming. Arcade games are expensive, very expensive compare to D&B. Well, it's a tourist place here. You pay 2x or 3x for games more compare to D&B.

There are NO PINBALL MACHINES! I REPEAT...NO PINBALL!!! We came into the city so that my friend's son could play pinball. The website say that they have machines and even specify which ones, however, we got there and there were none. We even asked. Zero pinball.

May seem a little expensive, but it is definitely worth it. The garlic fries and burger are 10/10 for me (about 18$) and Alfredo with chicken a 10/10 for my wife (about 25$). Games were a really cool aspect and the atmosphere is great for a date night. Expect to pay about 55$ for two people. Roberto was our server both times we came and was super friendly and inviting.

Players Sports Bar was pretty decent. I'd give it 3.5 if I could... The food was good (I had the fish & chips, my wife had the pull pork BBQ) and we asked to sit in the back with views of the water. Without the views, it'd just be a noisy, Hawaii-themed arcade that serves bar food but we went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and many tables were open. Again, we were glad we asked to sit in the back because the view of the water was phenomenal (image attached).

The luau lounge in the back, is a perfect getaway from the tourist trap that is Pier 39. Beautiful atmosphere, with a view of the ocean, live music, happy hour, and best of all, you won't find a crowd! Very relaxed, and the food was good. Perfect for a break, you will not be disappointed!

The Burger Club was very tasty. In addition, there weren't many people, so we enjoyed in a very quiet atmosphere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place had the worst service I think I have ever received from a restaurant. After we ordered, the server never came back and my water sat empty for the remainder of the time. He never came back to check on us, until finally bringing the check. I paid, and left a tip. Probably the worst meal I've ever had. Korean short rib was bone and gristle, fried calamari was basically battered dust. Ginger beer wasn't ginger beer. Oh, they got the bottled water right, it was about the only thing that was edible. Should be embarrassed to serve such appalling food.

Our table ordered a well cooked New York steak and it was served raw (no kidding ) after waiting for 1 hour. By then, everyone else in our party (we were 9) had already ate. On my visit, we walked into the arcade with our almost two year old daughter and a friend we brought to CA with us on a trip, and the place seemed really empty.
