Players Fun Zone

5 stars for the entire place in general, 4 stars for the glow golf. The pictures make the glow golf seem pretty bright, but it was really hard to see where everything was. So, if you are competitive then you wouldn't like the golf. We played a lot of games after golf and had a lot of fun! We went on a Sunday before closing and there was hardly anyone there. Definitely recommend for a clean and fun activity if you need something to do in Baltimore.

My daughter had a great 10 year Birthday party here over the weekend. We did the full package where she got three hours of play on pretty much everything except the batting cages. They did mini golf, laser tag, inflatables and more. The staff was super helpful and the coordinator did a great job explaining everything and updating us when certain events would open for the kids and when food would be reach and any other question anyone had.

We had a really nice time here with the kids. Laser tag was awesome. There is a batting cage was nice and different and inflatable play area and arcades. The pizza was delicious and we had a nice time here.

We recently hosted our son?s birthday here and it was a huge hit! The kids had an absolute blast with the laser tag and glo golf. Laser tag was the highlight of the day?so much fun for the kids and adults. Our party host, Leslie, along with Hailee were so friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed, and that the day ran smoothly. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of seating areas for parents to relax while watching the fun.

Absolutely brilliant! We had a private party here and everything was wonderful. The mini-golf is a fun course, there's just enough arcade games to be a lot of fun offerings without it being overwhelming, it's really bright and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Shout out to Brooke for all her help! I would recommend this place to anyone for a fun afternoon. We'll definitely be back.

We had loads of fun. It was extremely exciting as well as adventurous. You have got to try out the virtual scene. There was so much fun filled activities for the entire family, we have already planned for our return visit. This time we will include miniature golf and whatever else we missed on our first visit. It wasn't ok. Business wise; Seems like they need more staff members. The Arcade Games are like 4,6,8 bucks per go round. Concession stand was hallelujah prices. Had a birthday party here and the kids, as well as the adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My only complaint is 30 minutes isn't really enough time for the "party room" activities. We barely finished eating pizza and cake when we were told we had 5 minutes left. The place seemed clean, it's a huge facility and something for everyone highly recommend checking it out.

Very nicely run - good customer service and good value. In places like these, you sometimes see things that are worn down or broken. We tried the games, laser tag, bumper cars, and mini golf and it was all well-maintained and in great working order. Definitely a fun time!

I was there for a school fun night. The kids really enjoyed bumper cars and Lazer tag and the batting cage. The arcade games were a lil high in comparison with the game cards.

Awesone place for a Kid's Birthday. The staff was not just attentive, they managed the entire event. From keeping track of all the kids as they rotated through several activities, to ensuring everyone was following the safety rules to managing the food and beverage distribution- wow. I highly recommend this place - the kids had a blast!

Went here for a birthday party and the kids loved it! They had bumper cars, laser tag, bouncy houses, and arcade games to play at the end. The mini golf was glow in the dark and I can't wait to go back and play it!

There is no crowd on weekdays. This is great. My kids could run like crazy and do different things. I had no problems keeping track of them.

Super fun place to go! We went here on a school trip. For the package our school got, we could do mini golf, the inflatables, bumper cars, and laser tag. All of them were fun. The bumper cars were a bit small but it was fine. The games were separate and you had to buy a card. I personally didn't do that but you could?ve. They had pizza, icees, and other food.

Great place for 7th birthday party. Bumper cars and mini golf are somewhat unique experiences, bouncy equipment is a solid go-to for this age group, staff is proactive. Pizza in pricey. Arcade $$ for the party package would have eased frustrations for some of our guests. I was surprised to be asked to tip our host. She did a good job, but no other party place asks that. I expected market compensation for the staff to be included in the price.

We found this place by searching indoor activities and were very pleased. Lots of arcade games and combo packages.

March 26, 2022, Player's Fun Zone hosted my daughter's 7th birthday party for approximately 25 kids. We had an absolutely fantastic and easy experience. I remember this place being a great hangout growing up. It was always such a great experience. Now that I am a parent I decided to bring my daughter here. Huge mistake! It's overpriced, the staff doesn't even attempt to be friendly, and they don't even have public wifi for paying customers. It's a metal building, so good luck getting service. I just can't believe it has fallen downhill this much. It really is heartbreaking. You'd have a way better skipping players and just going to the bounce house location

This is a great, local to Westminster, "Dave and Buster's" type family fun center. I would even say it's better, more family centered, and they have an indoor laser tag, glo golf, bounce house and bumper car area-definately worth a visit!

My daughter lost her arcade card and her golf ball, right after I paid. My daughter had put her arcade card in machine and it was stuck. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful. The young man was patient and gracious. There's fun activities for all ages and the prices are reasonable. Great place for families of all ages, groups of friends, or even a date.

This fun place has a Lazer tag, glow golf, inflatables, video games, baseball battles, and vitual reality. Children can play all for 2 or 3 hours. The price is decent.

My kids had a fantastic time! The concession prices are super high, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The staff was very kind and helpful. It would be a good idea to have a staff member in the putt-putt area to control unruly participants. That was the least fun part because of the other people behind us.

I had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was awesome! We came all the way from Baltimore but is was well worth the drive. The staff was great, the facility was clean, they were organized and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. Everyone, parents included, loved it. We had a blast. I've been coming here since I was a child. I found the staff to be very unpleasant, nobody smiles and seemed miserable. I spent 130$ to get me and my son all day play passes. The vr was not working well at all, we switched headsets a few times and tryed fixing it ,but it was a bust. More then 3 video arcade games had no sound working or other malfunctions. we took three kids there , ages 9,5,and 1. it was kind of expensive. we had to pay full price for the 1 yr old even though he couldn't do all the activities. but the older kids enjoyed the laser tag and the glo golf. overall nice but pricey.

We have enjoyed many birthdays there. They have those services, sports activities and games like glow golf and laser tag. We went to the baseball tryouts and used the batting practice cages for about 11 years. We no longer go there but they do have many things for the kids to do there.

Place is clean and pretty well secured and maintained. Staff is on the extremely young side, but quite capable for the most part. With the party package it really kinda feels like very little for the money and a short amount of time, but if it is a once or twice a year thing, not too bad. Would be a rip off to just go and play the games and such.

We held our school's Post Prom event at Players Fun Zone and the staff was top notch starting with the manager Derrick! From the beginning, he went above and beyond to help with the planning and execution of the event. That night his staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. All 200+ students had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed all of the attractions and overall it was an amazing experience.

He was so gruff and rude that we all decided to leave. This place needs a major renovation not only to the interior of the building but to it's staff. The glow in the dark mini golf was fun, and the laser tag equipment is good. There's also arcade games. The kids had a lot of fun. Although the time on the bumper cars was short, but it keeps moving.

Don't underestimate the bumper cars, they are extremely fun. Overall this place has good value if you get a package to do everything all at once. I managed to play six games of laser tag during a 3-hour package. Every once in awhile I take my step daughter and one of my adult clients that has a disability. We usually do golf, bumper cars, and the jumpy houses. I recently visited Players a couple of days ago and was VERY unhappy with my experience. My basketball team and I went to celebrate our season. As soon as we got there is was very weird because there was one family there and other than that the place was empty. As a matter of fact only one employee was seen in the entire facility the whole time I was there (which was not very long considering the circumstances). After the team bought out tickets to go laser tagging, we went in and played our 15 minute game.

I'm a resident of a nearby town. I traveled 1.5 hours to Westminster on a Thursday, arriving at Fun Zone around 5:30 pm. The commute was an additional 30 mins because the roads were slippery from the rain. When I arrived, the facility was empty appearing to be closed as there were no patrons there at all (they open at 4pm). The facility doors were open but there were no staff at the check in counter. Celebrated our son's 8th Birthday party at Players Funzone Zone! Our personal event leader took care of running the show. It was probably the easiest party we've ever had! They supplied paper supplies, Pizza and sodas. We were free to bring in cake, chips and anything else. Great experience!

Considering you have places like Chuck E Cheese and Dave & Buster's that have removed the playground aspect to make everything a transaction, it's refreshing to incorporate both elements. Granted, you pay for mini golf, bounce house, laser tag, etc, but at least it's available so kids can run around and get their exercise along with the games. Plus, they can still win prizes. Went here with my co workers, and we had an fun time with the games. The bumper cars was amazing, the laser tag got interesting because everyone splitted up lol, and I found people in an group from time to time.

My son's baseball team uses the cages here on rainy days and our other kids stay busy the entire time in the bounce area or playing arcade games. Always clean and the staff is always pleasant.

I went there as I have for the past 10+ years to use the batting cages yesterday afternoon. After I had spent $50, put onto the game card & waited 30 mins for my turn in the batting cage I was then approached by an employee and told I could not use the cage because it was being reserved.
