So, at first I wasn't sure what to expect because the food imagery in the review looked like a wine glass so I thought maybe it was more for adults, I am happy I was soo wrong lol. So this place was really cool, and the staff are super great and chill/flexible. They had the arcade, which most entertainment place have; what made this place different is their Blaster Game (it was a mix of Nerf and Airsoft, its super loud and intense and very very affordable $9). There is the Dark Ride game, which I thought w
Went in today for bowling and arcades with my family. Place was very nice and staff was incredible, Vinny the manager was very helpful and polite. He got us on the dark ride and we played the carnival game,, it was so much fun! Vinny went above and beyond my expectations for a manager and will definitely be back for another family day. I also won a duck!
Fun place for both adults and kids. From axe throwing, bowling, doing the dark ride with 3 different options to choose from, the arcade of course to enjoying a good meal with family and friends. You can also enjoy any games on the big screens while at the bar or while playing. Staffs were friendly, plenty of parking. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.
Had the best time with my partner in crime & our two younger kids! Hunter & Michael were so welcoming. Food & drinks were delish! Wasn't overly priced nor was it busy! My favorite part was the Dark Ride experience-The Carnival was dope AF; and found a new hobby of collecting ducks!! I'd say we got well more than what we paid for. We can't wait to return to try the bowling, axe throwing & so much more!! Thank you so much for a great first experience ???? 10/10 recommend ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Terrible experience. Several of the games are broken or not working. Food orders were wrong. Got cheese quesadillas which was supposed to come with onions, peppers and mushrooms and it came out with only cheese. Then when we got up to play the games which was right next to our table they threw out our food. Games are way overpriced $1.50 for a claw rubber duck game. Only positive thing was the lady at the prize counter gave our son 100 free tickets cause he didn't win any. Also note games have a limitation
SO MUCH FUN! We took our best friend out to celebrate her 30th birthday and we all had a blast! Melissa and her husband did an amazing job with this place! We highly recommend the Dark Ride! It's like going onna roller coaster without going to a theme park! It was amazing ???? WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
My son and I went on mid week after a suggestion from a coworker. I would definitely recommend stopping in!!!! The hospitality we experienced from owners Mike and ?? (Sorry don't catch the others owners name... was outstanding!!!!!) they both noticed my son and I waiting for our meals and comped the dark ride as we waited <MUST DO> they were attentive and the venue is clean and noise level is perfect. Of note, seats for tables are on the smaller side so anyone who is significantly larger may have difficulty
Great bowling lanes!! Good spot for a night out, they have everything in a comfortable clean space with delicious food. We tried the Dark Ride 3D interactive motion in place ride, arcade, and axe throwing after we bowled. Highly recommend and price was nice
Took my 14-year-old son here last night, and he had a lot of fun wracking up the ticket points. He really enjoys the challenge on those machines! It was our first time! I wanted to have a look around and see what Player One had to offer. They have plenty of games for the kids, a nice air hockey table, Bowling Lanes, Axe ?? Throwing, foam ball shooting court for the adults. A full bar for the thirsty parents and a full kitchen for the hungry warriors, plentiful of choices of foods for the belly! I'm lookin
Awesome job to the staff Vinny and Nelson. I've been twice now and both times I had a blast. I brought my niece yesterday and she had the best time. Vinny took such great care of us !!!! my niece couldn't stop talking about it. I can't wait to bring her back again. Thanks again to you both for a great customer experience!! We will be back
Really great experience!! Would recommend to people of all ages. I did the axe throwing, and that was a really good experience because it had a projector screen which allowed you to play different games throughout your session (1 hour for $12). Really affordable compared to similar activities. Friendly staff and nice environment!
Player one is super fun for the whole family! Our bartender was outstanding and made us feel like we were at home hanging out with friends. 10/10 !!
Went in at 1230 for lunch and games. No staff was at the ticket redemption counter, none at the host stand. Asked the only staff I saw at the bar if we were to seat ourselves, and she said yes. Waited 10min, and no one came to take our order. We just walked out and went to eat next door at Tavern in the Square. The 15 games and lack of staff or service isn't worth the time. I'd rather drive to D&B instead.
Went there on Friday and had an awesome time! The food was really good, and my kids had so much fun. Big thanks to the young Asian man, he was super funny and so kind to my kids! I definitely recommend this place for big families. Looking forward to going again soon!
Had a super fun time at Player One with my networking group! The Dark Ride was a fun, immersive experience and worth every penny. They offer three virtual reality games and Michael recommended Los Banditos and Carnival. It feels like you're actually in the game. Great food and drinks too, and friendly and attentive staff! Highly recommend Player One for a night out, fun night out with the family, or even a date night!
I brought my daughter here on her birthday, and we had the best time! The Dark Ride is super fun, the arcade games are reasonably priced, and the staff is so helpful and friendly! I've also come here with just adults for drinks and bowling - we had a blast!
HAD A FIRST TIME AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE! It was a rainy day & we were looking for something to do. My daughter found this new location and we decided to go. There was a male employee named Michael who was great. He was engaging, considerate and extremely helpful. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND winning us over as new customers. As a business owner myself, I would hire people with an attitude like Michaels. The way he represented this new location is a main reason why I would be back. I plan on doing so
Hosted my son?s birthday party at Player One, Tyngsboro and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The kids had an absolute blast bowling, and the excitement didn't stop there. They were thrilled to try out the 4D Dark Ride experience, which was a highlight of the day. The arcade games added even more fun, keeping everyone entertained and engaged. Enjoyed the delicious pizzas and the variety of appetizers that the kids loved, keeping the energy up for all the activities. The staff were incredibly helpf
Cute little entertainment hub. It has a lot of coin pusher and claw machines, some arcade shooters, a couple of pinball games, and my favorite carnival style games, ring toss, hoops, and knock down the critter types. It also has dark rides, throwing axes, and a bowling ally. There's also drinks and food served in a pub type dining area. Great place for a date.
We went with my 6 year old he did have fun but some games weren't working . When came time for him to get his prizes associate told us how many points we had them walked away from counter waited for other associate to help when he finally came over after being with shooting range I asked him for the prize my son wanted and instead he said I'm helping these people first even though we were in line first waiting awhile . We were not pleased with the worker and he kept recommending candy and toys constantly t
I had my son?s 8th birthday party at Player One yesterday and it was the very best experience. It recently opened and most of the kids had never been there before and everyone was telling me how amazing and clean and how much funny their kids were having. The staff was so incredible attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and made the party so perfect and seamless. The staff was just incredible, the manager Quinn was top notch, Chris was another one to shout out he made sure we had everything we
Player one was more than just simple arcade game. As it turned out, there was a lot more to do such as bowling & axe throwing. It's such a great place to hang out with the family that's affordable and fun. A big thank you to Mike at the virtual reality game for being so kind and helpful. There is no doubt that I will be back :-)
me and my boyfriend were bored and i wanted to go to an arcade. he wasn't over the moon about it but still went. when we walked it everything looked so much fun a guy named Mike told us everything about what they have to offer and it was awesome. Mike helped us have an amazing time and we highly highly recommended going to this place! we're going back tonight for round 2! they also have a 3D rollercoaster shooting game that felt so real and fun that really brought our energy up for the rest of the night! if
I took my 12 year old here and had a great time. I happened to see it just driving by. We played the arcade and that was a good time. We played the nerf balls game and that was a fun time. The kicker was the dark ride, we did the neon ninja, the carnival, and the los banditos, we had a great time. The games were easy the gentlemen servicing the game was super nice and was more than happy to help us have a good time. That to me means more than the ride itself. We will be back!
Hailey at the bar was great got me what i needed 10/10 i highly recommend hailey conversation with her was never boring shes actually awesome her and my friend were bullying me btw Vinny was awesome treated us great with the bowling situation and gave us a great deal on the dark ride
Loved the vibe. The place is really cool. The bowling alley is really nice and spacious. It has a awesome 3D ride and I had lots of fun. ??????
Lots of fun for an outing or some fun with kids. Lots of activities to do! We were greeted by Hunter and cause it was our first time he ensured we knew where everything was and what there was to do! Highly recommend the Dark Ride - it was so much fun. ??
We love this place. It's super clean and the staff is very attentive. Bowling is fun. Also the nerf battle is a blast. Everything is very affordable even adult beverages. The fries are also amazing. Great job player one ????????????????
Visiting from CA, we had a great time. Very clean, everything worked, lots of options. Mike showed us around, including a ride on the VR game?which was better than the ones at Legoland. Full bar and kitchen for the adults, this place has almost everything!
Great place! One of the better arcade spots in the area. Axe throwing was fun and very affordable (12 per person). Honestly 30 dollars was more than enough for two people to play arcade games for about an hour and a half. The workers are very attentive, engaging, and friendly! Please visit when you get the chance:D the food was great!! The prices was very reasonable and the taste was great! Honestly none of their vegetables were frozen, all were freshly cut!
Our group had a great time here! We did the Bazooka Ball, Ax throwing, and Dark Ride. They were all very fun and inexpensive experiences. I'd recommend all groups of ages to come and have fun! The Ax throwing was probably the most difficult to get the hang of! But it was so much fun! Thank you for showing us an awesome time!
This place was great!!! Really fun place with lots to do for kids and adults of all ages. We did the carnival themed ?Dark Ride? and everyone loved it. Big smiles. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful too. We will be back soon.
Had an afternoon fun here with my coworkers. Food was great, highly recommend the Dipper fries, so yummy. The claw machines and the rest of the arcade games are priced reasonably, most of them $1.50 per swipe. Staff members were friendly. Awesome place if you're looking for entertainment for kids and adults altogether!
I recently visited this establishment with my family for the first time and we had an enjoyable experience. If you're seeking a fun night out with family and friends, I highly recommend this venue. My children enjoyed playing in the arcade, we engaged in bowling, and participated in the nerf ball experience. The food and drinks were excellent. The bathroom was clean. The owner was walking around and handed us arcade cards for free towards the end of our night, which I thought was a very nice gesture. My onl
Absolutely amazing spot! The staff was phenomenal, Micheal and Wasif made our night special, highly recommend coming and trying out the Dark Ride. Made what we thought was going to be a short visit into the most memorable part of our night :)
Bury is the reason I'm here. Tasty drinks. Amazing service. He is terrific. Do not lose him for any reason.
Tried PlayerOne this weekend with our son. He was fascinated with the Dark Ride and really enjoyed the cowboy one. He liked trying out the games and spent a really really really long time playing a dinosaur video game. We will definitely go back with his sisters to try bowling.
Went to Player One in Tyngsboro yesterday with my 10 year old son and some of his friends. The place is nice and not expensive at all. The only thing is, they are completely unorganized and need a lot more staff. The one bar tender had a very hard time keeping up, the bowling attendants were struggling to stay organized, and the food service was unbelievably slow. I ordered onion rings and waited about 45 minutes for them. If they hired more people and had a general manager to help with the flow, that plac
Visited with a friend and her son (for the 1st time) around 5pm, I arrived late while they were eating. Not a good review about her cold food. Games were cool, my son who is on the Spectrum went right to bowling. The other patrons were understanding about my son. I paid the $43 for 1 hour of time; I did not realize that my game froze while My son ran off to play games and my friend put in a request for Mechanical failure, another patron noticed that 30 minutes went by. Once they came to me after I had
The best arcade we have been to. The staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Michael checked on us throughout the night and made my kid?s night with his kindness and generosity. The games are on point, the food is faire and the vibes are there. Definitely recommend.
God help the people who work here. I came in - zero signs pointing to anything to help. I have bad social anxiety, so asking around was a challenge. The kind man at the counter of the dark ride explained it wasn't VR and that the website is blatantly lying. My food took a good fourty-five minutes to arrive, not to mention the poor bartender unable to keep up with the influx of orders. Does the manager here even know how to run a business like this? Also, I was here with a friend last week and we paid $8/pe
Today, my friends and I visited Player 1 for the first time. Zahid (I'm not sure how to spell it'sorry!) made the night amazing for us. We tried all the new games and bowling, and it was a blast. I really recommend the Nerf Ball Blaster game, it was so so so much fun. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!!
Had a good experience at PlayerOne $50 for games. The games are $ price per game. The best experience was with Wasif and the virtual 3D Game it was awesome. He was very kind to my family and I. The food was okay we had nachos but with no protein. Maybe with chicken for steak it would be better. The Magarita was great my husband had a blue moon reasonable prices.I'd recommend PlayerOne if you want to get out the house and do something with your family.
Player one is really fun even for adults. the games are cool and the staff is really nice. had a great time and would definitely go again!
This was our first time there and it was a great experience. I took my two boys and they had an absolute blast. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was great! Will definitely be back again very soon.
Our Asian bartender was absolutely amazing he took care of us whenever we needed it! The drinks that he made were so amazing. He's the sweetest of all time. Loved him so much!!
The arcade was fun , the atmosphere was friendly. Unfortunately the bar was a mess, ordering drinks took way too long. We tried ordering food and couldn't because we had to order from the bar and there seemed to be a lot of confusion between the kitchen and front of house staff. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. Maybe go on a weekday when it's not too busy.
The place was clean. Bowling alley 3 wasn't working and they moved us to another alley plus added more time. Great customer service. The pizza, fries and salad was yummmyyyyy and my children enjoyed. The lady Crystal who wasn't working was very helpful at the bar mind you she was off duty.
The games were fun an very inexpensive. The food an drinks were also very reasonable. But the best part was for sure the dark ride. I'd rate 10 outta 10 for sure. Will be returning very soon.
It's a very funny place to be in the GM Mr.Nelson is very welcoming and friendly. He takes good care of his customers and a must recommended being a vegeterian good options to decide from
Hunter helped with bowling and the dark ride, I heard about the dark ride online was excited to finally try it!! Glad he was such a great help, 10/10 recommend!! Collin was a great server, quick and satisfactory no complaints!
We had such a great time. The Roller coaster was awesome to enjoy with some friends enjoyed It felt grate to enjoy an adult cocktail. Next time Axre throwing. Thanks Mike!
I recently visited Player One in Tewksbury with my coworkers from the casino down the street to celebrate our impromptu opening, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the bartender seemed overwhelmed with orders, which is understandable, but instead of maintaining professionalism, he was hesitant to take my order and did not treat me with the respect I'd expect as a paying customer. Worse yet, he was noticeably rude to Crystal, the waitress, who was workin
The employees were really sweet and it was a wonderful experience, Had a great time and will definitely be going again!!
This place is awesome. Hunter the guy in the yellow crew shirt takes customer service to a whole new level! I've only been there twice and the second time I went he instantly recognized me and my girlfriend. He's also super kind and his energy is contagious, you seriously gotta check this place out.
Had a great time with my family. A good number of arcade games? bowling and a 3D dark ride game which was a lot of fun. We need to go back to try the axe throwing.
Hailey is so friendly and kind! She made my drinks accordingly. My food came out in a good timely manner. The games are fun and the dark ride was my favorite! Thank you so much!
Perfect venue for a birthday party! Bowling, nerf battle, 3d ride. It was all a hit. The Manager Vincent and staff weee great! Definitely coming back!
It's alright. Small selection of arcade games and the axe throwing is subpar. Boards are not good quality and the axes could be better too. Bar also hired someone with severe ADHD which is fine, but this means it takes forever to get a drink when there's a crowd.
Took the family for a pre-dinner outing during April vacation. Such a cool place and a great way to kill a couple of hours with kids. My 6 year old twins enjoyed the arcade and my husband and I were pleased to enjoy a beer while watching them have a blast. Next time we go, we'll try bowling for sure. Great addition to Tyngsboro!
This place is great ? the games were fun, it's clean and well kept and has lots of stuff to keep kids busy! Most importantly, Michael, who works there is incredible!! He was so kind, patient, and great with the kids!!!
Player One was a blast! The bar has great drinks, can't beat the price on draft beer. The owner Chris is very hospitable, a local guy who knows what people want. All the games are a blast especially their state of the art 3D first person shooter. Great for kids and adults. 10/10 will definitely be coming back again.
I was excited for this to open as it's a lot closer to my house than D&B but it didn't pan out to be what I was looking for. The arcade was extremely generic and it's what I'd imagine you'd get if you hired a consultant to maximize profits and minimize the footprint. Unfortunately doing so you end up with a bunch of crane machines and ticket lottery games. I'd love to see a DDR machine or some other co-op games that aren't centered around hitting the jackpot. I'd also recommend a less ?open air? solution t
My wife and I went there with our daughter for the first time tonight, we'll it was a terrible experience, when we got there, there were no signs saying to seat ur self to a table, then we waited for someone to come take our order just to find out we had to go to the bar to order our food, then the guy told us if we wanted drinks we would have to wait for the bartender.... so it took over an hour to even get the food and 45 min just for a drink. The food was ok but not that great I would rather have McDonal
Bury is amazing. He's totally my go to guy. Love his energy and even though he was having a bad day he still managed to stay ficus and gave a wonderful smile. I would definitely come back just for him.
Honestly not a good arcade at all. More than half the arcade games were down, and the vending machine got stuck. Bowling was okay, the bowling shoes were falling apart. Arcade prizes are pretty awful too, better off going to the dollar tree or five below across the street. The workers didn't really understand English, and were hard to hear due to loud music. Nice concept but wouldn't comeback for anything besides bowling.
People here are super nice .get to do bowling for and Affordable price dark ride is also super fun! Great place for little kids. not to many games but still super fun!
Devin was a great help machine kept taking our money and he gave my friend a free teddy bear. Amazing service would recommend to anyone
Tyngsborough Girls Lax had the best time at Playerone! The staff was accommodating and so friendly! Their favorite part was the Dark Ride experience and the french fries! These girls will definitely be back, they all had an awesome experience!
The Asian Boy at the Bar was amazing. Made the best drinks (alcohol) and was on point when needed assistant. I will come back again for the fun of the place and his dedication to his customers.
Awesome experience! Just had our son's birthday party there and it was even better than we expected it to be. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We got a lot of compliments from our guests, who were extremely impressed with the venue. Food was also delicious. Our only (tiny) complaint is that the last dish came out a little behind all the other dishes, so serving it was a little awkward. They did apologize for that though because we were one of several part
The place looks clean and well maintained . Mike stood out as extra kind and gave us a warm welcome from the beginning . he made sure we had fun
This place was awesome! The games were fun and they have this cool ride that felt really original. The manager Vinny was very helpful as well.
Went with a bunch of my friends and had a great time. All of the employees were super nice and the bar tender was really friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
We are here now! Worker let us try the dark ride and it was so fun! Server is very fast and kids are having a blast! This might be our new spot!
Solid place with lots of different options for gameplay! Highlight for us was the "Dark Ride", an immersive VR style game with a huge screen and seats that move with the video. Neon Nights was our favorite option on that.
The Dark Ride was so much fun! Drinks were great, went with 6 adults and had a blast with Axe Throwing as well
The Dark Ride was so much fun, and the staff were kind and accommodating to all the kids.
Amazing place to bring the whole family! Spent the day with son on his birthday and had a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOLKS TO TRY IT! Staff are fantastic and it's affordable.
I brought a boy with special needs to this arcade and was just so blown away by how the staff treated him. They went above and beyond to be kind to the both of us. It was so much fun being there! We will definitely be returning
Brand new location and almost nothing works. Thay have almost no actual games, most of the machines here are ticket machines, with low quality high priced items for redemption. Of the around 30 machines at least 13 of them were non-functional or functional enough to take your money but then fail. The automatic toilets dont even work and every part of it feels like a scam, reinforced by the fact that every machine...from the superball awarding machine, to the mini Skiball machine was $1.50 a play. We will ne
We went to Player One for the first time today. It was an enjoyable experience and we look forward to trying the bowling lanes next time we visit. Thank you for adding a family friendly establishment in the area.
We were overcharged for axe throwing by about $40 and reached out for a refund. Tried calling the store three times?each time someone picked up, we asked to speak with a manager, and they hung up on us. Really disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service.
Player one arcade in tyngsboro was an unforgettable experience! Amazing staff, clean facility, dark ride was a must try! Our whole family loved it!
Workers got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to open. Multiple people were waiting at the door even before 12 and it was 25 degrees out. All chairs were still on the tables and no one was at the counter to buy the coin cards. Prices for the games were really overpriced for what they were.
Games are rigged the claw machine has prizes that are not winnable the stuffed animals are wedged in making it impossible to win the ticket claw machines don't hold the prize because the claw is loose and when it shakes the prize falls out of the claws grip my family and I have been twice spending about 200$ and could only afford a few 25 cent air head candy you'd have to spend a small fortune to get a decent prize we'll save our ticket points to cash in next time we go but won't be spending money or coming
A great place for all ages for fun and entertainment. Staff and crew were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very clean and had a great bar and good food. We will go back again.
Decided to try out the bowling lanes. We were the only ones bowling, and had a fun time. If you are a serious bowler, keep in mind they use string pinsetters (7% less strikes on average) and the oil pattern was not consistent. Purely recreational bowling. Keeping that in mind, the lane seating was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
