My family and I absolutely love this arcade! Every trip to Atlantic City, we have to go and end up staying for hours! The atmosphere here is so fun and carefree! The staff (mostly Kelly) makes it so inviting for all ages! Playcade provides different entertainment and special prizes for all as well too! It keeps us coming back for more for sure. Had a great time and experience here! The older gentleman was very nice and helpful. I went to redeem my tickets and he suggested to wait until 3-6pm because it's ?happy hour? where ticket values are doubled! They have great prizes (like squishmallows!), it's not too difficult to rack up tickets (I liked playing the claw machine that grabs the bunches of tickets), and I won about 5-6 things from the claw machine games- so theirs are possible to win :)

this place is so fun! many claw machine for ~2-4$ per play and actually winnable prizes. there's also some machines with a guaranteed win for a higher initial cost (you play until you win a prize). we enjoyed it here & would go back!

I bought a new card by putting cash into the card dispenser for the arcade (mind you no sign on the machine to stop potential customers). Went to use the card and got error messages on every game. Asked an attendant and was told everything is down and it's very difficult???? to refund the money. Avoid at all costs they made no attempt to right this just offered for me to spend more money there instead. No thank you!

My son loves this arcade. It's small, but really fun. Redeeming the tickets is his favorite part. And the good thing is that you can save all of your tickets in a card and come back some other time to redeem them.

Love to play Big Haul, dumped 5 outta 8 trucks in their 2 machines and pulled 2 TY stuffed toys, a Pickachu and 1 large stuffed seagull from their skill cranes also.

I felt like a kid again when I came here. They provide a quarters cup, they have all kinds of different games. Most of them give you tickets.

Definitely my favorite arcade in AC. Hit it between 3 and 6 during happy hour to double up your tickets. The kids always have a great time winning on the cranes and I love the wizard of Oz coin dozer game. Right on the boardwalk. Near parking that is a flat 5 bucks. In or out of season it's the place to be. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can't miss stopping in here.

Amazing place Lots of prizes to choose from Worth the points and money I been going for over 5 years I just won a scorpion and a hamburger I love them both there amazing people there Tickets are worth it 5/5?????

Great place to take your family. Anthony the owner and his staff are very friendly. Kids left with a bunch of prizes that kept them busy. We will definitely make this a go to arcade when in town.

They have alot of games here it's normally kinda packed at night time what I like the most about it is that they have games where you play till you win so that's great for my 6yr old and also my 3 yr old at least I know they're definitely winning stuff lol

I was able to win at the claw machine! And the games overall were very winnable. I like the Happy Hour between 3-6pm that doubled your tickets won. Overall is very enjoyable and everyone had a great time!

Hi there, I use to be a huge customer at this arcade for many years. I have not gone back since the pandemic, I still can't yet because I have kidney failure and can't leave my hometown for more than a day or 2. Hopefully soon I can get through the rest of the whole transplant procedure with the waiting list. I was the kid who would come by and win on every machine, and get all the crazy amounts of tickets, prizes, even helped out a lot of other customers when they were short on points, and then my grandma

Great arcade! Prices are reasonable, some games are even still 25 cents! Kids can play for a long time and get good prizes. Staff is always helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to provide personalized service. So much better than the larger arcades!

Good pinball machines in decent shape, nice employees. Probably could use more arcade games though, to even out the mix of redemption machines.

Our 2nd year coming here for our video/arcade family games when we visit Atlantic city. Super nice manager that notified me that they have Happy Hours to redeem your points at double after he noticed I visited there several days and spent a nice amount cause it's addicting lol. Very peaceful with friendly people.

This place can be great. There is one guy manager there who always goes above and beyond, but the women manager there is always an issue. She makes you think that if the game didn't work properly, you had to be lying about it. Don't bother bringing up issues to her she will just be argumentative.

My wife and I love the Playcade!!! One of the few places on the boardwalk where you don't feel pressured into spending more money than you want. The games there are games I grew up playing and it was just a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful if I had any issues, and had a great selection of prizes. Would recommend and can't wait to play there again.

Had a great experience last week! Kelly and staff were so friendly and made our experience even better! Felt like a kid again! Definitely a place you have to stop by while on the boardwalk!

Took my Kids summer of 20 and we had a Ball!!! The staff is unspeakably enjoyable to be around and very very interactive with my kids and other kids. While always cleaning every gaming station after someone used em and they always practiced Social Distancing. (Everyone was wearing mask!) If I could say anything I would just wish they can maybe recycle through some games would like to go back and see some new games added :)

My fianc? & I love this game room & even though it's for kids we both still manage to have fun & I like the fact that you can save up your points for another time & that's what I am doing. You have our patronage as long as you are there . We really have fun . It also pays to stay young at heart & connect with your inner child.

I can not find one thing to complain about. The customer service is good, all the employees are nice. The games are fun. They have 50 cent games for the kids. Tickets to win prizes. I took my whole family and we have a ball!

We took five kids to this place it had plenty of games I mean we had lots of fun.the people who worked here were really nice and were there when you needed them.we even got prizes for our tickets.great place ,we did not have a lot to spend but we made the best! And the place was the place to m Be .thanks to the nice ladies who works in the toy area.

It's a fun spot for kids and adults who like to play arcade games. The workers were friendly whenever we needed them. They actually have quarter games! Very affordable. We gamed for a few hours before closing at 11pm.

I absolutely love this arcade for its service and the workers on a weekend should get a round of applause honestly because they are patient and walk you through how to get and/or recharge the card not to mention the asphalt 9 motion seats they give very much realistic driving experience and its honestly a great place to have fun on the boardwalk if not the best place ?? Ps. A lil flex im on the leader board 4times lol ?? But its still worth it and id spend it all my cash there again lol ??

Great arcade. Fantastic staff all very friendly excellent for kids and adults. Games are definitely winnable. Awesome prizes. Kelly Fields and staff are so nice. Recommended for a good time on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

My favorite arcade on the boardwalk, and probably just in general. The staff is nice and it's really easy to rack up the points. My family and I always try to come here at least once when we go to the shore.

Decent sized arcade that my child enjoyed. Right on the Boardwalk so you can grab a bite to eat from several spots or just enjoy the view & breeze.

My kids had fun but they don't know any better. By the time you spend a small fortune trying to win tickets to trade for prizes you could have just bought the prize. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Best arcade ever, fun games for all ages and abilities (my husband is a quadriplegic and can easily access the arcade), always clean, awesome employees, especially Kelly, great prices, and real prizes, no junk! I've been taking my son to Playcade for over ten years, they are always so warm and welcoming, and let's talk about the prizes, you actually get something real for your winnings. Over the years my son has traded in his winnings for autographed baseballs and bats to a Nintendo Switch to a Ring Doorbe

My kids and I really love this place!! They have great games for all ages and really good prizes, not junk like other arcades. And the staff is very pleasant, helpful, and very patient with the kids!

Love coming here! The atmosphere is great and the worker with the rainbows always has a smile on their face. Very helpful staff and would highly suggest this place to others!

Our kids love coming here when we are in AC. They rack up tickets and you turn them in for like playcade money. You can save them. They never expire to save for a good prize. They have a Wizard of Oz game that is very addicting. Great variety of prizes. ALways have a drawing to win tickets usually in the evening.

The people that work here are so sweet and friendly. The games are easy to win and good cheap prizes!

This place is really good for kids but as an adult I really enjoyed it. Also if you get a lot of tickets/points you can win Apple products, not just children items like other arcades.

We just played the pinball machine. However we think you need more then just 2. Us old timers don't enjoy some of the hi-tech games. Lol

As you can see, any low review is purely because of opening time being incorrect. Arcade itself is fantastic, deserves nothing lower than five stars and your patronage!

Fun games! Played one shooting game that was really fun. It actually shot ping pong balls at the screen lol. And of course, nothing beats Ms Pac Man.

It's a bit pricy but we are in Atlantic City. Had a great time at the coin pushers and won the most expensives pillows in my life :) Worth a visit if you like to play arcade games.

Very good arcade. Great prizes. Tickets are worth more here than at other area arcades. The staff are very nice, especially when a machine malfunctions.

Great time with the kids. Prices are reasonable for the games and they have a great point system for tickets. Good prizes too.

Super sweet guy whoever works on Wednesdays helps my client and kind to all....the women ...some of them...not as kind.

Classic beach arcade. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. So nice to use quarters. Staff quick to assist when a machine ran out of tickets.

The space is old and not maintained. The games are mostly old and the ticket value to prize value ratio is much less than the other arcades. The prizes are dollar store junk and expired technology. There are much better options.

I have been coming since I was little and now my kids love to come too! This is our favorite thing in atlantic city and the main reason we still here every year!

Irresistible even for an adult. As I continue to get massacred by the biting flies I could not pull myself away from the stupid wizard of oz game and collecting the cards. I did get a toto!
