My toddler and I went one afternoon. I could see us coming here alot when he is older. But really lacking alot to do for toddlers. The price was good. Although, there was alot of trash around the obstacle course. (Like candy wrappers under fences.) The main floor was clean.

This place is actually really fun despite the size. A lot of activities to do other than playing the arcade games. The little play room is great for the younger kids. The bigger kids can do the obstacle course. The laser mission was also really fun. Definitely recommend this place for a small family fun day !

A cool place to host birthday parties for young kids till maybe 10 years of age. Fun place with multiple activity options and various sized party rooms. There is ample parking. They have arcade games, bumper cars, human foosball, wax hand mold, laser maze, a big indoor ninja race, virtual rides among others. They also have a zone for the little kids.

The staff is extremely friendly and it's clean and fun. We went to check it out before planning my son?s birthday party and will definitely be booking there and returning for open play.

I love this place! Had my son's 6th birthday here and it was great! Lilly is awesome as well as her team! Everything went smoothly. All of the kids (and the adults) had a blast. Not as large as I thought but we brought a group of 13, ages 2-70 and everyone found something they could enjoy. The staff was pleasant and patient while dealing with our Groupons. I thought prizes were more fairly priced than several other arcades. Most games were in working order. We would return in the future if we lived in the area.

What a great place. Very reasonably priced and the staff, especially Gianna, Jasmin and Saina were wonderful! Gianna greeted us with a smile and was so positive every time we saw her. We threw our son his fifth birthday party. We had 20 kids come to the party and it was so much fun and well organized. The kids had a blast. This is a fun birthday spot for kids. The play zone is very fun and the arcade games were a hit. We chose Mario theme and they decorated the whole private room.

I visited Big Play Zone with my grandsons 5yo and 8yr. The facility is clean. The help is polite and very helpful. Several machines were out of order. I purchased 340 credits. We were able to spend 2 hours of play time. The $10 admission fee allows the children to use the climbing area and gives a $5 game credit. You'll need to purchase reusable socks for $3 for the climb zone.

I am not sure an adult was onsite and the party hosts (kids themselves) were disorganized from the minute we got there. I can't blame them, it's a reflection of the lack of management and professionalism. My kid had the best experience ever here. The workers were amazing with the kids. Not a single kid was left out of the fun. They have such array of games and attractions to meet all age groups. Went to play with the family (including a toddler). Price was fair, but the toddler space was small and the toys and jungle gym inside are falling apart. Not the safest. Plus, many guests did not remove their shoes as indicated on the gate. We promptly left the area. Now the rest of the place is pretty small too. A few games. Most out of order, which was upsetting. I was curious about the adventure park but didn't venture inside this time. That part of the space seems the most promising and fun.

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless experience and I, the mother who needs to solve all problems, had nothing to worry about. Through a party they're supposed to have unlimited beverages for kids never refilled them asked several times throughout party. Room was filthy had to clean it and tell staff to help me clean it. Took 20 mins to come back with cleaning supplies meanwhile only had 15 min to set up party. We were here for a birthday party and the kids has so much fun ( 5 yo and 8 yo) . My kids were begging for us to come back for open play. We did for Black Friday . Recently had a party there and it was a pleasure working with Dawn, Lily and the other young ladies. The areas were clean, the decorations were amazing. My guest list included children from 1-10 and they all had something fun to do. Great party from start to finish! Keep you the great work!!!!

Kids had a great time! Food wasn't bad (contributed to the four stars). Not a lot of people walking around to help (also a contributing factor). Young people seemingly overemployed (biggest factor). This seemed like one of those places that over emphasizes to mothers that your kids will have a great time, but the upper-teen/lower-twenty people pay the price to bring it to you. I'd book here, but you'll get that if you're not a Karen or Kyle.

Small and messy. A few machines are out of order. Cramped space and play area. The staff all seems like teenagers and they dont know how to behave with kids. I was exchanging my points for a toy and noone was there although 4 employees were at the main desk sitting and chatting. My child ran into the jumping area. A teenager forcefully grabbed her and apologized when she saw me and said that was only for the birthday party. They should mention that jumping area is not for free play guests only parties. Todd

The staff was attentive and accommodating; kept the entire party engaged and following without any issues!!!
