My Nephews & I love this Place! It has something for everyone! Kids and adults with an inner child will absolutely enjoy every single moment especially the throwback games at the bar very nostalgic! Randomly found this place did not know it existed! Brought my boyfriend for his birthday because it looked like it would be fun. We ended up having a great night. It's a weekly/weekend getaway of fun for me and my daughter. It reminds me of the fun I had in arcades growing up. I visits there today, and got the $25 free play cards, I was disappointed when didn't realize they were only for an hour. I go to a lot of local arcades, as it is a lot of fun for my family. Very disappointed. 100% unsatisfied. I was offered less than half of my money back. My 12 year old son was expecting to play on gaming consoles with his friends together, they were not set up in a timely fashion for them to play on, some of the consoles needed system updates to wait for, others they couldn't play without logging into an account or waiting for controllers to be brought over or consoles to be brought into the room. Rashaud helped me and my boyfriend out, we found a deal online and he was quick to make it work. He made us feel very welcome once we walked and was helpful over the phone. We loved the smash room, we payed for 12 bottles but he gifted us 25. After we also did the $25 for a hour play game card. He recommended it as it was the best choice to get our monies worth. Seems like a great space for families and will definitely be back when we are back in town.

I had high expectations of this place given its ratings/reviews, and I was disappointed. Although friendly, the staff was disorganized and scattered. Smash room was small and all we were given to smash was beer bottles. The plant splatter room, also small, had limited paints (not in bottles but instead small cups), and the canvases were very small. For the price, I expected more. I don't think I'd go back.

If I could give no stars I would. We went for a birthday party and had to leave part of the way through. The kids couldn't do anything they wanted. First they picked nerf and there wasn't enough working nerf guns for 6 kids to play together. So they switched to laser tag because they had to. The bumper cars weren't working. I took my son to Platinum City Gaming during the winter break, they had it all. From old school Nintendo to new virtual reality games. They have a full bar for adults and a play area for younger children that include a bounce house, jumbo size Jenga and Connect Four. My son loved it. We will definitely return in the near future

My son had a game card from a previous visit with $40 on it. When we went to use this we were told they changed their systems and the money already paid to this establishment was no longer available on the game card. The owner was very dismissive and offered no solution until I walked out the door and then he finally shouted he would offer me a free game play. Avoid spending money at this establishment that you will not use immediately.

I was greeted immediately by staff when I walked in the door and got to hear about everything available at this location as well as having any questions answered that came up. They have bumper cars. You can play arcade games, win ducks, do bumper cars, karaoke, play basketball, Having a bad day and need to relief stress they even have a smash room, and of course my favorite thing play pool. Platinum City Gaming is run by an ignorant, lazy man who is more focused on making quick money than building his own brand. He has recently added smash rooms and done so in a dangerous manner. He has customers break dangerous items, toxic items with no warnings. His packages, descriptions, prices, wording and all, are 100% stolen from a neighboring, well established rage room; Just Smash it Avon. As small business owners, it is people like Rashaud and these types of business that are affecting our industry.
