I took my son here for his birthday and I was not satisfied. We've been waiting at the prize counter for 20 minutes. There isn't even a person behind the counter!
Amazing place to play arcade games. Good prices & have a lot of good choices of prizes. Laser Tag is fun and good for the kids and adults alike!
Customer service was great for our first time here. The games were fun and my son enjoyed playing!
It is a very fun place to play me and my friend are just playing to past time for the movie theater
We are from Maryland on vacation and was looking to do something since our hotel had closed everything because of the coronavirus. Glad we found this place! My son is almost 12 years old and he really enjoyed the laser tag and games.
Great place to take kids for a quick game of laser tag & adults can join in! We had a small 8-yr old b-day group to play a few rounds & the kids LOVED IT!! As well as the father!
The employees here were stairing at customers whispering to each other talking trash about costomers and thier appearance and subjectifying them. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I attached a pic of the employees I'm talking about if the owener cares. I understand it might be difficult to hire people to work but that's not a reason to tolerate this behavior
Fun time with the kids playing laser tag and then staying in the arcade to win prizes!
Incredible Atmosphere. Friendly Staff. Hunter was very helpful.
You can actually get something from the claw machine and very fun
Hunter as absolutely amazing !! Made our first experience here worth it!!!
Wonderful and affordable place to bring the kids!
This was a great fun little spot! My son (7 years old) had a blast. We were able to go just him vs me. 6 minutes per game. We played 2 back to back total $21.00 . Couldn't beat it for the joy he had. If you're in the area of the mall and want something fun and quick to do go there. Also in same spot is a small arcade with tickets/prizes.
It was fun recommended to pass the time
Fun and entertaining spent $20 between my wife and I and had a good hour of fun. Entire place was clean and well maintained. Nearly all the games were in good operating order and the one time I had one malfunction the staff corrected the issue quickly and professionally. Over all great place to kill time.
Staff is friendly and helpful. My son's birthday party there was a hit.
The people are awesome. I just finished playing a 2nd game of laser tag and while moving along a wall i got a rip in my right shoulder from a broken outlet in the wall. While they did cover it with am obstacle it would have been nice to get a free game laser considering i got a small tear in my favorite tshirt along with s nice gouge in my shoulder. Other than that the people were awesome and the game was fun
We usually take the kids to the arcade on the weekends almost every weekend. We happend to have been in there on a week day.. and didnt know the kids could get a free laser tag after spending $40+ dollars... my husband asked the guy working there if they could get their free laser tag.. it was 30min before closing.. after being there a hour +.... and no one saying a word to us. He told us it was too late to go in there now. We was a bit upset. After we just witnessed 2 adults that may have been his buddies
Good games good staff
Be a lot better if half the games weren't out of order every time we visit. My 7 and 10 y.o.'s love the laser tag though it is slightly expensive for the amount of play time they get in my opinion.
It's not so bad. Just wish most of the machines weren't just oversized phone games. This place needs a couple retro machines. Like a pinball and skiball. The card system not giving change kind of is a pain.
Granddaughter Lexi loves this place!!
There are only 3 or 4 ticket reward games here, 3 claw machines.. a candy claw machine and a key master along with a basketball game and a few shooting games.. the key master is so rigged that when you release the button it stays down for another 5 seconds.. the prizes are low quality.. just not worth it.. I would like to have a decent arcade in the mall but this is just not it.. at all.
Took my son and his brother there And they had a blast. Plus I like how you put money on one of their cards to pay for the game you play while you're there And if you don't spend it all that day You just save the card and it's still good for the next time you go back ??
So much fun for the whole family! Staff is very helpful and friendly. So many different games to play. Kids absolutely love this place.
There's not many games and you will spend your money quicky there. Below average prizes as well, but if you wanna just play a few games for a minute it's fine and it's the only one around here other than the fun barn which I would recommend over it which is in Logan Ohio.
This place was totally awesome!
Cool mini laser tag arena. Long sets. Good pricing. Gear worked well. Friendly staff. Small arcade. Good time killer if it's too hot or cold outside.
My kid loves coming here
The prizes here are fantastic, great variety and value! What a blast!
My daughter loves Planet X Laser Tag. She has so much fun playing with the other children. Great place to spend some family time and have fun.
Stuff always broken here. To top it off I had a pre loaded card and they are closed. Very little for my son to do when they were open. They didn't have a good selection to begin with and half of them were usually broken. Not very happy about this. It's no wonder they are not open. They couldn't have made any money.
The laser tag is honestly not the best, atleast two out of the about 15 machines they have are usually down, but the ticket exchange ratio to prizes is pretty good.
Went with a group of eight people. Five adults, two 6 year olds, and one 16 year old. All of us had a blast!
Fun course for kids, but entirely too small for adults or a decent size group. Staff are generally very pleasant.
Smaller arcade but the games are really fun. All are newer games and in good condition with a small laser tag arena that's worth the price.
expensive but had a lot of fun with my two daughters!! we also enjoyed playing lazer tag too!!
Fun little arcade! Not many games and the prize selection wasn't that great but had fun with my daughter killing time.
Great place to play games
It's great to have some games in the mall but the place could use some more variety and bring back some of the older arcade style games.
Very expensive and not much for litter kids to do..the game she could play she got 1 piece of candy for 60 each try..so $5.00 for 5 tootsie rolls
My children loved it and so didn't my soon to be ex wife.
Fun games and plenty to play as well as getting your own game card you can reload is convenient as well works all the games
It is very fun but I didn't have the best service there.
This was quite a bit smaller than I expected. Not a lot of options. Laser tag was to-do. Kind of boring. Wouldn't go out of my way, again, to go here.
Had a very amazing time when hbrook my boys to play and the ppl there are very pleasant and helpful
Took two kids 8yr old and 11yrold they had a good time
The kids had a great time, but the statement in their advertising that says they have party packages is untrue.
It's fun to be a kid once in awhile. Had a blast
Great place to hang out with your friends and family for some game time.
I'm a little to old to play. But, the young ones seemed to have a good time.
They RIP you off on your points and theres on 100 and down prizes no fun at all
Lots of fun games. Good place to take your kids.
No tokens/tickets now, it's all on card. The lady at counter wasn't very helpful but she was very polite.
Fun prizes for kids to win and some machines really shell out the tickets!
Small in size but it's a fun little place for kids
I wish they had more games and half of them were out of order and a kid behind the counter was extremely annoying
I had the most amazing time there and want to thank then
My grandsons had so much fun.
I love the games that's got to be the funniest laser tag ever 2
It's a really good place to go to for the family.
Best laser tag some people will ever experience.
Small place but clean and fun.
It was fun, not many choices in games.
Love it. Very cheap. Definitely recommend
Had so much fun since the remodel
Claw machines are rigged and the laser tag is ok.
It was fun and worth it
Small but great lots of fun
Fun games and Lazer tag is awesome
Fun for my son and affordable.
Fun atmosphere, and a great time.
It was fun I just wish it was bigger
Rude over priced will never return
Lover spending time with my son there
Awfully great place to take you kid
I LOVVVEDD IT BUT I LOSTT , OH WELL
Best place in kill devil hills
Pricey for the prizes offered
Always fun with grandkids
I didn't know I was there!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
