Great place to have some fun bowling with the family. Really awesome renovation that was done recently turned the place around. However, a little bit left to be desired from the customer service side of things. Might not seem like much but the attendant at the bar didn't greet me nor did they really say much to me at all come to think of it. Makes a huge difference to me when it comes to the overall atmosphere of the place. Ordered the chicken sandwich, and I cannot recommend it. Bread was soaking in oil, f

We love going there for atmosphere! A little for everyone! Had my daughter?s birthday celebration there and loved that we had a server for our self! Jose our server was awesome and just wanted to help! Even offered to help set up and take down! Kids enjoyed it too! Not to mention Management has been great making sure we were comfortable!??????????

Fun place to spend some time. Not a huge fan of the pins that are on strings but we had a good time. I would suggest paying per game not by the hour since you sometimes have to wait for the pins to untangle. Activities there include bowling, laser tag, pool table and video arcade. Food and beverage service as well

Was told lanes were all full and it was a 10-20 minute wait. Then it turned into a ?40 minute wait? got there at 6:30 and was never given a lane to play and me and my friends were waiting for 3ish hours.

Had fun here, but the only reason it got 4 stars and not 5 is the cost per hour seems high and when the people next to us had little kids running around (into our lane) the attendant didn't let us finish our last game after it timed us out.

When I came in i didnt know what to expect, but I was met with great vibes and fun times! Kamren provided the best service to my family and I, we were all greeted with a smile and served the BEST drinks. I'll definitely be coming back here again. I hope to see her again too, loved her energy!! ??

The newly updated Pla Mor is awesome! The staff is friendly, the servers are on top of getting dirty dishes from our table and always checking up on us. My husband and his friends played laser tag and had such a fun time! I'll have to try it myself but it's much more clean and fun than I remember the old one being! Thank you staff and owners for creating a fun space for everyone!

Bowling prices were awesome. Fried pickles were too expensive for the tiny amount they give you so that was a disappointment. Not enough kid ball rolling helpers. Only had 2 otherwise cute

Came here while we were in town visiting family! It was great food, fun, and drinks for all! The daily deals they have are awesome, the kids had a blast and got their moneys worth with the unlimited bracelets!

Had a great time at the place the manager Cam was real good with explaining all the new things they had on the updated menu including drinks and deals and the waiter Ashley was amazing at getting us anything we needed

I had a birthday party for my son's there. We were there 45 minutes early and everything was ready for us to decorate as promised. The staff was awesome and helpful and continuously asked if we needed anything. My son's had an awesome time. My daughter also left her tablet there and when I called to ask about it they immediately said they had it and were holding it for us. I will definitely be taking my family there again. Excellent revamp of an old classic. The updates are great, the service is amazing. The remodeling is very esthetically appealing. Must come by.

I love coming to the bowling alley for a fun time, great food and tasty drinks. The bartender Kamren is super attentive and the laser tag is a great way to end the day.

I haven't been back here since I moved out of del rio I came back recently and was pleasantly surprised to see the make over it got since I've been gone I had an awesome time with my friends and next time I'm in town I'll definitely be stopping by again

Great place on Saturday nights to unwind even if you are 800 miles away from home! However - 2 Saturday nights in a row they have ran out of cold bud light! We will call ahead to prepare them next weekend!

Couldn't even finish one game. Everything kept breaking. Our party was told by the employees that the owner refuses to put money into the equipment when something kept breaking. It was a horrible experience for our family. We will definitely be finding a new bowling alley to go too.

Restrooms were nasty. We got charged full price for a package that included pizza but they ran out pizza the night before. They had no snacks our kids were hungry. We did not feed them thinking they would have snacks. Ran out of popcorn,hamburgers,hotdogs. When I asked well what do yall have the kid replied "Nothing" . Then asked if we could order a pizza from dominos and have it delivered they said no if the manager found out they would be in trouble. We had already paid for the lanes and kidd had already

When my friends and I went here, during the fourth throw the lane started to break down and wouldn't give us our balls back. We kept having to interrupt and when we asked for a refund they refused, overpriced when everything is dirty and nothing works right

Horrible service. Place is run down. Charged for shoes then didn't have sizes and couldn't give me something in place of what I paid. Pizza was raw. Didn't have hardly any food choices. Kept asking and they didn't have any. People are rude and mad because I complained about raw food. Took forever to clean up dirty tables. Bumpers are broken. What a shame

Personally, I think you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. Unless you plan on owning your own bowling alley, be happy with what is here. I think mgmt is great and friendly but maybe that's because I give them respect as respect is due. As far as the lanes go, machines will always have problems. No matter where you go.

Friendly staff which is why it even deserves one star but it really needs some remodeling. We had to be moved to so many different lanes because nothing was working right. The bumpers didn't even work which we needed for our son. Horrible experience.

In need of some renovation. Balls are in need of replacing and the lanes don't work too well. But it's the only show in town so until some puts some money into this place, we're going to have to be happy that we even have one.

Showed up around 7 there was a wait list to bowl all lanes were occupied but they were closing at 930. Why at waitlist then.

Great and only place to bowl in Del Rio, so it has that going for it. The big problem is no hours are posted. They usually open around 3pm, but this changes.

Went to my niece's birthday party and her party was the first of the day only people there was our party restrooms were not dirty they were filthy and out of toilet paper several of us at the party asked both girls to please clean restroom it took them like 45 minutes to check restrooms and when they did they only ran the wet mop through the wet floor in one stall and only put toilet paper in one stall also left the garbage cans that were in the stalls full of dirty toilet paper that was probably from the n

Payed for an hour of bowling after waiting 30 minutes because lane 13 was broken then we were told to go to lane 13 which was broken then waited the entire hour of our bowling time as they were ?fixing? our lane ... they didn't refund us or even let us play a game. Seriously don't come here everything is broken all the time...
