They have literally the best chicken i have ever had their pizza is just as good as well. They have a wonderful staff and a very decent game room for the kids. U can do school field trips here as well as birthday parties
Pizza Ranch is the best! The food is great. Love that cactus bread! Excellent service with a smile. And this location has an awesome arcade! What more could you want?! My family and I will be back often!!
Tuesday night, kids night! There were plenty, but the kitchen worked hard and did a great job at keeping up!
Great food for the price. A variety of pizzas and other foods to choose from. The broasted chicken is awesome.
It was very busy tonigh, however, Josh did an excellent job giving great service. He rang us up then helped us order a stuffed crust pizza for my son's birthday. He made sure there was pizza on the buffet line, he got forks and spoons when they ran out. He did everything and always had a smile on his face the entire night. Thanks Josh for doing so good.
First time to the place. All you can eat pizza. Everything was good, but their fried chickens were not enough for everyone. Had to wait a long line to get a piece. Other than that, it was a good experience for the family.
For being the opening day today, staff was very prepared for long lines and yet were very friendly at all times. Pizza was hot and tasty, also have a salad bar and choice of pasta and ice cream for dessert. Drink also included in price. Even tho lines were out the door today we still got a table in 10 mn. I thought prices were reasonable for the amount of food. Fun arcade area also for all ages. Highly recommend for a family meal!
We took a group of 5 (2 adults, 3kids) on opening day. It was busy with people wanting to try it but they were getting people seated swiftly. Once we sat it didnt ever seem over crowded you never had to wait long in line and it was very smooth. Very good price cant beat that and the quality was delicious!! We will definitely be back!
We finally have a pizza place worth going to. This isn't just your average go out and just sit there and eat your pizza. This place is hopping. It's buffet, all you can eat from many different styles of pizza, and not just pizza, but a full salad bar, chicken mashed potatoes, gravy, pasta, bread sticks ice cream to make floats with or just have it plain, and a huge game room for the kids to enjoy. I will guarantee you'll be going up for seconds and even thirds. I did, and I'm going back soon for more.
Went for lunch about 2pm. Wasn't as busy as i thought it would be!! Food was great! Pizza bread sticks chicken and fish. Mashed taters and gravy! Or wedges! Salad bar! Was smaller than i expected but good!! Game room is separate with games for every age! Also have rooms for parties! Oh yes there were 3 desert pizzas as well as an ice cream machine!!
Usually has other food options for the Non- pizza people in your group. Nice side rooms for big groups or parties.
The food was awful, the crust smelled like lady bugs and the chicken was not cooked all the way and falling of grease! Took my Daughter with us and all she would eat was the desert pizza she said everything else was disgusting! Never had a problem with any of the other Pizza Raches but Onalaska was gross! And not to mention the wait, waited over an hour and 20 minutes to be seated to get gross food! Not going back!
Great place , always busy & nice employees.
Lots of fun games for the whole family.
Fun place to play games. The tickets you won load onto your card. We were confused at first because the machines have slots for tickets to come out. Our 2 year old looked the candy and rubber ducky grab games.
Had a large group party after the Ms Remarkable pagent. Josh and staff were Awesome and the food was outstanding!!
Not really a place for little kids in my opinion. Mostly the games that are geared towards tickets which is too close to simulating gambling for me. The arcade shows great potential however.
Food is amazing and it is a great place to take the whole family.
Great selection of pizza. The salad bar is really nice too. My kids love the desert pizzas and cookies they have
Food isn't anything special
Everything was very good from the different pizza to the fried chicken mashed and gravy yo salad bar and the pizza desserts with ice cream amazing highly recommend.
It's been a while since lacrosse has had a pizza buffet. It is a great place to bring the kids eat pizza, and let them play games in the kids zone
Food was good but did like the layout of the buffet, and the salad bar part was small. I like the Eau Claire one better.
Many fun games for all ages. Cool prizes too.
Very Slow getting any food brought out. One - two pizza on the line. No bread sticks. Salid Bar empty, and a line out the door people waiting to get in. Manager Sarah acted like it was here first night work, no clue what to do.
First timers here. I didn't know there was a game zone here. Price wise though makes me want to come back to stuff up on the buffet then go play :).
It was worth the wait but standing outside was a little cold at 4:15 in the afternoon. They need more cash registers.
Had fun. Kids played games, won some stuff. Pizza was good. Lots of choices, and very friendly staff.
Small buffet options for the price. Arcade small, and for being a new place games broke already. Save your time and order something else. Not impressed ??
Always a great place to binge eat. Good pizza, good chicken, great desert puzzas.
Fun place for kids (and us big kids)!
Pizza was very good and the salad bar also. Enjoyed the chicken too.
Good food. But long line and for some reason they one have one cashier.
Small buffet. Small salad bar. You could squeeze enough grease out of a chicken leg to fry a whole chicken
A super fun arcade with actually good prizes
Very friendly. Helpful. Funzone was a hit with my 3 and 11 year old!
Large place good food and real nice people waiting on you constantly.
Awesome food! Fun arcade in back. Friendly staff
Great Food-we love their Chicken-Staff were great
Love it. The staff was amazing. Great fun for the family.
Arcade has just a perfect variety of games to make it lots of fun.
One of the best Pizza Ranches. Glad they came to La Crosse.
Good pizza. Family friendly.
Great pizza & chicken, salad bar is Ok
The buffet was empty of food for quite a while...and really not worth waiting for it.
Great pizza selection, fresh pizza. Yummy dessert pizzas.
Enjoying the night out. Having some fun.
Great food again keep up the great work
Excellent chicken and pizza at a great price
Great time. Fun arcade, expensive!

Fun place for kids and adults!
My daughter loves this place

The chicken is awesome
Great chicken and pizza
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
