Visited for a birthday outing with a party of 8. Started by dining in the restaurant area. The ordering process appeared to go well, however many of the orders were incomplete. There were multiple instances of errors within the orders. Food missing and duplicate items added mostly. As i looked around, there weren't many guests dining in. This is a fancy main event - adults or kids can enjoy. Delicious food and drinks I like how when the kids earn points in the arcade, they go to a ?store? and pick out their own items. Much easier than the one person behind the counter.

We went to a friend's birthday party and it was ok. They have bowling, bumper cars, wall climbing, and several VR games. We had the pizza, which was a meh. There is definitely lots to do for the kids. They have a whole restaurant section and sweet treat area as well.

Giving it 3 stars because we have had good experiences in the past, but yesterday was not one of those days. We got there around 5pm so there wasn't as much of a crowd, and got a lane quickly. However, when we got to our lane the tables were covered in trash and food from the people that were there before us. After 10 minutes someone came to clean the table next to us, but left ours dirty. Had a successful team-outing I helped organize. Our team got a free upgrade to the VIP suite for bowling and yummy appetizers. The servers were on standby in the suite whenever we needed anything. The venue is great-the music wasn't too loud (unlike at another venue). I recommend having a team-outing here.

My kids love to be here almost every week if they can, lots of games arcade feel with good food and fun. We have celebrated birthdays with pizza and cake ordered from here. Lots of bowling with kids and their friends been coming here for many years now could not complain about anything in particular always good fun experience.

However, multiple games were out of order during our visit, and the ones that were working felt a bit overpriced. On the bright side, the food is good, that's definitely a plus, and the staff is very kind and helpful throughout. Asked bartender working tonight if anyone was available to check me out at the dessert counter after patiently for service she then responded with an attitude ?you can ask me if you like? I told her never mind and simply walked away. On top of that, paid for a vip table arrived to a dirty table that was never cleaned- & waited 10 minutes of the 1 hour slot for service, when our drinks arrived there was a fly in the margarita.

Highly highly recommend this place for birthday parties from 6+ year age. We had our daughter?s birthday party here with different age group friends. The place really had wide variety of options for all the age groups. Everyone had good time including parents. The bumping cars, bowling, laser tag and the zip line were spot on and we didn't leave a chance to enjoy most of it.

bowling was a ton of fun! service was always good and food and drinks got out fast, bowling is a little pricey but definitely worth it. we got a ham and pineapple pizza, it was super yummy! they have a decent beer selection as well!

Went for my son?s birthday. The manager there (wish I had his name) was incredibly helpful getting us set up with cards for play and such. Also very kind and attentive. Boys had a great time and the pizza was very good (not always true at places like this). We'll definitely be back.

Obviously I haven't been to a new age bowling alley! Wow!!! There were so many different things besides bowling to entertain the guests. Love that they have VR games in the arcade. There is even an obstacle course that is above the arcade area. Super cool spot, check it out.

Very disappointing!!! The some of the staff service was amazing but some staff were sitting around talking or playing the arcade games. Almost all the arcade games are broken or not working. We went to the machines to recharge our cards and all 3 of the machines were slow or broken. PINSTACK is one of the few bowling alleys with a great food menu and bar selection. This is definitely more of a higher-end location, but it's worth the few extra bucks ??. Worked with the events team for hosting a kids birthday. The team was very patient and suportive throughout the booking process. The party was perfectly organized and timed. We couldn't ask for a better host than Mickey. She engaged the boys completely and each of them enjoyed the party one hundred percent. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for us.

Dude, this place is legit. Went with a big group of adults and kids and everybody had a good time. Bowling, darts, a million games (VR and old school), climbing wall, bumper cars, laser tag, and I'm sure I missed a ton. Kids are already asking to go back. Went for bowling, stayed for the food. Even though Friday-Sunday afternoons is their highest priced bowling hours, with four people it felt like it was fair, and everything was in good repair. Balls with large thumb holes, newer rental shoes, and food delivered to the lane made this experience nice and easy. Food was priced well, and was tasty! This is by far the best bowing alley I've ever been to! The energy is inviting and lovely, the space is well curated and the server I had this past weekend was amazing! Her name was SHAI and she was such a blessing to have. She was very attentive, helpful, patient and funny! I recommend anyone to request for her when visiting. Equipment are originally pretty good, but many are not in working condition requiring reset or removing balls stuck in the equipment. Workers are lazy and don't move fast so it's better to pay attention and avoid broken equipment. Bowling is priced per hour. Cashiers are local teenagers and not good at using the machine or math, so needs to pay attention to that as well. They don't have an automated bowling centers in US, so this is not a bad place under US standards.

Super fun place with plenty to do for the entire family for hours. It's in a nice location it is very well kept and my family had a wonderful time period. The associates were very nice and extremely helpful. The bowling with super fun and the game was very interactive. Very nice place. Something to do for most everyone. The bowling lanes are nice and have bumpers for the little ones. The laser tag has two levels and kids seem to really like it. Pinstack is expensive so be prepared. We went there for bowling and to shorten the wait for a lane we paid the extra $10 to use the VIP lanes. Great spot to bowl and beer. Food is something to be desired. Had to send back the nachos twice as they were cold to room temperature. One of your staff members, Angela, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior towards my children. The venue as a place to go have fun is good, bowling is what I'd expect from a venue like that. The food is crappy. The only good items are anything fried, and for obvious reasons. We ordered a burger and quesadillas. The burger was mid at best, and the quesadillas are by far the worst I've even had. Chicken tasted like it was canned chicken but from a tuna can. Left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Came in on a Saturday around 1 and were able to get an alley in about 20 min. Price was much better than I anticipated - after $4.50 rentals per person, it was $84 for an hour and a half. We tried extending our time but by 3:30 they had a 2.5 hour wait and we couldn't extend due to them being on a wait.

The team and I had an amazing time together, and it showed how a productive work meeting can be turned into a fun experience. The all-day meeting was complemented by a delicious brunch and dinner setup. The VIP room and the bowling section elevated our experience. The only area that needed improvement was having more staff present. Nevertheless, the team was considerate enough to clean up after themselves.

A gaming facility that rivals the best of Las Vegas and even adults will enjoy taking their kids here. Our kids loved the ropes course and the laser tag. There are several four player over sized video games that a great for families. When it's times to eat the restaurant servers quality moderately upscale bistro style food for Mom and Dad while still offering the classic kid favorites like pizza and burgers etc. They also have a nice selection of wine and beer.

Come to Pinstack for unstoppable fun! Great place for a fun time with friends and family! Too many games and so many bowling lanes. It is very crowded on holidays and weekends so plan in advance. I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get a bowling lane so I spent the time in the gaming arcade. The food tastes great too. A bit pricy but the fun is worth it.

My granddaughter had fun, even though her auntie didn't win that big ole teddy bear. The drink was good, no alcohol in it. That pizza ohhhh my goodness it was delicious ???? every last bit. We had a great time before it got busy so we enjoyed walking around and choosing games she wanted. It opened at 10am we got there a little after 11am and left at 1pm.
