This bowling spot is an absolute blast! It's not just about bowling?they've got a huge arcade section with a wide variety of games for all ages, from classic favorites to the latest high-tech setups. Whether you're there with friends, family, or on a date, there's always something fun to do. The VIP rooms are especially impressive?spacious, stylish, and perfect for private parties or a more exclusive experience. The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have
First time there and had a great time with my family. I gave it 5 stars 5/29 This is our second time coming to this particular bowling alley and this time the service on the bowling alley side was horrible, the server button was pushed twice and no one ever came. We had to flag down a server in order to put in a simple order for mozzarella sticks, and soda drinks. The server was cool at first however, through course of our time there her attitude became down right deplorable. At 8:43pm Upon trying to lea
Great place for kids or adults that still want to be kids. We went as a business team for team building and it was an amazing evening.
There is so much to do for a family with kids. Bowling is great, there's an arcade and several other activities. However the food was terrible, it appeared as if our food was made way before our party arrived. Everything was dry and cold. I'd say go for the fun maybe a drink but have dinner else where.
Pinstack in Irving, Texas, is a fantastic entertainment venue with bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and more. The modern setup, delicious food, and friendly atmosphere make it perfect for family outings, parties, or casual hangouts.
We visited for a family outing and appreciated both the food and the service provided. Although there was a minor issue, Manager Taylor addressed our concerns efficiently and generously extended our time. His professionalism and ability to handle customer feedback in a calm and effective manner were commendable. We look forward to our next visit.
Great bowling/arcade but the food left much to be desired. It trailed out slowly so we didn't eat out meals together. Burgers had no taste. My son and daughter ordered the same wings and for some reason they tasted different. Eat before you go.
I've hosted several birthday parties, and attended even more with my 4 kids, ages 5-13. This last visit is the reason we'll never come back. Didn't manage the pizza distribution to kids & ran out. Never refilled the lemonade or Powerade, ran out. Paid for unlimited beverages. They cut a 12? cake, and were barely able to feed 12 kids. The cake was supposed to feed 20+. Then we were told that we were not allowed to have our kids water bottles and that was considered ?outside beverages?. Then, one of the emplo
The family had a wonderful experience at this place. Great arcade playing options, nice social distanced bowling alleys. They even have laser tag, which was great fun. Their restaurants have great pizza?s and burgers. We specially liked their sweet potato fries. The kids loved it as well. Nice clean restrooms and courteous service. Would definitely recommend this place.
Tons of fun for our work team outing. Food was good. Service was awesome. Love he variety of games to play after bowling. Highly recommend.
One of the coolest bowling alleys I have come across. Exterior cleanliness there's only equal to the interior cleanliness; top notch. Staff is energetic, helpful and informative and assisting with your needs. Play mechanics and experiences are outstanding. As this establishment not only provides bowling services but various other games that entertainment genres. Rock climbing, arcade game playing, line walking, bumper cars and so much more. Food and drinks are equally outstanding. Especially the bar drink a
We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter?s birthday! Brunch was pretty good, though for $30 a person, we expected a bit more variety. The service was slow but friendly, and overall, we'll definitely be back!
This place is the worst an rude I will never come back here .I'm a Diabetic, and I was refused to allow me to have my drink. Cause I'm not allowed to drink soda an I don't do tap water I wasn't allowed to bring my on water was told had to buy there water
Horrible first impression. Try to bowl but couldn't because the lane was down after waiting for service to come and fix the lane. I was only left 16 minutes of playtime when I originally paid for 30. They said they would compensate for it by putting the full 30min in, but they never did, and I was only left with a maximum of 15min of playtime half of what I paid for. The person who worked on my lane even said they would get the manager and tell the manager to add my full 30 min but never did. Would not reco
people at the front were great, but the arcade games are a scam. most don't work and will just take ur credits and tell u to swipe again which then takes more credits and the game still does not work. some games give you physical tickets if u win but the tickets don't come out. not sure if it was empty or broken. ropes course was fun but it is timed and we were not told that upon entering.
First of all, the whole thing was overpriced! I used to actually like this place until I came here for a school field trip. But then we weren't able to bowl because they only gave us like 5 lanes for the whole freaking grade. And they wouldn't budge when we finally found a lane cause it wasn't assigned! I mean what's the difference! Also the food is bland and expensive. The bowling have minimal availability of sizes.
The ambiance at this venue exceeded expectations. It was my inaugural visit, and I was pleasantly impressed. The bowling prices are reasonable, and there are numerous other activities available. I suggest this spot for a date night, company event, or a casual family outing.
Keep your receipts they like to add their own tips I put a line where it asks for a tip yet my card was charged $5 my total was $23 then updated to $28. Nobody answers phones or calls you back.
This place used to be good years ago. Now its just expensive and ghetto. I have witnessed a group of people get drunk and throw up pizza in their lane. It was the most disgusting thing i have seen. To top it off, nobody came to clean it up or help them. Secondly, I came again weeks oater and I was put in a lane next to a large group with 2 year olds walking within my LANE!!! Not one of the parents said anything. ALSO, they had no manners and kept walking through my sitting area through out my whole hour of
Games are not being maintained the air hockey tables do not play right the hockey sticks are wire out as well as the table surfaces no one at the laser tag can't play it Asked for help at the front entry can't get help had to wake up the employee to ask for help she directed me back to the bowling area This place is really run down since opened IT IS NOT WORTH WASTING YOU MONEY ON!!!
Was here for a birthday party, everyone had a great time! They gave two whole hours for the play, in addition to 45 mins for meal and celebration. ----- Another time I was here just by myself with our child and paid around $35 for an hour's play (200 points). It seemed a bit pricey tbh for what you get.
We purchased a VIP lane, and paid for all of our things, a specific employee named Kelly, kept bothering us. She told us to move, and she kept on looking at us, she saw my father record a video of us bowling, and she told him we were not allowed to record anything, only take still pictures. She made us all feel so uncomfortable so we decided to leave. We spoke with another employee about the situation and they ignored our concerns. Very disappointed in the service.
Fun place for hanging out with coworkers & friends. Had some good drinks and decent food. My favorite side is the patio where there's connect 4, corn hole, and life size chess!! My biggest complaint is that our table ordered wings & they came out ice cold... not like ?sat too long? kind of cold, but like fresh out of the freezer and rolled in buffalo sauce. When we told the waitress she was incredibly rude & have us slow service. Other than that, great experience & im sure it doesn't happen often.
I hosted my daughter's 8th birthday party on May 25 at Pinstack, and honestly, it was so disappointing. Our party host, Olivia, was rude and seemed really unprofessional. She rolled her eyes whenever we asked questions, which made us feel unwelcome. We got 45 minutes in the party room, and then were rushed to leave. When we asked for just 10 more minutes to finish eating, Olivia said no, claiming she needed to clean for the next event?even though all the other rooms were empty! Plus, I wasn't told that w
Service was terrible. An employee named Kelly was incredibly, incredibly condescending and rude to us. I haven't ever written a review for any place before but holy cow. Also, it was difficult to get ahold of staff while at the lanes. There was no clear way to call them over, and it was difficult to find them.
Over the years I visited many of these types of locations in different cities across the nation. I really have to say that hands down last night was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The facility was extremely clean and crisp without any issues of old food or broken games. Everything was really enjoyable we had a corporate meeting here and it was really a great experience. We had our own dedicated bowling lanes and a really nice dinner with some impressive food for a bowling alley! Hands down if y
Awesome place and has got something for kids all ages. Laser tag, rock climbing wall, gaming arcade, bowling. Luckily the food experience was also great. Food and drinks came out quickly. Overalll a great trip and the kids had a blast! Will surely visit again!
This place is more than just a bowling alley, it's a family entertainment complex. They have general and private bowling lanes and party rooms. We had my nephew's birthday party there and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The arcade room is full of games for every age to enjoy. They have bumper cars, Lazer Tag, a climbing wall and plenty of food options. It is a little pricey however you can have a ton of fun for $20 per person. It's also a great spot for adults to go in groups. They so serve alcoho
The service was bad and I knew walking in that it would be based on them not having been prepared for people that had already made reservations. So coming in and waiting for a little bit even though we were on time and nobody was really in there so I didn't get the brief wait. I can't remember our servers name I just knew that she wasn't going to give a great experience from her lack of attention. Anyway she reassured us that the food will come out altogether lol after, Another lady starts to bring things
This place was packed, didn't even have a chance to bowl because it seems like all the lanes were full. Would have loved to hangout but their music selection also seems limited and the environment was a bit older. Grabbed a drink at the bar then left.
12/08/24: A huge thank you to Team Pinstack for yet another outstanding experience! We celebrated our fourth Company Christmas Party at Pinstack, and it was truly a hit. From having extra hands to assist with setup, to the spacious environment that never felt crowded, everything was seamless. The award-winning Brisket Mac and Cheese and the irresistible Dessert Shooters were a crowd favorite. Our managers chose Pinstack for the event, and I was thrilled to support a local business that's also a proud membe
The third time we gone, and I still love it. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I will be back. Oh, I want to shout out to the bar stuff that worked Saturday morning, August 24th. They did an amazing job! We played all the games. Rock climbing. Bumper cars. Laser tagged. Overhead walk. And bowling.
I visited PINSTACK Las Colinas on Sunday with Friends and Family at 06-30-2024 and service was frustrating. I went to bar to order some drinks but they fully ignore me i asked one of employees but he ignore me ??. Then another employee came but he did same like 1st employee so i became sad this was my second at last time at Pinstack and i never visit again.????????
Really enjoy myself this time. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The waitress was very attentive. Everything was clean, and all the machines worked. The drinks from the bar were good as well.
Went to Pinkstack for a job professional development training/funday Friday day. Food was okay. Played $20 game card that the job payed for but wish could have played more with game card if had more funds loaded on it. Overall day was cool!
This place is very fun, but extremely expensive. If you're there for more than a few hours, you're going to be spending around $400 for a family of four. In addition, I have not had great experience with management when we have gone. For example, the ticket exchange for prizes takes WAY too long, and they're constantly having technical issues. Again, it's fun, but be sure to plan ahead for $$$ and also have patience as the staff seems to be ill-equipped to deal with even the most basic of tasks in a timely
Visited here with friends and family and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was very rude and took over 40 minutes to fix an issue in bowling when the lane got stuck. Despite them trying to fix it they weren't able to and we ended up not bowling for the other 30 minutes of the hour I paid for. Did end up getting a refund ONLY for the half I didn't play and had one the most frustrating and annoying experience because of terrible management and extremely rude staff members.
Very modern and clean facility (i saw someone sweeping even the parking lot!). We celebrated a birthday party for teenage boys. The boys had fun bowling. Had to hunt down a server and we ordered appetizers and the server couldn't care less to serve us. He almost seemed bothered. Asked for bottled water and he said to get it from the bar. The second time i asked for more bottled water it took a while. Asked for spoons and received 2 plastic spoons after 10 minutes. The chips/salsa/queso was decent. Mozzarell
I'm shocked at the service!! We arrived here an hour before closing and as soon as we walked to the counter the young lady says we're about to close so you only have an hour. I'm ashamed to admit I thought oh dang we're about to get the we trying to go home service. Much to my surprise everyone was on point with their jobs and cleaning didn't interfere with our fun. Great job to the management staff for that training. The food menu was affordable as well as bowling and games. This place is very cool.
Worst experience ever! If I could leave no starts I would. We had an incident with Kelly, she was being rude and unprofessional and made my whole family very uncomfortable and we didn't feel welcomed whatsoever. We will definitely not be coming back.
If you're looking for a place to have a blast with your family or friends, you should check out Pinstack. It's fun for all ages, whether you want to bowl, play arcade games, ride bumper cars, or challenge yourself on the Rock Climbing Wall. They also have Video Games for kids and a food and bar area for grown-ups. It's a great place to host birthday parties or just hang out.
During our recent visit to your establishment, we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our friends and proceeded to secure our reserved table. Subsequently, we placed orders for beverages and appetizers. Regrettably, our drink orders were not only incorrect but also forgotten entirely, resulting in an extended wait time for their eventual delivery and closure of our tab. Causing us to have to take turns to get to the lane to get our shoes & mov
We had a super good time with our friends. Nice video games and lots of activities for kids. They have huge shakes, ice cream, food also beer? it was super fun.
Our department held a team building event here. This place is amazing. The bowling lanes are clean bright and well managed. The food is excellent, the drink selections st the bar are amazing. We had a blast playing the other games, bumper cars etc. I highly recommend this place for family events, company outings etc. Great place!!
Food Family & Fun. A GREAT place to go to have a BLAST ?? You CAN DEFINITELY act like a BIG kid there. Bring out the kid n u by enjoying yourself to the FULLEST! They have it ALL from: bowling to arcade to rock climbing to laser tag to an obstacle course. Eat & be merry! Cash in tickets for rewards.
I have to say I was excited to experience this place for the 1st time. It's WAY BIGGER than it looks! Has everything from bowling, rock climbing to bowling! It started off REALLY ROCKY because we prepaid for a party, but had difficulty with Jill the coordinator returning calls. We get here & they have us as a "POP UP PARTY". So things weren't ready for us. We would continue to push the service button for things, but servers didn't come. We literally had to grab people! So this was really going south. Then
Loved this place it's a fun place to hangout with. Clean and sanitized lanes during this pandemic. Staffs are good and the food is also good there. Other arcades games are fun too play with the friends and children if you have any. Friendly staffs. Restaurant is closed now due to corona.
Enjoyed a great day of bowling and video games with the kiddos. This was our first time in and really enjoyed it. We did 1 hour in the bowling vip area and enjoyed some really delicious food. I was impressed by how good the food really was. Our waitress was fantastic and delivered our food quickly. She was very attentive and helpful. The video game area has plenty to choose from and will definitely keep the kids entertained. The location and parking are perfect as was our overall experience. We can'
Went on a Thursday evening to bowl - I must say it's a bit pricy... even on a weekday. Service is okay.... not enough servers around, you have to wait for everything and go looking for someone to assist. Service definitely needs improvement... especially for what they charge.
My brother in law got his truck broken into in the middle of the day. Asked workers to see the cameras they said they couldnt do that so we called to make a police report ans they told us it was the 4th truck that day broken into or stolen. Im sure its a inside job someone working there watching the customers while his friends outside breaking into our trucks. Super shading the late night workers.
This is the great place for Bowling .Lanes get full really quick on weekends so they could be wait time . There were also a lot of arcade games and other activities like laser tag , bumper cars , rope and stone climbing definitely something for all age groups but found them expensive for the points they charge and many of them were not working properly .will revisit for Bowling and food for sure.
Fun place to hang out and play games. Rock climbing, ropes, laser tag, bumper cars, bowling. Games are pretty pricey; couldn't find much under 6 card points (kind of like tokens loaded onto a card). Bowling balls were too limited (mostly all smalls so not enough selection for adults). My group said the food was bland and veggies undercooked. Nothing was gluten free so I couldn't eat at all. No sweet tea. Fully staffed so we didn't have to wait long for drinks; staff was very friendly.
It was fun the services was great and amazing great place would gladly visit again. ????
PINSTACK is a beautifully done center with terrific food (and incredible milk shakes), multiple bars, bowling, arcade, laser tag, bumper cars, and other fun things to do. Not surprisingly, it was packed this Friday with more than a 2-hour wait time to get a lane. (Book online to reserve in advance.)
Went to Pinstack's Irving, TX location yesterday for a company outing. So much fun! The games, bowling, food, drinks, and service were outstanding.
We had Sunday evening with family & kids, enjoyed a lot. Lot many activities for kids, mostly electronics. Nice, cool place. Specially Laser Tag was one I had fun time with.
Overall horrible experience. Food was gross, staff were rude, and when I asked a staff member about how to change my food order he rudely shrugged me off. I later found out that his name was Chris from another staff member. Very disappointing, I thought I was in for a fun night but left dissatisfied.
Food was good. Bowling was great. The arcade had games that weren't working. The climbing wall, bumper cars, and laser tag were great.
Great place to enjoy a great time with friends and family!! The bar was outstanding, ?? We were never dry or waited for a waitress to come thank you...
I thought I liked the one in Plano (It's bigger) but I was pleasantly pleased with the Irving Pin Stacks. My scores are based by my families reaction to our family FUN DAYS for this outing it was me, my two brats, mom and my teen nephews. Despite the tight parking ( two verbal confrontations inside my head at some slow driver and one who decided to have the car in reverse but decided just to sit there till I drove off)found a spot close to the front and all was GOOD. We get inside NO wait for the kiosk and
The service at the lanes for bowling was extremely slow and confusing. We didn't get a waiter till about 20 minutes into our time and then a different waitress came up to ask for our order. When we told her someone else already took it, she seemed upset and confused and asked us to identify them. Then we got our food and drinks just a little before our time ended for bowling. We waited there at the lane for the waiter to come back to close our tab, he never did and we got told to move so they could clean (t
I loved it!!!! This is way better than Mainevent and the space it laid out very nice. The food was delicious and the drinks were great!!!! Will definitely be going back soon.
Got a lane pretty quickly and when we needed service for a lane issue, the tech was there fast and resolved the issue within a couple of minutes.
We went here to celebrate my birthday & we had a ball! From bowling, to bumper cars, to the huge Foosball table we had a lot of fun! Happy hour was good too! We will definitely be back!
Beautiful big place - Las Colinas location. Many good things for kids to enjoy. We had dinner there after playing bowling. My comment regarding the Pinstack hamburger , meat was dry, the French fries were good. The fish entree with mash potato , the mash potato is just so plain almost no taste and dry. We ordered some nachos and fried cheese sticks too, they are ok. I think it is best to eat out if you want a real meal in nearby restaurants. Just have some appetizers while enjoying the game.
Great place for family fun. It was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for family gatherings. They have something for everyone.
Greatest place to bowl in dfw. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for, bowling alley are in prestige conditions, the gaming arcades are well maintained, everything works ,the events are so much fun you won't stop smiling and the food is amazing. Best thing of all the staff is extremely nice, the manager Trevor made sure we had the greatest time ever went above and beyond.
Overpriced. They did not disclose that there was a significant up charge to reserve a lane online. The lanes were not oiled so it was impossible to spin the ball while bowling. The wood on the lanes was warped. Bad experience.
We had lots of fun for my daughter?s 11 birthday! The rock climbing wall was super fun and kind of scary, we had a blast on the bumper cars and laser quest was a great work out!
We had a Great time in the VIP area! Food was great! My grand-babies and sons had so much fun!
The place is fun if you're hanging out with a group. The bowling lanes is hard to throw a curve but at least not impossible. The arcades are family friendly at least. all in all, the place is worth a visit.
Where to start: Well let's Start with Service! Terrible! Our server was really there just to take our order. She didn't introduce herself and took her a while to follow up with us. Many employees past by without a greeting or once again a follow up. Not even the Manager of the place !! They all had time to Chit chat in the Expo! Once our food was brought by our Food Runner: which he was very kind, we asked for extra marinara sauce? which by that time our Cheese-sticks were Cold? The Mac & Cheese was watery
Had a bad experience on a busy night but the manager reached out to me personally and made things right. He definitely went above and beyond, I truly appreciate how everything was handled. Good location great managers
The wife and niece lived it. We didn't get to bowl but had a lot of fun with the arcade. We ate at the restaurant and was delicious
Pretty fun place. There was a wait for s lane, but their wait system was fantastic. Games were fun. Bumper cars and that super long foosball table were cool.
This place is great for a date, friends, or family! On the weekends it tends to be busy, so I recommend putting your name down for bowling early or right when you get there! They have two extremely nice bars! We ordered the cheese plate to share! Definitely a great time.
Prompt service! We used the online reservation so there was no wait. Food was meh but drinks were good. My family had a great time, even dad watching the kids beat me bowling. @thecrystalrenea
Wonderful time for my pseudo-birthday party. Was a lot of fun and the staff and service were great! Definitely going to be coming back. Taylor made sure everything was set up for us and we were taken care of.
Such a cool place! They have food..drinks..bowling..video games..rock wall..some kind of up high rope walking maze??? We had a huge company party here and had a blast. Everyone was super friendly here. I will be coming back for sure!
Wondering if this place is worth your time? A $12.99 bottle for $50! Cmon. Not even a $20 budget? This place is overrated. Please visit the Ritz Carrollton in Las Colinas. This bottle is on Happy Hour?
Easily some of the worst lanes I've ever played on. Super dry and constantly malfunctioning. But the staffing if nice. Edit: wanted to up my rating from 1 to 2 after some consideration I did go in early and they began polishing lanes when i got there (not mine). Also they had a lot of game modes and the overall facility seems nice
Bowling has a long long queue on weekend . We were told 2.5 hrs waiting . So we turned towards other games and we actually enjoyed them . It was fun !
Good selection of good. BBQ was fantastic! Nice dinner choices with decent happy hour prices. Way more to do here then expected. I thought it was a bowling alley but it had a good selection of arcade pinball, and even had bumper cars, laser tag, and a rock climbing wall. Fun place for all ages!
With Polish in our blood, bowling alleys are like second homes?we just didn't know it could be so fancy. Every dream of my childhood is here.
Fun place for a company party!!! The bartenders last night were very rude. Couldn't get water unless you flashed money at them. Super rude. I was going to tip anyways but I thought it was ridiculous that not one of the bartenders would even acknowledge me standing there forever. Do better bartenders.
This night the location had a private event so it closed early. However, we waited for a table for an hour but the wait staff was extremely patient and understanding. We want rushed or made to feel like a burden. I think someone cut the games off. A good way to get people to leave.
The place is nice and comfortable... The food in the menu is Nachos... We have to take food back cause it was cold as Soon as we received it. Winning game are easy.
Great customer service and pricing. Comfortable and family friendly environment. The food was great and the overall experience was wonderful. 10/10 would highly recommend. There's an arcade and it's also very awesome. Glad I came here??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
