There is so much to do for a family with kids. Bowling is great, there's an arcade and several other activities. However the food was terrible, it appeared as if our food was made way before our party arrived. Everything was dry and cold. I'd say go for the fun maybe a drink but have dinner else where.

Horrible first impression. Try to bowl but couldn't because the lane was down after waiting for service to come and fix the lane. I was only left 16 minutes of playtime when I originally paid for 30. They said they would compensate for it by putting the full 30min in, but they never did, and I was only left with a maximum of 15min of playtime half of what I paid for. people at the front were great, but the arcade games are a scam. most don't work and will just take ur credits and tell u to swipe again which then takes more credits and the game still does not work. some games give you physical tickets if u win but the tickets don't come out. not sure if it was empty or broken. ropes course was fun but it is timed and we were not told that upon entering.

First of all, the whole thing was overpriced! I used to actually like this place until I came here for a school field trip. But then we weren't able to bowl because they only gave us like 5 lanes for the whole freaking grade. And they wouldn't budge when we finally found a lane cause it wasn't assigned! Was here for a birthday party, everyone had a great time! They gave two whole hours for the play, in addition to 45 mins for meal and celebration. ----- Another time I was here just by myself with our child and paid around $35 for an hour's play (200 points). We purchased a VIP lane, and paid for all of our things, a specific employee named Kelly, kept bothering us. She told us to move, and she kept on looking at us, she saw my father record a video of us bowling, and she told him we were not allowed to record anything, only take still pictures. I visited PINSTACK Las Colinas on Sunday with Friends and Family at 06-30-2024 and service was frustrating. I went to bar to order some drinks but they fully ignore me i asked one of employees but he ignore me ??. This place is very fun, but extremely expensive. If you're there for more than a few hours, you're going to be spending around $400 for a family of four. Visited here with friends and family and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was very rude and took over 40 minutes to fix an issue in bowling when the lane got stuck. Despite them trying to fix it they weren't able to and we ended up not bowling for the other 30 minutes of the hour I paid for. I'm shocked at the service!! We arrived here an hour before closing and as soon as we walked to the counter the young lady says we're about to close so you only have an hour. Our department held a team building event here. This place is amazing. The bowling lanes are clean bright and well managed. The food is excellent, the drink selections st the bar are amazing. Went on a Thursday evening to bowl - I must say it's a bit pricy... even on a weekday. Service is okay.... not enough servers around, you have to wait for everything and go looking for someone to assist. Service definitely needs improvement... especially for what they charge.

My brother in law got his truck broken into in the middle of the day. Asked workers to see the cameras they said they couldnt do that so we called to make a police report ans they told us it was the 4th truck that day broken into or stolen. This is the great place for Bowling .Lanes get full really quick on weekends so they could be wait time . There were also a lot of arcade games and other activities like laser tag , bumper cars , rope and stone climbing definitely something for all age groups but found them expensive for the points they charge and many of them were not working properly .will revisit for Bowling and food for sure.

Overall horrible experience. Food was gross, staff were rude, and when I asked a staff member about how to change my food order he rudely shrugged me off. Beautiful big place - Las Colinas location. Many good things for kids to enjoy. We had dinner there after playing bowling. My comment regarding the Pinstack hamburger , meat was dry, the French fries were good. The fish entree with mash potato , the mash potato is just so plain almost no taste and dry. We ordered some nachos and fried cheese sticks too, they are ok. I think it is best to eat out if you want a real meal in nearby restaurants. Just have some appetizers while enjoying the game.

Greatest place to bowl in dfw. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for,bowling alley are in prestige conditions, the gaming arcades are well maintained, everything works ,the events are so much fun you won't stop smiling and the food is amazing. Fun place for a company party!!! The bartenders last night were very rude. Couldn't get water unless you flashed money at them. Super rude. I was going to tip anyways but I thought it was ridiculous that not one of the bartenders would even acknowledge me standing there forever. Do better bartenders.

This night the location had a private event so it closed early. However, we waited for a table for an hour but the wait staff was extremely patient and understanding. We want rushed or made to feel like a burden. I think someone cut the games off. A good way to get people to leave.
