The food was excellent. Much better than I expected from this kind of atmosphere. Our smash burgers were on par with any fancy burger spot in Knoxville. Even the kids version came with a nice brioche bun. The French fries were perfectly fried crispy but not overcooked. Onion rings were awesome and my daughter loved the mac and cheese. On top of the fun pinball machines and the excellent food was the service. We were there for lunch and it wasn't very busy but still our service could?ve have been better. The

As a DJ and a customer, I have had the privilege of seeing P&P in action for over a year now. I have also been to other bars in the area with friends so I have a good sense of the differences between bars. My honest opinion is that you will LOVE Pins and Pints Pinball Pub! The staff there is wonderful, the food is top notch (my favorites are the tray of nachos and the chicken tenders with their amazing fries! But they have some incredible burgers too), and they make great drinks too! I also love that they

A fun place to go on a Friday night! My margarita was spot-on. We only ordered french fries, but they were fresh and cooked perfectly. Several dart boards and about a dozen pinball games. We'll be back!

In Knoxville for work, went to a chain restaurant by the hotel and sat there with no service. Looked up local spots and found this place. I had the Cheesesteak spud and it was really good! The owner was behind the bar and she was super nice! Definitely recommend trying it out!! It was a cool spot and they had a dj going too.

Absolute gem of an establishment with fantastic owners and staff. Smashburger does not play around, and having a PB&j mixtape with the smashburger is the true double super jackpot. If you are into pinball, you already know about this place and love it. If you're not into pinball, you should be.

What a gem of a place. The staff is amazing, owners have genuinely have put their hearts into making this place amazing. The chicken and waffles are the absolute BEST in town, and if Fran is working, her old fashioned is a work of art with so much aroma and flavor. Family friendly during the day/early evening, and friendly customers always.

This is definitely a hidden gem! The food was fantastic! Lots of interesting takes on bar food staples! Our group enjoyed the patty melt, the smash burger and cheese steak. Its location offers plenty of parking and there are lots of games to keep you entertained while you wait on your food.

This place was great. Great food. Went during brunch and I got the omelette and potato hash. It tasted great. My wife got the chicken fingers and fries and they were excellent (I stole a bite of both)! My in-laws got smash burgers and they both liked those too! Good beer selection! Had one and was great! Highly recommend this place.

A new place to hang out. Food is good. I ordered the loaded macaroni & cheese, with chicken bites. The service was great. Limited selection of pinball games, not as many as other local establishments.

It was a fun spot to visit for our first time. My daughter loved it. Was great! The servers and staff, very friendly. Good food. Loved the chicken sandwich. Will be back for sure.

Came here for dinner, and I cannot brag enough on the service, food, and drinks! We sat at the bar with Fran, we had a delicious beer cheese patty melt and fried banana peppers. Fran made us the best Old Fashioned I have EVER had. I'm so impressed with this place, we will absolutely be back!

Good and unusual foods. The bartender was awesome but I forgot her name. Starts with M? Pinball machines are well taken care of and not expensive to play. Good selection of draft beer. Food came out fast and hot! Beer was cold! What else does one need? Highly recommend.

Great place, can get a little cramped if it's busy. Great selection of games and the food is really good. Usually decent line up of beer as well. Love this place, they go out of their way to get you what you want. Definitely check it out, great food, fun games that rotate so it's always something different.

Fantastic place! Whether you're a pinball wizard or a complete novice, you'll have a blast! Family friendly until 9 p.m. Great Prices and the food is ahhhhhmazing!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 10 outta 10!!!

Got a chance to try out Pins and Pints last evening. The food came out very quickly, and it was delicious. We ordered the beer cheese and soft pretzel appetizer which was phenomenal and had the Mac-N-Cheese Mania and the Hangover Smashburger with Onion Rings. Could not have asked for better food especially at the price point. Got a few drinks and played some pinball. Overall enjoyed the visit, and we will return. Thank you for a great experience.

Food was amazing. Good selection of craft beers. There are some neat pinball machines including really old ones. Also played some darts.

This place is the best. Food and drinks are amazing. The owner was actually cooking our meal with love. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

I went Monday evening at about 7:30p and they had Singo. It was a fun atmosphere, great music and great crowd. I played a few pinball games and had a couple of beers while listening to the music. I am going to play Singo next week. I definitely recommend this spot!!

Update: went back for brunch, had the bloody beast, tons of food, amazing Bloody Mary. Can't say enough good things about this place! Atmosphere is great, food is fantastic. Good spot to bring friends and family.

Love this place. Go every Sunday for pinball tournaments and the food is great. The people are like you've been friends forever. Come on out and enjoy some time with your family. ??????

A really cool blast from the past. Great burgers at a great price and a good selection of vintage and modern classic pinball machines! Good variety of beer on draft and plenty of tvs to catch the game while you eat and play. Will be returning again soon.

I stopped in recently for the first time and had a great experience. Friendly service and great bar food. The smash burger was delicious. Nice array of about 12 draft beers with a variety of types. Love that the kitchen in open til at least 10:30pm.

Really good burger but my friend wouldn't stop yapping about his poor life choices

The food was great. Fran made me and the guys a few different types of drinks and although some were quiet colorful they were all delicious! Fran is amazing and this place is unique. Give it a try!!!

Tried this place out with my family since they are brand new. Nice to have a place like this in this part of town. Lots of fun pinball games and nice atmosphere. Food was outstanding! Some of the better fried chicken I've had around here. I wish there were some more fresh options. They have a salad option but not much else. The food was still excellent and the staff were very friendly. They had a pinball tournament going on which I guess is going to be a regular thing on Sunday evenings. You have to kind of

Great place to chill and have a drink, watch the game, or play some pinball. Staff is friendly and the food is awesome and a great price.

Ohh this gem ?? I came to my Granny's house here in fountain City for Christmas, Christmas day /night I wanted to find a spot where the locals were the owners were the only one that I seen that updated their Christmas hours , and I'm so blessed they did , I walked in and was greeted with a smiling face from Ashley! found out that her and her husband Thomas were the owners and are also recently new parents , this was a great experience I met some amazing personalities with that southern charm?? they also ser

I really like Pins and Pints. Friendly staff and fantastic food. I mean, really really good food. A wide selection of beers on tap. There are not many places where you can play pinball anymore. You have a wide selection from classic and modern with a tournament on Sundays. Very cool. I highly recommend checking out Pins and Pints. Whether for pinball, a good meal, or a few beers with friends to watch the game. You won't be disappointed.

Wow what a GEM! Been here a couple of times and every time it's been wonderful! The burger is so tasty, the hot honey chicken sandwich is delicious, and the mac and cheese is MAGNIFICENT! Fun atmosphere, great service! 10/10

We recently visited Pints and Pins and had a great time. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for both casual hangouts and a night out with friends. I am not great at playing pinball but my husband enjoys playing. He was excited about the pinball game selection - both new and older machines. The food exceeds typical pub fare expectations. We loved everything we ordered to eat. I particularly enjoyed the hot chicken sandwich that was recommended by our server. Pins & Pints has an impressive b

Well it was a Sunday me and my friends were heading to a sports bar to chill and drink and get wings for Sunday night Football, well one friend suggested to turn around while we were in route to another establishment, I busted a U turn , pulled in and when we sat day , we were greeted and introduced to the place and the menu with kindness and respect. So first round we got beers and the bartender told us the run down on what was the best seller food wise , so we order her recommendations, well to our surpr

This place is really cool! My young kids absolutely love this place and the food has been excellent. My wife and I both highly recommend the Hot Honey wings or Hot Honey Sandwich! 5/5 will be back soon ????

Liked the place and had high hopes, though was a bit of a letdown. With some improvements, this place could be a success. A couple of friends and I went down to check it out the Friday after grand opening. Firstly, no greeting from any staff member when walking in the door, not that it's necessary, though would've been nice, given that the place wasn't very busy and being their second night open. We proceeded over to a table near the darts. While it was noticed that there more than enough staff on deck, 8-1

Stoped in as I was worried they already went under but happily I can report they are open.

Great food, great service, very clean, and all the pinball machines were in perfect working order. They've thought of everything. They even have drink caddies next to all the machines to hold your beer and token cups while you play. Plus darts and a juke box. Plenty of tvs to watch sports, great mix of domestic and local craft beers on tap. Excellent menu with 5 - 6 specials that are all good enough to be full time dishes. Sandwiches and burgers are big enough to share, so order that huge tray of nachos and

Wow...just wow. Food... amazing... service... amazing... atmosphere...you guessed it... amazing. I don't know what the cut is on these fries are, but they are banging. Thanks Ashley for the awesome new hangout.

The drink menu here is outstanding, with a fantastic variety of options. Be sure to visit their Facebook page?they regularly ask for suggestions for new beers on tap. The food is also top-notch, far exceeding typical bar fare. You must try the patty melt! Plus, if you're into pinball like I am, you'll love their impressive selection of machines.

It's a pinball arcade that happens to serve drinks and food. Unfortunately the food choices are limited and everything seems to be battered in fried. I have to be gluten-free so is happy that you had at least one cider available and your kitchen was willing to grill a chicken breast for me but for the price I paid for just a lonely little grilled chicken breast pretty pathetic actually, I won't be back.

Amazing atmosphere, great food and great prices! We love taking our boys to play pinball while we have a beverage and a bite. Highly recommend!

BEWARE: Went to have the famous ?$50 Bloody Mary? drink with all the food on it. Split the drink with my husband and my daughter had biscuits and gravy. Food and service was just ok. At the end get my bill back and there is a tax of 20%! Apparently, you'll be charged a liquor by drink tax (15% automatically on top of your bill) because you had an alcoholic drink. So we ended up paying $87 for BRUNCH! Will definitely not be back. That's absolutely insane and we left severely disappointed.

I've been playing pinball in Knoxville for almost two years. Pins and Pints opened recently and what an amazing addition to not only the pinball community but to the North Knoxville area as well. This is a family friendly environment (although after 9pm 21 and older only) It's not a very large place, however there is something for everyone of all ages. The location is convenient for all of Knox County with PLENTY of free parking. Better yet, a clean friendly environment with a great menu for adults and chil

Great food, staff, and atmosphere! Also has a lot of TVs to watch whatever game might be on!

Service was great, very friendly food was good.Couldn't ask for anything better!! Keep up the good job.

We came in pretty late, but they were very friendly and professional! The pinball machines are a lot of fun, especially the older ones. I can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd time going. We decided to give it another shot to see if it was any better than our first experience, and nothing changed. I'm pretty sure it needs to only be family-friendly until a certain time. People were passing around a bottle of liquor in the parking lot and then coming inside being very loud ,cussing, and carrying on. It is a very cramped space to have drunk Rowdy people right on top of you with children. Food was just okay. I had to hunt down our server just to get our check. We h

Such a great spot to eat, play pinball, and hang with friends. Food was great, beer selection good, service was amazing. Had such a good time and will definitely be back!

Great food, excellent staff, and even better owners!! Such a fun environment! Been multiple times since day 1 and it only gets better. Def recommend! My new favorite spot ??????

Really want to like this place more, really like the owners, but the waitresses are consistently unwelcoming and unfriendly.

Love this place! The food has been great and it entertains the kids! It's become part of our weekly routine. Wish you guys nothing but success!

An awesome place! I've gone the last two Sundays for the pinball tournament? ridiculously fun and I really ain?t that good ????????? Great service, good food and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!

I love it here! The food and service are outstanding. The beer cheese is amazing. I highly recommend this family friendly bar.

PB&J Mixtape was absolutely remarkable, CANT WAIT to see what signature drinks they create when the obtain the liquor license, lots of pinball(to be expected with the name) we had lots of fun here nonetheless, hopeful for expansion ???????????

This is amazing little small restaurant and bar that is owned by a local owner and is very low-key and I've always had a great time there

Family-friendly atmosphere. Chicken wings are fresh and tasty. From pinball to darts, this place has all the vibes!

The food is phenomenal and coupled with the atmosphere, it makes this place one of the up and coming hotspots in Knoxville.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
