Brought our own food. Service was great and prices were reasonable. We played duck-pin bowling up on the top floor, and it was a ton of fun, but it was a million degrees up there. Will definitely be back

We went here with 3 adults and 2 young kids on a Friday around 5pm. We were aiming to beat the crowd and we did. We parked in the garage right beside Pins. This was my first time here. You walk in and pay for the duck pin bowling. I was pretty shocked that they made us pay for a 2 yr old...who pretty much got a gutter every time. Also, they accept NO CASH, but at the same time make you pay a processing fee. Doesn't seem right. At that time it's $9/person/game...more than regular bowling. In duck pin bowling

Super cool duck pin bowling alley and arcade. All the arcade games are free (including skeeball!) but the pinball costs quarters and you do normally have to wait for a bowling lane, but it really is a bunch of fun. There are multiple full bars and you can bring Mikey's Late Night Slice in, but on busier nights be prepared to wait in lines at the bar (they do move quick though). We had a great time this past weekend. So many games, the atmosphere, a favorite is the duck pin bowling and Donkey Kong in the Arcade but there are so many games. Such a unique place. Nice that you have servers come around a take drink orders. Our server, Courtney did a great job keeping up with our crazy group. I'll be looking to have our company holiday party here.

The staff here are so nice! I stopped by here after my shift at the hospital with my puppy so that she could get some energy out (plus she LOVES humans) and the staff gifted us a cute little ?Wag Bag? ?? my puppy was loved on by staff and patrons alike and she's now going to sleep so good when we get home!

The food is pretty good. It's the family environment for me. I truly enjoyed seeing my children having a good time playing all the games. Great place for birthday parties!

Very fun spot for food, games, drinks. So many different games from duck pin bowling, arcade games, giant light bright wall, beer pong, etc. Rooftop area with fire pits, multiple bars, plenty of tables and chairs on all levels.

We decided to come here since we've experienced the one in Indianapolis and enjoyed it. This one is HUGE and we loved it. Special shout out to the manager who came and checked in on us. This was our first time visiting Columbus and I highly recommend coming here. Children are welcomed until 9pm. Drinks are good too. Duckpins was fun,the arcade games were free,the soccer table was unique and the restrooms were clean.

Pins at Easton is one of my favorite places in the city. There are a lot of enjoyable things to do whatever free or paid. Sometimes, it is also fun to watch lovely and energetic kids playing or running around. The service is always amazing. I came here for the second half of the champion game vs Notre Dame. It was a wonderful night to watch the game in the large screen and celebrate the victory with Buckeye fans. One more, then forever. I am so proud that we made it.

What's not to love about this big, beautiful barcade? Seriously - now that I live out west I'm dying for them to build one of these out here. No barcades can compete with all the free, and low-cost activities here. I'm pretty sure the only games you have to pay for are bowling and pinball, and there's so much more to do. They also have tons of beer on tap and they're dog friendly!! We come to pins every time we visit Ohio, love it so much!

This place has three notable good things. Perfect location, great food & drinks and loving vibes. With plenty of spaces to hangout; they have plenty of drinks, numerous games, ample food menu and activities. The staffs are very friendly and caring. The vibe is absolutely lovely. I had been to other locations as well and I tend to like this better then Dublin although Dublin has some amazing outdoors. Highly recommended.

Great gathering spot with lots of free games and an overall enjoyable space however, they should change their website that says ?Always over 21 after 9pm.? I asked the guy at the door if this was the case because there were lots of kids running wild @ 9:30pm which detracted from our experience. He said after 10.

We took a spontaneous Trip. It was a great decision. The staff is amazing the atmosphere it's welcoming.There is so much to do here. You can't complete it in one day. if you have any questions, the staff is friendly and they take their time with you. We picked a perfect day to sit on the outside upper deck. The fires are cozy. The breeze is Refreshing. you can bring your kids here during the day. I enjoyed the day here so much. I had to write a review so impressed with the staff. Thank you for all you do.

Bowling, arcade games, pinball, 3 bars, comfortable couches, a slide downstairs and plenty of space for everyone. The drinks were good alone with some 16 bit time at the arcades. A really neat place for a family or on a after dinner date. I liked it both times I went, but it could use some updated games for every age.

Absolutely love this place. Not only can you play video games, but you can slide, bowl, play jinga, and play connect four. They have an amazing Chai and lemonade drink.

This place was really great! We were on the terrace on the 2nd floor. It had a nice breeze, the staff was friendly and prompt. It blended the adult and child friendly atmosphere well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Drinks were great. Atmosphere is super chill. The rooftop patio will be nice to visit in the summer. Just remember, they don't serve food but you can bring your own from another local place. The arcade games are FREE.

Great place to gather with friends! Drinks are good especially the Game Over! It is Being Your Own Food which is fantastic! We did door dash... but ordering a bunch of pizzas and bringing it with you is a great idea we didn't think of before hand... especially if you're with a big group. I definitely recommend for a fun night with family/friends

Really a neat place to go. Multi level with games everywhere. Staff seems super nice. I didnt get to try any food though. They have all sorts of arcades and pinball machines. Make sure to bring some cash to get some coins for the games. There is also tons of other games like garbage can pong, bocci, hockey table, and so much more.

Finally made it to Pins after promising my girlfriend numerous times to come here. Unfortunately we didn't have a whole lot of time to spend. But we did play Indiana Jones pinball. I managed to get a replay....gotta love that. Hope to make it to the Dublin location next time and bowl and play the other games available.

Pizza available on this day in attached store $$$$. Welcome to bring in food. Drinks were awesome and plenty of selection. Kids loved the arcades, slide and pins. The building has many nooks and stairs and it is difficult to keep track of children. I would like to see large obvious cameras and notice signs at all entry and exits and even employee observers at these points on Kids Day. The investment in a deterrent pales to one missing child.

Pins has a great atmosphere and design with a good mixture of lanes, video games, and seating areas. Some of the games are damaged and repairs are typically not completed timely. The food is Mikey?s which is good but overpriced with a pizza costing you around $30 after tax. Overall we love coming with the kids due to ?kids bowl free? on Sundays and always have a great time!

Amazing place to kill time, during the day clean and friendly staff. However at night It gets packed but in a good way, the drinks are made fast and taste just as amazing as day shift they're very knowledgeable on their drinks and don't rush you to order, they got games every where, consoles, trash can ?beer? pong, bowling but the little baby ones. I like that you can bring your own food. Bar service was quick even though the place was absolutely packed. Love the kids bowl free & free soda hours and all the free games there are to play. Makes the wait time for duckpin bowling go by faster.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere here as both great brewery bc drink hall with tons of activities. Very clean and large- perfect for big groups or just a few. Participated in Bouch?e and duck bowling. Really enjoyed the venue!! Recommend

One of the best arcade bars you can visit in Cbus. There is a free parking garage, cheap drink options and fancier cocktails depending on your taste. Enjoy the multiple patios, fireplaces, and free games. Spend a little more money and and there is mini bowling and several other attractions. Great place to hang out. They have lots of tvs. Free arcade games and some that you have to pay for. Pins bowling lanes. They also have a huge beer pong set, a jumbo Jenga set too. If you choose to sit outside when it is cold. They have heat lamps and fire pits to keep you cozy. This place is huge, it has 2 floors. Lots of room for large groups or parties. This place was so wonderful! We had no idea what to expect when we showed up for a birthday party. We brought our kids and they absolutely loved it. My three year old went down the slide at least 30 times. The drinks were wonderful. You can order pizza to be delivered. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday evening so there was a 4 hour wait for bowling. I would like to come at another time so we could have more time to play when it was less busy.

We had such a great time at Pins! We stopped by to kill some time before a late flight and we were pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection of cocktails and cocktails and so many things to do. The drinks were more expensive, but the amount of free things to do completely balanced it out. We had a fun time duck pin bowling, playing some vintage arcade games and really enjoyed the bocce and ping pong. We can't wait to come back!!

I love the total setup. It has a real family vibe to it, it just says welcome. There's a little bit of everything for the whole family to enjoy. Whoever thought of this venue, had a very good idea.

Pins is a great place to hang out with friends, or to stop by for a quick beer and a game of pinball. This Pins location has many great spaces including a couple of great patios. And it is even better that they have a pretty decent beer selection and are always friendly and welcoming.

They only serve drinks. You can order a Pizza from the place downstairs and they will deliver it up, but that is your only option for food.

This place has food, but it's more an entertainment space. Sometimes, it gets way too rowdy and overcrowded, but that speaks more to its popularity in the end. Nice place. If I go, I try to find slower times, lol.

An incredible location with good drinks, great staff, and immaculate vibes. Abby served us and made sure our glasses were full all evening. I highly recommend the second floor, with a balcony and various lawn games to play with friends.

Had some miscommunication when ordering drinks and was charged twice. I assumed a bartender left themselves an excessive tip. I called fully expecting to have a refund denied, but I was politely explained the miscommunication, and they resolved the problem.

Pins Mechanical was a great time. The pins game itself is really similar to bowling, and they have a good bar, good food, arcade area, and a great atmosphere. It's kid friendly with a good variety for the whole family. I am looking forward to going back.

I like pins my rating is how they assign lanes. It seems they go in numerical order. Why don't they give space and assign all odd then start back at even. I am always see open lanes next to no one

This is a great meet-up place to take friends/family looking to do something different. The games are free and the place is huge BUT although they don't serve food (only drinks) you can have it delivered or bring it with you!

I came here with my family. As I used to be a server, an area we were sitting in was left a bit messy. So naturally I started to clean it up. The MANAGER named TAYLOR noticed this and was so thankful of my behavior. He was extremely helpful and attentive and game my family a free game of bowling. We loved this place. It was our first time here and he made it memorable. We thank Taylor for her service and look forward to coming back again

I went here visiting a friend and left with immaculate vibes. Literally this has been my favorite bar I've visited ever in my life. I'm floored by the amount of things to do and the environment. The workers (especially The Vanella Boy aka Barb) was top notch and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Pins just lost a group of 12 people?s business due to trying to kick my family out since it's after 8 and we have a 2 year old. And also just told a family of 7 that just paid for trash pong to leave because it was after 8 and they didn't know if they were gonna get a refund. ITS A WEDNESDAY NIGHT. It's not even busy. It's not crowded. The kids weren't running around without supervision. RIDICULOUSLY rude. Gave my brother in law 5 minutes to finish his just poured beer so he will leave with the 2 year old.

We've came here a few times for various events. Unfortunately the service is slow and ill-equipped, and not due to volume. I watched a bartender take 6 whole minutes to put together a bucket of beer cans, then chat with a colleague for 3 minutes before taking the next order. They botched a bloody mary, had to wait 10 minutes for an ingredient in a mimosa (?), and they didn't have proper garnishes available, such as cherries for a Shirley Temple. My kid asked for a cherry sized peice of candy on their drink

They do not serve food but it is a fun and engaging environment.

Airian was an incredible individual who provided top of the line service. I've been to a lot of pins, he solidified the easton location as the best of all franchises. A tremendous American.

If you think all Pins are built the same, think again. The design of this sprawling, two-story barcade practically begs you to have fun. Three separate bars help disperse the crowds, and there are plenty of cozy nooks to retreat to with your friends. Reserve a lane of duckpin bowling, test your skills at ping-pong, or simply play a rousing game of giant Jenga at your table. This is by far the best Pins in the city. Don't forget to take the slide down at the end of the night!

This was unexpected find & we had a blast! Visited with my siblings last week, the establishment was very busy, I'm not sure how though. Our drinks were not good, the service we received was rushed and myself and my brother both agreed that our drinks tasted terribly (like cough syrup). First time at Brewdog New Albany location and I'll definitely be back. Came for all you can eat wings on Wednesday and the wings were delicious. Definitely worth the 15 dollars.
