Had a great time grabbing a drink there. First time and will come back. Old school arcade games, duck pin bowling and larger than life beer pong games. The drinks were amazing! Loved the Atomic Blonde and even had a jelly shot.

If you're looking for a fun date night spot in Charlotte, Pins Mechanical is a must! Just a heads up ? they do check IDs after 8 PM, so don't forget yours. Good place to hang out with friends and family for some drinks and games. Many arcade games, pin bowling, foosball, jenga, and many more. Some of them are paid. Plenty of options to drink from cocktails to beer. The only drawback is the lack of bar food to go along with the drinks. After 9PM, this becomes a 21+ club and gets crowded.

It was super busy on a Saturday evening. There are lots of arcade games, the bar had good seasonal drinks and overall was a good experience. However It was surprising to see a lot of kids. I tried the indoor slide and it was fun!! There's limited parking so you can walk a couple blocks from the light rail station.

This is really cool spot in Southend . All games are free and you just buy your drinks. Love it. I think the bowling is $25 though.

Fun place to enjoy an afternoon drink. Lots of outdoor space and a huge indoor area full of games. Cocktails were dynamite! Some families with kids on a weekend afternoon but mostly 20-somethings outside of that. There were a couple of food trucks in the parking lot. It was a fun vibe but I'm not into bar games so I probably won't return. Cocktails, service, and outdoor space were high points.

Stopped here while visiting a few places to get a taste of South end. It's a fun atmosphere. It's adult, family and kid friendly. I took a tour of the place and it's very nice. We took this Saturday to scout out a good location for my husbands 40th. Let me say this place has it all , you'll feel like a kid again. Free games , a ton of yummy cocktails ( Carrie Fisher was my favorite) the atmosphere is fun for all ages!

This place is AMAZING! Theres swings outside, everyone was friendly, a slide, great drinks. The ski ball was free, duck-pin bowling was relatively cheap (I believe $10?) and lots of open games. Pinball was $1 per game. Despite a lot of people, we were able to go through the place comfortably. Great place to get a drink and hangout, was a TON of fun!!!

This place is really cool. Definitely busy when I was there, but the workers still managed to find me and my group to come take out orders even though we were still just walking around. There are tons of activities to do here. Even managed to see someone famous while here! Also, the swings are a very nice touch. I'll happily come back.

Such a fun place! Love that I can bring my kids (after 8pm kids not allowed). Sunday is free bowling and free soda for kids. I love the free arcade and all the games the place has to offer. We had a fun night out here with duckpin bowling, free arcade games, and ping pong (though you need to bring cash for the ping pong ball). The pinball machines looked fun, but they only take cash, which we didn't have. Adding contactless payment would be a great improvement. We finished off the night enjoying the rooftop deck. We really had a good time here until the server after we paid for the one game came and told us we had to leave because they had a function going on in 20 minutes. She never told us that when we paid for the lane. Also they do not serve food but you can bring your own. It really was a lovely experience there.

I love a good day drinking bar. Came on a Saturday afternoon and unfortunately there were just too many kids running around, not being supervised by their parents. Felt more like a kids arcade than a bar atmosphere wise. Couldnt go to the restroom or order another drink without a kid almost bumping into you. However the service was great and the drinks were good! Most likely won't go there anymore during the day but it's a cool spot.

We had such a great time!!! Only downside was no food served but that's what the food trucks outside were for. Drinks were great! Bartenders make it easy to put in orders wherever you are. We stopped in for a quick drink and I wish we had planned to stay longer...it was definitely a vibe! Bartenders were great, drinks were delish! Half the games don't work and they don't get serviced enough, especially ski ball. Also parking is awful!

Sunday was a great day for our visit. Free bowling for the kids was great, and there are no bowling shoes to deal with! We had several cocktails and played arcade games, which were set to free play. My sister enjoyed the nostalgia of Qbert too!

More than half of the games were blocked by private event. In top you have to pay extra event charge. Small beer for 11$ is also not the best value for money ?? all in all being there once is enough.

The best arcade for adults! Not all the games are free but even the free ones were fun to play (old arcade games and jenga). The drinks were pretty good, and the service was awesome. Part one of my birthday adventure: Pins is always a good time. I didn't get into as much shenanigans as last time when I was yelled at for getting up high in one of their swings and kicking the light-I apologize. This was my first time here. I came alone on a Sunday to play some pinball. Crowd was definitely 20 something's wearing yoga pants. This place was jumping! There were a couple of different social groups I was meeting up with on separate occasions, and I was able to bounce back and forth with ease! There were a couple of food trucks out there, great atmosphere. It was raining, but it didn't stop the drinks from flowing and the people from having a good time! Parking was easy to find, well lit area so safe walking to your car, definitely recommend, and most definitely coming back!

My first time in a bar at USA, this bar was members only so you have to fill out a form before you enter, it has a lot of amenities like bowling, souvenirs, giant table games, music and very good variety of beers and drinks. I really enjoy it!!

MY FAVORITE BAR IN CHARLOTTE! that said I am a gamer and a large part of my excitement is due to the Nintendo 64?s, the pinball machines and other games available to play there (only the N64 are FTP) HOWEVER this bar does get quite busy around peak hours. They have a rooftop, fire pits, duck ball and more to appeal to everyone. Great spot all and all and personally it brings me so much happiness

This is going to be a long one I apologize! During the day we would rate Pins a 1/5at night a 3/5! TLDR: Day: it's worse than Chuck-E-Cheese! Night: Music is way too loud! Machines can be janky! We've been to the Pins in Columbus several times and are excited to have it in Charlotte. Our most recent visit was for a happy hour. We tried the Lisa Frank and the Hulk Hogan. Both were good. First time playing duck pin (bowling which is much easier on your hand, arm and shoulder) and it rocked! To play pinball and Foosball it was a $1/game. The arcade games were all free. Also, cool slide for children and adults and swings! Let's just say it was outright fun! Highly recommend and looking forward to going back again!

Love all the difference game options. The outdoor hangout area is super chill and fun. I love the swings! When it's cold, they have the fire pit on and it's nice just to sit and have a good time with friends. When they stop serving food late at night, you could order pizza that's about 2 mins away.

Out of all the social clubs in Charlotte. Pins Mechanical is the most expensive place I have ever been. This is a the last time I am returning. When you are paying 12$ for a beer you can get a block away for 6$ that is where I the draw the line. The bartenders seem under trained and unfamiliar with the price structure. So you'll pay twice as much for a brew that is listed on the menu for half the price. Stop advertising your drinks as the same price no matter what you get and this won't be a problem. It

When I was there, I was on the swing and somebody picked up my full beer at 1:45. When I went inside to tell them, they gave me my money back, but I wanted my beer. I then went back outside to tell my friends what happened to tell them it's time to leave and all the doors were locked and I couldn't get back inside. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Very frustrating I will never go back.

Great place to bring the family. I brought my family and we had a blast. They have a lot of old school games like Pac-Man and Galaga. They also have 2 stations of Sega Genesis and super Nintendo with classic games. Overall a great place and will be coming back.

A very fun place to take your friends for fun and cool drinks. The drinks are always delicious and I like that they serve them in real glass as opposed to most bars with plastic cups. The drinks are a little bit more pricey than you would pay at other local bars, about $15 per drink. But you get what you pay for, the liquor seems to be better quality and the drinks are so much fun, a lot of them have candy in them or some thing seasonal.
