Pink Wa Wa

Pink Wa Wa

Reviews Summary

Pink Wa Wa receives mixed but generally positive feedback, with many praising its cute atmosphere, friendly staff, and fun claw machines that often yield prizes. Multiple reviewers highlight it as a great spot for kids or dates, with clean facilities and fair gameplay. However, some criticize the machines as rigged, noting frequent claw drops and high costs for few wins. While many leave satisfied with multiple plushies, others feel it's a money sink with inconsistent win rates. The overall experience seems enjoyable but can be hit-or-miss depending on luck and expectations.

Customer Reviews

I love this place and it is a must stop when in Vegas. I love that you can win small stuffies and trade up at a reasonable amount. The place is very clean and lots of different machines. Below are the 2 i traded up for and the little one i kept. Only 23 small stuffies for the 2 large ones. Won those in about 30 min lol

This place is sooooo cute! The lady working here was so sweet and kind. The place is very clean and so adorable. Great spot to take your kids. The tokens are $1 each, and most machines are 1 token for 1 try. I got a few of the plushies to take home. It reminded me of the claw machine stores in Los Angeles. It was nice, and i will most likely be back to bring my kids! I know they would have a blast. Thanks to the worker who made it very pleasant!

Casino for the kiddos! Such a cute concept with a bunch of claw machines. There's obviously a trick here although we couldn't figure it out ourselves but the kids had so much fun. Adults not so much as we ?gambled? away lots of money to keep them busy. Only one table to sit and no restroom but the attendant inside was very friendly.

This place is great, and my kids always have fun! We went to a claw machine place by the Galleria, and it was just so bad. Their machines couldn't pick up anything. The kids were really sad, so we took the drive here and walked out with seven stuffies! Recommend

My daughter loved this place. So much fun! The lady working helped her win her first prize. She was very nice. I'll defiantly be coming back!

So much fun, you won't leave empty handed. The worker was kind and fair, she would move stuff around to give us a better chance at winning something! Definitely will come again!!

Super cute store! Perfect for photos! The owner is super nice, I have a lot of dolls, it is amazing! It is highly recommended to try it!

Okay, this place is super cute and we have been dying to go. However! The machines are really scammed out and do not hold onto the toys. We spent $20 and ended up with 1 toy. We only stayed for 20 minutes and we left with a child having a huge tantrum. She was so incredibly sad that she couldn't catch any of the stuffies. If you choose to go with a child, be prepared for a lot of disappointment and tears. If they are going to scam out their machines so much, they should at least make the games cheaper.

Cute place! Has a lot of claw machines. Each machine costs about 1 token to play. Each token is worth $1. They have a machine inside for you to exchange your cash into tokens. I found the cost to be a little high. We spent around $15 and won nothing. Overall it's a neat little place to check out. Not sure I'd come back due to the cost to play.

I really liked this place! I paid $70 to get 5 dolls and when I paid $50, you get a free keychain. If you use credit card, tokens are $1 per token. If you paid in cash, you get a bit more. When I paid with cash (subject to change at discretion of owner), I got $20 = 23 tokens and $50 = 58 tokens. IMHO, I think that's fair because credit card companies do charge a fee for using their services. $1 a token is pretty normal nowadays as the quality gets better. I recently started getting into claw machines bec

Super cute place. Especially good for your little ones as they have cute little ground-level claw machines. Spent $20 and won two items but I would say that are just as loose as they are at Round 1 (which can also be hard to win) but overall, a great place to bring the kids.

Unfortunately, this place turned out to be a huge disappointment. It's really cute and everyone was so excited. We spent $50 and got nothing. We frequent claw machines and are pretty decent at them. We would get something in a great hold but the claws would drop it every single time. The machines are set up so that you can't win. It didn't matter if it was a big prize, or little prize the claw dropped it as soon as it hit the top every time. Huge bummer. Huge waste of money. Update: Go to The Claw! We took

I wanted this to be just a little more awesome. So many of the machines were out of order. It's also fairly expensive at $1 per token and most things take 2 tokens. Definitely one of those places that it is worth going once and getting the aesthetic pictures and playing a little bit but $20 lasts you probably 20 min. I would not recommend this place for little kids. They have a few things in the back definitely designed for little ones that don't do prizes but the kids are going to want big prizes and then

I've been here several times and it's always so much fun. It's a cute addition to a date night. There's always new prizes and the staff is helpful. Our most recent visit was our biggest prize haul yet. Can't wait for the next visit! ??

Good clar arcade with fun for the whole family. Even has some arcade machines for toddlers to enjoy.

LOVED this place! So cute and has mini arcades and claw machines for kids. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We won 3 stuffed animals in 10 tries on the claw machines!

It was fun and friendly, but expensive for each try, especially since the claws are WAY too loose! :( But one good thing to justify price is that at least very young will go home happy, because can choose a prize based on how much $ you spent. :) Also there's a tiny ball pit for free

Amazing trade values! Amazing machines! No playing around like @theclaw?. Pink WaWa has fair machines for true claw machine lovers, not rigged like most places in Vegas!!!!

Don't waste your time here. The claw machines are a RIP OFF. They pick up the plush and the claw lets loose of the item pretty much EVERY TIME! Even a small plush key chain it will grasp firmly but then drop it right when hits the top. Pretty sad. You will be disappointed if you expect to come out of this place with anything. Spent $40 and got 4 small keychains. Arcade claw machines aren't even this bad.

I love this place and I'll love to go back another day! I have wanted to go to a place that had claw machine for a long time but there isn't a lot in the city and so I started to look and found this one. It is about a 25 minutes ride from where I was to get to there but it was totally worth it! Each claw machine is a token which is equal to a dollar but the bigger prizes were 2 token/2$. There was a lot of adorable plush in a reasonable price. I spend about 20$ and won 5 prizes(I gave one to another family

Claw machines worked and we walked out with plenty of prizes. So worth it! Beats going to the cigarette-stenched casino arcades. Definitely worth bringing the family over for fun times! Also well kept and squeaky clean inside, including the machines.

I used to love going to this place after doing my nails but after experiencing an issue regarding old prizes couldn't be used to upgrade for a bigger one. I decided that since I spent like $800 or something that I have spent here (overtime not in one session) makes me not appreciate the fact that there were no signs or prior disclaimers for that. So while the place is fun and you can win some good stuff if you are willing to spend a little bit extra, I suggest going somewhere else. I honestly rather put

Pretty cool date for the family . Good prices!

This place is cute. Claw machines are what they are. It's clean and the employee was welcoming <3

So adorable! We spent $20 for 23 tokens and got 6 prizes. I'm sure trays not the norm because we had a few that were lined up in ideal spots. But it would have been fun either way. And the owner was very friendly!

This place is soooo cute!!! We go there at least once a month. It is a little pricey and I'm Sure I could just buy the toys for cheaper but it's so fun to see the kids? faces when they win!!

Definitely not a scam. My kids had a great time! Claw machines are skill based and for about 50 bucks we won about 12 plushies and my youngest played the other games (for ages 3-6). The cotton was adorable and the kids loved it.

This place is so adorable! I went here yesterday which was Friday and I was surprised how it was only me and my boyfriend. I love how private it was and it felt like the whole place was reserved for us. The price was reasonable. I only gave four stars because the claw machine are loose and shaky. When you use one of the claw machines you get excited then you get disappointed once you grab the plush you like. We spent like $30 and we were only able to get home with 1 plush. However, if you want to go on a cu

Drove 20 mins just to find out it's closed. Very disappointed. It would be nice if they have a website with posted updates or at least reach out to Google to have their status changed to temporarily closed.

SUCH AN AWESOME SPOT. I had brought my son and he had a blast. Super cute even for a small girls party I loved it

Do not bring your children here. All the plushies that we picked up and grabbed with the claw(9) we didn't get. The claw releases and starts to open right before the drop slot, so every plush ends up right next to the slot.

Crane games. So fun! Dont forget, you can exchange your winnings for a bigger/better prize at the front desk!

Fun arcade! Very pink! Lots of interesting claw machines.

Pink Wa Wa is my daughter's favorite place to win stuffed animals! She had a blast and won seven high quality stuffed toys with her 20.00 allowance. I was so impressed because she did so well and usually the claw machines are not known to grip toys so well to actually win one. Pink Wa Wa was an awesome claw machine arcade!!! And the lady who works there is so nice! 10+ Stars!!

I do love this place, fun to relieve stress but just a warning, don't come here everyday and or you will loose your life savings. Lol, ?? once In a while though I love coming here. The experience is worth it every time.

10/10 in cuteness but their crane games are a rip off now. It used to be easy coming out with a couple different plushies for about $40 but now the cranes let go of the toys as soon as they're lifted to the top of the machine. They also put toys that are too big for the claws in some machines so it's impossible to even grab them. Pretty disappointed, I used to love this place.

$1 per play, spend $50 get a free gift. They have about 20 claw machines and few mini game machines. Cranes seem pretty fair, only encountered one with an aggressive shake making it too hard to hold anything. Host was friendly and provided a coin replacement when we misread directions (without us asking.) Will visit again, recommend for a quick bit of fun.

This place is super cute and my kids loved going there. Too bad that this place is a rip off. Everytime the claw picks up a plushie it drops it. Ive never seen a claw retract so hard. It is still possible to win you just have to keep picking up the plushie and hopes it drops closer and closer to the win drop.

Esthetically its nice inside for pictures but i read reviews before coming saying its decently fair to win prizes but now im thinking they were friends with owners or something because i came and spent $40 and as a decent claw player i can instantly tell when they're rigged and try to make it look like theyre not. For $40 only won 2 prizes of the little ones but the nice hello kitty prizes are close to impossible to win unless you spend at least 5-8 tokens on it ($1 a token) . Overall it was alright but don

We initially spent $30 and watched over and over again as we would get a secure hold on the stuffed animal, watch as it would get picked up, only to watch the animal fall as the claw got to the top. My daughter was getting so upset and was literally in tears because it didn't matter what machine we played, they all did the same thing. Either the claws are broken/loose and need to be fixed or they are rigged to drop the stuffed animals. I would skip this place and go do something else. We also watched other

By far THE best claw machine place in Las Vegas. I've tried a few others and the vibes AND the claw machines are the best at Pink Wa Wa. 1000/10 would recommend!

This place was very clean and cute. There's a cash machine in there to get tokens for the arcades. It was fairly easy to get items as well. My husband and I walked out with 6 stuffed animals and only redeemed a $20 for tokens. Overall it was a fun little experience!

Cute place. Soft plushies. Good place for kids or a cute date

I wish I could go every day! The price to play is really reasonable. The atmosphere is super cute. The machine selection is vast and covers many brands such as Sanrio, Line Friends, etc. The inside and outside of the arcade is great for photoshoots. I'd rather hang out here than a casino any day.

Pink Wa Wa was surprisingly amazing to visit. The claws are very fair! You are practically guaranteed to have a good time. If you want cute stuffed animals, make sure to go here. Round 1 is nothing in comparison to this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Super cute!! A bunch of claw machines filled with the cutest kawaii items. With a token purchase over 15 dollars you get a gift. So even if you are awful at claws you'll have something. The tiny claw machines are so cute. They also have some games for the kiddos. Hope they'll add more unique claw games.

Super cute place and concept. Gave 2 stars because the machine claws are super loose. They will grab something, get you excited, then when it lifts up & starts to move the doll gets shaken loose. It entices you to try again, but there's no way your going to win anything. Dolls are cheap probably worth a $1 or $2. 1 coin is worth $1. Most machines are $1 some are $2. If you spend a whopping $50 you get a cheap doll. Not may to chose from. So I didn't think it was worth it. I was there with a few ppl (at lea

I spent $100 here and this place is completely rigged. Even the small machines after you pick up something will drop it at the top. The claw just lets go. Every single machine will drop the items. It makes no sense. for cheap nothing items. Save your money.

Neat little claw machine place. Fair prices for prizes.

This place was so cute and very pink. $1 per game. We won 4 toys. My daughter loved the egg chair. Definitely another date here with my girl!

Expensive and not the best. We spent $15 and only won a single tiny toy. The claws claim to be "un-rigged" which to some extent I believe, however they arent sturdy and will drop the toy when it jerks at the top. Every claw machine here is $1=1 token=1 play. You could probably save your money by buying these toys online @ AliExpress. But I do think this is a cute place for kids.

Cute prizes for sure but not much to offer based on the price ($1/token no matter the machine.) Plus the claws are VERY loose - it really gives me no reason to go back there when it takes $10 to get 1 small toy.

I went here a few months ago, and it was sort of okay. Customer service was good, it's just how you don't need actual money. You need to pay for actual tokens. That's what I hate. Cause your basically wasting your tokens trying to get plushie. So far the arcade games were really fun, and I got a Rilakkuma plush from here.

Great place if you love crane machines (and cute plushies). The cranes are looser than average but not too difficult. You get extra tokens if you pay with $10 or $20 cash.

Cute but the prizes and claws don't compare to The Claw. It was really warm and dead. The vibes weren't really there and like 5 games were off. Couldn't win anything at all.

Cute interior but I found that many prizes were so hard to obtain. I managed to win a few but it didn't feel like too much with the amount I spent.

We love this place. It's so cute and everyone is a winner. Plrices aren't bad either.

This little place is absolutely adorable! Great prizes, some different games than you would see other places, and just too cute of a place! The owners are super friendly, I'll definitely be back.

Young lady at counter was very cheerful and pleasant. Games were just right hardness. Definitely seemed worth the money.

Cute place but don't go spend money here. Just take pictures for memory. All the machines are rigged and the claw is so loose. You cannot even pickup Styrofoam!!!!

Came here on vacation specifically because my wife wanted to come here and it didn't disappoint at all. Clean, super friendly staff, fair skill based machines, and minimal but solid selection of all things kawaii.

Much better than the Claw. My daughter got all sorts of prizes. Way less crowded too. I would come again!

Although some of the machines were not working, there were still many options. There were a few unique machines too. The lady working there was really friendly and helpful.

Took my partner as a surprise to cheer them up and they loved it. Won a little pig shaped coin purse. Absolutely planning another visit!

I had a great time coming here and enjoying the claw machines. We won tons of prizes! I totally recommend checking out! Will be definitely coming back when I come again to Las Vegas.

Loved it ! Its an adorable place and claw machines are as good as claw machines can get haha! Got a few prizes myself so i had a great time.

Looks fun but you won't win anything from the claw machines. Like all the other reviews have said, the claws drop the item as soon as it goes up!

You might spend $10 trying to win a toy but at least you can. Pretty fun place to kill some time. The toys are adorable too.

My wife and I like to come here every now and then. Everytime I've gone here I've won something. These people who gave this place bad reviews, who spent lots of money and didn't win anything, just suck at claw machines ??

Love, Love, Love this place. If you have kids you should check this place out. Best claw machines . Really good plushies... and super nice staff.

Cute place, claw machines are terrible. They have to be rigged, didnt win anything, everything it grabbed it dropped. Very expensive for nothing. Cute tho, but not worth it

Closed from 12/5 - 12/22. There is no notice on Google, just a paper on the door once you get there. I don't appreciate having to drive across town for no reason.

After awhile I went back here, the place used to be decent but now it's just horrible I spent $50 and won nothing, every single claw machine is rigged they pick up nothing, if u don't wanna waste money don't come here, I recommend the claw it's a much better place more affordable great staff and way more win-able, waste of money won't be back because this place is cute and nothing wrong with staff but it's just both worth it I hate to promote there competitors on here but it used to be such a nice place and

Cute place but I just donated 30 bucks for more stuffed animals I guess, picked up stuffed animals dead center and it dropped it EVERY SINGLE TIME

Do not play the crane games!!! Its all very rigged, Ive spent $70 and I havent won anything because the claw wont bite!!! Even the people im with who spent $100 its not worth it!!!

We had a great time! Sweet staff! And fun games

Great place to take the kids. They have pretty much Saniro Hello kitty characters

Its fun for the kids but you know its all rigged. Gotta spend like $20 if your lucky to get 1 doll.

Just skip this place & buy stuffed animals locally or online. Complete waste of money. Claw machines would drop the prizes immediately.

If you love claw machines this is a must! Small, but nice selection of machines and plushies. Plus, the owner is very nice ??

Super cute! Went in yesterday and won about 2 plushies very nice atmosphere

Spent lots of money and yet havent won anything!! The reviews are true!! You need to spend at least $200 for you to win 1 small item that cost like $5, they are not fair!

Really cute Japanese craw machine place. Only i deducted 1 star cuz the machines are slightly rigged but an awesome date place.

Very cute, but I wish they had more machines and the prizes in the claw machines were nothing spectacular.

I loved it there so much it's so pink I love the prizes.??fun fun

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
