Great customer service & super friendly staff! My Flight 2000 machine had been acting up and was in desperate need of some love & attention and they came out to the house and picked her up. Now the machine looks and plays like new and I didn't realize how much I had gotten used to NOT playing it. Super cool that the Shoppe puts in the time to keep these older machines looking their best! Thank you!

Top notch service! I was looking for a specific pinball machine, and while the Pinball Shoppe didn't have it, they promised to keep an eye out for one. Sure enough, a few weeks later I get a call that they've got the machine and can have it delivered before Christmas! Their delivery fees were more than reasonable, and they did a great job setting up the machine and explaining the basics to me. Highly recommended if you love pinball!

If you are gonna buy a pinball / gaming this is the place .I bought a Guns N Roses pinball 20 years ago from the Mellisa?s dad and he took care of any problems i had with my used machine for 90 days with no problems coming back to fix any issues i had ? I have a WPC that has had the dreaded reset problem that is very common, I called up and they sent a tech out (Chris), who was very polite, came to the house, took the board and a couple weeks later had it rebuilt. He came back and hooked everything back up and everything has been working perfectly ever since. I am happy that I found a place that is willing to rebuild boards as opposed to shipping it out to someone I have never met. Thanks! Will certainly use again and recommend.

I needed my slot machine repaired. Gary (owner) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was neat and orderly. All technicians were welcoming. The first repair was short lived and even though there is stated no warranty, they came out to pick up the unit and repaired the unit and it works like new. I paid a fair price for delivery. I called the Pinball Shoppe with a lot of questions and Melissa answered all of what I wanted to hear. I hung up and thought for a moment that's the best answers I have had. Called right back and ordered on a Wednesday and received the machine on a Friday. Did not no I could get it that soon. When I received the Jaws machine it was packed perfectly and good directions to put it together. Definitely 5 stars. Don't hesitate to call them for future purchases. Great customer servive

Kent knows his stuff! He repaired the circuit board to our igt slot machine. Don't be fooled by the name of the store... They sell and service slot machines, pinball machines, bowling machines. They have really old machines too. With Christmas coming this would be a great place to find a very unique family Christmas gift.

We have been happy and satisfied customers since 1992 when we made our first purchase of a vintage MS Pac-Man game. It has been serviced twice by the Pinball folks. Repairs have been excellent and timely and they always honor their estimates. I can't say enough good things about this small local business!

Their products here are of excellent quality. I was given a neon man cave sign almost ten years ago as a gift. It still lights up as bright as the first day I plugged it in. It's be n moved to several different locations and still is in perfect working conditions. I called the Shoppe just to ask for some measurements and the owner didn't hesitate to assist also answered several of my questions.

Garry was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn't hesitate for long to purchase the 60 in 1 arcade cocktail table I came in for. Lots of big kid toys, I have my eye on a couple more..a stand up multi arcade game and a pinball machine. I needed delivery...and it was delivered by two super guys at my convenience. Really impressed by the friendliness and great service from everyone. Have logged in many hours already playing the classic games from the past...so much fun!

Best place in Northeast Ohio for arcade games, slots, vintage bowlers, and pinball machines. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can try out games before you purchase them, and they deliver and set-up the game for you. If you are thinking about a game room, this is a must stop.

Can't get over what a great machine I purchased at The Pinball Shoppe last month. Have been playing, "Bally Pinball Wizard" evey day since then. The cabinet looks really good, playfield is awesome, game play is flawless and the backglass look like new. It's a real classic and I didn't mind paying more for a nice, restored machine. Great service, good price. I have a shuffle alley bowling machine. They came to my house for a reasonable additional fee and were able to fix, repair and adjust everything needed to be done in one visit.

Love this place. I bought a 70s era Star Wars upright cabinet from them and it's so great. Definitely reliving my childhood. Eventually I'm going to make more room in my house and get some pinball machines.

Gary help me out with a 1980 pacman machine. it wasnt working, he told me to bring the mother board in and he would test it for me. he tested the board everything was good, but he cleaned and tweaked some settings on it, and now its works like it was brand new. thanks again for helping me out. and i would highly recommend coming here for service for buying Any new or used machine. very knowledgeable and a nice guy.

A great place to play some pinball and buy a machine. I stopped by a few times before buying, and each time I was welcomed and encouraged to try a few games with no pressure to buy. Since I've owned my machine (it's 30 years old) I've needed service a few times, and whether it's over the phone or on a service call they've always been helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Gary is my hero. Called about testing a electrical board for an arcade game. Gary knew his way around my Baby pacman machine off the top of his head. Great place....good people...the whole staff was very friendly ..and extremely knowledgeable..in knowing how to fix and operate the slot machines ...gave me a bowl full of tokens to try all the machines ...i was like a big kid in a toy store lol...bought me a slot machine ...great deal on it.... Gave me free tokens...even put it nicely in my bmw for me...if your planning on fixing up your basement etc or making a nice mancave ...need to come to this place ...seriously u wont be disappointed ??????????
