Family-friendly location. Staff is polite and friendly as well. They must be pretty decent to their staff because they appear to have very low turnover. Have been coming here for over 10 years and never have a negative experience with staff. Food decent great pizza. Prices average to slightly high on drinks.

Over priced. Poor service. The food came out cold. Paid and reserved lane in advance. To be told the reservation cost is not included in the payment of the slot reserved 10pm to 12:30am. Then turned our lane off at 12:04. And refused to keep our lane on. Told us that the new guy didn't know any better. The manager young male didn't see his name said the new guy lied to us when we payed. And I'm told that the 10$ deposit is for nothing. Won't be coming back. Husband and I went for the first time. We didn't bowl but instead grabbed some burgers, pretzel bites and a few beers. Nice atmosphere. Our bartender/server was great, he was super helpful with food recommendations, which was really good! They have a pretty nice arcade that we're going back to try out too.

My kids had a great time and the service was great! We did have a problem with the shoes being too slick on the bottom and not wanting to stay fastened.

Had a birthday party (5yrs old) here and it was amazing! Our host was attentive, service was quick, and the party package was a great deal!

It was a cute place! The bar makes good/strong drinks. The shoes are absolutely foul, though. The smell terrible and they're falling apart. Would recommend bringing your own for sure.

Fun place but had to speak to staff multiple times about issues with our lanes ie player turns repeating. Also went on a Tuesday for the unlimited pizza special. Was there three hours and got two of the tiniest pizza slices imaginable due to the abysmal people to pizza ratio throughout the entire building.

GREAT PLACE BUT AC was out and for some reason they kept everyone on the side the AC was out instead of the side that was much cooler. It was very hot and mix that with alcohol it wasn't the best. That being said the actual place is so much fun! They keep it very lit for night just an fyi. Feels very safe honestly. Drinks from bartender were shockingly delicious! I had a margarita and mule both were delicious!! Cheese fries were greasy goodness!

Had a party of 12 bowlers (3 lanes) and 6 on lookers. Lanes come with gutter bumpers and a slide of kids or older ones that want to relive their youth. ( we had one) She had a blast bowling again. It was a birthday party for a 30 something lady.

We celebrated my grand daughters birthday at the Gall Blvd location and we where very impressed with all the updates that where done to this facility. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Pin Chasers!

Went with 4 friends and had a blast! We are all over 45 and had so much fun.

My family loves to come bowling here. We feel safe, there's no smoking allowed, my husband likes the food, the kids love the arcade (though it's easy to blow a lot of money quickly in there), and there is always plenty to do! Kids' shoes start at toddler size 6. We usually do the buy one game get one free for around $10+ change/person. So fun!

They used to have an awesome arcade with table hockey and video games, now it's all skill based games and some ridiculously huge and cumbersome 3d dinosaur game. They also have a claw machine with candy inside, but it's all very old and stale; the tootsie rolls are hard as a rock and could probably break your teeth if you tried to eat them. I only go for the arcade, but since it's gone downhill so much, I don't even go anymore. Tip to the owner: put fresh candy in your machine weekly, or just take the thing

Had a 7 year old birthday party here. Everyone had a lot of fun. They set everything up for us, we had food and a hostess. Bowling and a game room, the kids had a ton of fun. Glow light and music bowling.

BOOKING ONLINE the money you spend on the deposit goes to NOTHING! Spent $20 to book 2 lanes and they just take it, kinda weird money hungry place. Went on a Sat night for one lane. Around 9pm said they were full some would open up at 10 to come back then. Came back at 10 and said they were booked for the night! I paid $10 to reserve a lane on Saturday at 7pm. When we looked at the website it was $17.98/person to bowl for 2 hours but when we got there it was over $40 for 2 of us for the 2 hours. That's ridiculous considering that we could have gone the same distance in the other direction and paid quite a bit less!!

Will probably never go there again. First they charge money to make a reservation. Then they gave us shoes that didn't even have tongues in them. Then we couldn't even see our scores on the screen so after asking them for help, they just left and never returned. Then we asked for a kid assisted device and she said I'll go get one and then never returned. Went to the bar to get a drink and took forever just to pay because the pay machine wasn't working. Cost over $100 and got more stress than fun.

I bowl at other pin chaser location in Tampa. This Zephyrhills location is absolutely awful, in comparison to Tampa (Armenia and Veterans). We came on Tuesday night for "unlimited" pizza. They literally will only let you get six slices. That's called limited; which is false advertising. ??. They also won't bring you a pitcher of drink unless it's water or beer. Lanes where dry. Long line at rhe door. Ordered 2 Breakfasts and the first one came 1hr after ordering and it was cold and they didn't even finish cooking the toast the 2nd breakfast was hot but came 1 1/2 hr after ordering it. On the plus side you do get free socks and shoe rentals.

We took the kids to play bowling. It was Ok. The place looks old from the 50ths. It needs renovation. The pizza was not the best. Other than that it was Ok.

Great value, top notch staff. Came here on a Tuesday. For $13 I got all I could eat pizza, unlimited bowling and no cost shoe rentals. Have to arrive after 9 PM for this special but they have other specials just about every day. No problems getting a lane either.

Are Ball return was not working properly, went to the front desk 2xs said they were working on the problem, we sat there watching everybody else bowl, with 48 minutes left on our clock, we had enough, took are shoe's to front desk, said to person at the front desk (for the 3rd time), we didn't pay 55 dollars to watch other's bowl, ( you think we would have been moved to another lane, no , front desk didn't Care, we walked out the door...... What a waste of 55 dollars

I am an avid bowler and love going to New places. So we came to this place and soon as we walked in the door we noticed there was 14 lanes open. We wanted to do the 2 hours of bowling for 18.99$ . Guy at the counter says "unfortunatel all the lanes are reserved so you will need to make a reservation". However, when you have 14 lanes open that's not reserved that's a scam to swindle your customers out of 10$ . However, we just pushed it under the rug. Only getting a one star because i have to click something, they do not even deserve that. Worst Birthday Party Experience ever. I do not recommend. We did the highest package and did not even receive everything as it was included in the package. They stole some of our time and said they would still give us the 2.5 hrs we paid for and this was nothing but a lie. Then a group of men they promised the lanes to, came and stood over my child's birthday party until we were done, to try and make us leave.

Went there with some friends while they bowled their league but still had a great time. The table service wasn't the best but the young lady had a lot of demanding customers, so we will not be complaining about that.

During open bowling hours, would not permit walk ins even though the place had only 4 lanes used. Required online reservation which costs $10. Did not tell me that the $10 doesn't apply to my total. So we overpaid $10 for no reason and wouldn't refund back. I'll be disputing with my CC company and absolutely never coming back. No water out for anyone. No servers. Trash everywhere. Shoes everywhere. Absolute dump and a scam. We've been coming here for 5 years. Never again.

Go there! Eat there! We have driven passed this Pin Chasers a number and of times. We went with a larger group. The lanes are in decent shape. It is slightly dated in some spots but not anything wrong. I missed lunch so we ordered some food. It is mostly burger and sandwich type food. All of which is legit and good. Admittedly I think most all bowling alleys have good burgers. It's a great place to have a nice outing experience.

I'm not a regular (or skilled) bowler. But we go occasionally for family nights out. The staff here were Great! Very helpful and professional. Showed Patience with us "non-bowlers" that aren't even sure how to operate the equipment ?? and were extremely helpful. Food was reasonable too!

Very fun atmosphere for all ages. Brought my children here and they had a blast but also did a double date night and had just as good of a time! Food was amazing, drinks were strong and came fast and music brings you back in time.

Fairly average bowling alley. Not the cleanest but none of them really are. I wouldn't recommend coming here with anything besides your own ball and shoes for obvious reason (This is still Florida at the end of the day). Usually it's not too busy which sucks for their business but great since bowling around most other people sucks.

Pin Chasers is about what you'd expect from a hometown bowling alley. It's not a new place but if you like arcade games there were some pretty cool updated ones. There is a separate bar area. There were three bathrooms . That included a unisex option. The staff i had encountered were friendly and efficient. On a Friday night at 730 almost all the lanes were being used so I suggest making a reservation for your party. Everyone around us was friendly.

Hannah turned my autistic son and i away today Sunday at 4:4O pm because they had to oil the lanes for league that was at 5:30 yet the person in front of us was able to get a lane. The difference between us and the the person in front of us was ethnicity!! Let that sink in!!

Really disappointing. Brought the family to cyber bowl Saturday night 5/28. Food was pretty good place was clean. We were stuck on a lane knowingly with broken bumpers lane 30 with small kids. Who the lovely lady checking is in clearly seen. When we went back up to notify about the bumpers her response was golden. Called to see if they had any open bowling on a Saturday afternoon?was told I had to go to the web site to check. Got on the web site and had to pay $10 to reserve the alley (of which we thought went towards are bowling)?WRONG!! Got to the alley, paid to bowl for 2 hrs (just 2 of us).
