The bowling lanes were great. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The arcade area and games all looked great. Whoever is responsible for that area showed some real care. Fantastic! This was my first time visiting Pin Chaser. We had a group of 8, kids and adults, and had a great visit. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Kids enjoyed the bowling and they also had a well kept and up to date arcade. We had an issue with balls getting stuck but it was resolved. Food was good, priced right, and easy to order. I recently visited Pin Chasers Bowling Alley in Tampa and had a fantastic time. As a first-time bowler, I found the lanes and equipment easy to use, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. However, my experience at a kid's birthday party there was a bit different. While the bowling was still fun, the party itself felt a bit crowded and chaotic. There were a lot of kids running around, and it was sometimes difficult to navigate the space.

Good place, lines are in decent condition. They have an add on games for bowling instead just keeping a score, kids really liked it. Many arcade games. Food and beverages a bit pricey( lemonade $5), and pizza is just okay. But nice people work there, good atmosphere and overall pretty clean.

So this time around was not fun. It was 3 adults and one of our fiends? it was her birthday so we specifically asked can we be at a lane with kids next to us? so we start bowling and and a Cuban family comes next to us and as my friend put it they weren't disciplined at all. They had their shoes off in our lane while the parents sat back looking. Then they kept running behind us as we bowled. It got to the point that we almost fell over their shoes. We were greeted by Debbie who was an absolutely amazing human! She was very inclusive w my 2 year old and she was just such a delight to come in contact with! She welcomed everyone walking in the door with a smile and warm welcome! She's definitely an assett to have on your team!! She loves her job, and all who she meets and I'm so glad to have met her! Always a good time here. Surprisingly good food and courteous service. Creative and find specials too. If I've ever been annoyed here it was because of other bowlers? behavior and lack of basic etiquette.

It was my first time in years that I went bowling and it was a great experience! My family had two hours to bowl with 4 of us which allowed like 3.5 games to happen. They place the time in upper right hand corner of the TV with your scores. My nephew used bumpers and a 6 pound ball. I would recommend them to get a 4 pound ball because it was still heavy for a 5 year old kid. Overall it's your typical bowling alley with lanes, arcade, pool tables and a bar. Big shout out to our party planner and our superstar host Jessica she was absolutely phenomenal?? She made sure I didn't have to lift a finger and made the process so easy!! Took my grandaughter bowling again. While bowling can be fun and exciting, small kids get the worst, warped and non-functional lanes, making it frustrating for the child. 80% of the balls drift left or right into the gutter even with the bumpers because of the uneven surface. Even the bumpers fail to work. Next time I will not let them know it's for kids, giving the child a chance to score and play without the huge disadvantage of a kids lane. Really fun experience at reasonable prices. The check in process was painless and the attendant was responsive. They have Velcro shoes! So weird. I think the shoes are a half size too big all around so you may want to consider dropping down half a size. This place is really busy on the weekends, especially if it's raining! Beautiful bowling alley, brand new arcade games, great music, and lots of lovely lights. Everything is kept up very well. And it's a very fun time for the entire family. Not too pricey, worth it to come and enjoy every now and again. Made for a magical Saturday afternoon.

There was a time this location was great but my recent experience there was terrible and management lied to me saying they would make it right and never did. Very disappointing. I would not recommend Pin Chasers any longer!

For a typical bowling alley filled with all types of families and fun, this is a good spot to come to. They have a bunch of arcade and pool to play, as well. Shoes are required to get when you're renting a lane. I like that we can easily control a bunch of things directly from the screen provided to us within each lane. I have been bowling here since I was a kid. My grandmother recently passed, and the venue of choice for the whole family to reunite was pin chasers. I'm sure we were a rowdy bunch, especially after 15 pitchers but nothing like some family time bowling.

The staff is always nice! Been bringing my son here for the past year and he loves it! I specially love the daily deals, just wish they started a little earlier, since 9pm is a little late for a 4 year old. We rented a lanes (31) yesterday at Pinchasres Veterans Tampa and really only bowled one good game. The bowling balls got stuck constantly in the lane somehow and didn't return properly. Also, ALL the balls got stuck behind the pins and the maintenance guys had to go behind the pins to get all the bowling balls. Ww all paid approximately $18.00 for two hours and bowled only one full game. This is very disappointing. Our whole experience was ruined.

Great place to come bowl. They keep the lanes and furniture clean. Staff is polite. If you sign up for their rewards system you earn free bowling as well as cash on your birthday and anniversary. Started off a little rough, but once we had Travis as our server, our whole experience changed. He was really hustling taking great care of not only us, but other lanes and groups as well. Love this bowling center. They've been a great partner to our non profit over the years and this location is always clean, the games in the arcade are always working, and all the lanes are level. I love coming here for league nights. This is a very family friendly establishment and all who work there are very friendly and professional. The food is good, the drinks are good and all reasonably priced. They provide plenty of daily specials and fun for the whole family.

I visited the establishment today and it was an experience to say the least. I asked to be accommodated on my breakfast items as I am not allowed to eat pork due to religious purposes. My order came out covered in bacon and when asked for it to be fixed, they took the bacon off and served the same eggs. Unacceptable. Not necessarily Pin Chasers' fault, but a family next to us had 14 people crammed into 2 lanes. They had many children, who kept running into our lane and almost getting hit on our back swing. Pin Chasers is actually a really nice bowling center, but unfortunately the lanes and approaches could be better maintained. The approach was so sticky that I couldn't slide at all and left with an injured left ankle because I kept sticking and tripping. This is the best bowling alley in Tampa Bay Area. Everyone work there are super friendly. I took my daughter there almost every weekend. They have free breakfast and two hours unlimited bowling for 11.99 per person from 9:00-12:00. It's good to bring family and friends to have fun at weekends.
