Great experience. My son has joined the Special Olympics bowling team recently, and we have been going there every Saturday morning. We also shopped at the store for the first bowling ball. It was a great experience, too. Highly recommend it??????????

Haven't bowled in over 20 years. While my partner pictured here totally dominated, I did manage to impress them with my knowledge skills and ability (for a girl) Had a great time clowning each other while being entertained by other bowlers, staff and LEO.

Nice place. The devil is in the details because of course a bowling alley is a bowling alley. But they were fast at the counter, they provided socks for me because I didn't have any, they had a good selection of bowling balls in a centralized area which made it easy, and everything worked great. Had a really fun time with my son.

Celebrated my birthday with my classmates, and we had so much fun. We completely forgot to take pics, so quick video of me not getting a spare and our scorecards. There were a bunch of confused orders coming out of the kitchen as far as 1 pizza instead of a whole pizza or vice a versa but it wasn't mistakes made on our part, or pertaining to us more than once so we didn't complain and still had so much fun the issue didn't bother us. Terrible experience dirty attitudes, there were no light bowling balls for my kids to use, and my wife had ordered food and as soon as the game was over they told my wife to grab her food and go to another table. Besides the fact there are 20 other open lanes they see her eating and decide to kick us out of the lane. Anyone wants to go to a nice and respectful place go to semine lanes in Pinellas Park trust me it's way better than this dump.

This is the first time I've been here in several years. I came on a school field trip for 2nd graders. Prices were fair, military discount was a plus! We paid $30 for 2 hours (2 people), including the pair of shoes and socks, on a Saturday evening. Place was pretty empty and had a very good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the food, but no outside food or drinks are allowed.

this was the other bowling alley one was in Tampa on Armenia Avenue and the other one was up in Zephyrhills.Zephyrhillsvery small but quaint.people are really nice and it was just big enough for the people we had there..food was a little expensive but it was good it wasn't junk.

The family had a good time here. There were plenty of lanes available on a Monday morning during the summer. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The lanes have bumpers that are configurable per player. There is a kiosk to reset the lane, edit scores, choose games, etc. There is a mobile app, but it is very limited in functionality as a guest. The system didn't email us our game scores even though email addresses were entered for the players.

We always have a good time here and my kids took me for Mother's Day.. We like the offer of 2 hrs bowling for a special price and today 7 of us bowled. My oldest son had a 3rd 200 game going with no open frames but we only had 4 mins left with less than half the game to go. The lady at the counter was very nice and added.an additional 20 mins because it being a special day. My son ended up with a 240. Thank you Pin Chasers for your great customer service.

The staff was friendly, the birthday party was much more affordable compared to other places, the food was really good for a bowling alley. My kids absolutely loved it. My only complaint is how frequently the balls kept getting stuck on this lane.

Pin Chasers was a blast! Took the kiddos and played for 2 hours. I was impressed with the newer technology that our lane offered by allowing the bumpers to automatically appear when our younger bowler was up to play. We just selected the "bumpers" box after entering his name. That saved so much hassle! Also, my 10 year old nephew bowled a turkey and kicked our butts. The staff is very helpful and friendly and it made for a great afternoon!

The people working here and the manager are all absolutely rude and offer the worst customer service. This place will not offer you a lane unless you've reserved, but when you reserve keep in mind you have to pay a $10 reservation fee that does not get applied to your total, they simply take your money. Let's not even start on the food?

My job had a business outing here and we had a blast! It was supposed to be from 4p-6pm but we extended it until 10pm! The drinks were good, cheese fries were great, and the environment was good. The music wasn't the best but we had our own. I bowled my first TURKEY! I'm so proud of myself! I am hoping we do it again!

I purchased a bulk game package that they claimed would never expire. The games were put on cards. When I went in to play and they said they had changed their system and the cards with the games on them were no longer usable. An absolute scam. They basically sold me $80 worth of useless plastic.

The check in process was smooth, and we were seated at our table quickly. The bowling was fun with no issues, and our waitress was attentive and pleasant. We ordered their BBQ pizza, and the changes we asked for were done without a problem. The pizza came extremely fresh, and it tasted great. 10/10 we would absolutely come back here to bowl.

This was a great place to go bowling with our family. Everyone was helped very quickly. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because we paid for 2 hours but when we got to our lane (we did not take long to walk to it) it said we has 1 hr 45 minutes to play. Kind of a rip off. Big center, nice lanes. Kiosk for foods are a nightmare. Was there for a tournament. Placed 2 orders PUT our lane number and it sent the food to lane 1. Took over 45 min for this to get corrected. Almost didn't. Staff friendly for the most part

My son wanted to go bowling, he had a great time. the food was good but there was a older guy who worked there I think his name was Larry he kinda made us feel unwelcome. He was very rude and seemed like he was disgusted at the site of us. I do understand that he's older and some people are set in their ways but maybe he should work in the back away from customers we spent $400 but the smile on the kids face was worth it.

Lanes were well kept, bar was nice had rum not just beer. Had a good time $33 for 2 hours plus shoes. Not a bad price.

I really haven't go bowling in a while but this place was not packed like some other ones I gone to. I kinda like that plus the computerized board was easy to follow and prices where decent. it was a little bit confusing when we got in there we weren't told where the balls were, second of all we ordered drinks, and they didn't come for almost 20 minutes. We ended up having to go get them ourselves. They need to be a little bit more organized when you come in they need to tell you where to get the balls and be just a little bit more informative. Other than that the place was very clean the bathrooms were clean. I'll give it a three star but as far as customer service wasn't very good

First off, we celebrated my mom and husbands birthday party here Saturday night for a party of 36 but 27 of us bowled. I reserved 4 lanes which I had to pay $10 a lane. We love going to Pin Chasers every year to help our friends foundation called ?Golden Ears Sanctuary? A rescue place for elderly and sick dogs! The most kind loving dog lover gives these elderly pups so much love and a great life up until their last breath!

Lane 41 and 42 were horrible. They would not return our balls. Had to push the help button and still did do much good. I personally went to the mgr three times. We were doing a charity event. Staff was great.

Pin-chasers in Temple,TX had highly disappointed everyone upon arrival!? Wonderful facility but the staff had incorrectly booked the birthday party for a friends child and the parents were put in very difficult situation!
