So glad I found this place! So cute and so many high quality plushies to win! The employee in the arcade was super helpful and nice. Me and my husband enjoyed it so much, we went back in for another 20 tokens. Will definitely be back soon.

Cool claw machine arcade, they have some of the nicest plush characters, a lot of name brand ones, not all generic like a lot of the other claw places around. The owner was super nice and attentive, always willing to help you out if you hit a dry spell. The odds are about the same at this place as the rest. Carolina was so sweet and helpful with all of the customers! While the space is small, the prizes are great and the machines are only 1 token each. $5 for 5 tokens or $10 for 11, etc. When I tried on 1 machine for most of our tokens, she gave me an extra and it must have been magic because suddenly I won! She even let us trade 1 of our larger wins for an item that was technically 2 items to trade in for, just because of how excited we were for the item. This place was wonderful! The owner offered his assistance if you needed help if you are struggling. Everyone is leaving with a few things at least. The types of prizes were very nice. I especially loved the Disney/super mario/ etc. keychains. We will definitely be going again.

This was alot of fun. I took my 11 year old. We stayed for about 45 minutes. He could have stayed longer. He won a couple of times and really liked his plushies. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Had a great time here tonight. Spent about 40$ and left with over 8 plushies! Much better odds here than any claw machine I have ever tried. Place is clean and well maintained. Had a blast at the new Claw Arcade. I was really excited to see this open in our area. The staff is super kind, upbeat, and extremely helpful. They have a great rule. NO ONE LEAVES WITHOUT A PLUSH! Yes, sometimes the claw is not forgiving, but just ask the staff for some guidance, and they will help make sure you get your plush! This was our first time coming here and we loved it. Alaya was so kind and encouraged my daughter to keep trying. They also have a cute a Photo booth where you can edit the photos and backgrounds. Best thing is for every $10 you spend your guaranteed to win at least ONE prize. So if you don't win anything they will still give you a prize. Definitely coming back ??

We went to Pick Me today and the young lady helping us was phenomenal! My kids had an awesome time. She was great at helping them get the prizes they want and recommending how many tokens we should get (without selling us a ridiculous amount). This was well worth the money and I can't say enough good things. We will definitely return next time we're in the area!

We had planned a bday party for my daughter at the Lakemead location, however masive power outage had other plans. The staff called me as soon as it happened, to notify us of the issue, and they were so flexible on what our options were. Liked this place better than other claw places. This place helps the kids win. It's like they know, that we know the prizes are temu stuff. As in they open the machines and move the stuff so people can win. And with the prizes you can use them to trade for other prizes. I went to the one on lake mead. If it was bigger I can see myself going there more often. My daughter loved it. Would definitely go back but since it's so small don't see myself going too many times.

I went here with 2 kids and got the 24 tokens for 20.00 special and we left with a ton of prizes. The people here are so nice and really help the kids to make sure they will not leave empty handed. If there is a specific toy they wanted and it was stuffed down, then they would move it so it was easier to get. They also would give tips on how to get them. Kinda small, but a fun place to stop if you're nearby. Mr. McDonald was really helpful and informative. The claws work, but seem a little "soft". We dropped a few that were firmly in its grasp. Talk to the workers before you buy tokens. They have a lot of information (extra tokens, stuffed baking). It was good, we'd go again.

This place is pretty cool, especially if you're taking kids. Turnover rate is pretty decent, that said selection could leave something to be desired for. Staff is VERY attentive, almost a little too much sometimes. Also, there is a bit of a mildew smell, I'm not sure if maybe they were having issues since it was raining but if you're sensitive to that it's definitely something to be mindful of.

This place is awesome! So happy to see a claw machine arcade closer to home. The staff are super-duper nice and helpful if you ever need assistance. The arcade is cute but the machines are hard to win. Every time we thought we had one the second the claw moved it would release the plushie. My daughter spent $40 which was all of her birthday money and was disappointed as she only got one regular sized plushie, one mini keychain and a bracelet that one of the workers opened the machine to help her get. In our opinion the machines are just as hard as the grocery store so we will stick to our weekly tries there.

Had a less than awesome experience here. The guy working the counter wasn't too excited we were there, and they way he explained the switching out of prizes was wrong, so we got super confused. It seems that the standard in these arcades is do offer a swap out of prizes. For example, if the machine is filled with apples and oranges, you win an apple but want an oranges, then an attendant will swap it out for the orange. But not here. If you want to swap, the worker puts the one you really wanted in an ?easi

I am writing this review using my moms account.This place was incredible! I saw that this was a new place while going to Chipotle and me and my mom decided to go to the place! For a small business the owners were really nice! One of them asked us if there was a certain prize we wanted from the claw machines. I had really wanted a dino plushie from on of the games. So he set it up just for me to win it! Best claw machine arcade I had ever been too.

This place was amazing! I never thought claw machines could be this fun. They have all of these unique plushies, a lot of them from Japan. The employees are very friendly and go out of there way to help you. This will be a date night regular for us.

Found this place by searching on Google, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. My kids, 6 & 2 had a blast and won so many prizes, (yes, even my 2 year old got to play!) We came here during their soft opening, so imagine how much more fun it would be when it is fully opened with all the machines. Will definitely visit here again next time we are in Vegas!

POpped in last night for date night with my girl, my first thoughts as we walked up were "man this place looks too small, like anxiety inducing small" and though it was abit clostrophobic in there westill had an absolute blast! Spend $100 and only got 3 plushies the claws grab the plushies then immediately let them go .. All machine does that and I put $10 on one machine and nothing it kept dropping them. I only got 3 plushie my son was sad because he said was to hard he said it kept dropping the plushie after he barley got the plushie the claw barley went up

Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this claw machine arcade. They were super friendly and took the time to explain how their system works. You can trade in your plushies and they will bank it for you to trade up to a bigger plushie!

Honestly, whenever my family needs a pick me up I have taken them here. The attendants are nice, the atmosphere is bright, and we've always managed to take something home. Love this place.

Cute place. Unfortunately we were there for 10 mins and didn't have much fun because the machines are severely rigged. I watch 6 out of 10 times the machines grab the toy perfectly pull it up in the claw, and then intentionally open the claw to drop it!! It made me and my 11 yr old mad. We spent $10 and that was enough. I TOLD HER WE DONT HAVE TO COME BACK.
