I ordered the PAC (Portable Arcade Cabinet) and so far, I am very impressed with the final product! Dennis was very hands on with me throughout the building process and even now, he's still easy to reach for any questions. I'm having so much fun playing games that were both before and during my childhood! Shooter games and pinball are 2 of the standouts on here! I highly recommend buying from Phantom Arcades!

My son in law has the Phantom Arcade made video console. It is sooo awesome. Thousands of games including all of the classics I love (Pac-Man, gold T Golf and pinball). The graphics and sound are incredibly clear. The size I of the unit is perfect and the wrap he put on it is customized to perfection. I doubt there is a better built arcade stand up unit on the market. Hours of enjoyment.

My family absolutely loves our arcade! Dennis worked his graphic artist to create the perfect design for the arcade with all my favorite things!! Plus there are 1,000s of games so we are never bored!!!

Working with Phantom Arcades to build my dream home arcade was such an amazing experience! Dennis is very knowledgeable about his arcades and helped make the process as smooth as can be. Phantom Arcades is without any doubt in my mind the best arcade cabinet people I have encountered . The Owner is a very polite and friendly person I have hsd many questions and all have been answered with friendliness . I was really looking forward to buying a cabinet . I had a particular cabinet ( The Final Boss ) in mind but unfortuneatly for me the cabinet will not fit through my front door as my door is 75cm wide and depth of cabinet is 88cm . I am naturally bummed out but it isn't any fault of phantom
