I liked the games for the kids; it was nice. The food wasn't bad, but the workers were. The lady at the front kept getting on the mic to scold little kids. We know kids run, but she didn't need to be so aggressive. It wasn't my kids, but it still came off that way. Lowkeyyy the ice cream carries it's really good

We were going out for some lunch anyway so we invited our daughter and some of the grandkids, 7 of them, to eat. Peter Piper Pizza has been a family favorite for years and still has delicious, freshly made pizza. Plus the kids live the games which is awesome for them to be able to do something different for a little while.

Extremely clean and pleasant staff. Always have a smile and willing to make service a great one. From the lunch buffet to dinner this hands down IS THE best Peter Piper Pizzas establishments in the valley 10 out 10

Went on a weekday at 4pm...perfect timing ... perfect for us grandparents taking the grandbabies out for dinner! Friendly Family Dinning.

Placed an order at 3:58pm. At 4:16pm attempted to pick up my order, cashier told me it would be out soon. Waited over 30 min. (My fault for waiting so long). Asked the cashier again. Wasn't ready, got a refund and left. Horrible service.

Got the buffet and while eating I find hair basically baked into the bottom of the pizza. Super gross. When I spoke to the manager working now as I'm writing this all she had to say she has no idea how the hair got there. NO EMPLOYEES NOT EVEN THE MANAGER ARE WEARING HAIRNETS.

I rarely post reviews but I feel like after the experience I had today I had to write about the service. I went in at 1:40 PM. The buffet ends at 2 and I was just going for 20 minutes to catch up with my family that was already there during my lunch break. Once at the register I asked for the buffet, the lady kindly said that they would be closing the buffet in 20 minutes. I explained to her that it was ok, there's was still a lot of pizza in the buffet line and I was honestly just gunna eat about 3 slices

Had our daughter's 9th Birthday Party ?? there, and overall, it was great! Only issue was that we were told we Could Not have certain decorations! But another group (party) next to us had the type of decorations we were told we Could Not bring!?

Let me tell you, the staff are a bunch of hard workers that even when short staffed they do their best to give the best quality of food and service they can, yes they can make mistakes from time to time but they will always try to make it right

First pizza came out with hard almost completely unmelted cheese. Was lukewarm. Asked to heat it up. "Nope we can't do that." Okay, I understand, but offer to make another one that's not. No, I had to ask and it was a very reluctant "ok"! No apology, no empathy, nada. 2nd one was better, but not good. Store smelled moldy, water was dripping in through the windows, felt very dirty. $14 for 1 topping pizza?! More expensive than pizza hut but not even close to the quality!

Pizza was delicious, but wings were sitting out for more than 20 mins , they never called my name out so I had to go to the front to ask for them and the girl said ?oh I lost your ticket sorry? by the time I got them my family was already done with the pizza.... also the taste of the wings wasn't all that great.

Love the cheese ?? from PPP!! No other pizza ?? is better than their cheese pizza! But I won't lie about the games though, they're so freaking expensive, I think! ChuckECheese games are only 1 or 2 tokens....PPP games range from 2-4 tokens but most of them are 3 to 4 tokens..... Heck no!

The buffets from 11-2 cost about 12.64 per person. That's including the drink. You get all kinds of pizza, bread, cheese bread, salad and cinnamon bread. So good. Or on a regular day a LG pepperoni or the works. My favorite pizza ??

I Came to enjoy my nephews birthday party and everything was going great, until i purchased 3 ice cream cones. Every Time we go it's always good to see the games the fun that kids have service is always good only thing I will say is too much of the reservation like I get it people want to have parties but what about the people that just want to go and sit down and eat not fair for those they should do a limit so that everybody has a chance to eat and have fun with there kids

The pizza is great, but the claw machines aren't. They make the claw machines near impossible for a kid to win something. My kid had a ball perfectly in the claw then it dropped, multiple times. Being mostly a kid pizza-arcade type place, they should make it where a kid can win and bring something home.

The pizza is okay but the restaurant is loud! Not a good place to go unless you don't mind the sound of children/people playing arcade games and running around the restaurant. We will go back to try the lunch buffet as it looks to be a great deal - all you can eat pizza, salad, drinks, etc. - at $8.99/adult. We're always looking for the bang for the buck!

Food was nasty girls don't use hair nets sometimes there's hairs on the pizza wings are always cold. Managers are bad.. and more Velma game room attendants don't help enough you see them on their phones instead of helping people. Last time i saw some customers vaping and they wouldn't tell them nothing. Alot of games out of service once i heard they turn off the carousel so they don't have to deal with small kids.

Ask for the pizza well done, to get that perfect under carriage and crunch on pizza! The Werx and New Yorker are my go to for sure every time!

Even with it being so packed customer service was great. I would like better clarification on where to pickup online/phone call orders. While in line under the pick up sign others in line were unsure if they had to go to the main line for pickup or separate line under the pick up sign. In the past they were informed to go to the main line. I wasn't sure so I stayed under the pick up sign.

I went this afternoon with my friends and we absolutely enjoyed it. It was the most fun I ever had. The employees were very kind to us and the toy guy even gave me two bracelets when my first one broke AND let me pick from a wider range of colors for my fuzzy dice than what was originally there. The pizza was made fast and it tasted great; me and my friends chilled outside before we left and they didn't mind which made my night, i even made a new crush while there. Overall a 10/10 Place.

Good place for the kids to run around, it's a bit packed when everyone is having party's. The pizza was really good since it wasn't super greasy like other places. The pizza would come out nice and hot when it was taken to the table. I really didn't get a look at the prices since we were invited to a party. I really liked that there was always an employee around cleaning or doing something to help the guest, even though they were totally outnumbered all the time.

Went for an adult party for retro memories but place caters to kids. Pizza was good but needed more toppings and chicken wings on came in one flavor which was spicy. Don't think kids would have liked.

We had a RESERVED birthday party scheduled at 3pm?we came in with our things around 2:45pm?pi?ata and cake in hand?and asked for our tables only to watch two staff search for my sons name on a table card(the very tables they were checking were full). We had to watch them ask their customers to relocate, they were obviously bugged by it, a problem that could have been avoided if they were on top of their reservations. Form all the Peter piper pizzas in the region i came to the conclusion that this is the best one to past the time with your kids or family. Games almost never brake down and the place is cleaned for the most part. Great availability when choosing a seating since half of the place is full of tables just enough so one is able to seat away from the partying family and have their own fun close to the games. The food was great. But when I went there was a lot of kids unsupervised. They were getting on top of the games, it wasn't safe. I couldn't play games because there was too many kids touching the button, of the game I was playing. The workers couldn't handle the kids. It's not like it was their job to tell the kids to get of of games in the first place. Horrible experience. Parents should be taking care of their kids instead of letting them do what they want.

Went for a birthday party the table was clean and the bench seats as well. The server did a good job keeping the party going. Kept the pizzas coming in, speaking of pizza, it was delicious! Most of the arcade machines looked clean but pretty tough when there's kids running all over the place. Order all good experience.

Only went for pick up and glad I did. There were so many people inside and kids running around everywhere. Employees had masks which is good but I'm still not comfortable with that many people. Food was ready fast and was delicious as always.

It's a great place for kids, although the pizza is subpar and the games are a little high priced. You'll need 20 dollars minimum to have a good time at the games.

I really don't have nothing against this place, it's great n all but wow the smell. I mean I'm not sure what was going on but it smelled like a wet dog. The air smell wasn't pleasant at all... I enjoyed the pizza and games which are awsome but they definitely need to replace the carpet or figure if their A/C units aren't giving the wet dog smell. Other then that I would've give 5 stars.

5 STARS! Always friendly and helpful but with this visit they went above and beyond. The 2 gentlemen working the ovens were very helpful, they offered to help me take out the my order to my vehicle since I'm using crutches right now. Keep up the good work and friendliness. The pizza was very good.

I reserved a table for my wife's birthday, but what's disappointing about this place is that you can't hire a mariachi band to sing happy birthday 2 songs the least because it's not allowed. We love Peter piper pizza, however the staff is rude. For the past 2 months I can't seem to be able to place an order over the phone. Alamo ,Pharr and McAllen PPP are always extremely busy and yet able to pick up phone. I asked cashier if they had phone trouble once I stopped on the way from Island and she said,"NO". Which means they just choose not to pick up.Unproffessional. 20 minutes, multiple calls and Noone picks up.

Today we came to eat at 11:10 am and tried to open the doors and they wouldn't open an employee cleaning the glass told us to use the other doors which we did. The only reason it's a three star review it's for the reason that half of there arcade games are down. They need to keep up with maintenance on them. I tend to go more to the one in Alamo since half of the reason you go to PPP is to play the games. The food is great and pitchers of beer also great.

Lunch buffet is definitely the way to go. You'll get a fair amount of bang for your buck. Quick and easy the selection won't overwhelm you, and you can be in and out in 25 minutes if you're on a clock.

The food is great! But customer services sucks! I am from Indianapolis Indiana and drove 24 hours just to see what this place was about! My boyfriend orders a pizza (he is tejano) they had no problem ordering his special pizza. Now when I (white girl) go to order a special pizza was told I couldn't ! Have loved Peter piper since I was a kid. This has not changed. They have removed the play ground, but have a great variety of games for children to play with. Of course, as always, they have the most delicious greasy pizza ever.
