Great food. Lunch buffet was amazing. Pizza is always good. The general manager is really nice and been there for a long time. Workers seem to enjoy their job and thr food and atmosphere reflects that. I worked there in high school. Most of it is the same but if it isn't broke youndo not need to fix something like this. Gameroom always renovating. Can use a bit of a increase of strength on the claw games. The prizes in gameroom always are high but honestly who cares. Places is a Harlingen staple. If yo
This is the third time that I try ordering pan pizza during the night time and I'm told they "don't have pan pizza". I called and tried ordering a large pan pizza. Brandon told me that they did not have large pan pizzas available, so I asked if they had extra large pan pizza. He said yes so I ordered it. He called me back and told me that it turns out they did not have extra large pan pizzas, since they "encourage customers to order different pizzas later at night". These workers don't want to work and lie
My friends and I like to go to this Peter for lunch and nothing can beat the buffet price at this place. Pizzas come out fast and very delicious. Idalaya was very nice and sweet when we needed some help with one of the pizzas from the buffet. Overall everyone here is nice and the service really good. I can tell they like working there and helping us out when needed but always with a smile. Great job guys!
We attended a birthday party and had a blast. The food (pizza, wings, & salads) were perfectly made. The machines available to play were fun & plenty for all the people who attended several parties that were happening that day. The restaurant & restrooms were clean and frequently revisited to keep areas clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked for assistance. We will definitely return to this restaurant. :)
Good pizza! And nice place for the kids to enjoy their bday party. The only thing I didn't like is that they take so long to clean the floors after people leave. Besides that all good with this place!
When it comes to pizza chains, no one can beat Peter Piper ?? Every single time, the pizza is great. It can be greasy at times, but overall, it's so good! Cheesy and not too much sauce Plenty of games for the kiddos so it can get loud. Great place for birthday parties. The manager is always on top of things and keeps the place clean. Employees are nice and help out when asked for something. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. 5 stars mang!
It's alright look ill give them props on the food but, the pizza was a bit over saucy under the NY 3cheese like it still needed more cooking or they just over did it. And the taste was super tangy of tomato paste. As far as the wings well 10 wings for abt $15.00 is preposterous I was like what the heck? For 10 wings seriously...???????? I'll tell you this I won't order that again yes they were cooked I told them to leave a but longer but guess they didn't pay much attention and some got burned under. The Ce
My kids like this place alot and we even had my daughter's birthday party there. They have many games for kids all ages and when we go get their prizes the employee's are really nice and very patient with my kids. The pizza has a great flavor and that's good for me. The last time I was there Marcus was very helpful ??. Definitely visiting often this year.
Pizza has gotten better over these last few mths. Looks like now they are made with love. PPP is my place to go for a New Yorker extra cheese extra pepperoni pizza ??
Love the arcade really sick awesome workers comet guy was really good I think Ryan was his name and Francisco helped me a lot when I didn't know were to buy the cards lots of improvements bravo ??
The kids had a good time and I guess that's what was important. It would?ve been nice spending a $30 on a good pizza but I guess it was give-and-take.
The pizza was made fresh to our order and was delicious. We had our daughter and 7 of our grandkids with us and they loved the food and especially the games
Best place to celebrate a birthday party
Went during buffet time, not much variety all pizzas were the same. But they tasted good.
I ordered lrg pizza got there in 15min. Asked to add on breadsticks. Girl gave me a remote/pager thing never went off. After waiting 30min seeing others order & get there food. I go up and ask. Girl oh your orders right here & I tell her your thing never went off. Mgr old lady came we can make the order again. So I can be there another 45min? I came home warmed all up in oven.mgr kept my receipt. Heads up their devices don't always work and they really had a no care attitude. I get it ; it wasn't their mone
You can never go wrong with their pizza. Tastes best right when you eat it there at the restaurant. Last visit I was greatly disappointed with the wings they were serving but by the looks of it they're back to their original and what can I say they were delish!! Went on a Monday, so not crowded at all and had lots of play time. My only complaint is the prizes given for the amount of tickets you have to get. I think this something that needs to be worked on, other than that my family left there with a small
Nice, clean, family friendly place with security and decent pizza.
Had my son?s bday party here. Reserved with 2 months anticipation and wasn't aware we couldn't have table decorations made of balloons before hand. I spent a lot of money to make the area look nice for pictures and memories and when asked why we couldn't have them up, they couldn't give us an answer. Had we known we couldn't decorate we'd have never come here in the first place. Apart from all of this, employees were rude and not willing to educate us accordingly about how parties worked since it was our fi
We go to this place when my kids do well in school as a way of encouraging them to keep up the good work. They upgraded their arcade to use points instead of tokens. The pizza is good.
Food is ok. Games are fun. Prices are a bit high but manageable. I'm upset at the calendar they sell you with the coupons you can't use with out so many ifs ands and buts. Why offer that calendar? Not the worst 3 dollars I've spent but definitely the useless I've spent. Total rip off with that calendar. At least I got a free cone out of it.
Seems like the quality of their pizza making has gone down. Very sloppy and crust was different sizes. Ordered 10 XL pizzas and none of them looked the same.
Pizza is always fresh and the staff is very friendly even when they are super busy. I like how they show you your order before you leave to make sure it's right ! I love the pizza from here !
the pizza was fine not really worth it for the price but it wasn't to bad, the wings is what I want to complain about $26.99 for 20 wings and they were terrible they had no flavor they were chewy they just weren't good at all. I paid $61 for two large pizzas and 20 wings, that's outrageous for that amount I thought i was going to get better tasting food. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Our little fam loves Peter Piper's! Harlingen's location is clean, service is up to par, customer care is decent. Food was hot and they've not messed up an order once. ??games are cool for the kiddos and if your coins get stuck, staff is happy to help you get your tickets. Tables are clean, carpets are clean, they'll put on your football game or whatever channel you request that they have. Great crew. Restrooms were fine. TP stocked, soap and napkins were available - trash can could be left near the door so
It's just like i remember it as a child! I'm glad they have stayed open all these years!
Best pizza sauce around. Love taking the grandkids here. It is pretty pricey though
We've stopped here before, and it was just as amazing as last time. I even talked to the oven master about how good their garlic cheese pizza was. As it turns out, its their only pan pizza, and it's completely delicious! The game tokens are very reasonable, and for 6 tokens, you can play bumper cars. Highly recommend.
Austin doesn't have a PPP. This place was a must to visit. The pizza was fresh and they have a great staff. I'll be here again soon! Thank you for a wonderful pizza.
The service is getting much better than before. The kids had a blast in the bumper cars. The food was fresh and tasted great. Served reasonably quickly despite how busy it was.
I would put a zero stars just because the worker Caleb yelled at my kid and scammed him tickets
Attended for young family member's birthday. Even though there were lots of other parties and lots of kids, service was fast, food was great, and there was a lot of space for everyone's party to spread out.
Great place for buffet. Hot fresh and ready to enjoy. I wish PPP was still around in north texas and the rides and games are a bonus.
Kids had fun at this place . Good pizza and salads
It's the end of the season and I still get the feeling their still figuring things out. I bought island pass & will hang in with them. I have motion issues & can't handle other amusement parks, have been Stung by a sting ray so the ocean makes me nervous anymore. BBQ is delicious. Paid $17 tho
Always a great time and food is always fresh
Lunch buffet was delicious. Pizza was hot and salad was always restocked.
Extremely friendly staff. Welcomes everyone walking in and says thanks as you walk out. Cleanliness is very good.
We had a blast. The manager I think she was. Was so nice. Food was good.
Fresh pizza constantly! Not like other buffets that sit there a while.
Food is great. There are new games and some retired from my last visit. It's a good place too let the kiddos loose for a while. Never really had a complaint whenever I visit.
Love Peter piper. This location seems fairly new so it's very clean. I came on a Monday and it wasn't packed.
Love the pizza but the atmosphere is bad. Saw a young girl get beat up by an older lady and nothing happened. I was in shock. Crazy. Do not recommend. If your kids go please be careful.
Everything was pretty good. Pizzas didn't take take too long, my granddaughters got to play games, got some prizes/toys and eventually got an Ice Cream cone purchased by their Uncle. Of course he turned around and the ice cream slide right off the cone leaving very little. guess it wasn't quite the right temperature.
This place used to be a gem. The food is great, however, the games are terrible. Half don't give you tickets. The ones that do aren't being set to their highest potential. The clam pearl is missing 4 balls, the clown knock down never works, the piano is set at slow/beginner, the claw machine doesn't clutch.. For the prices we pay, you end up with no more than 100 tickets because the games are slacking. The service is great but it varies because the turn over of employees is always young adults who don't see
Best time to go for the buffett is between 1-2. Peter was an awesome manager! He precisely got right to what was asked.
We went with our family and friends, to celebrate both family's kids' academic accomplishments. The food was ok. but, other than that kids had fun playing games.
Family friendly till kids have to leave lol
Excellent service!! Kids loved the game area!! Clean eating area & restrooms!! Highly recommend THIS place!!
Pizza and bread sticks are always great service as well.
Food was great but to many kids running around but I understand due to the environment.
So basically my funpass card flew out in the comet ride the lady tols me to get out when i asked if i could look for it.But before i had won 2 rolls of tickets one of 600 one of 100 so when i went to go cash out my tickets i waited a 30 minute line and when it was my turn i was refused service because i didnt have a card which was upsetting but i said it was ok ill give it to my friend who has a card then when i went to go give it to her a worker came up to me and asked if had a card and i said no it flew o
Juan, Orly and Jesus were awesome! Professional, courteous and GREAT. Helped with everything we needed. Best customer service and experience at any Peter Piper I've ever visited. Thank you all!
Fun Halloween night with family. Peter Piper Pizza had a wonderful Halloween event. My whole family had fun. Thank you
The food was great and very affordable with bundles available for families and party's, I really enjoyed how helpful the staff were and the kids loved the new Comet Roller Coaster it was perfect for them and they do want to go back so Five Stars!! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
I'd give it a five star rating if it wasn't for so many games being out of order. My little girl wanted to play on the little kids' games and rides but wasn't able to due to the fact that the rides and games weren't in working condition. The pizza was great along with the token options and packages. Salad is always fresh and the drinks are pretty good. I wouldn't change anything about this place, however the staff could focus a bit more on customer service and getting the kids to sit instead of running ever
Fun place pizza not so great but that's just an opinion so don't take it to heart. Service, lady who ran register was a bit rude and snippy. We just paid and walked away. I think she didn't believe my daughter was 10 bc of how big she is. But too bad.
Set up of tables is good for a convention or meeting but not for smaller parties...... need more variety of pizzas. To many of the same kind. Service was slow. Porters were on point keeping it clean as much as they could.
We really enjoy the pizza. The sauce isn't too sweet like some other places. The newly arranged interior is nice. It's a popular place to have kid's birthday parties so weekends are usually very busy and loud. There will be multiple parties at any one time. The game selections are pretty good. Lots for young and old. If you're wanting to sit, relax and eat.... During the week is the best time to do it. The weekends are a different story. They also have a pizza buffet during lunch hours Monday thru Friday wh
It's a lot like Chuck E Cheese except they don't have the group stamp system to ensure kiddos leave with the same group they came with. The pizza choices were limited but tasty, salad bar was nice, fountain drink choices were good. The only thing I didn't like about the drinks was that we were told they didn't have lids or straws. We had kiddos in our party and no lids equals spills. Overall it was a good experience. Kiddos loved the arcade.
They changed everything up in here. More people here and more fun. But there is a lot of accidents there kids falling down and kids getting lost. Its like a playground up in there .
Absolutely ridiculous don't put a sign on your door that says you have no water but you want people to go in and keep spending their money. Asked if we could bring in drinks from the outside since they have won't let you use the restroom aren't getting the water fixed and said no unfortunately spend your money by our food but we're not going to wash any dishes either because we have no water the managers are damn joke and you want people to go in spending 30 40 50 $60 and still having parties in there what
We had my granddaughter's birthday here this past Memorial Day weekend and the workers did a great job. They were very professional and attended the party well. I wasn't expecting such great service since many businesses are looking for people to work. Kudos to the staff!
Ordered a small Works with extra cheese. It was served hot and fresh. I love this place. Missed it so much because Austin didn't have one. Now I'm back in the valley. Thank you!
Very awsome and fun place ??
Recently had a birthday party here and it's great. 2 hour limit for parties feels short. Food was good and kids and family enjoyed themselves. They have security, so that's a plus and the management was awesome as well.
I don't know about other locations but THIS location is THE BEST. I have never had a bad experience here, the food is always great, the customer service is amazing like ALL THE TIME, and their restaurant is always so clean. Also, our cashier Brandon was awesome, he was very polite and helpful. This is the best PPP so don't bother going to any other one.
I've never had a dull moment at this place. I got to have a good time at my nephew's birthday ?? party. Pure nostalgia, and good food. If your vegan you can order the pizza with vegetables and marinara sauce and improv. However, I'm not sure if the bread is Vegan and didn't ask.
The pizza was great but the wings felt a little off. They were pretty sticky which I'm assuming is from their sauce. Other than that it's not bad to throw a party for your kid.
Great fun place for families
Love the app. Quickly order for pickup and food is ready time promised give or take 5-10 minutes depending on customer's.
One word: Chaos Edit: Gave this an unfair rating of 2 stars based solely on customer antics. Though it is pure chaos walking in; I have had nothing but good experiences with the employees. I've seen how fast paced the job is and have noticed the employees work well to get the food out quickly. Tables are clean and the game area is kept clean as well.
Made my pizza into perfection without asking for details or stressing my self out. Marco is one of a kind he made sure everything was on point I was not in a good mood he definitely changed that in a sec.
If I could rate this staff and the experience and the cleanliness and friendliness of this restaurant, it would be a 0. Horrible customer service from a manager by the name of Jesus. Ugly attitude from a lady by the name of Heaven and the man working the buffet. So today I decided to take me and my little girl to enjoy a buffet. When I arrived at the buffet area, the man working the buffet rolled his eyes at me when I requested a certain pizza. I just let it go and went on too the salad bar. There was lettu
Good food good atmosphere ????
If I could give no stars I would I visited this establishment march 2nd in the evening. As I sat and ate our dinner I overheard 2 young girls shouting please come on when I looked up I saw the 2 girls literally jumping on and begging a Peter pipers MANAGER to please give them FREE tokens the manager then opened an employee only door by the place where you redeem your tickets for gifts the 2 girls went into the room ALONE with the manager and they both came out with a cup each full of tokens. This was ridicu
I usually love it here but it takes forever to get your food , if you order multiple dishes they'll give you half first then the rest later but usually they totally forget your other half of dishes and you have to go back and remind them. Plus the line is always crazy long. Don't come unless you have time to kill.
While we were eating it, the pizza was delicious. It wasn't until later that evening everybody started having some tummy troubles. The atmosphere was not as clean or kept up as it should be. Dirty tables, no napkins, Empty parmesan shakers as far as the eye can see... they also to be very short-staffed, the wait time was pretty bad.
Cool place to have a birthday party
So we ordered one large regular pepperoni pizza at 730 it took over an hour for them to even make the pizza on a Monday night. When we went and asked they said sorry and barely started making it. One hour just for them to even start making the pizza, we have been there on a packed Saturday for parties and it never took that long this is just crazy.
Awesome pizza! I worked at PPP back in the 80s and youre still making the best pizza ive ever had!! Good too see that its still made the same way! Great job!
Lunch buffet ended at 2, just missed. They should get creative with the pizza that's left behind if there is any after lunch hour.
Had my daughters birthday party here. The food was good and girl helping us was helpful but the biggest issue was how long it was taking for the pizza?s to come out. Over all i?d say its like a 3.75 but i?ll give it a 4 to round up and give them the benefit of the doubt.
That day was just perfect ...the pizza was great...the manager was helpful and it was a little packed but still was very comfortable and my daughters had a blast so that's what made it perfect for me
my grandson's favorite place Peter Piper Pizza he loves his place because of the game room and delicious pizza nice place
My favorite pizza, always takes me back. Friendly staff even though they are always busy. A little chaotic in the sitting area but come on its a kids pizza place!
Went for buffet with the family and they didn't even have pizza ready. My kids had to get breadsticks til they were ready. I took my son to the restroom and they were completely dirty. If that what they call clean I can only imagine what their fridge looks like. Gross. I really like ppp but they need to step up in food preparation and sanitation
This place always gets super packed on weekends great timing on pizza the price was decent I had lunch with my cousin 3 of her girls and my 2 girls paid 45 bucks which was great. The employees at the ticket prize counter were not so happy just plain and seemed frustrated with the kids.
The pizza came eaten only crust ????
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
