Customer Reviews

You need to get early to get a table all tables are reserved for parties. Some arcades dont work properly out of service. They have a pinata area. Prices are really expensive you need alot of tickets to get good prices you can only get candies for 30 tickets. Need hand sanitizer stations around the games. Boys restrooms are bad.

1?5?25 came in, and it was awesome. I loved my chicken Alfredo pizza and garlic bread sticks, and it was always delicious. Thank you, peter piper for your hard work. It is always super busy and overwhelming, and you all still do a great job. As always, never fails. My pizza and wings are always on Par. Thank you, Peter Pipper staff. You're always overwhelmed on weekends, but you all still do a great job trying to keep up with all the chaos that goes on. Thanks, anyways appreciated as always. It's not easy

Peter Piper Pizza will always have a special place in my heart. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for consistently providing delicious pizza. Every time I visit your establishment, I am delighted by the quality and taste of your pizzas, Always Amazing !! The toppings are fresh and flavorful, making each bite a true delight. There isn't much more to say !! love this place

The food is always great and they have a great quality. We have no complaints. The service is good, the staff is efficient. The taste of the soft drinks are very good, the machines are well calibrated and the beer is good as well. I recommend the pepperoni pizza, it's so yummy and my kids love it! ??

Had a party here for the 1st time it was pretty strict couldn't really decorate or bring anything really balloons were fine but some candy stuff u couldn't found out that it's just this peter piper pizza that does this so honestly I wouldn't have another party here unless I'm desperate ?????

The product and service are excellent!! I don't thing anybody in the Valley makes better pizza! It's loud due to birthday parties, it's worth it because the food is A++

Best pizza ever. Ask for it light sauce bc sometimes they can put too much, but its still good. Great place to go and visit for good food and fun games. Theres also always parties going on, which is cool. They dont do tokens and paper tickets anymore so dont forget the reloadable game card.

The guy that works here really knows how to prepare great snacks. Highly recommend the drinks, elote and tostadas. It's amazing.

Personally Peter pipers is the best pizza in my opinion always so good when I go my son loves it but when they are hosting their birthday parties it gets a lil overwhelming with all the people and especially if your part of a party sometimes you can't tell where your party starts and ends but all in all love this place

Love the salad bar!!! But that's not all I like to order a pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and spinach ??

There is something nostalgic about the basic pepperoni pizza from PPP, but the NY 3 cheese pizza is amazing. Crispy crust, salty cheese, spicy pepperoni, it has it all.

We got there at the perfect time. Loved it

We stopped for dinner, the service was excellent, very helpful and the pizza delicious:)

Pizza is always delicious and it has a family friendly environment. The staff was very friendly and the kids love to go play the games

The establishment was lovely. Food, wonderful. Staff, phenomenal. I do have one concern though. The place was INFESTED with small, loud, disrespectful humans. Some of them couldn't even speak clearly, pronunciation was subpar at best. It was almost barbaric. There were times that I feared for my life. These humans were dirty, had no social cues whatsoever, it was truly a wild experience.

Arrived at 8:30pm. Ordered 2 XL NY 3-Cheese, Garlic Cheese Bread and Side Salad. Wasn't charged for cheese bread so had to go back later. After 25mins, the 1st pizza was ready. The cheese wasnt not running which it appeared to have been out of the oven for atleast 5 mins before we were called. We had to wait another 10mins for the 2nd pizza to be called. This one had hot, melted, running cheese (pic attached). Then we also waited another 15min for the cheese bread to be ready. Not what we're used to from

I asked to talk to the manager and they sent me a an employee i felt disrespected like i was not worth enough to talk to the manager himself really poor customer service

It's your average Peter Piper Pizza. Good pizza, and the kids get to burn off some energy after a long day of school. Definitely one of the go to family spots.

Came in for the lunch buffet this time around and was surprised by the variety of pizza available. The salad bar was nicely stocked and very presentable. Not too shabby for the price ($7.99). The only really gross part of my visit today was a cockroach climbing on the side of the booth.

Kind staff and clean restaurant, would definitely visit in the near future.

It was great service was amazing food was great and the games were awesome the employees are very nice sweet people God bless you all for being kind

Took them 45 minutes to get our food even tho we called ahead and told us 15 minutes. We get there in 15 minutes and it's not busy at all and the employees are gathered around chattering it up doing nothing. Made us wait an extra 30 minutes

Today Feb. 9th 2025 my family and I went to Peter Piper Pizza. We had a good time eating and playing games. While in-between games we checked how many ticket my son had won and he had already won 2,169 tickets. We continued to playing and I saw that my son had won 560 ticket on one game and I played a game and won 563 tickets my with played a game and won 448. My son continued to play and he won over 2,000 tickets combined. When it was time to leave and we checked there was only 2,679 tickets. Last game he

So crowded, no privacy.. you can even hear the conversation of the next party. It was understaffed and the floors were messy, trash everywhere. Should be cheaper due the quality.

Love taking my grandkids to play and have a dilious pizza.

It was crowded, but the kids had lots of fun and the food and prices are really good ????

Came here on a vacation from Michigan to revisit the childhood nostalgia, still the same great fun that I've had from years ago

We came here for my nephew's birthday. As we were setting up centerpieces and small candy bags, we were told by staff that they will refuse to bring out the pizzas (that were already paid for) unless we put away the candy. She also demanded very rudely. We complied anyway. We also had 2 pinatas, but when it was time to hit them, the staff told us we were only allowed to have 1 and made us remove the candy from it. Then, they caged the children 1 at a time as if they were animals so they can hit it. Lastly,

FOOD IS DISCUSTING AND THE SALADS ARE OLD. PIZZA IS SO SALTY AND GROSS. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE SODA AND ICE CREAM. THE PLAY AREA IS AWESOME. SO IF I WANT GOOD ICE CREAM AND A SODA AND TO HAVE A GOOD TIME THAT IS THAT IS GOOD FROM THIS PLACE. REALLY SHOULD SAY PETER PIPER SALT PIZZA. DO BETTER ON YOUR PIZZA.

Always a blast!!! The bumper cars are the best!!! My kids love this place

My kids had so much fun

Pizza was ok and salad was fresh. Their desert pizza is delicious and game room is clean

The manager Blanca Rodriguez hung up on me several times when I was trying to ask for a refund on an order that was ?not found? and would take an extra 30 minutes to complete. For one pizza. Completely unprofessional. Never coming here again if I could give 0 stars I would

My dad wanted to eat the buffet pizza, so I took my parents. Not bad to just eat and run, variety of pizzas and you can request a specific one. Ate a couple of slices and of course enjoyed the salad and second helpings.

It's a pizza buffet with a big game area including bumper cars. Pizza is decent, not great. More of a families with kids place. Stopped because needed a quick lunch. And remembered the chain from 50 years ago when it started in Phoenix.

It's a shame that this business has gone down. We asked the cashier about food allergies and their allergen menu, she had no clue what we were talking about, so we explained to her what my son could and could not eat. She still offered us food, saying the dough didn't have one item but then went on to say it comes with butter. It's still a dairy item he can't eat. We waited 15 minutes to get someone to come to the carousel to let my kids ride it. The employee had an attitude and walked off after the

This place is where I get one of my favorite pizzas. The New Yorker. This place is great to host kid parties. It's always packed on weekends due to kiddy parties. Only complaint are restrooms on weekends are gross. Good customer service. Beware of the carousel as it might just take the kids for 1 spin and then stop.

Best peter piper pizza in the valley excellent customer service they set up everything for the school field trip I am delighted with all there staff

It's a kid party pizza place. Has not changed in flavor throughout the years. Been going since the 90s and I'm very happy with the food.

I had my son's birthday party for the first time here at Peter Piper. Let's just say, it will be the last!! As I was setting up in a rush, for my guests, the manager came up and rudly informed me that I can't have any goodies on the table. Apparently it is in fine print on the website, however I saw no such thing. If it's stated online then fine but it was the way she told us about it. She wasn't advising, she was demanding that we remove the items. That's fine if they weren't allowed, but it didn't seem li

Had a great time ! Always fresh pizza! Not a lot of games were operating due to social distancing.

Super packed and customer service is pretty much either unhelpful or invisible. Definitely don't like the new cards rather than tokens. Food is mediocre at best.

Place smells like humidity, carpet needs work along with games. Restrooms looked dirty, floors sticky. The carousel got stuck, staff not very helpful. Guys working on the prices area were not very patient with kids and if they had 1 ticket missing tgey didnt give the prices, I mean cmon they're kids.

Went into this location on 04/01/2023. Pizza was great as always but the main reason we went was for the games for my son. Some if not most of the games were out of order or malfunctioning . Bumper cars were never available. Carousel was hit and miss but what really was the final nail in the coffin was that after playing the little games we could. We could not redeem our tickets due to the only redeeming station constantly breaking down. 1 station, 4 stations to redeem. One was already with tape signifying

??? ????? ?s ?????s ????? ????

Nice place They have everything

Great place for Parties loved the pizza also tried the wings they are good highly recommended this place. Loved it

Good food needs to work on product a little more though not cheesing properly and need work on the cooking time. Arcade room lots of fun but maybe try and upgrade to card swiping it will make it easier not to carry tickets.

It is what it is a place to let your kids/grown ups to go have fun food is way expensive too expensive eat before you go!!!

Had my grandbabies birthday party here. Always great service and food is always good. The only thing is my guest of honor aka birthday girl ,got there late giving us only 1hr party . So they removed are party 10 minutes before our due time. Literally were taking off our plates from table and throwing them away.

This place has been a part of my life since I was a child. Their pizza is still one of my absolute favorites! Their staff is very accommodating to their customers even when it is extremely busy. I love all the games they have in their game room as well. The attendants always try to help if there is an issue with one of the machines.

Had my son's birthday party today. Never again will I make his party there. Manager in charge sucks and so does his customer service. My brother went in early to make sure everything was ok and they didn't have our tables ready. They kept sending him to someone else, told him we had no reservations (when we did), told us they had the green table clothes when they didn't. In general service sucked, everything was really unorganized, and the pizza sucked today.

We got there and it was super busy but ordering was fast as there was no line. 2 pizzas and cheesy breadsticks took about 10-12 minutes and were delicious! There were lots of parties and reserved tables so mostly booths were available and it was fine for us. Overall a great afternoon!!!

My kid said it best - ?this is chuck-e-cheese for grown-ups.? Pizza + games + beer. Large dining area perfect for birthdays and big groups. Sometimes games aren't working - last time we lost several tokens to games that were not functioning - today my son only lost coins on one broken game and all others worked great. There's really only one major complaint about this place and that's the ear-piercing announcement of each and every order ready. The person calling out the information over the speaker system

Pizza is alright. But having the kids enjoy themselves with all the games, priceless.

I got the 2 for $24 "deal" against my better judgement since I thought the taste of good pizza would outweigh being ripped off. I was wrong. Not only was the pizza way smaller than the last time, it was overcooked, the sauce was non-existent, and the crust was too thick in an unpleasant way. Truly the worst pizza I've ever gotten from here. Also, dining in is the worst experience ever since unmasked children run around spreading their bodily fluids and accosting strangers while their guardians sit and do no

This is a place where I would always come to have funn when I was a kid and followed by bringing my own kids and grand kids for funn..thank you so much for keeping this place going ...

Excellent service !! Thank you for all your help . the shift leader was extremely helpful and all the cashiers were exceptional ??

Was here recently, food is basic, dine in is basic, its your typical place you see in the first toy story movie, kids running around unsupervised, parents not caring, games are a bit of an upgrade but still some are down or not working properly, the place could honestly be a lot better if there was better management

Nothing has changed at this place and that's the way I like it. Pizza by far most is the best in town. Recipe is still the same and tasty. Where else can you find a place that does not charge you for every condiment.

My son loves coming to this place after school. The service is very good there. They accidentally gave our pizza to someone else once and they gave us an extra pizza for making us wait. Only downside is the cost of games. Wish they were 1 token each. Also they need to add more variety to the cheap prizes for kids.

The pizza in the buffet area is bad.

Food is freshly prepared, made & cooked when ordered. Plenty of games for kids of all ages to play, lots of parking lot spaces.

Needs better organization both drink stations and ticket counter area. We stood in line for 5 minutes to fill our cups and had multiple people just looking at the line and not offering to help or guide people where they could go. Probably need to hire more staff on weekends to clean of table also. Pizza was good but service was not great.

The pizzas are delicious, no other pizza places can compare, delicious pizza desserts, cold beer and great ice cream plenty of games to play, family oriented, plenty of space for party & family gatherings.

The games way too expensive and not too add the ticket booth to exchange the prizes are stupid and cheap. I can go too the dollar tree myself or take my kids and get them better prizes. Not worth the money or time. When u can get better food some place else and better prizes. Not much of a clean place. The ladies restrooms 2 stools out of order and the sinks only one worked and only one soap dispenser that had hardly any soap add the paper towels none. Also restroom had a very weird smell. Would I be going

Good place to get pizza and games not amazing but good

Good family place. Love the pizza and the chicken wings. They carry a good menu to choose from. You can plan a party at this pizza place. They help you set up and they clean up after you don't have to worry about the mess. They have place where you can hang a pi?ata. The kids have a great time at the game section. They have game for every age even bumper cars.

Although the place recently got a cosmetic upgrade it has really gone downhill in terms of quality. This used to be some of the best pizza in Brownsville easily, but not it just doesn't taste the same, and one time I ordered a pick up pizza and it has a thick black hair in the crust. The pizza is still good but I think this place needs a wake up call to get it back to the glory days.

Pizza is alright, half of the staff is ok the other half don't care no more, place is a rip off to your money specially with the tokens, more than half of the machines are broken, either don't work or don't ever give tickets, 2 out of 5 machines you try work, when you find one that work it never has tickets or they are jammed, if you had a good prize in tickets the guys that come help you just give you some coins or a few tickets and that's it, not coming again, I rather have my kids play in their electroni

At the time i was there, parking was ample but when I got unside there were about 6 birthday parties reserved so there are only a few select areas to sit... soon it was crowded to the tune of rude adolescence running you over... it's a child-friendly Zone and energetic children are expected. If there were a larger area to walk this would not be a problem other than that the establishment and the pizza was great.. they put pretty much put whatever you want on a pizza however you want it. aside from the

My niece had her birthday here yesterday and I was very sceptical about their pizza but boy was it good. Their the works pizza was so thick with cheese and toppings and the crust was so crispy, not like the other guys where the crust is so soggy and limp, I was surprised. Their wings are not bad either.

Kids love it , parents love it! Great place to have fun with the family.

9-03-2022 Celebrated my grandaughter's fifth birthday party here. Were not notified before hand that snacks could not be brought in. It seems that they did not notify any of the other party holders. Many upset parents. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It took long to come out.

Excellent food, excellent games for kids and a great service

Great place for the family to enjoy ok pizza. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. After your meal the kids can enjoy the arcade room.

The pizza was amazingly good like aways!!!!! The reason I gave it 3 stars, because they seem to not really enforce safety during the covid19, the change cup eveeytime u refil rule, no one was following and the staff did nothing about it. also every table was dirty we ended up cleaning our own table just to eat.

Plenty of selections of pizza, along with salad choices and dessert to choose from during Lunch Buffet. Food is hot/ warm and taste good. Highly recommend the food from Peter Piper Pizza.

I just love Peter Piper Pizza. Its my favorite pizza. Just on the game area they need to be more attentive they told us to wait for someone to turn the bumper cars on. They took over 20 minutes and we literally had to go ask like 5 times until finally someone went.

In general I believe even a bad pizza is pretty good. Peter Piper has proven me wrong. I got a thin crust. It was dry and was barely warm. Might return to try the buffet some day after recovering from my initial trauma. Maybe other items are better?

Service was good. The pizza is not all that Great, ??My Opinion? Kids had allot of fun. We stayed there about 4 hrs. Salads are Delicious.

Love there fresh wings, combo with lunch buffet ??

Food was good.. the manager was not too pleasant ?? overall probably wouldn't return to this location. Breadsticks had to be redone because they were burned so that took forever.

Was waiting in line for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there. Only for the manager Maria to rudely tell me I had to stand on the other line to pay. She was very rude was not polite. There's a way to speak to the guest and tell them something politely and she's did not do that. I suggest her working better under pressure because being busy at a restaurant isn't an excuse to be rude to your costumers!!!!

Very friendly! Love the play area! Food quality could use much improvement. Not sure why..but the food tasted very different compared to the one in Harlingen. We do not see ourselves coming back here again.

ugh where do I begin. This place is pitiful. Why do I keep going back? is it childhood nostalgia? because it certainly isn't the pizza. I had what would be my last terrible experience with an online order. But this companies management is so terrible I never even heard back from my formal complaint with corporate via a direct email and even a formal complaint with the better business bureau... leaving me no option but to leave google review, lol. Just goes to show how IT trickles down from corporate and w

I came for the pizza because it's my favorite. I've never had a problem until today's visit. A lot of customers leave their items on the tables and no one is sitting. Took me 20mins to find a table. But before one customer was so rude and got in my face just because we had asked a employee to clean a table for us to sit which apparently was her table but no one was sitting there. Very rude and got me upset.

The food and prices are great. Although I feel they over rent their tables living no space for walk ins. I went on a Friday and it was close to impossible to get a table. So super crowded. Still recommend since they have their lunch buffet during the week.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
