Pete's Party Castle

Very fun place we went on a Friday. It wasn't really busy but I don't mind that because I'm an introvert but my kid had a blast. It was very cheap so if you wanna take your kids to Petes party Castle, I suggested you do so and the food was really delicious as well<3 when I pass through I will be visiting again !

Great family fun that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My daughter loves this place and that's good enough for me. The okay area gives parents the benefit of having a seated area that let's the kids run wild while Mom and Dad rest their feet whilst still having a clear view, and being within an earshot of the children.

It's a decent place to take your kids for indoor fun when it gets too hot outside. They also have food, which isn't bad. It seems to be that birthday parties are their specialty though. It's definitely worth a try

This is a cute little arcade/play place geared toward younger children. The interior appears clean but maybe a little tired. The staff was friendly. Food items were reasonably priced.

I can't thank enough everyone at Pete's Party Castle. The front desk was amazing, our hostess was incredible. She went above and beyond! We had over 20 kids and over 10 adults. My 4 year old grandson loves coming here. It's much better than going to Chunky Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!! My second visit for a birthday party. All the kids had a great time. The pizza was not very good. Tasted like it was out of a box like Tony's. But this was for the kids, so all good.

What an amazing experience having my son's birthday party here. From booking online, to having the party. Super easy and very affordable. We rented the big party room. Plenty of space, I didn't even decorate the room; there was enough going on in the room. The kids and adults liked the pizza and apps I ordered. Fried pickles best I've ever had. Nice place to let your kids run around. Trash and food litter the floor. Arcade games mediocre if they don't take your tokens. Service staff are just going through the motions. Kids love this place. The points from the games do not give you much when you cash them in. After 2 hours of play you will get enough for bubble gum or a tiny plastic lizard. Lighting is good outside for parking and it has security cameras.

There is a decent variety of arcade games to play, as well as a play area that is castle themed. The arcade "tokens" go a long way as opposed to other arcades in the area. It's an ok kids establishment but it's gaming section especially on the back end past Toddler town are very outdated in poor condition. I bring my daughter here at least once a week. It's always pretty laid back, not every crowded. I love the place and atmosphere, but I do think they should have more for the toddlers other than a few kiddy rides.

This is an excellent place for younger children to play! The staff are helpful and friendly. Establishment seems clean considering all the little kids running everywhere. The only thing is, be sure you go in the play structure if you have todflers as the bigger children aren't always watchful or careful around tots. A few of the games were not working, but other than that- great place!

We had our daughters party here today and the kids loved it. They use cards now instead of tokens and tickets which made it a lot easier with the kiddie rides and games. The pizza was good and we got a cute party room with balloons. The price of the party was fair and was helpful to have it elsewhere so we didn't have to prep our house. Overall I give it 5 stars.

This place is great for the younger aged kids. I would recommend an age group of 5-13 because outside of that might not be fun for them. The pizza is surprisingly good for a place like this. It's worth making the visit.

They are under new management, so disregard the older reviews. This place is awesome, much calmer than chuck e cheese. The playground is a huge hit with the kids, and the place is very clean all around. Good service and very easy to keep eyes on the kids even if you have multiple.

Wonderful birthday experience. Booked my party a week and a half out, great value. I've done home parties and I've done parties at places and this one was by far the best. The kids were happy, my house didn't get wrecked, the food's not bad, either. Kayla was my personal party host and she was so attentive. Fun place for the kids. They always have a great time running around and playing. Some of the machines took tokens. Some did not give tickets. Their online party reservation system is a sham. They don't check it and neither do they honor any reservations that have been made online even after a deposit has been paid. That being said...Their party room will not hold more than 18 kids comfortably and if you want to set it up properly, be prepared to do it yourself with no help from the staff. Great indoor place for the kids on those too hot summer days

The kids had a great time but I was not impressed. The pizza was not good. The parry attendants were not as attentive as they should be. Most of the entertainment for the kids is through token run games. The kids get a set number of tokens depending on the party package and they go fast. Once they run out the kids are constantly wanting more money to keep them entertained. It is really big and open which is a plus if you have a large group

I don't recommend this place for a birthday party! First, the price to just book a table is not what is advertised on their mobile site! When I went to book, the $30 on the site became $50. I feel Pete's party castle is getting better. The food is much better and faster. I do wish that they would have better prizes for the tickets. We spend a lot of money when we go in and my girls are older. They end up giving all their tickets away because the prizes are not good. It's really messy. I get there and there are no clean tables. There are people's item at each table so it's hard to know if someone is sitting their or not. Their pizza is tasty and cheesy though. It didn't take long to get the food so that's good. Eventually, they did disinfect the tables. There's no one wearing masks in there so that is something to take into consideration.

She beat on the door until they finally opened it and let her in. Then we get here and have to pay the extra admission for each additional child beyond 5. Not a bad place. Not overly crowded and seems to have a good variety of games for the kids. The food area isn't the cleanest, which I guess is the reason for an 80 on their health card score. I'd bring kids here to play games for an hour or so.

Do not waste your money! Almost all the machines were broken and most took our money. Made this aware to an employee who was supposed to tell the manager whom we never saw. Not to mention i couldn't used a good cleaning. Looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a year. This used to be a nice place to take your kids. I am sorry, but a little effort and TLC should be given to your games. They should be clean and functioning properly (provide tickets as expected and NOT take your tokens w/ no game). Overall, it is a good place for children 7 and under...maybe 5 and under is more appropriate.

Our son, who us 12 years old and Autistic, discovered this place on google. We drove over from Fairhope and it was totally worth the drive. Super autism friendly, clean and safe. Tons of good video games and much larger than other arcades we've found. Most games only cost two tokens so it's cost effective too... Highly recommended by the Jones Family!

Love this place. Cheap fun it's a little sticky so bring a wet wipe and give your children a bath afterwards. But can not recommend enough we have been coming here for years. Great for the little ones.

We've been going here since my oldest was 2 years old. It's been through a name change and several owners since then. We love Pete's, the playground, the arcade games, and the friendly staff. Very reasonably priced! My 4 year old loved it. However I was very hungry and had to wait close to an hour for food. I only took a few bites of it and threw it away because it did not taste good and I wanted to like it.

This was a fun place. it's super busy, though and can be hard to keep up with your kids at times if they're running in separate directions. You can't exit unless they buzz you out, though. They need to reinstate their bracelet policy though to make sure no one possibly leaves with a stranger.

My children love going to Pete's Party Castle! Tokens and admission are not expensive. The admission is $3 per walking child, but if buying tokens or food then you get one free admission for every $10 spent. I do think that their ticket prizes could be better though...

I'll agree with other reviews that you should not eat here. Pizza was an undercooked frozen box pizza. Chips and salsa were ok but it was obviously pace salsa and some mission tortilla chips. There were only 2 staff members which left the facility unattended or thinly staffed. Many parents were not watching their older kids which left them free to run over the big ones. (Of course the last criticism is not the fault of the facility.) Pete's is really over priced for what it is.

My grandchildren love this place! Everyone is very nice and they also serve food. They love the chicken tenders, fries and pizza.
