So glad we stopped last night, it was late and wasn't sure we would find anything open! Cheese steak was top notch, slaw dogs were great! Gotta have a shake and funnel cake to end the night! Will be back ! All Good

I have passed this place many times and finally decided to stop. I realize I have been wasting money on fast food places when I want something quick and affordable. This place is a great restaurant with excellent service, fair prices, and great food. I ordered take out but would not hesitate to relax and enjoy my food there. I had one of the best cheesesteaks and some of the best fries I have had in a long time. The hot dog was great as well. Prices were fair, service was quick and food was awesome.

Got a dog all the way. Cheese wasn't melted which would have been a plus but it hit the spot. Going to try the cheesesteak as well.

Fast, fried, order-at-the-counter food, but not bad for what it is. Very fun atmosphere, attached to an arcade, great music playlist (pop and hip hop hits of the early 2000's), clean restaurant and great service! Staff were personable, friendly and fun to talk to. My black bean burger was good and my date liked their "All the Way" hot dog. Chocolate banana milkshake was good too. Fries were good; old fashioned drive-in style. Street parking. Only food open late on weekends in Honesdale.

Despite what some locals think, this place is a fantastic option for some good food in town. The obvious things they do well are dogs, burgers, fries, gyros, and cheese steak. I do wish the gyro was a little more fresh, but it's excellent still. Arcade in the back could use some extra staff. Seems like every time I'm in there with my kids, there are some grown men doing doing sketchy things or cursing ridiculously loud. Maybe just let adults with kids or just kids. Stopped here as soon as we got to town. Ordered two dogs, a cheesesteak, and funnel cake. Food is very reasonably priced and top notch. Dogs were cooked perfectly and the "all the way" was awesome. First time at Paulie's, and it was a pleasant surprise. Went to check out the hotdogs, and also tried a chicken cheesesteak with some fries. Everything was very good. Only stopped in for take-out while in the area but wish I Could've stayed. Real at-home vibe, an arcade, the food smelled excellent and you could watch it all be made. The staff is super involved with the customers. Even go above and beyond to recognize and show appreciation when someone leaves a tip. And besides all that, GRAVY FRIES ON A CHEESESTEAK.

We were in the area for Christmas and I was excited to give this place a try for hot dogs. I indulged and went with a small order of disco fries, The Gravy Train, and a chili dog with onions. Disco fries were very good... That brown diner gravy that I enjoy. Not too thick, but not watery. The chili dog was a simple, inexpensive hot dog with chili and diced rae onion. Everytime I go to Paulie's I always leave impressed. The cohesiveness between the crew and the way that they all work together like a well oiled machine, no matter who's working that day, is something that you really don't see at a restaurant anywhere. The staff always seems welcoming and friendly to customers as well. Oh and their food is great and fairly priced too!! Highly recommend.

I'm from Philly. I'm calling out to all Philly ppl,. What does a cheesesteak hoagie mean? It means mayo, lettuce, cheese, onions, tomato, or does it mean a cheesesteak on a hoagie roll? Hella back! I bought onion rings, they taste like Chinese store dirty oil that has not been cleaned in months, USE no the taste.

I really enjoyed both times I've been here. The staff is really kind and very fast with service they give this small town a little more charm. I had the chili dog and some fries and couldn't have been happier, I recommend getting fries with whatever you order because they were perfect. I've been coming to Paulie?s for years and just looked them up to modify my 5 star review after another excellent experience. But to my surprise, I never left a review for them yet! It's never a disappointment and they're always very consistent. Great service every time. Even better food! Says they're Philly cheesesteaks were voted the best. Ummm ?? yuck. Steakum was wet, bread was a steak roll ( not Italian bread) which was soft and soggy. Tasted like the nasty cheesesteaks from the Wayne county fair ??.. My daughter did say the wrap was pretty good... I will go back and try their hotdogs though.

Today was me and my hubby?s 1st visit to Paulie?s and it definitely won't be our last. The staff is amazing! They are friendly, kind, appreciative, and hard working! The dining area is nothing fancy, but at the same time it is perfect. There are some tables and booths and a game room adjacent to it. You order at the counter and let me just say the choices are plentiful. Of course we had to try some hot dogs: I had the Chicago and hubby had the Coney Island, both were cooked, executed and tasted wonderfully.

Great food, warm atmosphere and stellar service. Been a couple times and sent my parents there. Haven't had anything to eat there that I didn't like-- hot dogs are great, the gyro is stellar, cheese fries are slamming, and it's all priced reasonably. Wish we had something like it in my area.

Very good place to grab some hotdogs and fries. My kids enjoy the chicken basket and fry combo, and the chicken wings. Friendly staff and good service. There is a nice game room for kids in the back. There is also a pool table and music. This has also become a popular place for the youth in Honesdale to frequent and all are fond of the place. A decent place for a quick bite and food has always been good.(They deliver in the local area)

The food was really good. I can see at times they can get very busy , so be patient. Its Its worth the wait. I see some people that leave bad reviews about the petty stuff. Sloppily put together. This is a chicken ranchero use to be full of bacon, cheese, lettuce and dressing now it's just dry chicken tenders in a sloppy wrap. Even gave a 15% tip when I had to pick it up myself. Paulie?s has definitely gone down hill.

Literally drive for an hour once a month to go here with my friends. We found the place by accident 6 years ago and are still coming like clockwork. The one guy there is a total clown and makes it worth the trip, him and the game room that is, lol. this place rules! we were staying at the hotel wayne traveling to a concert in bethel woods, we beat the traffic and ate here at 11:15ish. service was amazing the guys were so friendly and funny and the food was cheap and delicious! i wish i could come back more often!

I just paid $9 plus tip for a Gyro w 4pc of meat. Disappointed is an understatement.

French fries are pretty good, and the girl who took our order was very friendly. Arcade was a disappointment. Claw machines are filled with junk. The air hockey table is absolutely filthy, is not fully functional, and timed out before either of us reached 7 points.

Large assortment for choices of what you want on a dog and if you want something outside the hot dog family, try a burger or gyros. Fries are great and they make a real good smoothie. Worth going to. Kid friendly with a game room. Give it a try!

Visited Pauline?s for the 1st and last time today. The food was average. It was food-nothing special. However what will ensure I NEVER go back is the sour attitude of the staff. I always tip well (and I gave 15% when using my debit card). A smile and a thank you ho a LONG WAY to ensure repeat customers. Friendly and attentive staff. Bacon and cheese fries were absolutely awesome! Kids tried fried perogies for the first time and loved them (said the mashed potatoes inside were the smoothest and tastiest they've ever had in a perogie). Chicken cheese steak hoagie and regular cheese steak hoagie were great-lots of meat, just the right amount of cheese, and a soft roll to go with it all. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back and eat there again!

The prices have gone up while the quality has gone down unfortunately. They stopped doing deliveries which, in my opinion, was what one of their best qualities aside from their deep fried Oreos. If you are looking for fair food all year, this place will suffice.

Great, fun place. Clean, and you can imagine how hard that is to do at a hot dog place WITH an arcade, to boot. Amazing food, find, and atmosphere. Even though their hot dogs and fries are their cornerstone, they have ice cream (when in season) and a diverse, great menu. Truly the local place to go to for food. Worth traveling miles for, will definitely be coming back.

Ordered burgers, cheese fries, cheese steaks, gyros, and wings. The burgers are delicious, with a wide array of toppings to choose from. They literally slather the fries in cheese. I watched them ladle it on. The cheese steaks and gyros are great too. Their wings are some of the best in town, and they use the best blue cheese dressing.This place is awesome. If you eat in there is a nice arcade for the kids, or they deliver until midnight. The open kitchen is nice and clean. Well done people!

Fair favorites at fair prices. We've been patrons for years, and never once had an order that didn't meet or exceed expectations. It's always fresh, and the portions are large. Bonus: their fries actually travel well, so this is a good place for carry out or delivery.
