We decided to hold my son?s 8th birthday party here and we were not disappointed!! Bowling was great with plenty of space and fun for everyone. Party room was a bit small, but served its purpose for people to eat and then get back to the fun. We did have 18 kids plus family so it was expected to be a bit tight. Food was good, and the arcade was a hit with everyone! Would definitely recommend looking for a fun weather proof birthday party!

It's got a cool atmosphere for sure it's just a shame they can't be bothered to oil the lanes except for league. Damn lanes are bone dry and hard to manage. The ball returns also leave a lot of rubber r and scuffed some brand new balls. However? Great prices though great staff and I'm telling you? Mark in the proshop. Went there for a child?s birthday party and it was a great place. They had bowling and an arcade and a bar so there was something to do for everyone. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating for anything we needed for the birthday party. I would definitely go there again with my son and friends. Definitely a good place for a birthday party or just a weekend day trip.

So we just had daughters 3rd birthday today. It was great my three-year-old and her little friends had A-blast at the bowling alley. Pretty nice bowling alley! We went to pass some time by and the guy at the counter helped figure out what price package was the best for us. We have a great time and using the computer for the score was really easy and fun!

Excellent fun for family or just yourself, very clean and staff was super helpful with sizing and getting shoes, very polite. Snack bar was not open when I arrived at 12:30p , Patel?s opens at 12p. Played 3 games with rental of shoes $13.

Love this bowling alley been bowling here since it was hoe bowl on the hill the staff is amazing the lanes are amazing and it's so clean and amazing arcade and snack bar is delicious and the bar has amazing drink options I love bowling on league here and will always be here cause it's a great place for fun

Traveling from out of town and wanted to get a few frames in. We found this place from Google. We had a lovely time and was pleased with the different ways to play by time or games! The staff member running the counter was personable and professional. I highly recommend!

I'm here for a tournament but the lanes are really nice and looks well maintained and recently updated. They also have cosmic bowling here for fun entertainment. Also they have an arcade room at one end of the bowling alley.

We had our teens birthday party here and the owners were so friendly, patient and accommodating. Some of our party members were late and the staff were very patient and polite. They kept everything running smoothly despite how busy the day was (multiple parties and a league playing on top of regular Saturday crowd). Everyone in our party had a great time, everything was clean and ready to go. All the party planning was provided, we just had to show up with cupcakes. A huge time and sanity saver for parents.

Patel?s is the best. Customer service 10/10 as well as vibes. I can't wait to return!

Lanes were in good condition and the place was clean. The guy at check in hates his job and it shows. But we still had a great time!

I haven't been bowling since 95 but almost every bowing Alley I've been to has been for leagues, I'm glad you guys allow open bowling and I will be back at least once a week.

The owners have put a lot of love into this place and it shows. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great place for a birthday party or a night out with friends. Bring the kids, they'll keep themselves busy in the state-of-the-art arcade. Bonus - their pizza is really, really good!

My husband and I had our wedding after-party at Patel's this past weekend and it was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and accommodating (we arrived a bit later than our scheduled start time!) We had so much fun doing unlimited cosmic bowling with our guests, we also did a round of laser tag which was tremendous fun and a great value for the price. Some individuals not pointing fingers, but the man behind the arcade price place does not know what to do. He yelled at me for bowling correctly will not be coming back to this horrible establishment. I am a pro bowler by the way.

We called ahead to check availability and try to make a reservation and told them the time we were looking for. We were told they didn't take reservations, so we just came by at the time, hoping for the best. When we arrived (at the time we mentioned we wanted to reserve) we were told we couldn't bowl because leagues were about to start. EXTREMELY disappointing customer service and extra difficult with 6 kids with us.

Cash only bar. They closed our lane at 9, while we were in the 5th frame. Snack bar closed at 8 Lanes are great. Shoes were clean. People were friendly. We had a nice time.

I did not realize they have bowling for wheelchairs. Fantastic. The staff are so helpful. We will definitely go back.

I attended a birthday party here. Alot of fun! Great staff! I wish I got the bartenders name that served us. She was super nice. She worked at the bar on Saturday June 1st at around 4 to 7pm. The facilities are clean and up to date. Nice game room and huge laser tag area. Also nice sized arcade room and not too loud. Cosmic bowling with excellent music! Try it out!

Took my Dad and 7 of his friends wednesday afternoon for his Birthday. Wanted just a chill time with some bowling food and drink. Even called a couple days ahead to make sure things would be open and i would not have to book in advance. Got there to find the doors closed. Only unlocked at 3:05pm. and told that food and drink only opens at 6:00. Asked if we could order something in for my dads birthday. Answer, No use vending machines... This place is great. The bowling is great, the laser tag is so much fun even for a middle-aged mom like me, and the arcade seems to please the young folk. The food is actually delicious too! Come and bring your whole family! I love Patel's Kingston Lanes!

What a face-lift this alley has undergone in the last few years! Not the same alley I went to as a high-school kid ....let's just say.. several years ago. Clean, great arcade and even laser tag. Excellent for parties or just a game of pool at the bar. My kids love coming here

We have always had a great time at Patel?s. It's super family friendly and definitely the best laser tag around! The snack bar is great and has fair prices..And as an added bonus,Alex and Daniel at the front desk are such great employees!

This business makes a great effort for a well maintained and fun environment. It is a solid bowling alley with a decent snack bar and beer bar. Ok to take anyone even on weekend nights with a broad mix of people.

It's a fun place to be at. Bowling is always fun but this place makes it way better. It's perfect. Not alot of people in this place. The arcade is also fun too. Low prices. In the arcade there are deal such as, if you purchase 50 credits you earn 10 for free. It's a fun place to take kids and it is wheelchair accessibility. The staff is friendly as well as the food. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had fun and it was my only time there. But, unlike many bowling alleys there wasn't any music. While the snack bar smelled great, I never saw a menu of options, so I didn't get anything to eat. I also had a hard time finding bowling balls with the larger finger holes that I need. Plenty of lanes open. Lots of parking available. I'd go back again, but it's not 5 stars at this time.

Every single time I come here I am surprised by how rude and dismissive the staff is. It seems like any group larger than four is met with confusion and frustration. Prices change depending on who your asking. The bar has insulation falling from the ceiling; nobody accepts anything but cash; they genuinely don't seem to want new business. Place was clean, ran efficiently so they had enough staff. First time bowling in years like almost a decade so the interface to type in the bowlers names was nice and easy, plenty of balls to choose from. I would definitely go again if not for the bowling for the Lazer tag.

Place needs some updates, the arcade is okay but the prizes are a bit lacking. The kids love it though. There's not much in Kingston, so compared to other things you can do in this area this place is tops. However it doesn't stand up well against newer bowling alleys and arcades. If you're looking for something fancy and modern you'll be disappointed. However if you are just looking for a place to hang out or some simple family fun time you've got it right here.

My husband and I had a great time tonight with family and friends bowling, eating, talking and laughing! They have really put alot of money into the place. It looks REALLY GOOD! It is a great place to have fun!! Happy 2020!

Your average bowling Lane. I prefer the cosmic uv bowling lights off, which they did start with. The employees were helpful when issues came up. The rental process was simple, 6 of us payed 12 dollars each for 2 games in two lanes. What stunk was that there was no way to change the names in the games to set up a bracket system. For a Saturday night, it didn't seem that busy. Overall, not a bad place to blow two hours.

Cosmic bowling is lame without music. Disappointed that they ask customers to pay for the music. Whole vibe ruined. They should invest the $ to play music at cosmic bowling. Don't think we will return here.

Clean friendly environment. All NYS/CDC Covid guidelines followed. Masks mandatory. Sanitized balls wrapped for are protection. Many hand sanitizing areas. Clean bathrooms. Overall a safe and fun adventure for you and your family as long as you follow all social distancing guidelines.

All though I'm not from there I travel a fair amount to different Bowling Centers and it is always nice to go to a center that is clean and well run , when arriving don't be fooled by it's rough looking exterior because when you walk in it's a whole new world , if you have kids they and you will be impressed with there game room all in all this is a fantastic place and would highly recommend this place from the tournament bowler to the family just looking for a place to have fun

Horrible experience. Took my girlfriend and her 10 year old son here on mother's day. Trying to enjoy ourselves and have a great time. Both my girl and her son have never bowled before. The girl at the counter refused to let them use bumpers because the kid wasn't "8 or younger" So instead they got to bowl gutter balls for 3 games straight and struggle to score above 30-40. Just ridiculous considering the fact we gave this business 45 dollars to have a GOOD TIME. Why would u not want your customers to enjo

I took a camping trip to the lanes to play. Even though they knew 200 people were coming they didn't open their concessions stand. You could only get things from the vending machines. No hot food or sandwiches. Other than that all else was good. The kids had a Ball.

There is so much to do in this place. Kids and grown ups can have fun, dinosaur haunting, laser tag, arcade games, all is great for family time or just a good night with friends. Good for birthday parties.

Came for a party, was a very good deal, Lazer tag was a blast. Pizza could have been served hot though. But otherwise a great time!

Here for a tournament, it's got nice lanes, open feel. Seating area is a little non existent outside the lane area. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, but the people are nice if that counts.

Took my children today who used the free summer bowling program. They had so much fun. The bowling alley was clean and had friendly service. Looking forward to returning.

Arbitrary and inconsistant enforcement of rules is frustrating. Group of 8 and 9 year olds using ramps and not throwing balls...can't use bumpers. Next time we're there... bumpers for teens. Management was rude and dismissive vs try to work with the party group of mozed kids to make it work. There are better places to go. Should mention a party of mixed ages and special needs. Rules are good. Inconsistent enforcement and unwillingness to talk through special case is not. Rudeness always unacceptab

Great bowling alley. The lanes, machines and arcade are all updated. Drinks at the bar are cheap and they have a lot of beers on tap. The bar is cash only but the billowing alley accepts credit cards.

a little rundown, this place has great memories from me when I used to come here for birthday parties when I was a kid. It has fallen off a bit, but it has a great communties and open lanes

Good lane conditions, great arcade, best $2 bowling socks. Happy that they recently put in new seating to replace the crowded awkward tables they used to have on the lanes.

My kids love all the great video games but my kids are 10 and 11 and they normally spend about $20 per half hour which is the only problem with the games they are normally $0.50 to a dollar each

The lanes are way to greasy and the service is subpar the drink machines are over priced and the bathrooms are scary. The balls are chipped and the weight is not right. The food service is really bad.

Went here to film a student project. The price was good and they had no issues with us bringing in our camera as long as we kept other people out of the shots.

Good bowling. Very busy. Very noisy. An arcade the kids love. Very few people are wearing masks if that matters to you.
