This place has Choco Taco ice cream. Not the same as the dearly missed pre-packaged treat, but basically what a batch of them would look and taste like after a few seconds in the blender. ??

Best ice cream around with many options to choose from. Jay always remembers our orders and never misses a chance to add a personal touch to visits. How he is able to remember all of his customers is a mystery, but it makes this hometown ice cream shop the spot to visit.

I took my daughter and a bunch of her friends and for Icee and ice cream for her 11th birthday. The owner Jacob was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. Somehow he managed to serve all of us as well as other customers coming and going and he even caught my four-year-old about to walk out the door into the street and alerted me! This is an absolute Gem of the community. They have indoor seating as well as benches out front and they serve ice cream, Italian ices and have a huge candy selection. T

I've been going here for a few years now, and always recommend paradise ice cream to others. Jacob has always been super friendly and accommodating to my family. The ice cream is always fresh and I have never seen such a variety of flavors. He has the best prices in town. Highly recommend.

Listen, I just moved to Shirley a few months ago and struggled to find a cold stone which has always been my fav. Until I tried paradise ice cream omgggg! Absolutely love it. Pistachio is my all time fav! Great customer service as well and very reasonable.

The place is quite vintage, it smells old too, the guy its very nice and he have a good vibe but im not a fan of the ice cream or the milkshakes, milkshakes are supposed to be Thick , the milkshakes are watery and they dont taste good because they add too milk so the ice cream flavors fade. They just dont taste good. Not many flavors to choose from. Maybe its because we are in November? Not sure ??

EVERYTHING about this place is great! Has the BEST icecream with so many flavors & "odd" ones. Different seasons have different ones such as Keylime Pie in summer & Pumpkin coming out. Both are my favorites. If looking for ices such as sooth your mouth when can't eat after dental work get their ices- reco root beer & watermelon. Owner is super sweet!! He fills containers all way to top. Love there's a drive through window!!!! Only negative is when he closes after season (winter)??

The varieties surpass any other ice cream spot. They have hard to find candy and by far the best selection of candy. They also have many flavors of slush puppies. If you haven't been here stop in the owner is also the employee. Play a game of air hockey and just relax. Great vibe in this shop. Love it here.

Brought my daughter here to cheer her up after her friend from school moved away. She was so happy here, and the man who works there is so nice. The ice cream is delicious. And they have candy. They also make smoothies and shakes.

My family and I moved out here to mastic beach about a month ago and at first I was a little nervous about the area. I keep finding these great areas and from the great reviews my family went last night and I had the banana split and my wife and daughter had the sundae and besides the excellent service the quality, quantity and price was more than 5 stars...I will definitely be coming again. Amazing ice cream shop with tons of nostalgic candy and delicious ice cream flavors. Felt like a kid when I saw all the candy I grew up eating. Great prices as well. The service was amazing, was offered many times to try out any ice cream flavor I'd like. I tried out their icees, better than Ralph?s in my opinion?they had a Swedish fish icee flavor, yummy! One of the best ice cream shops on the island that I've been to for sure!

The owner is so cool lol. he sells ice cream i said he was cool. Anyways. So the owner has alot of flavors an topping s he also has a variety of candy's. Some i hadnt had since i was a kid. Its atmosphere is really nice he's got tables set up he also has a few pinball machines you can sit outside on the benches also if you don't know you can also go through the drive-through to receive your ice cream if you are not able to get out of the car so I give him 5 stars

I've always passed by this place, curious about what they offer and about the arcade machines which they advertised on their windows, and one day I thought I'd step in. Huge disappointment. Place looked filthy, it's like they only clean the half of the shop where the counter is. Ice cream is ridiculously expensive but no better than what you could buy at the store, or an ice cream chain. The hazelnut ice cream is only $3 a cup and very, very good. Add some toppings if you want too, I like it plain but add some banana ontop or whatever and it'll be great.
