Cashier lady cashed out my ticket assuming it was winnings for another guy. After having to chase him down and losing track of him she says she's not responsible for me losing my money though she assumed it was his. I've been an avid customer tipping all the attendants everytime I win. To be told I'm basically screwed after all I've done feels like there's no real system in place to conduct business. You can lose all your winnings off of a mistake from the cashier and no one be held liable. I'll never
