Customer Reviews

Great, laid back local brewery that always has a great assortment of beers. Also, the outside patio is dog-friendly, which is a big bonus. Have been here several times, and never disappoints. Good food is available through a rotation of different food trucks. Today, they had True Street Tacos, which is my favorite so far. Top notch tacos to go with some great brews!

True Street Tacos was one of the most delicious food trucks I've had while at Outrun. Very affordable as well! Definitely check them out if you can!

Very cozy brewery! Enjoyed the vibe of the place especially since the culture stuff is largely Xennial related. Beer is very solid and tasty. Minimal parking out front, but there is a free 2-hour lot on Main Street that has a solid amount of parking and is only a short walk away. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Definitely worth checking out if in the area.

After a walk around Stone Mountain, I always stop by for a drink here. Good selections of draft beers. A laid-back and comfortable spot.

Great find! This brewery has a fun vibe and the people were really nice. It was a hot day and we were allowed to sit inside with our pet. They also offered pet treats. What a bonus!!! The beers were good and they even had sours!!

We've been to Outrun a couple of times but what is finally making me write a review is the AMAZING food truck that was here this evening called Real True Tacos. This was the BEST food vendor to come out the entire time we've been coming here. Shoutout to Stones Kitchen as well for those awesome smash burgers. Both are 10/10 and are the reason we come by and grab a drink even when we just stopped for a quick bite. I love the new beer by Outrun it's the Panama City Painkiller beer and as a girl that doesn't l

Outrun Brewing Company is dog friendly and a gem of a find. It is more than a bar. It is a place where old meets new. The "outrun", "synthwave" or "retrowave" aesthetic really makes it pop. It is like being in an MTV music video from the 1980s. The bonus being great beer on tap.

Party of 1? Pop in pop out? 1st time visit This place has been on the list to check out for awhile.? I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after running some errands. They have a very small parking lot right next to the property. When I arrived all spaces were taken, but I was lucky enough to find free 3 hour street parking close by. ? The place has great energy as soon as you walk up, with ample indoor and outdoor seating. They have a nice selection of beers and the bartender let me try a sample.? I decided

Nestled near the base of Stone Mountain is a small refurbished garage that serves as a portal back to the 80s. Fittingly named outrun, it's a beautiful little spot that embraces its Outrun AESTHETIC heavy. But it's more than just style, there is a lot of substance here. The slowpour associated brewery has some of the best beers I had on my brewery crawl that weekend. It was a last minute addition to the trip so I didn't have space for everything but the Sarasota fruit salad was a delicious, crushable pour t

Delightful brew pub with small and diverse menu of brews. Nice, low key atmosphere. Cool flamingo, retro vibe. Highly recommend.

Awesome addition to the Atlanta brewery family. Great indoor/outdoor space with tons of seating. Delicious small batch beers that rotate often. The whole vibe is built around this late 80s, Saved by the Bell-esque aesthetic. We had amazing friendly service from DJ while we were there. Can't wait to go back for future releases and events!

My favorite place to get a delicious brew! Such a wonderful variety of tasty treats, always some serious flavor artistry up in here. Outrun has great merch, I collect their branded beer can glasses and almost always take home a 32oz Growler of my favorite beer on my way home. The staff here can always be counted on to be fun, helpful and overall lovely people. The revolving menu gives variety to each visit making your beverage enjoyment fresh and clean every time. The outrun racing game is so fun and fre

Such a fun place to get a drink and just relax. Everything we had tasted just like it was described on the menu. The highlighted drinks are the ones we tried. The Dreadnought was a favorite as was the Food Court Fantasy Smoothie Seltzer (did not taste like seltzer at all, but like an Orange Julius), so so good. Everything on the menu is seasonal, so not always available, but definitely a place to visit multiple times.

We LOVED this spot! Delicious beers! Ordered food from Cherokee Rose on the corner and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in the outdoor space! Really enjoyed this place!

Great brewery near Stone Mountain park! We were looking for a place to relax after hiking with our little dog at Stone Mountain and found this brewery nearby. They have great IPAs and other types of beers with indoor/outdoor seating space. In addition to the beers, they have revolving pop up food vendors and live musics too.

The wife and I drove up to the east side of the Atlanta metro area to visit some breweries we'd not been to before. The standout for us was Outrun in Stone Mountain. Not a huge selection, but each one we had (we had six 5 oz pours - they don't technically do flights, but sell 5 oz pours so that worked out great for us) was very good. I thought their Marzen an especially nice example of the style. My wife enjoyed most the Fall Of The Neon Pumpkin Spice Stout, which neither of us tasted as particularly coffee

Such a nice place for summer time! I had A frozen mango beer, looking at other peoples dogs and my family! Awesome time, then we went for a walk downtown Old Stone Mountain. It is worth to check our small towns in Georgia peach! The service was great. We ate Vegana Tacos from a food truck

Great place to enjoy a beer. Nice service. We loved the Mexican Lager beer?????? we spend a really nice time with friends enjoying the live music and the food vendor @vanilla_crepes. We are so happy to have a local brewing at Stone Mountain ????????????

What a fun little neighborhood brewery. Highly recommend! Great beer, awesome staff! ??

Cycled out to Stone Mountain and stopped by this place for a cold one. Great place. Beer was top notch. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful stop after a long hike at Stone Mnt. Wonderful selections of beers.

Love Outrun always!! Best sours, and amazing food trucks. Like True Street Tacos!

Absolutely loved it!! Easy to social distance and everyone was so friendly. I usually hate beer but the sour they have was light and full of flavor! My husband ended up loving just about everything, but there was also a stout that I enjoyed. We were so happy to be able to show our support for this place. It's unique and full of talent.

Stout is phenomenal. Comfortable environment. Great Service. Plus they love raslin?? Who knew that?!! Love them...Soon to have entertainment and foodtrucks. Long live Outrun Brewery!

Great location!! a perfect place to spend some time during the weekend after your visit to Stone Mountain park. The beer is so good

Great spot with great brews. Really cool nostalgia throughout. Kinda place you want to hang at for a while.

Cool looking place and very tasty IPA?s

Second time coming here. Staff has been consistently kind and helpful. Excellent brews and great location. Prepare for nostalgia upon arrival.

Absolutely the cutest brewery. I personally love seltzers and they had great options for me. Can't believe I've never been to this gem before it is a bit tucked away. I didn't take any of my own photos so I had to steal some from a friend?s social media. Anyhow, check this hidden gem out.

Since i grew up in the 80s, I have to give them points for the theme. Fun, friendly place. I started with the pineapple coconut stout, which was surprisingly light and not too fruity. Then i switched to the POG. Very refreshing.

Rotating craft beers in a lively taproom, plus food trucks on weekends?so fun!

Make this your summer evening bar, you won't regret it. Outrun has amazing craft beers and tasty food trucks. The atmosphere is casual. Perfect for gatherings with family and friends or first dates.

Great beer and nice people there. Really enjoyed my first visit. Love the vibe and the neon too.

Great little brewery in downtown Stone Mountain. The sours are our household favorite; we had to bring home a growler from our last visit! They also offer a discount to cyclists who bike to the brewery.

Great people and outside patio. Awesome selection of beers and pop-up food. Rustom is going to freak out when he get there.

Great new brewery! Goes above and beyond to make even non-beer lovers into beer drinkers. Cute outdoor seating and right near Stone Mountain.

Yummiyest beer, awesome vibes and service ??/??

Love the new out door setting with the umbrellas, tiki torches and the pet friendly atmosphere! And the beer is great too! Sorry I missed the luau today!

Awesome little brewery with super creative flavor combinations. Definitely must check out if you're in Stone Mountain

This beer good. Want more. Brewery small, they will get bigger. First post was more eloquent and articulate but didn't save. This was the jist

Pretty disappointed showing up and the place being closed for a private event with no indication online or anywhere

Great tasting IPA'S brewed in a classic converted gas station have always been my favorite drinking locations

I had such a wonderful experience at Outrun! I came to finish up some work and was delighted by not only the people, but also the overall aesthetic! If you love the 80?s and a good smoothie sour, this is the place for you! They also have this amazing rice lagar that is pink and so delicious! If you're in Atlanta or Stone Mountain area this is the place to go!

Great outdoor area! Sours were on point, great balance of fruit sweetness and lactic acid. They made smoothies out of their sours, which would be clutch on a hot sunny day! The 90's nostalgia vibe was great, from the branding to the music to the beer names/descriptions. If you are familiar with the era you will get a kick out of it.

The beers were delicious! My wife got the food court fantasy seltzer which makes amazing beermosa's!

What a great little brewery! Excellent theme and truly unique beers. Very pleasantly surprised.

Best local brewery! It was a very hot day so my friend and I (plus my pup) decided to top by for a beer. I loved the plum sour, and my friend raved about the pineapple one! Bringing a pup? Ask the bartender for a dog bowl and they'll give him his own carafe of water too! So kind and thoughtful

I've never seen a brewery with such a rainbow of colors. Lager is pink, others were dark purple and deep yellow...and not beer colored yellow. More like food coloring yellow. I'm not a fan of fruit beer. I guess some folks are. I believe every item was described as strawberry this, watermelon that. I did see an IPA on the menu and I was honestly afraid to try it. I drank my one pink lager and watched my friends with their rainbow of beers in their glasses, and decided one was enough for me. Not a ve

Can always find a good beer or two and the food trucks are great. Awesome outdoor area.

I have to be honest.. I was a bit skeptical just even visiting the place I have never heard of. But it was closest thing to Stone mountain campgrounds and I don't mind trying a new brewery, so gave it a go. They have a very limited options on draft but to my surprise, it was a very decent beer.. I tried the stout and the lemon sour.. both were very tasteful and very well done. Good to know there is a brewery you can rely on whenever camping in the vicinity. Only reason I am docking a point is because how sl

My favorite place in the neighborhood! My wife and I are so happy to have this brewery within walking distance of our house. They did a really nice job transforming this lot into a comfortable environment to enjoy their excellent brews. Guests can sit indoors or outdoors. Outdoor seating was especially nice during the worst of the pandemic through which they stayed open. They don't serve food, but you can bring your own food. You can get a pizza from across the street or bbq, Indian food, or wings from near

Good beer. Cool little spot in Stone Mountain village. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous..good music good frozen beer good weather.

Great place. Outdoor seating. Had a good vendor (Nana's) who was fantastic and live music.

Great atmosphere and great beer. They always have a fun seasonal rotation of craft brews. There is no food but they often have a food truck of some kind come by. Check the website to see if and who might be there. Also, great for families.

Excellent beer, excellent space. Incredibly nostalgic. This is a must go after Stone Mountain. They have a wide variety of style of beers, likely to have a beer for everyone in your party. If you bring food in from any Stone Mountain Village restaurant, you get 10% off your tab. We will definitely be returning for Trivia!

This is my happy place. The IPAs are honestly some of the best I've ever had, and the rest of their drink selection is great as well. Shout out to Josh the Owner/brewer who gave me tips for my own brewing at home. Never met a brew master who was willing to help me recreate their beer at home. I will be going here as often as possible to try their new brews.

Such an amazing place with great vibes! Highly recommended!

Outrun is such a fun place! I love all their beers and can always find something new to enjoy. Plus, the food trucks add a tasty treat. Excited for Stone Mountain Village!

Today my husband and I visited Outrun Brewing Co. They were having a special outing for those of us who have dogs. It was a very hot day but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Our dig loved it too. I hope they plan to have many more of these ?Barks & Brews dog meet up and Market?. The food was very good from Mami?s Empanadas. They also had a food menu for dogs. We live in East Point so it was a fair drive for us but worth it for the fun, food and great people we met.

This place was great!! Has a cool retro style and a great Pilsner.

My favorite brewery. Always great choices and nice chill atmosphere.

Great tasting beer. When they say it tastes like something, it does. Sorta 80s nostalgia themed decor. They've got 2 arcade games and an open air sitting room. Would recommend their beer and return without hesitation.

Highly recommend this craft brewery. They don't miss! IPA, Sour, or Stout these guys will knock your socks off. I heard about them through an Instagram ad and honestly the 40min drive was Worth It. very nice pink-haired person behind the counter let us sample until we knew what we wanted! Don't skip out on this spot

Reliably delicious beer with continuous iteration and rotating taps, impeccable aesthetics in the brewhouse, and just a generally good hang.

Really cool vaporwave vibe going on. The slushies were IDEAL after hiking around the mountain. Not too sweet with just the right amount of seltzer. Design and merch are sublime. Shout out to their taste. Shoutout to the gang outside testing out some bbq. If they were to selling this in a food truck capacity, they could get some good business and reinforce the brewery/food truck vibe. Really love Stone Mountain - glad the community is getting some love.

The beer was great. The synthwave concert was great. The decor was on point. As soon as the rest of Atlanta discovers this little hole in the wall, it's going to blow up. Really worth the visit.

Reasonable beer prices. Had a hot dog food truck out back at $5/hot dog. Had about 7 or 8 beers on the menu. All most of the staples to appease any beer taste. Neat place with a retro vibe.

Just tried it last Saturday night. Great place to social gather and have a beer. Great beers . I perfer the low life lager, But they have several different beers you can try. There is some seating inside or picnictables or chairs outside may want to bring your on chair. Live guitar player that night and a Vietnamese BBQ food vendor. I will definitely be going back.

I would give this place a 5 star review if it wasn't for the bad experience I just had with the bartender. I was the only person at the bar waiting to order as soon as he finished pouring for the person ahead of me, and a couple walked up and started chatting with him like they know each other. After being patient and waiting for his reunion to end, I had to interject when he took their order like I wasn't even there. I don't need chatty bartenders, but some social skills are needed. This is a learned ski

Great beer, small selection, nice people, fantastic atmosphere. They had a food truck and a musician. I highly recommend Outrun Brewery for a sunny day because it is an indoor/outdoor garage.

Attractive space, gregarious employees, and yes, great beer!!! The food tent was a nice perk, too, after hiking Stone Mt. Can't wait to go back!

We love it here, super chill atmosphere with its 90s theme. Great beer! Definitely a cool place to grab a beer and just chill

Had an amazing evening here. Not only was the beer amazing but their friendly staff made the night wonderful. I had the fortune to visit on the night they were hosting a concert and had the best night! I can NOT wait to visit again!

Fun venue for shows with a chill 80s vibe, phenomenal and friendly staff, and absolutely amazing beer. I highly recommend the '89 Kalani - tart, fruity, and addictive!

Great spot to get a drink and relax. Live music and great drinks with varying sizes and selection to fit any mood and/or taste. Highly recommend checking out Outrun Brewing Co.

Two arcade machines with free play on OutRun 2 under a pink neon haze of great sours and other good beers. Basically open-air in an old garage from the past, so COVID-evasive, even without mask. I wore mine anyway.

...Thee...!!!!.... "Best Kept Secret", for the Past Two Years......I'm Sorry,.... I let "the cat , outta the bag",....( can't keep this place a "secret", any longer),...convenient to ANY Eastside location, this "watering hole", just a mile, from Stone Mountain , in "the village" where the price is right. and the beer is delicious.

Always a good experience with friendly staff every visit. Of course drinks are always good too.

Most importantly, great suds! Great place to go have a beer, enjoy the southern summer and play a few arcade games. Bring the dogs and have a good time.

Excellent staff, brews and atmosphere!!! Can't wait to come back.

Loved the food court orange beer

Marzen is delicious and refreshing; coffee, chocolate pumpkin stout!

Fun brewery with good beer, outside tables and music bingo!

Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is so cool and the beer is awesome. Highly suggest the windbreaker ipa if they still have it on tap.

Go here! Cool 90s throwback vibe. Every beer we tasted was great. My wife and I both went with the Utah IPA.

Family and dog-friendly atmosphere. Variety of beers to drink at their indoor/outdoor areas. Tables spaces a safe distance from each other.

Chill spot and had GameCube to play

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
