Our Endless Summer

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the arcade's fun atmosphere, variety of games, and helpful staff like Gio and Aiden. Many enjoy the ice cream and prizes, calling it a great family spot. However, some criticize malfunctioning or sticky machines, poor prize options, and unclean bathrooms. A few complain about unfair claw games, unfriendly service, or digital token systems replacing physical ones. While many rate it highly for nostalgia and entertainment, negative experiences often cite wasted money, bad hygiene, or rude treatment. Customer Reviews

This was a great date spot. Its nice and air-conditioned , plus the windows coverings make it easy to forget about the outside world of incredible heat. They had a ton of ice cream/italian ice flavors and the prizes and games were realistic to win. Overall great place to go to beat the heat

Too many ticket redemption and crane machines, too few actual arcade games, and only one pinball machine. The Family Guy pinball machine they've owned for years needs a maintenance overhaul or rebuild, but only gets spot repairs and always has multiple, differing issues with that game each playthrough every time I visit. However the venue and its restrooms are kept clean, and the ice cream they sell is good with indoor seating to use while eating.

Not a great arcade, it was good when they used physical tokens, but now they have soulless digital token cards. If you want a real arcade, go to Hartland.

This place is just horrible. Me and my special needs niece came to visit this place hoping we would have fun. Unfortunately that isn't what we got. The games weren't working and it wasted my money. There was a blondish worker with glasses that came up to me and said we had to leave because my niece was creating too much of a ?disturbance?. Do not recommend this place at all.

Had a fantastic time and the service was beyond amazing from the staff. Thanks !

Interesting place this is. I used to go to, and hang out here all the time when I was a teenager, way back when it was known as "My Dad's" in the late 90's. I even still have a menu from the last year it was that also! This was when it was a half arcade (with actual video-games unlike now), and eatery, with very good, cheap food, which Our Endless Summer also initially was when it first took over. Now it's basically become a small, poor man's Fantasy Island clone like most other arcades you'll see these day

Took our three boys to this arcade/ice cream stop and we all had a blast! Played ll the games, scores some great prizes with our tickets, and celebrated with sundaes and cones all around. Super fun way to end the day!

Been coming here since I was a little kid, and I still enjoy my visits over there, best place to spend some time! Also the staff are super friendly and welcoming!

We've been coming to Endless Summer for years but this visit was a little disappointing. No more tickets! Now there are plastic cards to track your winnings. Our kids loved the many tickets they collected and feeding them into that machine. Mostly the same games as always and the ice cream was sub par. But still a decent place!

I love this arcade! The games are amazing my kids love it and the ice cream variety is amazing! 10/10 service

NEVER going to Endless summer again. Here's my experience: We went to get ice cream. 1. They advertise crunch coat they never have it anymore. I specifically went there to get crunch coat but every time they don't have it. I have finally learned my lesson. 2. The male owner came to help the other worker there. There was also the female owner just standing there. Not a friendly atmosphere. 3. I asked for 2 small cones with rainbow sprinkles. The cones were very small and not very well made (I worked at an i

Arcade is solid. They upgraded to a key card system and have solid games and technology. Place where games are is generally clean. Prize options mediocre but what can you expect at an arcade (way better than Chuck E. Cheese!) Would be 3-4 stars as I've been there 6-7 times in the past 2 years... HOWEVER - my 4 year old had to use the bathroom today and I took him in there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING... as in it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 2 plus months Dear owner - You're taking in money at a fast

We had a really fun time and the owners, Vicki and Paul, were very welcoming, they even gave us a taste of their delicious soft serve ice cream. Yum! We will definitely go back!

had a great time today at Endless Summer and we got all the cards at the one game. Aiden Fowles was a bunch of help when counting all like 1,000+ points of cards and being very patient with my family today. definitely going back when we come again!

Games for the kids and tickets for prizes. Staff was great when needed. Great to kill a few hours at night or a rainy day. Can't leave without ice cream, large selection and Philly water ices.

It could?ve been better but it was a little fun. But I'm taking away a star because some of the machines where not clean and sticky, even with everything going on they don't seem to clean the machines. Also it seems like they got rid of a lot since the last time I have been there.

Super nice employees. Not too many games which is good for the wallet but the kids still have a great time. Ice cream outside is yummy too.

It's a nice, small arcade with a variety of machines. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were very happy with the service there. ????

I love this arcade! Gio was a big help and was really nice. The arcade was nice cleaning with a huge variety of games and prizes. Ice cream is really good

Amazing arcade! Tons of games and great prizes! Aiden Fowles was super patient and helpful when it came to picking prizes! Definitely will be back!

Terrible. Every single claw game either wouldn't close around the prize, would open and intentionally open before it reached the exit or would slip out for no reason when it clearly had the prize. I'll never go back. I have a video of it opening before it reaches the exit but can't share it on here.

They were so nice to my kids.they love going there ever year. The ice cream so good, good atmosphere.

Ice cream was amazing !!! Service was great, the cashier was so sweet !

Great big ice cream cone, delish mint with chocolate chips..yum! And half price on Sundays and Mondays!! How great is that!

Such a fun experience. They keep the machines clean. Plenty of skeeball machines which are the best and the claw machines are actually winnable.

Small arcade, mostly ticket games and claw games for younger kids. Love the milkshakes and ice cream and friendly staff.

All of the workers are nice helpful and patient. They also have lots of fun games prizes and ice cream

great family atmosphere the ice cream is excellent love the soft serve this is our place to go to All Summer Long

Small, clean arcade that has it's own ice cream shop out front. Closed during off-season.

This is the best arcade ever!! Have a lot of variety of games and prizes Aiden was a lot of help

I hate this place it took my money I dropped my car into the machine cuz the cracks are huge like who does that and then he refused to get the card from the crack and said ?I'm not doing this all day? like huge waste of money NEVER go here if you can help it

All of the games, prizes, and food were great! I recommend to anyone in LBI.

Good place to take the kids. Wife also enjoyed herself playing some slots.

I had an amazing time with my cousin when I went. Great games and prizes

Such a fun place for the kids with great games and prizes!

Arcade and ice cream, always a great early (& quick!) evening outing!

The workers were very kind and helpful with the Ice Cream and all was delicious!

No Gluten free options, (pasta, or breads), diaappointing... pricy

I had a lot of fun And gotta love the ice cream

Loved this arcade as a kid. Great memories.

Fun! Some games didn't work right so that was frustrating but good icecream!

No good prizes at all. Not many claw games

greg is an awesome worker can i have a ps5

Slow service and mediocre ice creams. The workers were nice though.

If the place is closed it should say it's closed on google. Google said it's open which it's not. I just drove 20 miles to get here just to find out that google lied and it's actually closed. Google should say that it's closed if it's closed!!!!

An LBI institution. Skee-ball and plenty of other fun games to play.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
