Price is great. I like the wristband for unlimited games for the day. They have Flapdoodles ice cream here. A fair amount of machines were out of order and that's the source of the 4 stars.
Love bringing our family here! One of the best things to come to Osky mall! Staff is so friendly and it's fun for everyone! They have pinballs, many arcade games and a nice little ice cream parlor. What else could you ask for to take your family out of a Sunday Funday...or any other day of the week ;)
If you are in to old, classic, retro video games then this place is where to go. You need to buy a wrist band to play in there. The days there open and hours it's better to call ahead. You can reserve for parties, they sell video games and other things. Go check them out! There is another game place in Oskaloosa at the Penn mall, check that out as well!
When I played a visit there was a lady working and she miss saw the bill (20$) that we gave her for icecream and said it was a ten she ended up making a very big deal out if it at the she did up giving us 10 back.
For an ex 80s teenager like me the place is a Paradise! Old, classic and newer arcades that brought me back to the times in which I used to score points with Donkey Kong, Galaga and Asteroids! Their variety of pinball games is insane!!!
What a cool place to visit. Has a lot of old school video games like Donkey Kong, Frogger and pac man as well as newer arcade games. Very friendly owners. Greeted us as we walked in. Explained the wknd specials to us and said they were glad we were visiting their establishment. Over all, was very happy with our visit to this arcade!
Kinda wish it were a little bigger, but man we all had fun so that's what matters! Very much worth the money and fun!
Great place. Good shakes and a lot of retro fun. Fair pricing too.
Awesome place with 60+ Arcade games and pinball machines! Excellent Ice Cream and a great place to have a birthday party!
Ran by very nice people. Ice cream was great. Will definitely go back.
It was a very great experience and it had all the old classics and it was really fun
Good times, sweet treats. Fun games. Worth the admission.
Fix your machines. Or a least shut them off if broken so we know not to spend or money to come in.
Took the kids and they loved it almost as much as I did!
10 dollar unlimited play thr kids had a ball
Fun arcade with air hockey. Reasonable pricing.
It's always worth the money to come here.
Nothing like a lil ol'school in ya life
Great fun at a great cost!
I didn't really go there
We love this place!!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
