A new DIY automotive garage, Openbay Garage, has opened in a great location. It's significantly better than Stews Garage in Auburn, which closed due to the Rivian acquisition. Openbay Garage offers plenty of lifts, a full work bench, and many tools, all included in the hourly price. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, even when I accidentally spilled oil during a transmission fluid change. They cleaned it up and advised me to be careful to avoid slipping. Openbay garage has a really great feel to it, professional yet inviting. The climate control, great lighting, clean, open space made wrenching on the car that much easier. The lobby area is a great touch too. The over sized coutches with no wall were a great add. I didn't have time to check out the driving simulator, but it looks like a fantastic set up. I had a great experience working on my car here. They have great tools and the lifts/dollys can get lowered cars up easily. The staff was great and took the time to show me how to use everything. A very clean and relaxing environment to work in. Definitely check them out!

Went In for a tour to see what this place is all about. I am really impressed with how clean and brightly lit the shop is, the hex lighting is amazing. Tools are on a professional level and well organized, I was a 19 year tech myself so I really respect that. The staff is really knowledgeable and passionate about cars. Stayed longer than expected just chatting it up. They let me test out the racing sim, playing No Hesi was a blast! This place is like no other. Will be back once all my parts arrive!

Went to the Openbay Garage Donut and car day. The place is outstanding, clean with open bays supplied with tools in each stall, a chair, power set up with extra tall lifts. They have thought of everything for the DYI enthusiasts. Lots of bays and they have a section for storage of classic, hotrods, sports cars.

I was blown away by how nice this place is. Everyone is very friendly and the equipment is top-notch. They helped me lift my car up and gave me a helping hand when I was taking my stock exhaust off. Just superb. Brought my Evo X here for the first time and I was truly blown away. I've used a few DIY style garages in the area over the years and OpenBay is by far the best I've used, even better than Stu?s. The entire facility is immaculate, no dirt, no dust, no smells. They have a proper, large, horizontal, stainless work surface in each bay. I needed to check out an issue with my AC lines, so I scheduled the last available appointment since I had work afterward. The service tech did a great job helping me get my large Escalade properly positioned on the lift without any trouble. I highly recommend this business and will definitely return for future maintenance!

Scheduled to come in on a Saturday morning, arrived to a car meet outside with a bunch of sick cars. First impression was super clean facility, looked great and felt very welcoming. Bay came with every tool you needed and the guys working were incredibly helpful either anyone using the bays. I've been to other self service garages but this one is by far my favorite because of the environment. Definitely only using Openbay from now on.

Went in today to do a once over on my BRZ. Absolutely amazing experience. Tools neatly organized, good chats with employees. Needless to say, I will be coming back again for race prep and regular maintenance. Side note: Am I able to bring my motorcycle in for maintenance as well? If not, I'd love to see that come to fruition at some point in the future!

I recently completed a garage preventive maintenance course that celebrated women's month and had an amazing learning experience and interaction with the owner and the presenter. They were very diligent and answered all my questions about cars, tools and equipment that I have zero knowledge in. The garage also has a very cozy lounge area where we hung out afterwards and enjoyed some refreshments. The atmosphere was so welcoming even for an amateur like me.

Literally the best place to work your car at, reasonable pricing, the staffs are super awesome, and they had all the tools I needed. I had a situation where my oil drain plug snapped and got stuck in the oil pan but the team at OpenBay had a solution and helped me get it out. One of the team, Diego, also gave me a ride to an auto part store that was pretty far. Because of him and the team, I got my car back on the road. We were introduced to openbay when they hosted a meet for their soft launch. The facility is beautiful! Clean, bright with great lighting. You got 8 bays, plus the storage lifts, a lounge, and even a couple sim rigs. Perfect place for gear heads and DIYers who don't have space in their garage who loves to work on their cars. The bay are immaculate. Spotless with every tool you can think of! Even trim removal tools! Power tools and air compressor. And if they don't have it, just ask! Chances are they have

They have all the tools you need and staff to assist in diagnosing issues and proposing solutions/next steps. Just know they can't provide a large amount of consumables that arent shop towels so you should bring your own (extra gloves, pb blaster, brake parts cleaner, parts lubricants etc)

I went for the grand opening of this garage I was so happy to be part of it but I met this tall guy wearing a black suits , I tried to ask him questions about the cars that they can work on since I have a Mercedes , and he started walking away while I was talking . Bad experience whatsoever not even grateful that peoples showed up for their events , watch out guys he was probably racist!! If you see this , hope you work on your customer service properly ????
