Our family went today to celebrate Mother?s Day! Three generations, and we had so much fun! They offer a variety of bowling games like Angry Birds and HORSE in addition to regular bowling. I've only been twice. The first time was later in the night so there were police there. It was safe and fun. The second time was a few days ago, during the day when there wasn't a police presence. I bowl on a league here on Mondays. This is the most spacious and family-friendly bowling alley around the area. They have a really nice arcade for the kids and a super nice sports bar. What's really nice is the full bar, right behind the lanes. Our bartender, Tiara, is the very best! Today I stood in a line with 4 people at the bar side close to the bowling lanes. I watched a young lady keep a smile on her face and quickly help each customer. Bowling was great and clean. Food is what you'd expect from a bowling alley. They have new games and lots of claw machines. My kids left with many stuffed animals, rubber ducks, and prizes from tickets. Kids had a blast and that's all that matters.

I am here almost every Wednesday evening to eat dinner and watch my wife play pool. I just wanted to let someone know what an amazing employee you have in Taira. As far as I'm concerned, you should consider her to be an amazing asset to your company. She's bright and cheerful, helpful, respectful and attentive. We ordered a pizza and the thing didn't give us a receipt. When we got our pizza it looked smaller than 14 inches, which is what we ordered. Went here for my daughters 12th birthday and we had a blast !!! They have this special (I think it's only for certain days) where 8 people can bowl for an hour , with shoes and tax included for only $35 !!! You can't beat that !!! I had a very unwelcoming experience last night. Came by to enjoy karaoke & play some pool cause I saw they got some new Diamond pool tables. People were emptying out and the back 3 tables were clearly available. I requested one of those tables cause clearly I understand the difference and clearly they were open. We used to love Oops Alley. Not sure if we will bowl here anymore. My husband and I brought our kids here over the weekend to have a family fun day. We paid for an hour of bowling and after my daughter bowled twice we asked if they could add the bumpers for her. They refused to allow her to bowl with the bumpers because she was too tall. My family and I went in to bowl on a Sunday afternoon. I called ahead of time and Juanita was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help us. She was there later when we checked in and was just as great when we got there.

Staff is extremely RUDE. Our autistic son absolutely loves bowling, and for a reward we decided to try Oops Alley. When paying for our lane, the lady checking us in gave us attitude like we were a bother coming to the establishment; Attitude when picking our shoe size, attitude when a ball got stuck even though it took her 15 minutes to notice. Had a wonderful time bowling in a tournament here. The customers and employees were very kind, and the alley was very well maintained. One thing, though, is that lane 18 has a bad rack. The 5 pin and the 1 pin are misaligned, leading to a smaller pocket on the right side. Despite this, I bowled fantastic, and I credit a lot of this to the positive atmosphere.

Had a great time at Oops Alley. As part of our PHS c/o 99 reunion, the staff was more than accommodating. Gave us a discount. We played 2 games. It's a great atmosphere. If lanes are unavailable, they put you on a waiting list and call you. You don't have to wait long. The gentlemen said it would take approximately 45 minutes for a lane to open up and it only took 15 minutes. Had fun with my friends and classmates!

We celebrated my son?s 10th birthday here and it was a great experience! Our hostess Taylor was very attentive and handled are different requests promptly. I told them a color theme earlier that day and they had the area decorated to what I said, very appreciative of that! We will be back for sure.

The food is the only disappointing issue with Oops. Great Game Center, nice lanes, great staff I just wish that the food was better. Most of the menu is fried food, there are some choices that are not fried but not many. The venue is big and well kept with a lot of pool tables. The lanes are kept in good order. The pro shop is small but serviceable and is manned by an experienced and knowledgeable operator.

I absolutely love coming to Oops Alley! Especially during football season. Reason I give it 4 stars is because the big screens are all tied together. Wish they could have more than one game on the bigger screens. I hate that JR is always on Sunday nights as well. I feel like the vibe is always better when he's there. Drinks are always on point. Put JR opening on Sundays and I think more people would be there.

We all had a fun day bowling with the family. Service was very good and came with a smile. We did the hourly bowl, but we kept running out of time so they added enough minutes so we could finish the game.

Went when there was a field trip. We weren't part of the group butthe kids looked like they had a lot of fun. We got lucky my family came to bowl just when they made it glow in the dark for the field trip and my babies loved it. Looked really modern for a bowling alley.

Fun place to go when you want to do something different. Food is a little pricey and the arcade was a joke(kept taking money and not giving tickets) but the employees were helpful. Recommend staying away. Only 1 day a week where you can play per game instead of paying by the hour. Always 6-8 lanes reserved for league games, and another 3-4 that always seem to be down for maintenance. The screen that shows the scores now requires you to have an app?? It took 20 minutes with the help of the front desk to change the theme of the game. Incredibly frustrating that such a simple process requires 10 different steps INCLUDING your email?? Why do you need my email for a screen to show my score in bowling.

This is a very good place to bring your family. It has great lanes, good food and good prices. Everytime I go I have been able to bowl and never have been turned away because the leagues are playing.

Great experience at a recent birthday party. Our 4yo and 2yo had such a fun time bowling and playing at the arcade. The food was also great.
