We had absolutely THE BEST graduation party. Juanita made everything wonderful for us. We rented the large room two months in advanced. Juanita went over all the details before hand. I confirmed food choices a week ahead with Alex. The day of the party, we arrived an hour early and the room was already setup for us to decorate. Juanita checked in on us and kept us informed throughout the event. The teens even wanted to add an hour to their bowling because they were having so much fun! It was not a problem t
Planned to have my son?s 5th birthday here. I didn't want to rent the party room and instead just reserved two lanes for us to bowl from. When I got there, Hanna shared with me that there was a birthday package I could?ve done. Thankfully, they had the availability to upgrade us to the party package, and it made the event even more special! Hanna ended up being our event coordinator and make sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. She checked on us periodically to ensure everything was goi
Cameron is awesome! Every time I come to the bowling alley, he's super friendly and helpful. He always has a great attitude and makes the experience better for everyone. You can tell he really cares about making sure people have a good time. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! Christian Pabst is the Greatest Bowler of all time!
Our family went today to celebrate Mother?s Day! Three generations, and we had so much fun! They offer a variety of bowling games like Angry Birds and HORSE in addition to regular bowling. A special thanks to Manager Juanita, who was super helpful in helping me navigate their reservation process. Loved it, looking forward to next time! ?? ?
I've only been twice. The first time was later in the night so there were police there. It was safe and fun. The second time was a few days ago, during the day when there wasn't a police presence. My 9 y.o son went to the bathroom and ran out in a panic, saying that a guy was in there and was telling him that he wanted to do something with him. He was chasing my son around the bathroom and thankfully he made it out, untouched. My son pointed the guy out to me and a manager and the guy took off running out t
Oops is a great venue from date night to family night. Join a league or two and come out and have some fun. Shayne will take good care of you. Shout out to Gary and Kristie for the friendly and fun environment! Oops is the place to be in the area!
Don't order the pizza. Awful cold fried pickles. Cold pretzel bites with "beer cheese"-not. Dirty tables. Took 40 minutes to get our order and the apps came with meal order. Good things-Nice arcade for family fun. Live music was good. Bowling looked fun. That's about it.
I bowl on a league here on Mondays. This is the most spacious and family-friendly bowling alley around the area. They have a really nice arcade for the kids and a super nice sports bar. What's really nice is the full bar, right behind the lanes. Our bartender, Tiara, is the very best! She always gets our drinks exactly right and will even deliver them to our lanes when it isn't too busy. We are very pleased to have as our bartender on league night! In all, the entire staff is most courteous and friendly her
Today I stood in a line with 4 people at the bar side close to the bowling lanes. I watched a young lady keep a smile on her face and quickly help each customer. By the time I got her I was the 5th customer with several people behind me. She was very professional, helpful and one of the most pleasant people I've come across in a long time. Her customer service was outstanding!? Her name is Jayla, please let her know what a hard worker she is, as well as her beautiful smile while waiting on each of us and ma
Atmosphere, in the pub is good. We love the pool tables here. The new tables have great movement. Food: The wings themselves flavor and size were good. The speed in which they came out was less than 10 minutes. After waiting so long to order, it was appreciated. However, the reheating caused them to be really dry and tough. More than 15 of the total 30 ct. Ordered were so dry they were not chewable. The taco salad and fries were good. Service is friendly but touch n go. Often, more than 10 minutes wait be
Family friendly fun. Prices very reasonable. Clean bathrooms.
Bowling was great and clean. Food is what you'd expect from a bowling alley. They have new games and lots of claw machines. My kids left with many stuffed animals, rubber ducks, and prizes from tickets. Kids had a blast and that's all that matters.
I am here almost every Wednesday evening to eat dinner and watch my wife play pool. I just wanted to let someone know what an amazing employee you have in Taira. As far as I'm concerned, you should consider her to be an amazing asset to your company. She's bright and cheerful, helpful, respectful and attentive. She is just an all-around wonderful young woman and makes it an absolute pleasure to frequent Oops.
Ms. Juanita is the absolute best!! Hands down provided the most amazing customer service I've ever had and words can't express how thankful I am of her! We were in a crunch in celebrating my son?s birthday and she along with her crew made things happen! Fun, family friendly, and clean atmosphere! Thank you again for listening and helping pull this together for my son!!
We ordered a pizza and the thing didn't give us a receipt. When we got our pizza it looked smaller than 14 inches, which is what we ordered. My brother went up and said that we didn't get a receipt and that we didn't know if it was 14 inches. She asked to look at the pizza and some kids had already started eating it. She asked if it was on a plate or pan, he said a pan, and she said it was 14 inches. End of conversation. She proceeds to stand behind the counter and talk to her coworker how we asked about th
Whatever you do, don't buy food. It's ridiculous. I can't believe the proportion of fries we got for 4.00. You get more in a small fry at McDonald's. I have never been so scammed in my life. Unacceptable. We ordered 2 sets of fries . One came out and it was a decent size portion, but the other was the smallest amount of fries I've ever been served. I went to the cashier and said where is the rest? She said that's how much you get. I about lost my cool. I'm over it. I might be being dramatic, but this alone
The bartender Tara is very personable and cheerful. She knows my usual order and usually has it ready when I reach the counter. She is definitely an asset during league nights and to Oops as a whole.
We have a birthday party for my 7yr old daughter. We had a blast. Taira was very helpful, explained everything that was happening, and also came and asked multiple times if we needed anything. She was very helpful, patient, and a outstanding hostess. We will be having another party whenever we can.
We had a great time Saturday night, February 22nd playing Laser tag and then bowling. Let me say thank you to Juanita! She was so helpful in coordinating the arrangements. She was very professional and was able to address all my questions and concerns. I would also like to say thank you to Easton and Annalise for their over-watch on the Battlefield of Laser tag. We had a group of 14 kids one of which was our son who just turned 16. They did a great job keeping things running smooth. Oops Alley is a
I was at Oops Ally tonight and the staff was amazing Jamie behind the bar made sure my drink never went empty. Taira made sure I got my food on time and hot. Kristina was the best manager of all time and Jeffery was also running around making sure the bar was stocked at all times. Best bar ever.
I haven't eaten here in forever because the food never tasted right, but decided came here today for a lunch date and I don't know what you've done, but I will definitely be back. The chicken tacos were so good! Keep it up!
Went here for my daughters 12th birthday and we had a blast !!! They have this special (I think it's only for certain days) where 8 people can bowl for an hour , with shoes and tax included for only $35 !!! You can't beat that !!! You can choose the background for the list of bowlers and some of them are interactive . They also have cosmic bowling, an arcade and bar !!!
I had a very unwelcoming experience last night. Came by to enjoy karaoke & play some pool cause I saw they got some new Diamond pool tables. People were emptying out and the back 3 tables were clearly available. I requested one of those tables cause clearly I understand the difference and clearly they were open. I was denied one of the previously mentioned tables cause "I didn't have an APA card " & they needed to "protect the tables from being damaged." As a 31 year old man, I felt this to be beyond disre
We used to love Oops Alley. Not sure if we will bowl here anymore. My husband and I brought our kids here over the weekend to have a family fun day. We paid for an hour of bowling and after my daughter bowled twice we asked if they could add the bumpers for her. They refused to allow her to bowl with the bumpers because she was too tall. I am not sure why someone?s height would determine if they can use bumpers or not but it definitely put a damper on our day. My daughter couldn't even score a single point
Oops Alley is a very welcoming, modern bowling center with plenty of other activities of interest, including pool leagues and a large arcade. There is a high attention to detail here from ownership and the staff, with a focus on customer service and friendliness. The front desk personnel are attentive and polite. Taira at the laneside service bar does a great job keeping bowlers served and does it with kindness. Robert, the manager for Oops' food service, really goes above and beyond what you tend to find a
Kathryn and Mackenzie at the ticket counter are TOP TIER! Kathryn was a doll helping us clean up and just checking up on us in general and Mackenzie was so patient every time one of my kids needed help at a machine. You guys rock and really created a fun space this past Saturday. Thank you both again!
My family and I went in to bowl on a Sunday afternoon. I called ahead of time and Juanita was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help us. She was there later when we checked in and was just as great when we got there.
We went there on a Sunday evening. It was not crowded or too busy. Not sure if you could call the place "cheap fun "! Cost for us, 3 adults, 4 children, was 35$'s for 30 minutes of bowling. But, the place was clean, the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed embarrassing ourselves with our terrible bowling skills !
I would like to say I love this place but today my friends and I came in for a birthday, and as soon as we walked up to the counter to get our shoes the lady came up to use very rudely, didn't say a single word, and gave us the rudest look basically saying ?what do you want so I can be done with you? I can't explain it specifically but it was so entitled and rude. I work in the food industry so I'm always understanding but this was just? anyways they continue to go down the line of my friends while still no
Been going to this place since I was a kid! Old enough to drink now and met the kindest bartender. RJ you do an outstanding job! One thing that would make this place killer is if on game day they offered a beer tower. Highly recommended!!!
Had an amazing time for the kids birthday, our party host TAIRA was phenomenal. Very professional and attentive throughout the whole process. We will be returning and requesting her next time.
Outdoor laser tag is a must! It was so much fun and definitely worth $20! We will be going often.
Loved it!! Fun, good atmosphere!! Girl behind the front counter was so nice!! We had family in from out of town and we all had such a good time!! We will definitely go back again!!
Had a birthday party for my young kiddo at Oops? except I had a mom fail and booked the party for the wrong day, and didn't realize until an hour before all these little kiddos and their families were to arrive at the bowling alley! I called Oops and Juanita answered and told me they were booked up? then she worked her magic. She found us two lanes for two hours, set up the tables and tv screens to greet my son and his friends, and they seemed to bend over backwards to help us out! All the staff, but especi
Taira was the most attentive and spectacular hostess. She helped with all of our needs and was beyond sweet to all of the kids. She is an amazing asset to your alley and we would request her, anytime!
Staff is extremely RUDE. Our autistic son absolutely loves bowling, and for a reward we decided to try Oops Alley. When paying for our lane, the lady checking us in gave us attitude like we were a bother coming to the establishment; Attitude when picking our shoe size, attitude when a ball got stuck even though it took her 15 minutes to notice. I understand Saturdays are busy with birthday parties, but the 6 lanes available for public should not be rented out with grief and rudeness. Will not come back, sh
Had a wonderful time bowling in a tournament here. The customers and employees were very kind, and the alley was very well maintained. One thing, though, is that lane 18 has a bad rack. The 5 pin and the 1 pin are misaligned, leading to a smaller pocket on the right side. Despite this, I bowled fantastic, and I credit a lot of this to the positive atmosphere.
Had a great time at Oops Alley. As part of our PHS c/o 99 reunion, the staff was more than accommodating. Gave us a discount. We played 2 games. It's a great atmosphere. If lanes are unavailable, they put you on a waiting list and call you. You don't have to wait long. The gentlemen said it would take approximately 45 minutes for a lane to open up and it only took 15 minutes. Had fun with my friends and classmates!
????Enjoyed our family night out for cosmic bowling friday night! We enjoyed our pizza and the $32 per hour with shoes for bowling was well worth it for family quality time! We signed up for the kidsbowlforfree summer program and we can't wait to enjoy it once a week! Great vibes and good times! Great place to make memories with the family especially the kiddos! ??????
Taira was FANTASTIC as our party hostess! She was super sweet and very helpful! Would highly recommend this venue for birthday parties!!
Amazing staff and loads of fun ??
We celebrated my son?s 10th birthday here and it was a great experience! Our hostess Taylor was very attentive and handled are different requests promptly. I told them a color theme earlier that day and they had the area decorated to what I said, very appreciative of that! We will be back for sure.
The food is the only disappointing issue with Oops. Great Game Center, nice lanes, great staff I just wish that the food was better. Most of the menu is fried food, there are some choices that are not fried but not many. The venue is big and well kept with a lot of pool tables. The lanes are kept in good order. The pro shop is small but serviceable and is manned by an experienced and knowledgeable operator.
I absolutely love coming to Oops Alley! Especially during football season. Reason I give it 4 stars is because the big screens are all tied together. Wish they could have more than one game on the bigger screens. I hate that JR is always on Sunday nights as well. I feel like the vibe is always better when he's there. Drinks are always on point. Put JR opening on Sundays and I think more people would be there.
We had fun with the kids! The whole family enjoyed it. The food is a little too pricey and does not taste that great.
Juanita saved the day! I had a corporate party with 40+ people yesterday. There where a few snags from the reservation and she was able to get those sorted out and on track. She stayed after her shift until she knew we were good to go. Thanks Juanita for going above and beyond!!! We'll see you again soon!
Juanita is so awesome helped me tremendously with a set up for my fiance birthday get together.....this place is amazing and great atmosphere
We all had a fun day bowling with the family. Service was very good and came with a smile. We did the hourly bowl, but we kept running out of time so they added enough minutes so we could finish the game.
Went when there was a field trip. We weren't part of the group butthe kids looked like they had a lot of fun. We got lucky my family came to bowl just when they made it glow in the dark for the field trip and my babies loved it. Looked really modern for a bowling alley.
We love having Tera as our bartender at Opps! She is truly amazing and we look forward to seeing her every Monday at our Bowling League!
Taira was a great party host! She made our birthday party experience for our daughter amazing. Thank you for everything!
Awesome place. Great place to take kids. Staff is super helpful. Juanita was great and helped me through every step.
For where this place is located, great atmosphere and staff that are fully on point. Lane conditions are more than adequate and kept quite clean of food and other sticky debris Great place to practice when prepping to bowl other centers with their layout (Dallas and LA for example)
Taira was our host and she did a great job!! Would highly recommend her and Oops Alley for future events!!
Jayla was awesome!! Food was delicious and served quickly!! Find more Jaylas!!!
Very clean and kid friendly. Our 8yo. had a wonderful time. The staff friendly and helpful
This place is AWESOME!!!! Our helper hostess Sophia was a huge help with our baby shower. We love her and she is a great team player. She deserves a raise. She was great... so very polite...very helpful. Love her
We enjoyed ourselves at this Entertainment center has bowling alley, awesome arcade and bar and eating establishment something for everyone ??
It is great place to visit when come to Florida! I cane for a Tournament is so nice and staff is friendly.
Oops Alley is not the closest bowling center to my home. But I've bowled at most of the ones in the area. Oops is by far the best one. It has a great atmosphere, the lanes and the lane seating are very spacious, they also have a great big arcade and when you play, you win tickets you can exchange for a lot of good looking prizes. Better than most other places like this. Also they have a fabulous bar area with lots of pool tables for their pool leagues. I'm not a paintballer, but they've recently opened a
I came in when there was a bowling league and Tara made me wanna stay and hang out, she's chill and funny, i lost track of time and ended up happy and $200 broker, i love her!!
My daughter's original birthday party plans got rained out, and we were very lucky to get in touch with Oops Alley at 9:30am to see if they had any open lanes. Juanita was amazing and took great care of us. She even put a happy birthday message to my daughter on the screen at the lane we would use, even though we didn't actually book a full birthday party there. We ordered a couple of pizzas and brought a cake, and she even made sure we had a serving spatula, as well as a lighter for the candles. We are rea
The manager Mrs Juanita was amazing and making sure my daughter could have her special day there !!!!
I love this place! bright, family friendly, and the price is good.
I had a great experience, my bartender Shayne was absolutely amazing, sweet and very personable
Dynamic Bowling Alley with themed nights, amazing LED wall, comprehensive arcade section, friendly staff and great food.
Had a birthday party there, and our host Taylor was great. I can't say the same about others but they didn't matter.
Arrived and went to place my first order and stood at the bar for about 10 minutes before this waitress finally acknowledged me and walked over to me and took my order just to never return with it after about another 10 minutes the other bartender asked me if I needed something and I told her the other one already took my order and she never returned with it and ignored me completely.. this waitress needs to be fired. Never in my life has a waitress taken my order and never returned with it and started taki
Matt gave excellent service tonight. Very attentive, drinks never ran dry
Jamie, Shayne, and Kris are always kind, friendly, and attentive. I play pool here in APA several nights a week and they are also welcoming and respectful. It's always a plus when employees at an establishment remembers your name, what you like to drink, and is always welcoming with a smiling face! ??
Great, fun time! This place is huge with an arcade, too. We got there Saturday night right when the black lights and music clicked on-- I had no idea they did this! We really enjoyed a nice family night with our kids.
Juanita is amazing and helped us to make sure we could get our lane reservation when we wanted it and was super friendly and helpful.
There were hardly no people there. My son had a field trip to there today Starbucks horrible but I still had fun I just did not have many people working today
Hosted my nephews 13th Birthday party here lastnight, everything was going smooth, all the kids were having a blast playing in the arcade and then we went to the lane reserved for the birthday party to bowl. We bowled for about 45 minutes, untill a lady came up to us and said we need to leave because there are ?too many kids trying to bowl? and are ?in the way? We reserved and payed for the lanes specifically for the birthday party. at a birthday party with less than 15 children, i feel like this was comple
Always lots of fun!! Came yesterday and it was an 1 1/2 wait. We decided to play in the arcade and shoot pool!! Came back today and Juanita helped us get two lanes together!! She is very friendly and helpful! Thanks for making our time here a good one!!
Taira was a great host. Food was good and atmosphere was fun !
Fun place to go when you want to do something different. Food is a little pricey and the arcade was a joke(kept taking money and not giving tickets) but the employees were helpful. We were however very disappointed in the prizes. 100 tickets for a pack of 25 cent nerds.....I mean seriously?? That was just one exmple....rediculous!
I showed up their solo and enjoyed a 30 min round of bowling, a few shots of whiskey, the staff there were pleasent and helpful , I did forget where I left my shoes lol. Chelsea kept things alive in the back alley pub!
Recommend staying away. Only 1 day a week where you can play per game instead of paying by the hour. Always 6-8 lanes reserved for league games, and another 3-4 that always seem to be down for maintenance. Floors leading up to the lanes are always nasty, so be prepared to wash your slide pad(s) after every visit. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. In addition to all the lanes being closed for leagues/maintenance, another 8 were reserved for other parties. Was told there was a 20 minute wait, w
Taira was a fabulous host and the kids had a great time! Super fun and super easy!
The screen that shows the scores now requires you to have an app?? It took 20 minutes with the help of the front desk to change the theme of the game. Incredibly frustrating that such a simple process requires 10 different steps INCLUDING your email?? Why do you need my email for a screen to show my score in bowling.
Plenty of things to do for the whole family. Great customer service. Fun, food and drink.
This is a very good place to bring your family. It has great lanes, good food and good prices. Everytime I go I have been able to bowl and never have been turned away because the leagues are playing.
I don't know what's happened to this place but I've made several attempts in the last month to enjoy my time there and this weekend kinda made me want to leave an honest review. If you wanting a stress free place to go this is not it. I have reached out to speak with management about our reservations that go disregarded but no one has responded. I got my lanes and everything ahead of time to ensure a smooth weekend at Oops I even order food early I've tried to accommodate how where they fall short of good s
We had a great time and was cheap...We will visit again...
It was a fun place to take the kids bowling & play in the arcade. It was Saturday evening, so the place was packed full. Had to wait about an hour for lanes to open. The food was fresh and hot. I don't recommend getting a fountain coke because it was flat. Could not even drink it. But overall a good place to that the kids.
Absolutely disgusting that they are using bare hands to scoop food. I just watched an employee do this and then wipe their hands on their apron.
Great experience at a recent birthday party. Our 4yo and 2yo had such a fun time bowling and playing at the arcade. The food was also great. I used the kiosk to order a chicken wrap and it didn't give me options to remove anything. I despise cheese and it came out with cheese on it. I was pleased that the staff made me a new one with out charging me. I do wish the kiosk had options, but the staff simply informed me that after I order I can just come over to the bar and make any changes to the order in the f
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
