Where do I begin with how much I love this place?! We have been coming for years and my kids always beg and ask to return! From the cleanliness, to the staff, to the activities for all ages?we can't say enough good things about Off the Wall Kidz! We really enjoyed off the wall kidz! Definitely will be going back again in the future! We went at around noon on a Sunday and didn't feel like it was overly crowded. We have been to Off the Wall Kidz multiple times, but today we celebrated our son's first birthday here. I can't say this any more clearly... THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING! The staff here was incredible, attentive, and so kind. The facility was spotless and they didn't flub even the smallest detail. Our hostess was Caitlin, who was super helpful and on top of caring for our guests. We look forward to coming back in the future and encourage anyone looking for a venue to book here!

Perfect for littler kids. My daughter went to a bday party and she is 6. I think 6 and under is a great age. Just big enough and just enough to do!! Very very clean and friendly staff!!

This place has a lot packed into it. Slides, trampoline, ball pit, pretend play area, and arcade games (games you pay for separately). I loved that it wasn't so big so it was easier to manage two kids who often go in different directions. All clean and well kept.

Went to a birthday party on 4/5. Place was absolute chaos. No one checked us and we went right in. No one in charge to see people through the gate. There was about ten adults with sneakers on and no one made them take them off or or put covers over them. Walking around in my socks while they were they with their dirty sneakers. Great place for kids ages 1-5 (in my subjective opinion ??). I took my 2.7 yo today and we both absolutely loved it. The whole place is very well organized, sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly. We will be back for sure.

A pretty solid place for kids to release extra energy and it's cheap! At 14$ with adults free. They ACTIVELY CLEAN! It's a shocker since even Billy Bees doesn't do that often. They don't allow food or drink but they do have a food bar in the back. They sell socks if you need them. Free parking out front.

This place is terrific! I brought my five year old and we had a blast together. There was enough to keep us busy for 3+ hours on a cold winter day and for $14 admission, it's well worth the price. The staff is friendly and they do a great job keeping the place clean. The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. We'll be back again for sure!

My kids love this place. While not as large as some of the others they still have fun. It is well maintained and clean.

Today was our first visit to Off the Wall Kidz. I would recommend this place 100 times over after this visit. What a great way to get the kids some activity time on a dreary day. The areas were clearly marked. No shoes allowed, so don't forget socks. If you do they sell some. The have a little food court and an arcade area too. Parents, bring a little jacket for yourself.

Super underrated! This place is perfect for little kids. Billy Beez's is too crowded and doesn't offer much for toddlers but Off The Wall Kidz does. Interactive videogames screen in the ball pit, food & drinks, trampoline and slides. They also provide a storage area for your belongings, birthday guests get their own section and a private area for nursing mothers. My children loved it and at $8 for ages 2 and under plus parents get in for free can't beat that! The entire staff is super friendly and hard work

Just took my almost two year old and he had a blast! I did have to go on everything with him since he's so young and there's lots of bigger kids running around, but there is tons to do and the prices for admission and food are really fair. Definitely going back!

Very smelly. Super busy. The layout of the play area has very poor sightlines so it is easy to lose track of your child. As a result more adults go into the area, which makes it even busier. I can't stress enough it is the smelliest play place I have ever been in in my entire life.

So this place is great. My toddler refers to it as the ball pit. It is superclean and a ton of fun. He never wants to leave even when he is exhausted. The only downside is sometimes if there are older kids it can be overwhelming for smaller children.

Clean, plenty of seating for parents, not overly crowded (even with birthday parties going on), adults don't have to pay to enter when you are with kids, enough activities to keep kids busy for hours, small cafe with food and drinks. Worth the price.

Went here with my 1 year old daughter and my mother. We had a lovely experience, my mother and I were able to use all of the equipment with my daughter. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained! My family will definitely be visiting again and again! Only downfall of the day was that the concession stand was not open and has not been so we are hoping that it will reopen soon.

This was so much fun for my 2 year old. We went when there was no one there early in the morning, and my son had a blast. The girl's working the front if we needed help, they helped. My son ran around for 2 hours playing fireman, sliding the slides, and playing in the ball pit. No complaints

Spacious. The room for the birthday party was fairly large. I wish they would allow you to set up for the party prior to people coming versus setting up while your party is going on. My daughter and I have been there three times. And I have to say. Staff are very friendly helpful respectful and upbeat. The place is always clean. And most importantly I me is that my six year old daughter has an amazing experience. She has no problem meeting new friends and spending 4 hours playing with all the wonderful play sets. Just recently visited for a birthday party. I love that they have a separate section for toddlers in the front, it was a good way for my 11 month old to acclimate himself. They also had little play pretend areas like a fire truck, a doctors office, a grocery store. Really cool additions! Everything was great and the kids had tons of fun, except for the fact that it was *extremely HOT* in there! it was like walking into a sauna. we were sweating the whole time, even just sitting and watching the kids play.

I can't say enough good things about this place! It's first of all so clean, as a parent you can actually fit comfortably in the play areas, there are so many fun things, the games have always win options so your kids won't cry and the staff are very nice. I have had my daughters birthday party here and that was great as well. Also today we went and my daughter lost her game card and was so sad and they put the money back on a new one and gave her points ( I was so thankful)!

Was really crowded on a rainy Saturday, but enough room for everyone. There is a specific section for younger children, but most areas are open to all. There are so many different "rooms" in the climbing structure to explore, many slides, an interactive ball pit, a farm area, and a small village. Great little spot for kids! First time there was during school vacation so it was VERY busy. Not sure what it's like otherwise. I have a very active 17 month old who could've cared less about the 'toddler' area. Lots of bigger kids, but all were very well behaved and cautious of younger kids around them! Not a bad place for 11 bucks! I like that I didn't have to pay for myself as well, just the kiddo.

My kids and I love off the wall kidz! The staff are friendly and are good about keeping the place tidy. I also had my youngest son birthday party there. He loved every second of it! I just wish the party room time could be extended a little longer. Regardless we will forever be customers.

We had a blast here!! However, they must not clean very well. My daughter caught pink eye, a respiratory virus, and hand foot and mouth! What a nightmare....we will forever avoid all indoor parks/playgrounds after that fisaco. Nice concept, funnn, BUT.....germs everywhere. Maybe we'll try again when the kids get older and are able to wash their hands etc better after playing. 3 stars because it seems impossible to clean especially the ball pit, but parents of young kids beware.

Very clean! I was in disbelief how clean it was compared to other play centers. Perfect activities for 2-4 year olds. You can take your 1 year old but they won't be able to enjoy it to a full capacity. I think a 5-6 year old can have fun here but I don't think 7 and 8 year olds should really play here, there are too many 2 year olds running around.

I went to Off the Wall Kidz for the first time during Xmas vaca. It was a nasty rainy day and my kids were literally off the wall at home. My boys (ages 5 & 8) had an amazing time. The interactive ball pit game was their favorite. The admission price was good, I really appreciated they didn't charge for adults like other places. It was super clean inside which is huge, especially in the winter months. The staff was super nice, always around if you had questions. We will definitely definitely be back!!!!!!

Took my 6 and 3 year old here and was very pleased with the atmosphere. Everything was very clean and I felt like I was always able to keep a good eye on my kids. There was plenty there to keep them having a blast and certainly tired them out (which is always a plus). Highly recommend!

Super duper fun for the little ones and almost-big-ones! 5, 4 & 7 year olds had a blast. Equipment is well kept up, safe, clean, with plenty of opportunities to climb, jump and play. Went during a very busy school vacation day (just before pandemic shut down) but the play space is so big and numbers are limited so we could keep track of our kids and they had plenty of space to move around. Cafe is limited, but they have the basics... and coffee.

We make the drive from the Cape whenever we need to fill a random day here and there for our 2.5 year old. It's affordable, the place is always clean, and the other customers have always been pleasant. I really can't think of anything negative about any of my experiences.

I gave a 2.5 year old daughter so I've been to my share of indoor playgrounds.. very clean, ball pit, slides, carousel for little ones and a trampoline. they run a bubble machine every so often. Absolutely hands down the best indoor playground for children of multiple ages (I've been to a few). My son is 2 and it's hard to find places to entertain him and me - unlike some other places, at Off the Walk KIDZ parents can interact with the children. Great place. Very clean, great staff, food is good at the cafe. Best part is there is only one way out so the kids are contained in one huge play area, and with young children, it makes it much easier to keep a watch on both at the same time. If you leave at any point, your receipt is good for the day, so you can go back until closing.

This place is absolutely perfect for kids. It's not as crowded some of the other kids locations in the area and it's not as expensive as other places in the area. It also does not charge you for an adult to attend while watching the child when they're playing. More like "Hole in the Wall Dreamland for Kids". The place doesn't stick out much. But once you're in there, it's a wonderful place for the kids to play in. Every time I go to places similar to this my kids are ready to go in an hour because they're bored. We spent 3 hours here and my daughter was not happy to leave. They are constantly cleaning during play time which I don't see often. If something is broken they shut down the area and fix it immediately. Admission price is fair. The cafe had a few mistakes but they are new and accidents happen but they were beyond accommodating and apologetic.

Fun place to take the kids, but easy to get seperated. Some of the areas are difficult for adults to get through. But there's a lot of cool features I haven't seen at other indoor play places. We liked the spider web and cool swings. I did not notice much in the way of security for families, keep a close eye on the kids.

Excellent on days when it isn't overcrowded. They're very much clearly struggling with staffing and keeping it safe when it's busy. This weekend older kids had overtaken the under five area and it wasn't safe for little people. It's a great space though. Lots of fun!

Of all the indoor play spaces, I have to say I like this one the best! They have more food and drink options and a variety of slides, climbing things, ball pits, pretend town, and a toddler play area. It has something for kids from age 1 to possibly 14. Oh, and it also has an enclosed trampoline. Most parents seemed to be supervising their kids, unlike other indoor play spaces I have been to. My kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming here more often!

We enjoyed a few hours there this afternoon. It was a Saturday in the winter so it was very busy. The ball pit was very cool. My daughter enjoyed the marketplace and pretend play areas. I felt like it was pretty clean. Staff was visable and interactive.

I'm so upset about the visit we had today! I really wanted to love this place so much! We drove 25 minutes and got to play for about 45 minutes before my daughter needed to eat lunch she's one years old and the owner was very nasty and would not let me feed her food that I brought her from home and insisted I brought my one year-old daughter to the car and eat in the cold because of other children?s allergies. All while they serve chicken fingers and french fries. The most ridiculous policy I've ever heard

It's fun for kids. A lot of different activities to do; a mini trampoline, ball pit, and pretend play, just to name a few. It is decently priced, although prices have gone up a bit since I first went there, so that is a downer. They don't charge for adults though! My only complaints are 1. The family bathrooms don't have a changing table and 2. The stroller parking/pumping room is freezing in the winter because it is right by the front entrance.
