The worst place on earth. If I could give it 0 stars I would. To start it off all the employees are kids and all very rude. The higher staff and managers don't care and also super rude. They need to be shut down because this place is insanely dirty from hair balls on the trampolines to dust on the walls. The floor is all sticky. Overall this place is ok it's a cross between Dave & Busters with Trampoline Park. We did not try the food to be able to rate it. You need to pay to be a non-participant in the trampoline area if you want to observe your child, and have to pay extra for the pool tables, karaoke, and axe throwing. Service was ok, seems to be a lot of idle time for employees and they just stand around. I worked in retail for over 15 years and we had a saying ?if you can lean you can clean?. Off The Wall is the perfect place for kids to have fun and burn off energy! The facility is clean, safe, and packed with exciting activities that kept my kids entertained for hours. Prices are reasonable, parking is free, games are nothing out of the ordinary compared to other similar places. The rock climbing is very small, their basketball court is even smaller, but their trampoline area is a good one. I booked a birthday party room for my son. For the amount of time given to be in the room isn't worth the money. Everything felt rushed. But the food was good and our hostess was nice. Very loud, and crowded on Saturdays. I suggest parking in the back of the facility, a lot more parking spaces.

Took a group of elementary school children here and it was great. The place was clean, the restrooms were clean, and all employees were helpful, very friendly and nice. As a gold member, I want to commend an employee named Ariel. I've never seen anyone work as hard as he does. He went above and beyond by picking up glasses and sweeping the floor multiple times. Such an amazing experience!!! We got there late and only had 30 minutes to play. Eli made it the best possible experience in the short time we had! I am 72 years old and was invited to Off the Wall Dandy Bear for my grandson's birthday celebration. During the event, the room became excessively warm, prompting us to open the doors in hopes of letting in cooler air. However, the temperature remained uncomfortably hot. I loved bringing my daughter here and will be going back. They have toddler friendly trampolines and arcade machines. Fun and great place for children to run and literally jump all over. Went for a birthday party and everyone had a blast! There's a variety of arcade games and prizes and different trampoline jumping areas, for bigger kids/adults there's even basketball play area.

One of the neatest and most carefully planned indoor playgrounds or jumping parks we have visited is this one; it is well-lit and well-organized with enough of areas for several hobbies and activities. The children enjoy it; we did not feel overwhelmed because the louder sections are all on one side and could be seen from an acceptable distance. Though the cards systems require some improvement.

I just celebrated my 8 year olds birthday party and it was 5 stars. We picked a package with Paola their coordinator and she made it easy and gave us a great deal !! Strongly recommend calling in and speaking to Paola to celebrate at Off The Wall.

Great place! Super spacious! Tons of games in the arcade area and also a huge playground. They even have an area to storage shoes and you can bring your own non-slip socks, but they also sell it for $3.45. Prices are good, the card for the arcade begin in $10 and the playground is $12.95 although they have packages with bundles.

For the experience you will have here, you're better off at Chuck E. Cheese in Kendall. The prices are outrageous, staff will ignore you at the bar, game time is gone in minutes but they conveniently place recharge ATMs everywhere that's a plus.

This place is a joke and should be shut down. The staff if you can even call them that are rude, untrained, and clearly don't care about basic professionalism. It's run by kids who have no idea what they're doing. The managers are just as bad, if not worse. The entire place is filthy and completely untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go literally anywhere else.

We had a very bad experience in that place, the first lack of respect came from admiration, he offended us, he sold us a service and then it was not what we paid for, we bought 3 hours and he took us out of the place after 2 hours to bring in his relatives, he closed the shop for us bar ticket so we wouldn't consume drinks. My event was on January 25th. The manager on duty treated us badly. He insulted my husband and me. He tried to fight with my husband inside the place. But a worker alerted him about the cameras and he didn't proceed. Afterwards he acted like nothing was happening. This was our first and last time we come. More than half of the arcade machines had a red message. The games my kids wanted to play unfortunately they were unable to since they had the red error message. Oh when we mentioned to a staff that many games had this message their response was ?The technician left for the day? (it was 3 pm). So my guess was the machines would be unavailable for the remainder of the day.

Amenities are great and my daughter had a great time; however the guy at the bar told us that they didn't have CO2, so no draft beers or sodas were available. I worked in the industry for 18 years and I know they usually say that when machines were already cleaned. We planned my daughter?s birthday and we couldn't offer any drinks to the guests.

Good place to entertain the kids while enjoying a light drink. The teampolines are compartmentalized to keep older kids from the toddlers or younger ones and prevent injuries. The facility and the food are ok, but the staff are simply the worst. Firstly for check-in, there were 3 lines open but 2 for party check-in and only one for individual customers. The staff are completely horrible and just walk around like they have no idea what's going on. The bar area was full of ants and we sat there for 30 mins with the staff not even approaching us, they just looked over and kept socializing with eachother.
