Sara Kruse has us all under her thumb with these nickels dimes pennies and tickets not fully cashed in. I want them to make change payable always no matter the tickets age for when you collect them they add up to a pretty penny.

Gotta love when you go to cash out a ticket and hit the jackpot at NTS! TWO IN 2 days!! Everything about this place and the people is awesome! Although the place is fairly small, it's comfortable to play at, and they have a variety of games to play. There's easily 15-20 different games to play. It's always a good time at NTS!

Family owned and operated for 40 years

Do not play NTS games especially in motels like comfort inn in Omaha. If you're there on a weekend and you play the game and you win or you put $100 bill in and you win a little and you try to cash your money out they won't cash your ticket until the following Monday. Most people are on their way back home or have left for their next destination by then. I believe it's a scam the technician kept lying to us and putting us off for a day and a half. We had to call police to get our $100 back.

Thieves... I was bored at the laundromat and decided to play the slot game there. Put in 20, won some and decided to cash out at 70. When I go to cash out it prints a ticket. Hmmm, No where to cash the ticket. Then I notice a small sticker on the machine that says I have to drive 5 miles to Nebraska Technical Services to cash out. I went to visit family for Christmas, and after getting home I went to cash it only to find they were closed. I went back a couple weeks later and they told me the ticket had expi

I had a issue with Cummings food market . For what every reason they wouldn't cash my tickets. But nts said they would cash all the tickets I had . Even the ones that were out of date . It was a great experience . Awesome company.

We love using NTS for arcade game rentals for our corporate events throughout the year and not to mention the great pricing. Marilyn is so great to work with and makes life easy on me when booking the arcade games. Highly recommend the claw machine and putting your own animals or "swag" in it. People go crazy over these things!

Love this family owned business! They are soooo cool and nice when going to retrieve winnings/prizes from their machines in bars all around omaha! The more tournaments you PLAY on a created account, the better your chances are of winning! I am up there ALL THE TIME

Sure wish this place was open 7 days a week to do ticket cashing from their skill games. Just plain stinks when you win and have to wait until monday to get your winnings.

First of all if they're going to put these machines and businesses either the business of the machine is in should be required to pay out ticket winnings or don't have the machine. I think it's ridiculous if you win on a Friday you have to wait till Monday I'd rather go across the bridge at least you paid there I mean what if somebody was from out of town and they just happen to stop have dinner on a Friday night hit big and there's no way of getting no money their money pretty stupid

Only company I have ever dealt with that doesn't give the place they have their machines at cash to pay out on tickets! I've been sitting on $160ish and I have called the number on the machine a couple of times and no answer. I have even left messages and nothing! Terrible customer service.....

Just about every place I go to to play pinball has an NTS machine in Omaha and Bellevue. This would be great except for the fact that the machines are never in working/Playing order or are new machines that haven't even been set up. I call to report issues and my calls go on hold forever, or when the rare chance they are answered the machines reported take way too long to be serviced and are rarely doubled checked to see if they work properly. As a pinball enthusiast in Omaha this is extremely frustrating.
