We went for a birthday party and i was really impressed with the amount of activities they have to keep kids engaged the whole time. My daughter loved the ropes course and rock wall in addition to the trampolines. After 3 hours and my daughter was still sad to leave. We will be back!
I travel 48 minutes (per Google maps) from where I live just to come here with my 4 children. From toddler to adult, they have more than just the trampoline park. As I sit here in the physical location and write this review, they have an obstacle course, ninja course, soccer, ball pit with slides, indoor playground, arcade, zip line, rock wall, and a toddler area. The pictures I am going to post will not show how big and nice this place is. However, what stood out to me also is the customer service and the
Would give this place another star if the snack situation were better for adults. Get the impression they hire a lot of the local teens - which is excellent, because my young kids feel so cool because of it (any time they interact with a teenager, it's like they are meeting Katy Perry). Just be aware that every kid loves this place, and as a result it's going to be chaos on rainy days. Set your expectations accordingly.
Took my son for a birthday party and it was amazing!!! It looked fun for even adults. I'm absolutely going to bring my son back! There were so many things to try and definitely can keep ur kids busy and tire them out.
It was a blast to watch the kids play! It was way better than skyzone and even a little cheaper with way more to do. There was something for all 5 of my kids (11,10,8,6, and 3) and there was even an arcade that we can't wait to try next time we go. Definitely the perfect place to go on a day that it's too hot or rainy out to do anything outside!
very nice comfortable leather couches and plenty of room to hang out and chill while the kids bounce their hearts out. facility was clean and well organized. staff was helpful and the variety of activities was good for all ages. One of the best trampoline parks I've been to.
Two words. AMAZING STAFF. The staff is always alert and paying attention to the children. If a child gets hurt they are right on top of it. The staff is young but I have never seen such professional behavior from a staff. Other places you see staff constantly on their phone. I have been to this place MULTIPLE times and I have NEVER seen one staff member on their phone. They all seem to take their job seriously and are very alert of kids safety which is a number 1 thing to me as a parent. There is so many op
Always an awesome time for the kiddos?it was a nice change to just let kids run around and not be a guest at party since that was what brought us here in the past. It's only been about a year or less since we visited and I either didn't notice multiple new additions or they continuously step there game up, either way we enjoyed multiple new amenities they offered including obstacle courses, human made mold zip lines slides and more! Great place to reward kids, rainy day, birthday party or just because you c
The perfect place to let kids unleash their energy while grandma relaxes on the comfy couch with her feet up. ?? Can't lose track of kids in here , it's wide open in all directions and you can spot your kids from any seated area. Courteous and friendly staff who care about the safety of your kids.
Brought our 3 kids here twice in one week, once for a birthday party which was really fun, and another time for just the family. We have 2 toddlers and a 7 year old. There is a separate place for the toddlers to play but plenty for them to do. Definitely a fun new place to bring the family!!!
Had a b day party it was fun kids had a great time just watch the people in the other rooms trying to scope out the gifts and what's in your party room I felt like they were trying to be grimes I could be wrong but I'm usually not, really busy place though so keep an eye on your stuff and kids
Nova Trampoline Park is an excellent place to take your kids. There are several different areas to choose from for ALL age groups to enjoy for several hours. The only problem is there's no snack bar for hungry or thirsty kids or parents to indulge. Maybe they're avoiding cleaning up puke.. lol, who knows ? But it would be nice. Also, this place isn't ghetto. I've been here many times & I have never seen trashy parents or kids acting like out of control, over emotional, egotistical lowlifes. It's a fun & s
Great place for kids to burn some energy. We went early Saturday afternoon and the kids had a good time. No complaints here.
We had my daughter?s birthday party there and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great place.
Great place for the kids to come play and have fun. Plenty of things for them to do, from jumping on trampolines to playing arcade games. I like that this place has plenty of electric massage chairs you can sit on (extra charge).
Wish there were more food options but the kids LOVE it here! So much to do!
Grate place. A little bit of everything for kids all ages
Tons of investment/new stuff!! Have been before and happy with changes, new couches, games, etc. Great experience on a hot afternoon, basically had the place to ourselves! Fun time had by all!
Wonderful place to bring children and so many amenities within nova also kind staff. My child absolutely loved the rock wall, especially we surely will be back.
My kids love the trampoline park! They always have fun when we go, and the price is reasonable.
Puke in the ball pit left unattended to for 30 minutes, it was everywhere. staff did not even notice despite standing right there
They need more staff for this facility for safety reasons. There absolutely no excuse that my daughter fell seven feet to the floor on their equipment because someone moved the pad from where it was supposed to be. For an owner that supposedly strives for safety your are falling very short from that goal. We as parents trust that facilities are safe for our children to use and me and my wife are very upset we watched our daughter plunge to the floor hitting her head at the bottom . No staff where around my
Place is very nice a lot of options for kids my daughter loves it
The people there are friendly my sons love to go there to have fun it a good place to bring your kids for a birthday party or normal occasion
Best trampoline park in New England. We go to a LOT of both inside and outside of Boston. This one is our favorite by far. Bright, clean, good line of sight, comfortable place for adults to sit, and the only one that labels your kid with a name tag for faster contact in case there's an emergency (such an obvious idea -- but none of the other ones do it?) I wish it was closer to Boston. We go every year during our Cape vacation.
Usually a good experience.. pretty large area for kids
Awesome place Tough for adults ..keep up with kids but it's fun...
Myself and my twin seven-year-old boys i?ve been coming here ever since they opened a couple years ago. I have never had a bad experience here. Definitely the best trampoline park in the area. Well run, clean and the staff is always super friendly
The place is ok. Fairly clean.
My 3 & 4 years old granddaughters had a nice time. Also my niece (18) nephews (15). We well recommend ??????
So while the actual time in the party room is a bit short, it was a great overall experience. We had a very attentive party host named Katie. She was always asking what we needed and if we needed more of anything. The kids had so much fun, the pizza was actually really good compared to other places when you book a party. They provided ice cream, socks and a free Nova shirt for the birthday girl. There were a few parties going on but there wasn't any overcrowding. Would definitely do again another time. I no
Fun for the kids! Book a time and pay online before you go. You can buy different amounts of time. One hour seemed about right. My kids didn't think that would be enough time but they were pretty worn out and ready for a break by then. There are trampolines, climbing walls, foam pits, and other fun things to discover. There are some areas dedicated to smaller kids. There are also rooms for birthday parties that can be booked ahead. It gets a little crowded in there.
Need more adult staff or staff experienced with children! Teens yelling at the kids and the kids have no clue what's going on! Had to ask to close the ball pit for bodily fluids and was told they normally spray disinfectant for blood I basically had to ask multiple times to have it closed and properly cleaned. We will not visit again
My kids loved it and they said it was great and want to go back...
Kids had a great time the price was good as well . Highly recommended to get the kids off there phones and doing excersise !!!
Amazing place! Had a birthday party here and my party host was super helpful. Every birthday party should be here!
Wow! Great pricing, nice staff, and the variety in here is 2nd to none! Fabulous trampoline park w/ more! Ropes course, ninja area, basketball area, zipline into ball pit, arcade, toddler only section, big kid section, open sections for all ages, indoor playground for Littles, and seats everywhere for adults. Big and spacious. We LOVED it.
Our boys enjoyed it for the most part, but, there were too many young children allowed in areas we think should have been maybe 12 years and older. Like the super jump..it's hard for 14 and 15yr olds to have fun when much younger kids are also in there. Maybe next time we should go later in the day as opposed to 3pm.
Had a birthday party for my 6 yr old little expensive but easy
The girls enjoyed 3 hours of non stop fun! Ages 12 and 13 . Great Day!
A great place for children, there are so many things to do: trampolines, rock climbing wall and lots of rope climbing mazes. The young people working there were terrific. Be aware there was one corner where that a young child can get into where there is no visibility.
We had a birthday party for my son here yesterday our party host I believe his name was Jimmy was amazing and very attentive. He went above and beyond for us . We had an amazing experience
It was a very fun experience, I would recommend it for children from ages 5 to 13. It's a genuinely safe experience, with helpful responsible staff. Very nice and wide open interior, for tons of free movement. During weekends it's quite packed with a bunch of children. But during weekdays, it's more calm and you could possibly have the whole entire place to yourself. I've been here about 3 times and and the first time coming was the only one I needed. There's really nothing to come back for, but that's just
This nova is awesome, way bigger then the one on the Northshore in Lynnfield. Clean and not too crowded on Sunday.
I wanted to love this place ?. We wanted to try before we booked a birthday party. My friend and I took your 11 yr old boys here today and it was a disappointment for sure. We purchased 180 minutes of time. The rock wall section was closed and was not enough to do for this amount of time. Also bought a $20- arcade card. My son tried to play one game that was broken a couple of times and it ate up most of his credits?. Went to the desk and they said they credited back to his card( they did not) decided to m
Went to a birthday party here. Make sure you watch your children and their stuff. Management and the children working here haven't a clue for safety of your child. They need to take time to teach their employees how to be responsible hosts. The PA system was not loud enough for anyone to hear announcements. Safety for the children needs to be addressed with the ?rides?, trampolines, maze, games, etc. Amenities for the guest needs to be refined to keep track of families stuff; shoes, cloths, water, etc. The
Great place for a birthday party. The kids had a blast and the staff took care of everything.
Pros: Parking is never an issue and it's free as it is in a shopping plaza. This is a fun family friendly indoor jump park! All ages will be entertained! Rock wall climbing. Host parties Lil arcade area. Toddler area. Couches all around for adults to relax and let the kids burn sum energy! Cons: it is the summer and it is hot right now I went there two days ago July 30th with my 4, 5 and 10 year old. We stayed for 3 hours I thought it was a little pricey spending $100 but I had hoped it would have been a
This is the only place my kids? friends ever want to go for their birthday parties and we live on Cape which means it's pretty awesome
This trampoline park is amazing and a must go for all ages. I've had a couple of birthday parties for kids and group trip with friends to practice our jumps! The service is top notch, where they sanitize all areas after use and it's huge so there's tons of space without feeling crowded. This location is better than other trampoline parks as they are attentive to our group, answered all our questions and offered help when needed. Definitely a spot I'll plan to come to often in the future. I've recommended t
We took my step-daughter there this past Saturday for a birthday party, and it is such a fun place. Tons of things to do, and the kids had a BLAST! The only reason I am rating this place 3 stars is in hopes that the owner reads this and takes my thoughts into consideration. #1 - There should definitely be actual doors on the entrances to both bathrooms. I thought that was a little odd especially that this is a place for children. There should be a little more privacy. However, this is a minor issue compare
Great place. I wish they would put better security at the front door- like a push gate or something. Younger children can get away from parents and just run right into the parking lot.
Place was fun the kids had a great time! There were plenty of comfy relaxing seats for parents and guardians.
Play structures as well as foam/ball puts are filthy. Trampolines are great ??
Our children loved it and if you are a parent that still engages with, and plays with their child, you will enjoy it as well.
Just hosted our sons 3 year old birthday here. They charged an arm and a leg, put us in a tiny room.. people had to stand outside the room. They assigned us a ?party planner? who did nothing but give us socks and bring pizzas to the room. We had no time to set up for the party (we waited in the car and people started showing up before we were allowed to enter the room) and was told we had to start cleaning up before our time was up. Long story short, $500-600 for a tiny room, we were rushed throughout the e
Low key this place was MASSIVE just like the low taper fade meme
I am EXHAUSTED after visiting here. I'd expected it to be fun and to have a good time with my kids but this place is an absolute blast. We were there for an hour and a half, and that was plenty of time for our younger kids. I think I enjoyed it as much as the kids! Everything looked real clean and there were sanitizer stations everywhere. My only issue would be the rock walls being closed, but im not sure why. Not a huge deal just a bit of a bummer. Would absolutely recommend to parents.
Had my son's birthday party here and everything went well. Nice staff, clean facilities.
Kids had a ball. This was my first visit here with my grandkids but I've been to a couple of other trampoline parks. This was definitely the best with several trampolines a zip line and a climbing wall among other things. Well worth it. Oh, and very comfortable couches to sit in while you watch your kids
Just winding down from our son?s birthday party! Nova made it a breeze, we had about 20 guests. We went with the B party, pizza was great, ice cream selection was perfect, we had our own party supplies but they included plates cups utensils and table covers. Our guests had a great time, we are a party of different disabilities, we had no issues, everyone was accommodated. I highly recommend having a birthday party here especially in the summer time with heat and iffy weather. Might seem expensive but totall
We love going there, in fact my youngest daughter wanted her burthday party to be at Nova , so we booked it and she couldn't wait for the big day which was this past weekend, we had a birthday party booked for their location in Plymouth, on the way to the party i was double checking emails from Nova to make sure I had enough ordered enough pizzas for everyone, when i realized just then that I had booked the party for the wrong day!! it was 30 min before the party I thought I scheduled for and invited every
Please ban furries, if you let them in, mute it. I am furryphobic
I have never been to a trampoline park that had couches placed all over the entire facility so you can sit and watch the kids anywhere they wanna play. Soooooo much better than any other place I've been!!
My family and I came here during the school break. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my experience. The staff members were very accommodating to our needs. I've been to many trampoline parks and Nova absolutely blew my mind with all the arcade games they had, friendly staff and most importantly, you can't beat their price! I would definitely recommend to keep the socks that were provided and to use them for future visits!
Went on rainy, cold father's day. It was great! My nieces (5 and 8) loved it and said it was the best trampoline park they have ever been to! My daughter (4) also loved it and had so much fun! Very clean and huge! lots of different ways to enjoy trampolines (dodge ball area, soccer, etc) They also have a toddler section with giant legos and a ball pit, which my 2 year old loved. The adults also had a great time. Very reasonably priced! We will be back!
Wicked fun place for all ages! Took my nephews and niece during their school break and they had a blast and kept saying they can't wait to go back. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating.
cheap prices!! which i absolutely love. rude employees
Absolutely love this place. Kids can run around safely! My son is 5 and autistic and he always has a blast and such awesome workers. One young lady helped my son jump in the foam pit and climb out.
This place is huge and awesome. It has everything a kid needs to stay busy for hours and it's pretty clean.
8 min drive, perfect! Kids love it! So many things to do, only thing I wish is that the staff was more strict on who is allowed to go to the performance trampoline, one of my kids almost got knocked out becuase of the lack of awareness from other kids. Overall great place!
This place is wonderful but please buy the T-shirt above the size that you need. I just wasted so much money getting one of every color because we are there all the time. I wash/dryed them and now they are useless to us. Attached is a photo of the youth small before and after wash/dry.
My grandkids run, jump and climb perfect place to be.
Excelent for family and celebrations kids birthday ??
Went here with one of our homeschool groups. The place is HUGE and very clean. They have so many places for parents to sit. Couches, tables, and massage chairs. I appreciated that bc usually I'm just standing around. The only thing I would love for them to have is a group rate or a monthly pass. Bc spending $19.00 per child, per visit, is a bit much.
Awesome place. My son loves the place. Best indoor fun place for kids in southeastern, MA. Trampolines. Large foam box put. Rotating cushioned balance beams. Indoor soccer. Indoor basketball. Six rock climbing walls with harnesses. Playhouse with cool features. Slides. Running ramps. Zip line. A lot more too. Clean. Well staffed. The one issue that is bad about this place is the questionable ventilation. The place gets stuffy with 200+ kids and 50+ parents inside at one time. Not good during Covid and flu
Great trampoline park, pretty big compared to others and the layout is great. Lots of comfortable couches to sit and watch and it's open enough so u don't feel crowded.
This place is great but if you want to bring food it no !!!!!! and they only offer limited party services and extremely expensive. They don't offer any smaller party options and they have picnic tables but only to sit at. This place needs a rethink by who ever owns it and should make it more available to smaller groups $400 for a room is ridiculous and to have tables but you can't bring food is just poorly thought. Won't be going back for any birthdays it ashamed but these places really don't think things
I really enjoy this place, a lot of different games. I found s? much fun in here
Lots of places to play. No one supervising the kids! The employee are between 16-18 . The toddler only areas are taken over by older kids and no employee seems to care. Kids running recklessly all over the place. It's ok but watch your younger ones closely.
Love it! Went for a bday party kids had a blast. We'll be back. We'd be back sooner if they offered discounts or promos ??
greatest trampoline park nearby! I frequently bring my nieces and nephews here, and they always have a great time. My wheelchair can also be accessed, which was excellent. I would definitely be returning again.
Highly recommend this spot for kids birthday parties. It was my first time here for my little cousin's birthday; they were super attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be back
Visited on 5/10 Once again, Nova did not disappoint. Arrived 30min before close with my 3 year old. To my surprise (and embarrassment) there were no other jumpers, just us and the Nova staff. The staff were using the extra down time to do an extreme clean on the place. There we were ready to jump, which meant cleaning time over. The coolest part was that they didn't show an ounce of aggravation. Instead they treated my son like an after hours celeb. Telling him how cool it is that he's got the entire place
When I heard that there was a trampoline park near me, I knew I had to take my kids there! I have two extremely energetic children. After taking them to the park, they were wiped out. I also have a 4 year old that was able to play in the toddler section which had so many things for her to do. The place is very big and the staff is very friendly. I can't wait to go back! It's a mama's paradise when you want the children to expend that energy!
First time here not impressed only open since February and already broken arcade machines the whole area was dirty no one was cleaning up people had food and water on the platform when they can't even follow the business rules not a good place someone is going to get hurt saw a girl fall through the netting on one of the climbing apparatus fell all the way to the ground. None of the staff was correcting the kids who were running and pushing the staff just stood there sorry won't be back and definitely will
My kids love this place!!
Great fun reasonable priced. Well maintained. The kids love it. They just keep jumping up and down. And running from one activity to another.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
