Great store, huge selection. They have an arcade with many classic games.

Visted from out of town. One of my favorite video games stores I've been to in the country. Tons of really cool inventory and very fairly priced. The employees are super personable and talked about the history of the place and clearly had a love for collecting. The custom Zelda cabinet they built is incredible. They mentioned they are converting one of the rooms into an arcade soon. Highly Recommended. Worth a trip if you're passionate about games and near the area!

I wanted to love this store but I have bought 5 things from there and 3 never worked. I bought two new-in-box controllers and they did not work out of the box, then I went back and got a third which also did not work. While I was there I picked up a PS3 game which was scratched and completely unplayable. It never even installed the game. It had some major changes since the last time I was at this establishment. The changes were in a good way also. It had alot of options in retro gaming new and old.

Very large selection of games but they have Roaches. I stopped in for the first time and saw a few Wii U titles I wanted to grab until my wife death gripped my arm and pointed out there were live roaches going in between the boxes/shelves. Sadly did not purchse anything as I didnt want to bring home any new roommates....

Great selection of various games spanning from SNES to PS5 and everything in-between. They even have older consoles that are in awesome condition. The staff is also really kind and informative. If you're into video games of old and new, definitely stop by here. They also have better trade in values and stock than GameStop!

We love going here and finding treasures and toys! They have a decent trade program, especially for store credit, and the selection always changes. We've gotten many toys and games here and even a 360 system that works great. Great place to go for older finds or to offload stuff you no longer want!

My brother never went there since he got a replacement Nintendo Switch kickstand while his console doesn't have one since the previous owner damaged the stand for him to enjoy while playing with Joy-Cons. They have games for every gaming platform from Atari to PS4 and XBox 1 and not just a few either!! I'm talking 30 to 50 games to choose from per platform!! They sell accessories for each one as well though, some more than others but still!!! You won't find this selection and range anywhere else. They also carry gaming cards like Pokemon and magic. This place is awesome! They have a ton of figurines and their selection of new and old video games and consoles is insane! Prices aren't even bad, either. And they are really fair with their prices when you sell to them. They don't have any playing cards, but what they do have is incredible and definitely worth visiting over and over.

I've really enjoyed watching this place grow since they opened. Their stock is pretty great, and the staff is friendly. Prices are on par with going rates, this retro stuff fluctuates so it's hard to stay current. But I don't think there are great deals, but rather fair prices. I'm thrilled to have a place like this here in Florence and I hope they succeed.

Pretty fun place! The employees were nice, and helped us out. I ended up paying about 9 bucks. My only concerns are their prices and warranties. Their prices follow a trend: the more recent the game, the cheaper it is. For example, an NES game is around 40 bucks here, but a gba game is max 15. The warranty is a bit questionable though. Instead of giving you money back, they give you store credit. I would rate this place 3.5, but google doesn't have decimals so I rounded up lol

You're literally walking into the past and they don't just have games, but action figures as well. A lot of stuff there I used to own as a kid definitely check the spot out.

Hands down my favorite local Retro Game store. The staff is very friendly, intensely knowledgeable, and the selection is above and beyond the norm. Not to mention that they offer a rewards program for repeat/return customers. I fully recommend that you check them out, they are well worth the visit

You can buy these games on eBay, but I prefer getting it through this local business. It's a neat store with a lot of hard to find vintage systems and collectibles. They have a rewards program and offer some reconditioning services. Pricing is fair, usually based on the rarity of the game and the condition of the case. Went to trade in some games today like I have for almost 20 years through their current and past locations. I had a hand held game that I was taking back to them after they made a previous offer less than a month ago, ....today they refused to take it. The employee was rude and stormed out of the room when I ask to speak to the owners. Typically I don't write reviews, but, this is such a nice corner market for used video games. Every time I visit Cincinnati, I always drive down here because they have such a stellar selection and plenty of cool items to browse. Recently, I went there and accidentally left my water bottle. The shop was kind enough to ship it back to me and I am extremely appreciative for them to do that. I've purchased a couple of video games here, and highly recommend checking this place out. :)

I find myself here at lease once a week, they have the best retro selection of video games I've seen. They also carry a fantastic, ever changing selection of figurines, and plushies. Friendly staff every time that always knows their stuff! They even carry replacement cables/controllers from just about every system sold in the US! Found an old genesis 16 bit in a box with no peripherals? No problem they have every thing you need to fire it up and probably have the game you liked back when you last had it out

Great place. Got my PSP 3000 here for about $80. Staff is nice as well. They also have things besides games and consoles, like posters, figures, pillows, stuffed animals, and keychains. I bought a used PS4 the other day and the fan system started going out. I brought it back though and since they didn't have a replacement and fixing it would cost more than it was worth they gave me every cent back that I spent. Many enjoy the very strong and flashy environment of stores like Gamestop or Best Buy, but this location and store holds something valuable like no other. I've been here 3 times in one week. The first two times I got a fair pricing on on my games. Loved the customer service. This last time the guy tried to insult my intelligence. This game store is in a weird location and larger than I expected. Lots of aftermarket goods and stuff I can't find anywhere else. Decent rewards program. Definitely coming back for birthday presents that are unique for my gaming friends.

Your first time here you may be wondering how to get in, cause the plaza is setup a little weird. But trust me finding the door to the castle is worth it! Fantastic customer service, I live almost an hour away and am more than willing to make the trip. Excellent selection for almost every system (nobody has Dreamcast games available for some reason). Knowledge staff that definitely go the extra mile.

Gem of a shop for action figures and videogames, largest console game selection in the tri-state area to my knowledge. Drawing supplies for comics/anime are limited, seems that aspect of the shop is in decline.

Now even though there can be high prices, I will disregard that cause of how good the service can be and how great the variety is. Once I got a GB game there that ended up not working due to my GBA SP not supporting it, and we ended up getting all our money back in rewards points which I spent on a 8BitDo wired controller I love. I really have only been looking at GB to GBA games, but next time I will check out their Wii and GameCube games, and maybe Wii U if they have it.

Pretty surprised in this place. Great selection. Unfortunately I was followed around and felt like I was be followed like they suspected I was a criminal. This backfired on them because instead of spending the hundreds of dollars I would have spent, I spent $13 and probably will rarely be back. They have some decent prices here. Retro items are fairly priced, but new items like retro and hyperkin items are overpriced.

Good vintage game store. If your looking for a old game you use to play as a kid this is the store to be at. Staff was friendly and love the selection. You can find anything there from a old game system to new and hard to find games to rare games. Glad this place is here and love stopping in and looking at everything and not being annoyed by people asking if you need help with something every ten minutes. Great selection of older games and accessories. The thing I come here for more than anything though is the sleeves they sell to protect photos, comics, things like that. Nobody else carries them and you have to buy like 50 ordering online anywhere.

Staff was friendly, super large selection on everything from toys to games to movies. A friend sold some stuff there recently and told me they had movies ended up getting a full stack without breaking the bank. Definitely a replacement for Buybacks

Love this place. Took some old games and systems and got a great trade in price. They replaced the battery and cleaned my Zelda NES game for cheap. The games, toys and collectibles are awesome. Stores like this just don't exist anymore.

I sold some some SNES and NES games to the store, I had sort of an idea of their value when I went in. I honestly expected the "gamestop" experience. But I walked out blown away not only did they give me a fair price, one item was worth more then I thought and they told me about it. Very Honest business cant go wrong going here. Be warry when you step inside this store, shoppers. While it is the only option in the area, I fear they know that and weaponize it. For one they tend to sell fake cartridges. Usually Pokemon or other Nintendo Properties, seeing that they are the best sellers.. They seem to have the idea that as long as it resembles the gameplay, the rest doesnt matter. How so? Say you want to buy a game for the ps3, but the case is horribly beaten up and the disc is scratched to hell. They would still sell it full price. O

My son purchased a DS in the box and noticed when he got to the car that it was damaged. He went back inside to return it. They would not return his money. I even called them when he arrived home. We are now disputing the charge on our card. The one they sold him in the box has a different serial number than the box too. That is fraudulent. What a scam. Beware and don't let your kids shop here.
