We have been using the kids bowl free summer program and the kids enjoy it so much! The staff are friendly and attentive and the pizza is so good! Good vibes all the way!

Held at NEHS ALUMNI mixer here. We spent a lot of time there in school. They were very accommodating...good food...good service. And a clean establishment.

My rating dropped a little bit because if the kitchen. We arrived at 7 because we needed to talk to them. There was around 36-40 of last night. We wanted to see if we could reserve like 6 lakes for rock n bowl. Dave was very awesome about making sure the Drengr Offroad club was taken care of and we had six Lanes together for bowling. While bowling bowling themes were nice the music was awesome and the new screen were great and fun. The kitchen however one particular person is laking. I don't know her name b

Very clean bowling alley. The staff is friendly. We did not order any food, but it sure smelled good. Lanes are well taken care of.

Alright place. Takes forever when ordering food but they may be short staffed. Idk. Also a little unfair that it's only 8yr and younger for bumper rails but there are slightly older kids who would like to be able to use them as well. Kind of weird they don't just go up n down for certain places but instead stay on whole time

The family enjoyed my daughter's 7th birthday bowling. We had an amazing time creating moments that are priceless. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great time bowling. Facility was very clean and the staff kept busy scrubbing and cleaning up after guests. Fries and onion rings were tasty from the snack bar.

This place was amazing to go. Me and the family all loved it. We played for a while, had some good fun and the price was very affordable. it's also close very close to a few things. It's A bit loud and a bit crowded, but that is expected of a great bowling alley.

Love the free kids summer bowl, the prices of bowling in general is good esp for the family bowl deal. I gave only 3 stars because sometimes their kitchen staff is rude, or don't wear gloves or hairnets. I also dislike that they changed their arcade games to scam claw machines that never let you win. They out source them to other companies so if they malfunction in anyway the staff literally just say we can't help you and won't refund you if it takes your money and doesn't give you a turn. Even though I'm not that great at bowling, still had a good time, went here with my cousins for her birthday and dad, uncle+, we all had fun,the pizza was good, had no problems, they even wrote happy birthday to her on the screen, they also told her happy birthday over the speaker, great customer service ??

The setup on the machines was a little different, but after we got our issue solved, it's very easy to change the settings, and the atmosphere is great!

Great old-fashioned fun! Bowling was something I used to do with my parents as a kid. Now that I have kids of my own, it's just as fun. The staff there is friendly and respectful to the customers. It's an overall great time!

Went to a kid's birthday party. Typical bowling alley. Mostly like any other alley I've ever been to. They have this huge counter display case of prizes for kids to trade in their game tickets from their "game room". Strange thing is they really don't have a game room per se. They have several claw machines tucked in places here and there plus a couple of bigger games out by the lanes. Great place and lots of fun!

What's a great place to go bowl! The girls in the kitchen kick butt and always serve food not only fresh, but tasty! The bar tender is nice but only when you're buying a drink and tipping her. She needs replaced. The business could use new management. Current manager is never at the alley. Never. Go get some food and leave a tip for those hard working girls!

Went to birthday party there. Awesome customer service, and I absolutely loved the pizza!!! I've been there before, and the games and shoe rental are actually cheap.

Bowling Alley burgers are the best at Northridge Lanes! I hadn't been there in nearly 15 years and they brought my childhood roaring back! Big smile. Great service. Great experience. A perfect evening with family. Grateful!

I've had my son?s birthday party here 2 years in a row, it's always nice and clean. My issue is the older gentleman who always works the front. He's been rude with me and family multiple times and tonight my son went in with his aunt to play a couple games and again he was rude. It's too expensive to be treated like that. Won't be back.

It's always been a fun spot, but the updated lanes and look of the place is great! And of course the restaurant is always delicious. This period some of the best pizza in Texas tenderloins in town! A very fun and easy going time for people of all ages

We called before coming to do price checks, they told 2.25 for kids and 2.75 for adults, we had a large group with kids so that was important which we explained on the phone. When we got there we asked how much total again and the guy said you pay when you leave, I told him I just want to double check and replied you pay when you leave. We go leave and they doubled the price for shoe rentals, which nothing was ever said about any shoe rental fee. This place isn't honest in my opinion, and they make you pay

I've been bowling on a league there for over 20 years. It's a very clean place for bowling and they have great pizza.

They offer lots of options for kids and parents to bowl together......their prices for drinks and food are really high even for a bowling alley. My cheese pizza took way too long

Great for family entertainment, dates or even a good time with friends or on your own. Very friendly staff at the bar/food court. Much more seating room for large crowds as well. Most rude customer service in kitchen. Ordered two pizzas they took my name for my order but never let me know when it was ready. One pizza was wrong and the lady wanted to argue that she was right and i was wrong. Pizzas were cold and disgusting. Customer service is very rude. Don't waste your time or money here. Ill never come back again Victory lane will have my businesses from now on!!!!!!!!

Very nice lanes and nice clean surroundings

This place is so fun when you go there in the spring at every bowling lane there is a kids bowl free pass. I recommend! If you play games and don't get the exact number of tickets you got then you can tell the front desk and the person will give you tickets or a toy.

Easy to find, nice parking lot, park close to doors, clean, nice people/staff, good snack bar with good menu, most people seemed to really like the pizza. Nice and colorful inside. Very up to date scoring modules, clear large screens, lanes done well, few ball return issues, ball comes back fairly clean. Nice lanes. Great place.

It was really clean, they had shoes to fit all of us, even my granddaughter. They made sure to keep us away from the teams. It's kinda expensive but it's something to do on a rainy day and when it gets cold

Very busy and unorganized. Woman taking orders was stressed and down right RUDE! Spent $150 in food and drinks and the lady acted like that was totally inconvenient for her and then when it's done, 1 1/2 hours later she said that "completes your order, BYE". Won't return for a long while, staff ruined the experience for my family.

Great atmosphere! Lanes are in good shape, food is excellent and staff ( counter staff is excellent- kitchen staff could be a little more customer friendly. In my opinion, I come in and see nobody playing arcades. Which with a little expansion of that are would make a great pro shop. My biggest complaint would be the lack of oil on the lanes, which they do oil well for league, but on $5 Tuesday and Thirsty Thursday they don't oil lanes until it's close to league time which starts at 6-6:30. I may be wrong o

Plenty of open lanes, very clean sitting areas. Could see things being disinfected while I was there. Very clean bathrooms as well. Fair pricing to ensure not spending more than I hoped to take the family out for a good time. Great deals for kids as well.

Bowling was good. Food order organization was awful. We ordered and paid for pizza and cheese sticks. Got our cheese sticks and was told the pizza would be a few more minutes. When we went back up we were told that we didn't order a pizza....showed exact change for our purchase and still no pizza. Will never go back ever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I looooove coming here!! We went there the other day to place an order for our family for dinner and I am soooo glad we did!!! We went there less then a hour before they closed and they had no problems taking our order which was around $60 ( it was alot of food!!). They told us how long it would be so we left and came back and they were just finishing our order. Ashley, Avery and Ronda is AWESOME at there jobs and we will definitely be back soon!!!

The only reason I give them a 4 is because most of their balls seem to be accustomed for either small children or adults with very large hands. Everyone in my group had trouble finding a ball that felt comfortable. Other than that it's very great place.

Loved this place. This was the first time I've been and I went with a few friends, the staff was amazing and super helpful as well as the place being extremely neat and clean. Will be back.

We ordered food. I wanted my pretzel sticks before the rest of our food, she told me come back in 5 minutes for my pretzels. So I did, they wasn't even ready she said 5 more minutes. Went back and she said she just out them in. Come back in about 4-5 more minutes. So I got my pretzels with all my food. And my son's bowling match was almost over before we even got our food. However there cheeseburger was good. My boyfriend said their pizza wasn't bad but wasn't nothing special.

I came in on a Sunday and I was told we were unable to bowl without an appointment. I did not see any signage nor any updates on their Facebook page about this policy. Even when the man said we couldn't bowl he was looking for a sign and there wasn't one. The whole things felt strange and unwelcoming. I will not be returning.

This place is amazing and definitely family friendly, and one for the kids. It's like a bowling alley, plus a mini chuck e cheese/Dave n busters put together. They have a giant claw machine, candy claw machine, multiple other claw machines and games that you can win tickets from to cash in for prizes. I will say the prizes aren't as awesome as the before mentioned places, but they definitely try to make it fun for the kids, too! I took my little gurl here for a late night bowling session with the black lights. The manager was a really friendly guy and went out of his way to make sure my little girl who is 7 was having a good time. She is still learning and was getting frustrated and he made sure that she walked away smiling and in thee end really enjoyed the experience. Lanes and equipment are great score keeping is all digital and has fun little graphics and cartoons for strikes and turkeys fun to watch. I would definitely recomme

Must be good, ton of people there for their Rock n Bowl. Got tired of waiting in line so went to the movies instead. Should've waited out the line because the movie sucked. Definitely gonna go back except next time we're getting there alot earlier.

I'm giving it 3 stars because most of the staff and employees are pretty nice and helpful. It's usually a fun time when me and my friends go there but whenever we go we usually come across this rude old man. He trys kick us out when we do nothing. Once we were sitting in the cafeteria ordering drink s and he said if we don't bowl we can't stay, fine we ask how much it costs and he says you have no choice. He never actually made us leaves but he did say this to us. This is just one example of him being rude

I go here every year when I visit family - I love these lanes. Only issue - the lane balls look like estate sale pick-ups. Bring your own ball, get a great pizza, bowl your face off.

Love this place. Went for the first time and it was clean and not crowded at all. Amazing atmosphere and the pizza was perfecto! I reserved a spot for midnight bowling and they kept our lane for us. I will be going back.

Called tonight around 7:50pm was told tonight's (Saturdays) night bowling from 9pm to 12am was first come first served, do not take reservations. So we drove out (25min drive) got there around 8:30pm and was told if your name isn't down there full. Waste of gas and not coming back. Very poor customer service. We would have paid in advance even.

This place smh, first off they said no names and reservations, first come first serve we got there 40 minutes early so like 8:20pm. We are waiting in line they come out and say no more lanes unless u have a name and reservation, like really how are you gonna say first come first serve no reserving and have reserves like seriously. Then I called them as we left to ask why we was told that and the person on the phone got rude said I needed to talk to the other guy then hung up on me like seriously......

The food is great. The wait was too long to receive my food. The wait was 30 to 45 minutes. The staff could have been a lot more friendly.

Good food, good bowling, a touch pricey compared to other area bowling centers. Less lanes than other area centers so it leagues are happening, good luck on getting a lane. Thursdays special is nice when school and adult leagues aren't hogging all of the lanes.

Northridge lanes is a great bowling alley. I love how they do kids bowl free and the employees are very nice. The kids have fun playing games and bowling. I highly recommend it.

I came to this expecting to have a good time with a friend. Knowing they would close early I asked the guy if it would be okay if we can bowl. Understanding they would close soon. I wouldnt mind if he said no. But he said if u want to u are more then welcome. I said sure if u dont mind. I proceeded to request a line far away from other people as it seems like they were having a tournament. He responded rudely do u want the one I offer or u can leave. I thought about it and said no thank u And walked out.. W

Our family had a lot of fun at Northridge Lanes. We went to midnight bowling on a Saturday night. We showed up at 7:30 but they wouldnt let us reserve a lane eventhough we had a large party of us. They rent lanes for the night on a first come fist serve basis so u better be in line at 845 to get a lane for midnight bowl.

Talk about nostalgia. My first time back since I was a kid and we all had a great time. The food was great and the bowling was fun. Perfect for a birthday party.
